Wenn Du in Sachen Fitness, gesunder Ernährung und Kraftsport unterwegs bist und bei der Frühlingszwiebel nur das gesunde Gewächs vor Augen hast, wird Dich diese Folge auf den neuesten Stand bringen. Hinter „Frühlingszwiebel“ verbirgt sich nämlich mein heutiger Interviewgast und ein angesagter Fitness-und Ernährungsblog für Frauen, von einer sehr sympathischen jungen Bloggerin, die seit einigen Jahren nicht nur den Fitness- und Kraftsport für sich entdeckt hat, sondern auch auf ihrem Blog und ihrem Youtube Kanal tolle Rezepte veröffentlicht.
