Growing up on a farm, Jake Arvold was exposed to animals and hunting at an early age and a lifelong passion was born. Guiding elk in Idaho by the time he was 18, the homeschooled Wisconsin native bought and flipped his first house at 19 and started his own CrossFit gym "The Machine Shed" while in college. Ambitious for someone further along in years, much less a kid barely out of high school. Such is the life of those that are born to succeed and blessed to do what they are passionate about for a living.Jake continued on that steep trajectory towards his destiny of working in an industry he loved and where he could have impact on the lives of others. A chance encounter at a bodybuilding show would put him on a crash course with the founder of the now globally recognized nutrition brand, 1st Phorm. In what sounded like something out of a perfectly written movie script, Arvold is now two years into his role as the Director of 1st Phorm Outdoors, bringing the clean, active lifestyle giant together the archery and outdoor community. Closer to 50 now than 40, I'd be lying if I said that I was a little bit inspired after speaking with Jake to dust off the Bow Flex in my basement and start taking better care of myself. If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die.- Warren Buffett Lisa Johnson, today’s guest, starts our conversation by saying “I WANTED TO BE MORE, EXPERIENCE MORE, EARN MORE.” But she didn’t know how to do it. And that’s when her business was born. Her first company, a wedding planning business, led her to talk with others, find mentors, help to analyze what was going right and not so right in both her own and in colleagues’ businesses. That led to a pivot into coaching and before long she was making 6 figures regularly and her courses were selling out so quickly she couldn’t keep up. In order for her to continue to grow she either had to clone herself or figure out ways to continue to earn money without more time or energy. And that’s when it hit her. I need to make passive income. Not an investment program with some financial institution, but by creating programs that allowed her to do the work once, and sell it repeatedly and automatically. Things like evergreen courses (you create the course, you put it into a program such as Teachable or Kajabi, and then sit back and watch the money roll in “in your sleep”. Periodically, you should upgrade it, change it up a bit and add more to it, but it’s really very simple. Our conversation today has Lisa sharing her thoughts and ideas on what she has done and how she has made her business and her life so successful while finding the time to spend traveling the world with her children and family. AT&T and Aira Present: Molly Burke #ExperienceMore   About Molly Burke: At just four-years‐old, Molly Burke’s world became a little bit darker: she was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa, a rare retinal disease causing loss of vision. Despite this, and the ensuing obstacles and hardships she faced, it wasn’t long before she began bringing light into the lives of others. Molly began public speaking at the age of five as an ambassador for The Foundation Fighting Blindness Canada. Since then, she has inspired hundreds of thousands with her story. Over the years, as Molly’s vision deteriorated, her confidence and optimism only strengthened; but not without struggle or adversity. As a student she was tormented by bullies, and struggled with depression and anxiety. It wasn’t until she found the strength to face her challenges, and the courage to reach out to others, that she came to find her purpose - bringing hope to others. Who Your King is will reveal the Kingdom you serve!There are only 3 Kingdoms you can serve!1. The Kingdom of Darkness! (King Sin) 2. The Kingdom of Self (King Self)3. The Kingdom of God! (King Jesus)Who are you following will reveal your King is?2. Jesus said...FOLLOW ME and I will Make you More!In order to Follow and Go to a new place you have to Leave a place!It's hard for Jesus to make us something new when we are so attached to something else! LET GO!You can't experience the Kingdom of God and still live in the Kingdom of Darkness!You Can't experience the Kingdom of God and still live in the Kingdom of Self!3. The disciples left who they were to Follow Jesus!The Disciples left where they lived!What you leave is never Greater than who you will Gain! JESUS is always GREATER!4. When you follow the King the Kingdom will impact your life! The disciples experienced The impact of the Kingdom of Heaven by Following the King...JESUS!! There is NO LIMIT to impact of the KINGDOM! The only limitation is our willingness to FOLLOWFollow HIM!
