As a rising 2L, I have found this podcast to be incredibly helpful in navigating my career decisions and gaining a deeper understanding of what it means to be a successful attorney. Alexis, the host, does a fantastic job of engaging with her guests and asking thoughtful questions that elicit valuable advice and information.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is the range of topics covered. From interviewing tips to finding the right law firm, The Path & The Practice offers practical advice for law students and aspiring attorneys. Moreover, the podcast delves into specific areas of law, giving listeners an opportunity to explore different practice areas and gain insights they may not have considered before. This breadth of information is invaluable for someone like me who is still unsure about which path to pursue within the legal field.

    Another highlight of this podcast is Alexis herself. Her demeanor and interviewing skills create a comfortable atmosphere for guests to share their experiences openly and honestly. She has a talent for asking insightful questions that allow guests to delve into their backgrounds and provide unique perspectives on their careers.

    While there are numerous positive aspects to The Path & The Practice, one area that could be improved upon is diversifying the guest lineup. While there are mentions of diverse backgrounds and paths in some reviews, it would be beneficial to have more representation within the discussions on the podcast. This would further enrich the conversations and provide even more varied insights into practicing law.

    In conclusion, I highly recommend The Path & The Practice podcast for anyone interested in pursuing a career in law or looking to gain a deeper understanding of what it's like to practice law. Alexis brings together a diverse group of guests who offer valuable insights and advice on various aspects of legal practice.
