Bio Monty Hooke is an Outsourcing Expert and the Director of ezy VA and Mont Fox Enterprises Outsourcing Group. “Freedompreneurship is creating lifestyle through choice, not circumstances. It is about living in flow, not struggle, where work and play are one, and days of the week don’t matter. It is not about reaching a goal or a dollar value, it is about building an enterprise that supports your freedom and the difference you want to make in the world.” My name is Monty G. Hooke, and I am an entrepreneur. In fact my journey started at only 8 years old when I had my very first business cleaning boats in Sydney Harbour. I come from very humble beginnings, growing up in a low income family who mostly struggled to make ends meet. I am very grateful for my childhood. Whilst I often went without a lot compared to others, what I did have was love, and some hard life lessons which set the foundation for a future as an entrepreneur. With no lessons on wealth or business from home or school, I set out from a very young age, determined to learn what it takes, and do what it takes to create my ideal life. Having spent most of my life involved in some sort of business, I have had many successes and just as many setbacks, but all of them have been critical lessons in the journey that has lead me to now. As the Director of ‘Mont Fox Enterprises’ Outsourcing Group, I work with hundreds of business owners helping them build teams and get their time back. What I love, is to help people spend their days building their business with passion, and with ease and flow. Most people get into business to make money, trying to “buy their freedom”. The message I am here to share, is that you can have freedom now, and in that space of freedom, that’s where you attract all that you ever wished for. “In The Spirit Of Success” https://www.facebook.com/montyghooke http://instagram.com/montyghooke   Interview Questions • What’s your background before the outsourcing world? • how did you get introduced to the outsourcing world? • Why you chose outsourcing to be your main focus as business? • What’s the definition of Freedompreneurship? • How to increase our income comparing with the amount of hours that we work?
