We are back with some of the under reported news stories from the past week, August 3 through 8. Hulu is going buh-bye (sort of), parts of the US Constitution disappeared, Digital Foundry goes independent, and more password sharing crackdowns. Hablamos de Mario Kart World corriendo a 60 FPS estables y versiones optimizadas de Zelda: Breath of the Wild y Tears of the Kingdom a 4K. Noticias: De Meta Quest a The Blood of Dawnwalker¡La fiebre de dispositivos Xbox no para!

In today's Daily Fix:The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered has been out for several weeks now, and the more gamers put time into it, the more problems they find. Our colleagues at Digital Foundry ran tests on all available versions of the game, and found significant performance issues on the console and PC versions. One of the worst issues would be a hard crash of the game that happens when loading the same save too many times, and a camera problem when playing the game for too long. There's also framerate hiccups all throughout the game across all versions. In slightly happier news, Tony Hawk wants a remake of Tony Hawk's Underground, the sub-franchise of the popular skating games that debuted in 2003. With the release of Tony Hawk's 3 + 4 later this year, we could be one step closer to another remake. And finally, Marvel's Thunderbolts*—sorry, Marvel's The New Avengers—remained number 1 at the domestic box office in its second weekend. The latest entry in the MCU dropped about 44%, which is less than the second week drops of Captain America: Brave new World, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, and the third Ant-Man movie. Globally, New Avengers is approaching $280 million, but needs to hit around $360 million to "break even" for Disney.

The Switch 2 Nintendo Direct happened recently, and WOW was in incredible! Recently, Digital Foundry spoke on the lack of DLSS in Cyberpunk 2077 for Switch 2, and that was quickly proven wrong directly from CD Project Red confirming that DLSS is indeed present. We're going to talk about the backlash that lead to this error, and what it means.BECOME A MEMBER

Thanks to AG1 for sponsoring FPS! -- This week we're joined by John Linneman of Digital Foundry to discuss the PS5 Pro. It's been out for a few weeks now so we wanted to check in on how it's been doing post launch, how the library of games is performing and guess what the future holds. Plus we're lucky enough to be joined by Yevhenii Kulyk of GSC Game World, who right now is putting the finishing touches on STALKER 2. We talk through the challenging road to launch, what players should expect on day one and what the future holds for both STALKER 2 and the studio. With the release of Metaphor Atlus and the team at Studio Zero put out a brand new title running on the same engine that was used for the original Persona 5 back in 2016. Atlus has also been working with other game engines over the last few years like SMTV with Unreal Engine and Soul Hackers 2 with Unity. So I invited Oliver Mackenzie from Digital Foundry on to talk all about this more technical side of Atlus development. digitalfoundry.net Follow Oliver on X/Twitter @oliemack Watch Oliver's Metaphor video here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PaF5z9J0YWQ Support the podcast: Patron.com/SMTN Subscribe on YouTube Here: https://www.youtube.com/user/torchwood4SP Check out the Shin Megami Tensei Network podcast on iTunes: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/shin-megami-tensei-network/id1527210478 Spotify: https://t.co/wOXqDqPqoc?amp=1 Find us online X/Twitter @SMTNetwork @Torchwood4sp Join the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/SMTNetwork Join our discord.gg/TkBgNpp

In this week's episode,Kiaun will discuss Xbox signing a deal with two well respected studio heads,Nintendo is working on two remasters, CEO Herman Hulst speaks out about Playstation's strategy when it comes to their games going to PC and new reports have come out that show the difference between PC and console performance is shrinking.
Here we are yet again, streaming bundles are just cable, and its obvious that big tech just makes things more complicated then they ever needed to be. Also, gaming rumors run rampant this week, and they touch all facets of the industry. Meanwhile, consolidation hits a arm of the gaming biz no one expected, IGN gobbles up Eurogame, gamesindustry.biz and more, plus EA SPORTS College Football is here and has a release date. Plus the MCU is plotting its return, Star Trek is confused and the Monsterverse looses its captain.
Shadowbinders LAST CHANCE on Indiegogo - Shadowbinders Vol 3 LAST CHANCE Campaign - https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/shadowbinders-vol-3-1-2-reprint-drive-last-call#/ It's OVER for video game journalism. Megasite IGN just bought a ton of their competitors and the layoffs have already begun. No one is naive enough to think that IGN will keep these sites intact. Kotaku is next? The sites they bought were from Gamer Network: GamesIndustry.biz, Eurogamer (including six local language editions), Rock Paper Shotgun, VG247 and Dicebreaker. The business also holds shares in Outside Xbox, Digital Foundry and Hookshot (which operates Nintendolife, PushSquare, PureXbox and Time Extension). ➡️ Tip Jar and Fan Support: http://ClownfishSupport.com ➡️ Official Merch Store: http://ShopClownfish.com ➡️ Official Website: http://ClownfishTV.com ➡️ Audio Edition: https://open.spotify.com/show/6qJc5C6OkQkaZnGCeuVOD1 About Us: Clownfish TV is an independent, opinionated news and commentary channel that covers Entertainment and Tech from a consumer's point of view.
