This was one of the most unpredictable days in recent San Francisco 49ers history. We break down the news surrounding Jed York's arrest, his no-contest plea to misdemeanor charges, and what the fallout could mean for the organization. We also revisit the precedent set by former 49ers owner Eddie DeBartolo Jr. and how the NFL has handled controversies involving team owners in the past. On the football side, the 49ers have added defensive end Viliami Fehoko, a second cousin of Vita Vea, while continuing to search for linebacker depth with workouts for Antonio Grier and Devin Harper. We also cover the latest on Nick Bosa's return to practice, potential roster moves, offensive line concerns and the decisions ahead as San Francisco approaches the 53-man roster deadline. 00:00 - An absurd day in 49ers history01:21 - Jed York arrest and legal fallout03:15 - 49ers sign Viliami Fehoko05:22 - Linebacker workouts and EDGE depth06:58 - A wild offseason of off-field headlines11:21 - Eddie DeBartolo Jr. precedent14:16 - Jed York's ownership history and leadership18:12 - NFL punishment and owner comparisons21:40 - Joey Bosa rumors and veteran market25:05 - Offensive line concerns and trade targets31:00 - Australia game and NFL international expansion38:00 - 49ers 53-man roster projections and moves41:11 - De'Zhaun Stribling's standout training camp #49ers #SanFrancisco49ers #JedYork #NFLNews #ViliamiFehoko #NickBosa #49ersRoster #KyleShanahan #NFL #FTTB Learn more about your ad choices. Recently I've really questioned why I struggle to show up consistently on social media... Posting is essential for me in order to grow my audience, promote my offers, podcast, and grow this community. So when I feel confused and struggle to show up it is honestly paralyzing. I start to question my self, "Am I even cut out for this?" "How do I even come back to posting again" and so many unsupportive thoughts that clearly get me no where. In this episode I breakdown 4 reasons that might be holding you back from making your next move, wether you are struggling to show up on social media, maybe you are sitting on an idea you've been wanting to take action on, you haven't asked for the promotion or raise, or you haven't started taking care of your health. Whatever it is you are stuck on, you are more than likely letting one of these four things hold you back. Reason #1: Identity attachments: whether you are attaching yourself to old identities or new ones that aren't allowing you to see yourself as the next version of yourself Reason #2: You are afraid to be seen. Not seen like showing up, but actually be seen. For example you are afraid to share what you stand for or share your hot takes. You often question yourself: what if I come off the wrong way? Reason #3: You struggle with consistency: You show up consistently for a few weeks and then find yourself burnt out taking a long break from your goals. You use excuses like, "I don't have enough time" or "I have too much on my plate already". Reason #4: You have Decision Fatigue: You have too many options and no frame work. You spend most of your time thinking about new ideas instead of sticking with one, making a plan, and taking action. I don't know about you, but recently I found myself letting a bit of all of these hold me back from getting back into what I love to do most, empower women to take action and become the Mujerón of their dreams. I allowed more than one of these reasons to stop me from recording my podcast ("I don't have time for it), to start selling my offers ("I'm currently going through a rut myself, how am I supposed to help women?), or posting on social media one week and ghost for the next week. We are no longer allowing these reasons to hold us back, amiga. I hope this episode helps you step into your Next Chapter. Sonia

Have you ever wondered the secrets of how to determine the market's next move? Today we have the answers. We cover the latest market breakout, with the S&P 500 moving above a long trading range while the Nasdaq remained more neutral and the Russell 2000 showed signs of a potential bull trap. Investors can use support and resistance, trading volume, and confirmation to interpret breakouts while remaining cautious during the low-volume summer months. We also talk increased institutional buying, the limitations of relying on money-flow and positioning data, and how seasonal trading patterns can create unusual market moves. We shift to gold, silver, and Bitcoin, examining recent price action, central bank buying, speculative money flows, and why technical trends may be more useful than trying to identify a single reason behind market movements. Today we discuss... The S&P 500 broke out of its recent trading range, signaling a potentially bullish shift in the market. The Nasdaq remains range-bound while the Russell 2000 showed signs of a possible bull trap. How investors can use support, resistance, volume, and confirmation to evaluate market breakouts. Why summer trading can produce unusual market moves because institutional trading volume tends to be lower. The limitations of relying too heavily on institutional positioning and other market indicators. Gold's recent breakout and longer-term bull market were discussed alongside concerns about whether its rapid gains need time to consolidate. Silver noted with caution because of ongoing short positioning and potential price suppression. The bearish outlook for Bitcoin and suggested it could fall toward $37,500 before becoming more attractive. How speculative money rotates between Bitcoin, precious metals, energy, technology, semiconductors, and other sectors. July's positive market performance and conflicting valuation signals created uncertainty about the strength and sustainability of the current bull market. Jill Nazeer is the brand marketing manager at Salsa Cycles and one of the most experienced athlete and content marketers in the bike industry. Before Salsa, she was at Diamondback during one of the most interesting periods in mountain bike content history: when Seth from Berm Peak was just a guy with a cool YouTube channel, and Eric Porter was figuring out what adventure content could look like. She helped build what became one of the most effective creator rosters in the industry, almost by accident. In this conversation, Jill walks through what she learned about athlete marketing at Diamondback, how Salsa's relationship with parent company QBP gives them an unusual data advantage in the industry, and why she spent two years making penny farthing jokes before becoming a true believer in 32-inch wheels. She also gets into what brands get wrong about the DTC vs. bike shop debate, why the bike shop still matters more than most people think, and the Columbia Flat Earther campaign — which might be the most creative brand marketing move of the year. As the American right and left are increasingly pulled toward their ideological extremes, many politicians have chosen to appease the loudest voices in their coalitions even when those voices flirt with or openly embrace antisemitism. Could rising Treasury yields trigger the next major market downturn? In this exclusive interview, Jesse Felder, founder of The Felder Report, explains why he believes the 10-Year Treasury yield is the most important chart in the world—and why it could derail the AI boom, pressure stocks, and expose deeper problems in the global economy. Felder argues that investors are underestimating the risks building in the bond market, warns a slow-motion debt crisis is already underway, and explains why soaring government debt, persistent inflation, and higher interest rates could reshape markets for years to come. He also shares why Warren Buffett's massive Treasury position makes sense today, why momentum investing may be breaking down, where he sees value emerging, and why energy, oil, and commodities could outperform in the years ahead. In this interview: * Why Treasury yields matter more than ever * The biggest risk facing the AI boom * Why Jesse believes a debt crisis has already begun * The Federal Reserve's inflation challenge * What rising bond yields mean for stocks * Warren Buffett's defensive strategy * Gold, oil, and commodity investing * Value investing vs. momentum investing * What every investor should be watching next

