When discussing movie soundtracks in hip-hop, very rarely do you hear about this weeks topic - the original motion picture Trespass soundtrack, released in 1992. While the movie is forgettable, the soundtrack is packed with a great line up of artists, from Ice-T and Ice Cube to Public Enemy and Gang Starr just to name a few, making this a somewhat diamond in the rough and great listen for hip-hop lovers. https://www.tiktok.com/@brandonhetzel996?_t=ZT-8vVI9vIQ22w&_r=1 https://www.instagram.com/str8_the_clippa?igsh=cTBzNnFhenRkN3Nl&utm_source=qr https://www.facebook.com/share/169kiVJpWu/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Leonardo DiCaprio captures the youthful charm and desperation of Frank Abagnale Jr. Tom Hanks' Carl Hanratty is a perfect counterbalance and father figure to Frank. John Williams' jazz-infused score adds a unique and unexpected vibe to the film. The movie takes liberties with the real story, but they enhance the narrative. The chemistry between DiCaprio and Hanks makes this one of Spielberg's best character-driven films. Memorable Quotes: “This movie is fantastic. It's extremely watchable and just a blast.” – Frank “Frank Sr. and Carl both admire Frank Jr. but push him in completely different directions.” – Bo “John Williams' score here is like a smoky jazz club—it's intimate, fun, and unpredictable.” – Thomas “Watching this as a kid, I thought this was the life.

Frizz and Bob dive into the spooky season with the delightfully awful Ghostbusters soundtrack, because bustin' makes us feel good. To get through this collection of 80s trash, Bob is drinking Castle and Key's brand new 7 year cask strength wheated bourbon and Frizz pops Henry McKenna's Bottled in Bond bourbon. Join us as we reminisce about the brilliance of this 80s must-see movie, talk about Elmer Bernstein's battle between classical and commercial, the timeless genius of Rick Moranis, and the confusing awfulness of Air Supply. Happy Halloween!
