Federica Cappelletti, la moglie di Paolo Rossi, è stata ospite nel programma Degiornalist per parlare del murale dedicato al marito, realizzato da Eduardo Kobra. L'opera, che si trova sulla torre Everest a Vicenza, è stata inaugurata lunedì 23 settembre, il giorno del compleanno di Rossi. «È il murale più alto d'Europa mai dedicato a un solo atleta - ha esordito Cappelletti ai microfoni di Fabiana e Claudio - ed è fatto benissimo. Paolo indossa la maglia della nazionale e ha le braccia alzate al cielo, che è l'immagine iconica con cui voleva essere ricordato, come diceva sempre. È anche molto significativo perché il passaggio alla nazionale è avvenuto a Vicenza, quindi è anche un omaggio alla città e alla squadra».

Carlos es veterinario, está casado, tiene seis hijos y trece nietos. Carlos se define como un hombre de campo quien antes sentía vergüenza de que lo vieran entrar a una iglesia o de rezar con su esposa. Nos cuenta cómo tiempo después de un episodio de conversión durante un retiro espiritual la Virgen lo llama a formar un grupo de “Madrugadores” en su ciudad. Los Madrugadores es un grupo de hombres que se reúnen cada 15 días en la iglesia bien temprano para rezar y luego desayunar juntos. Lo que comenzó en el 2014 con Carlos junto a otros siete hombres y el párroco, se fue extendiendo a cientos y cientos de hombres madrugadores, convirtiendo a 9 de Julio en la comunidad de Madrugadores más grande de Argentina. La primera comunidad de Madrugadores surgió en Chile y actualmente hay comunidades en diecinueve países y más de cien comunidades en Argentina. En Madrugadores, Carlos y muchos otros hombres encontraron un espacio donde vivir y celebrar su fe. Tienen la misión de arrimar a los hombres otra vez a los templos y la Virgen los impulsa al servicio a los demás y a dar testimonio de su fe. “No tengo plata ni oro, pero te doy lo que tengo”: un espacio donde encontrarnos con el que verdaderamente nos llena, para que nos tome de la mano, nos levante y nos ponga en camino nuevamente. Insurance vs the Station Nightclub Fire Without giving my age away entirely, I will admit…I'm a child of the 80s. I've been lucky enough to have seen several of my favorite 80s artists perform their greatest hits.  It never crossed my mind that something could go wrong during a concert and I might be in danger. But on February 2, 2003, more than 400 people who also loved the 1980s attended a concert at the Station Nightclub in West Warwick, Rhode Island. But that night, something went wrong. A fire broke out at the concert, resulting in 100 deaths and 230 injuries. When bad things like this happen—insurance should respond. That's what it's there to do. But what if the people responsible don't have enough insurance to compensate those affected by the disaster? Well, then things get complicated. This is a story about how small decisions can result in tragedy; how fire spreads faster than you imagine; and how the people who are responsible are sometimes not the people who are held accountable. One of those great friends has vast experience in almost every Boeing airliner... 727, 737, 757, 767, and the Lockheed L-1011 I found out during this show. And most of the books in his library are signed by the folks in those books. TC shares several lessons learned from his beginnings in the C-9 Nightingale to flying 737-800/900s with Alaska Airlines. Sixty KC-10s were built for the Air Force to air refuel and move cargo. The 59 aircraft left in the inventory will soon be retired to the Davis Monthan AFB Boneyard. This KC-10 is assigned to the 60th Air Mobility Wing at Travis AFB, California. The Boeing KC-135 has been passing gas since the mid-1950s. This KC-135R Model was my personal jet and flew with the 909th Air Refueling Squadron based at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Japan. The 909th ARS heritage goes all the way back to the Vietnam War as the Young Tiger Tanker Task Force, the emblem on the nose of the aircraft. During our discussion we spoke of John Connors, Navy SEAL killed during the Panama Invasion December 1989. A statue of John is being funded and placed in the park of his Massachusetts home town of Scituate. But in the middle passage of his invective, he may have finally lost all control and committed outright blasphemy.Or maybe really complex irony. Abstract: Highly specialized microtubules in neurons are crucial to the health and disease of the nervous system, and their properties are strictly regulated by different post-translational modifications, including -Tubulin acetylation. An imbalance in the levels of acetylated -Tubulin has been reported in experimental models of Parkinsons disease (PD) whereas pharmacological or genetic modulation that leads to increased acetylated -Tubulin successfully rescues axonal transport defects and inhibits -Synuclein aggregation. However, the role of acetylation of -Tubulin in the human nervous system is largely unknown as most studies are based on in vitro evidence. To capture the complexity of the pathological processes in vivo, we analysed post-mortem human brain of PD patients and control subjects. In the brain of PD patients at Braak stage 6, we found a redistribution of acetylated -Tubulin, which accumulates in the neuronal cell bodies in subcortical structures but not in the cerebral cortex, and decreases in the axonal compartment, both in the central and peripheral nervous system. High-resolution and 3D reconstruction analysis linked acetylated -Tubulin redistribution to -Synuclein oligomerization, leading us to propose a model for Lewy body (LB) morphogenesis. Finally, for the first time in post-mortem human brain, we observed threadlike structures, resembling tunnelling nanotubes that contain -Synuclein oligomers and are associated with acetylated -Tubulin enriched neurons. In conclusion, we disclose a novel aspect of LB morphogenesis, indicating the role of acetylated -Tubulin in PD, that may provide clues to design novel therapeutic interventions. Dr Cappelletti is the author of the monograph entitled Justifying Strict Liability: A Comparative Analysis in Legal Reasoning, published by Oxford University Press in June 2022. The monograph explores in a comparative perspective the most significant justifications that are put forward to justify strict liability in tort law in four legal systems, two common law (England and the United States), and two civil law (France and Italy).

New York based group Unsettled Society released a few singles on the Pete Huntley label called Charm in the mid/late 60s before the group transitioned to Thunderhead. Cappelletti played rhythm guitar and sang lead vox in the band(s) and after suffering a near fatal car crash, that left Mike permanently injured, it's safe to say he was supposed to continue on as a ROCKER!