The strengths that earned every promotion before this one start working against you at the next level. The job outgrew them, not the other way around. What worked leading ten people can quietly cripple an organization of two hundred until you know what you're still trying to protect instead of trusting what already works. There's a version of you who trusts the harder right answer immediately. No negotiation, no performance, no need to explain it later. You've done it before, probably in a room where the strength that built your career was the same thing quietly working against you. This episode is about what stands between you and that version showing up every time, not just when the stakes make it easy. What You'll Hear Why the strength that got you here doesn't need to be put down, it needs to be reassigned A real moment from leading a team where the easy answer and the right answer weren't the same The difference between proving a strength and trusting it What's running underneath the signals you send without you realizing it Leadership Pattern to Notice The instinct to perform shows up before the instinct to lead. It moves fast because it can be defended later, and trusting a harder answer in the moment cannot. Most leaders never question the order. They call the fast answer good judgment and move on, without ever noticing that the real decision already happened underneath it. Sit With This Where am I still trying to prove a strength that I could be redeploying instead? Choosing the right brokerage is one of the most important decisions a real estate agent can make - and most people don't give it nearly enough thought. In this episode, Cory sits down with his good friend, fellow agent, and real estate investor Anthony Scornaienchi, known as @casual_realestate on Instagram, for a candid conversation about why they both made the move to REAL and haven't looked back. This isn't a sales pitch - it's two agents who have seen what the industry looks like from the inside sharing why they believe REAL represents a genuine shift in what a brokerage can be. They break down what makes REAL stand out for both new and experienced agents, from the technology and tools that actually make your day-to-day easier, to the culture of collaboration that most brokerages simply don't have, to the platform REAL has built that gives agents real leverage to grow their business and their income. Whether you're a brand new agent trying to figure out where to hang your license or a seasoned producer wondering if there's a better home for your business, this episode gives you an honest, boots-on-the-ground look at what REAL is actually like from two people living it. If you've been thinking about making a move, this is the episode to listen to before you decide. From there, Bo gets into Victor Wembanyama's five-year, $252 million extension with the San Antonio Spurs and explains why taking less than the full max could be great for the team but dangerous as a precedent for NBA stars. He also talks Summer League standouts, the AJ Dybantsa vs. Darryn Peterson matchup, the ongoing Kawhi Leonard and LA Clippers investigation & whether anyone actually cares how that case ends. He also reacts to Conor McGregor's latest injury in Las Vegas, and Jalen Brown's recent comments. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

On this episode of The Right Time, Bomani Jones is joined by Danny Parkins for a conversation that goes from the World Cup to the NBA free agency. Bo and Danny start with Team USA's loss to Belgium and what it says about the current state of American soccer. They break down the Balogun red-card drama, whether the U.S. benefited from a favorable draw, why this might still be the most talented team the country has ever put on the field, and whether the American youth soccer system is actually built to develop top-level players. From there, they shift to the NBA and dig into the Lakers' roster, Luka's fit, Bronny's possible role, and what kind of team Los Angeles is really trying to build. They also talk through the Celtics' roster decisions, the changing math of paying star players, and the most fascinating possible next chapter for LeBron. Then Danny delivers an all-time dispatch from suburbia, with stories involving a reported squirrel theft, a feud over chickens, kids cutting through a backyard, a police response to someone yelling about gas prices, and a suspicious potato chip bag that turned out to be exactly what you'd expect.
