Life is a very nuanced and specific experience, so, I'm aware that some days, some messages might not feel relevant to you. Even if things don't seem immediately relatable, keep an open mind but remember that even improvement seeking can be a trap. Moderation + balance is the key to creating harmony in ANY aspect of our lives, and everything can be abused if overused, including self care, health, and wellness. Keep your friends, information sources, and your perspectives diverse if you feel like things are feeling a little too black and white. Ideally, the goal is to learn and practice, so we can live life. Not to practice this until it becomes our lives. Remember, you must take breaks to truly benefit from anything. We create meanings based on our current perspectives. If you want to evoke a different meaning, you have to shift your perspective. Otherwise, just take whatever resonates and let go of what doesn't.Try to focus your attention on completing three of your most important tasks each day and schedule specific days for rest. Having goals and boundaries like this can help you feel more productive with your time without burning out. No matter how well you perform tasks, there will always be more to do. The path of improvement is infinite. So, if you never take a moment to reflect and appreciate how far you've come, you'll miss out on the amazing view.GET AN OCCASIONAL PERSONAL EMAIL FROM ME: www.makeyourdamnbedpodcast.comTUNE IN ON INSTAGRAM FOR COOL CONTENT: www.instagram.com/mydbpodcastOR BE A REAL GEM + TUNE IN ON PATREON: www.patreon.com/MYDBpodcastOR WATCH ON YOUTUBE: www.youtube.com/juliemerica The opinions expressed by Julie Merica and Make Your Damn Bed Podcast are intended for entertainment purposes only. A tip was given to the FBI and that person will receive the reward money of $80,000. There have been updates on the condition of Jamie Foxx. There is still no official word of what has happened to him, but he is still in the hospital recovering. The family is asking for all to keep Jamie in your prayers. Bonnie Gouch, a seventy-eight year old woman, has been arrested for a bank robbery. Gouch slid a note to the bank teller asking for $13K in small bills. She has been arrested several times prior for, you guessed it, robbing a bank. It is Wellness Wednesday and Dr. MJ Collier is back with The RSMS Crew. Today he spoke about enhancing sexuality after the age of forty. He spoke about women being able to have a healthy sex life until their 70s-80s. Da Brat opens up about her pregnancy. Growing up in Northeast Ohio, Styles Haury connected with music at a very early age. Styles formed his first band in the 4th grade, playing country music out of his dad's garage. Influenced by his favorite entertainers Kenny Chesney and AC/DC, he channeled that same energy into entertaining crowds of his own. He notes his live show has become a personal journey for him, one where he lets you in on with an infectious energy that leaves you wanting more. His upcoming debut song ‘A Man That Didn't Know Nothin' is the first in a series of autobiographical singles that make up his forthcoming debut album.
“When you listen to the full record- starting with my first release, ‘ A Man That Didn't Know Nothin'-it tells the story of my life from front to back: from where I'm at so far, and the journey it took to get here. If you listen to this record from start to finish, you will know me. This record is Styles. And that starts with this first song.”
Styles' talent has already earned him opening tour slots for Jake Owen, Brantley Gilbert, Brett Eldredge, Chris Jansen, Dwight Yoakam, Uncle Kracker, Tyler Farr, and most recently, Darius Rucker.
An avid fisherman and hunter, Styles is equally committed to family, music and the outdoors, often citing his real-life inspiration in his songs, from marrying his hometown girlfriend, to the ups and downs of adulthood and fatherhood, his friendships and pastimes, to the peace he has found in the life he leads.

We then discussed Kanye's recent single shenanigans where he is being seen with different actresses and IG "models" after failed attempts to get Kim back, we discussed what things do men actually like in women, and why women go after men with status and the lengths both women and men will go to get attention from those men. That transitioned into us discussing which state we think has the best looking people, how old rich men can leave their wives and get any girl they want while the older wife is seen as "washed" and we talked about Cardi B saying that women should get BBL's before getting their teeth done so they can "trick on" men. We wrapped up the podcast discussing if there is a shift happening among millennials who grew up to experience half a life without social media and another half of life during the social media and technology boom where we are now getting bored of social media and have a desire to go back to older ways of living._________________________________________________________OUR SOCIAL MEDIA:Podcast YouTube Channel: https://youtube.com/channel/UCUA7mQPLZ2tf5yBzCQZvsCwMAL'S personal YouTube Channel: https://youtube.com/c/TheLifeofMalMAL'S IG & Twitter: @malwavesbackup twitter: @malwaves2ALEX'S personal YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqFmKxPqWpUbxor_sYQRQgQ ALEX'S IG: @theonlyalexgALEX'S Twitter: @itstheonlyalexgInstrumental/beats by him! Expat life is simply not what so many of us build it up to be in our minds. Many seem to think moving abroad and living abroad are life choices that guarantee a beautiful life where every moment is "Instagramable". It's important to consider that expatriation is a choice in life that will make a major impact on the day-to-day goings-on that you will live through as an expatriate. However, deciding to live in another country, as different as it can be, is still living life. Not every moment is perfect and it's important to embrace every moment for what it is so that when things are going great, you can truly appreciate how fantastic those top-notch moments are. Having spent the past 12+ years as an American expat I've without a doubt come to not only have an appreciation for how different so much of the world can be from where I grew up... but also how similar it can be as well. 00:14 - Life is like a box of chocolates... or a relationship.. 2:43 - Navigation 5:29 - Linguistic Shenanigans 7:49 - Do like Rihanna said...
