Matt talks about his favorite country entrance songs to play for introducing the wedding couple and wedding party into the reception hall. Hear some song lyrics that go with the picks too! Important Links View the complete list of country wedding entrance songs. See all Wedding Songs Podcast episodes Podcast Transcript Welcome to the 83rd episode of the Wedding Songs Podcast. I am Matt Campbell and today I am going to be giving you a few Country Entrance songs to play as you enter the reception hall. Now this could be the wedding couple, the parents of the wedding couple, the bridesmaids or groomsmen, or whomever it may be. I am going to be covering fun songs, and a few classy songs as well. So, stay tuned for Country wedding songs If you prefer to read the list or listen to the list, you can do so on our website MyWeddingSongs.com. While you are there make sure to sign up for our monthly newsletter (called the Newsletter). In it, we tell you about all the new songs released in the prior month and also great trending songs you can play on your wedding day. Let's go ahead and get started with the first song on the list. Released in 2020, this is a great fun line dance song but you can also have it as your first dance song as well. Also known as the Applebee's song, “Fancy Like” by Walker Hayes. Next, I have Nelly and Florida Georgia Line with their party song “Lil Bit”. It is a great fun song you can play as you enter the reception hall. Just for a mixture of EDM and Country combined, we have “Dance With Me” by Diplo, featuring Thomas Rhett & Young Thug. Lyrics include…Dance with me, dance with me. Play that song, like baby, one, two, three. Come here close and gimme your body. This may be one that you save for the wedding couple. In 2020, “Good Times Roll” by Kimmie Allen and Nelly with the lyrics…Yeah, crank that truck up, load it up, With a few folks in my four-by-four, Seat way back, cold six-pack, Window cracked, I got the good fire rollin'. This is a fun party song to get things started. Just for summer weddings (but you don't have to wait for a summer wedding to use this if you don't want to) is “Beers and Sunshine” by Darius Rucker. It is a party song with lyrics…Flying high like we'll never come down, We're gonna roll until we run out of, Beers and sunshine, Bonfires and summertime. If you are looking for a slower song, then one of the most popular modern Country songs is “Forever After All” by Luke Combs. Lyrics include…They say nothing lasts forever, But they ain't seen us together, Or the way the moonlight dances in your eyes. Just to get the party started, “Fire't Up” by Brantley Gilbert in 2019. Lyrics include…We gon' tear the night up, Got ‘shine in the masons, Good times in the making, Baby, crank it, Fire't up. Another line dance song you can play as an entrance song is “Old Town Road (Remix)” by Lil Nas X featuring Billy Ray Cyrus. For a mid-tempo song, Lady A with “You Look Good”. Just for the wedding couple, next up, 2016, is “She's With Me” by High Valley with the lyrics…Whoa-oh, I don't know what I'd do without her, Whoa-oh, she's gotta know I'm all about her, She's amazing, amazing, Ain't she amazing? Another song to get everyone fired-up is “Flatliner” by Cole Swindell and Dierks Bentley. Lyrics include…She's a little heart-stopper, I'm talkin' breaker-breaker one-niner, She's a flatliner, oh she's a flatliner. Another one for the wedding couple is “A Guy With A Girl” by Blake Shelton released in 2016. Lyrics…Wonderin' how I ever got your little hand in mine, Lookin' over at ya like, “Ain't she beautiful?”, I'm invisible, but I stand right there and smile. A mid-tempo choice would be “Head Over Boots” by Jon Pardi, in 2016, with the lyrics…You're the rock in my roll, You're good for my soul, it's true, I'm head over boots for you. A song a little bit on the slower side, but will really set the mood, is “Setting the World on Fire” by Kenny Chesney featuring P!nk.

As is already extremely obvious to the rare, regular listener of Adole-Sense, Sara and Finley are running out of ideas. What better way to show case their newfound lack of creativity than by spending hours coding a spreadsheet and using weighted objectives tables to determine, once and for all, what the best Old Town Road Remix is (if the answer wasn't already obvious)? Lil Nas X is beloved by this podcast, and if he is reading this (as perhaps he is one of our 17 regular listeners), we would just like to take a sentence to say how much we love you. Stuck in our heads: Vitamins (Qveen Herby), You Belong with Me (Taylor Swift). Adole-sense is a podcast about all things TEEN! Sara and Finley talk about your favorite fandoms, pop culture, and how to deal with teenage life. And if you clicked on this by accident, give us a listen! Because we promise it's going to be like, at least mediocre.
Hey y'all! This time I watched another horse movie! Which for some reason is a sequel to Flicka...I guess apparently that movie needed a sequel. But come on and find out how this one ranked against the other horse girl movies. You'll also find out what cities are bigger than Pittsburgh, can you pet Chincoteague ponies, and what I think it'd be like to have been Jesus' friend. All right here on the third episode of Equine Rewind! Intro song "Old Town Road (Remix) by Lil Nas X, First interstitial clip "So Over You" by Heather Youmans, second interstitial clip "Save Yourself" by Jory Nash, and Outro "Ksazobalit" by Cassper Nyovest
Bit of a shorter one this week. Talking about the history of the Remix. One thing I love about remixes is how un-traditional they are. Taking established pieces of art and turning them into something new. Something that I think is important. All Music Is Real Music and remixes add to this point by a lot. Remixes are also an important part of music majorly contributed to by POC and the LGBTQA+ Community. I fly solo on "Still The Number 1" this week, keeping it short and talking about what as big this time last year. Old Town Road (Remix) was topping the charts and I argue it's an important song and earned that Number 1 Spot, but is it STILL GOOD? Listen and find out. I also get into the philosophy of this podcast at the end and (GASP) I get a little political. Genre-defying and catchy AF, Omar and Analise talk about *arguably* one of the most defining (if not THE most defining) songs of 2019 so far - and it all began as a Tik Tok challenge! Omar will talk about why Billboard charts are completely unfair (spoiler: it involves not letting this be categorized as a country jam) and Analise will teach everyone about what she likes to call the “cowboy interval” and why it reminds her of two dudes at a saloon or something (that’s what happens in westerns yeah?).
