Hello, dear ones!In this episode, I wanted to share with you something that has deeply transformed my life recently—how silence can be a powerful tool for connecting with our true selves and the world around us.Here are a few thoughts I felt called to pass along:Silencing the Noise: Lately, I've been learning how powerful it is to quiet the noise around us so we can really connect with ourselves. It's a gift we all have, and when we take the time to listen, we can hear what's truly important.Trust the Journey: No matter what's ahead, I encourage you to trust the process. Life has a way of unfolding, and we can always find answers if we stay curious and open to what each moment brings.Shedding Our Masks: We all want to be loved and seen for who we truly are, not for the masks we sometimes wear. In the past, I've used masks to feel more worthy, but I've come to understand that real love and connection only come when we are authentic.Nature's Wisdom: Nature has a way of reminding us who we are. We often think of ourselves as separate from the natural world, but we are nature. When we take time to reconnect with nature, we're reconnecting with ourselves. It's essential for our well-being.Small Practices, Big Impact: It doesn't take much—just a few minutes each day of stillness, whether it's through meditation, a walk in nature, or simply taking time to breathe. I've found that small, consistent moments of quiet can truly help us tap into our deeper wisdom. The Tools We Already Have: We each carry the tools for self-discovery within us—whether it's through breathing, journaling, or pulling an angel card for guidance. I've discovered how important it is to take time for silence and listen to what's inside. The answers we seek are often right there, waiting for us to hear them. The Power of Listening: When we stop the rush and the noise, we create space to hear our inner truth. And in that truth, we find guidance and clarity.A little reminder to you, my dear friends: No matter what's happening around you, remember to trust and stay connected to yourself. Don't let fear take over. Your truth is always inside you—it's never out there. So, take a moment today, go inside, and listen.Sending you all my love and light, and reminding you that your inner treasure is waiting for you to rediscover it.............More LinksFor Crina´s website For Crina's Instagram click here! For Dream Again Podcast's Instagram click here! For Youtube Don't Forget is time to DREAM AGAIN
Hello my dear ones,Perhaps you have wondered where I disappeared to. The truth is… I did not disappear. I simply turned inward. The moment I stepped away from social media, messages began to arrive—friends, followers, asking if I was alright. And the honest answer is: I was more than alright. I was finally home—inside myself.I entered a deep inner process, unlike anything I had ever experienced before. It was not planned. It was not polished. It was raw, alive, and incredibly real. I was guided—gently, then fiercely—to face one of my deepest fears. And in doing so, I found something I was not looking for: a vastness. A truth. A remembering. How strange it is, is it not? We chase answers in books, videos, programs. We consume endless teachings on how to be happy, how to become rich, how to manifest, how to find a partner. And yet, the only real treasure—the one that truly liberates—has always lived inside of you.You already know what is right for you. You already carry your answers. You are the map.In October, after a powerful meditation, I received a clear message: write. I saw the title, the number of pages, and I knew it had to be completed by December 31st, 2024. But I had no idea what I would write about.I had not truly written since I was a child. I had always found reasons to avoid it. But this time, I surrendered. I picked up a pen, wrote in my mother tongue, and trusted completely. I wrote not from my mind, but from my heart. I let go of perfection. I did not ask if it would be commercial. I did not wonder if anyone would read it.I just wrote. And when I read it back, it felt like someone else had written it. Because the heart speaks a language the mind can barely comprehend. This book… it is not about being right or wrong. It is about frequency. It is about feeling something deeper than logic. It is a mirror for the wisdom you already carry. The first part is my journey. I share openly, with vulnerability. The second part? It is a dialogue—between me and someone else. But I will leave it to you to discover who that voice belongs to.So why am I sharing all this now?Because I feel called to remind you that the noise outside often leads you further away from yourself. But there is a quiet fire inside you. Maybe you have sensed it. Maybe it has disturbed you. Or maybe… it is beginning to burn brighter than ever before. That fire will not go away. It will grow. And it is time to trust it.This is not just a personal process. It is a collective remembering. For some of you, this remembering goes beyond this lifetime. It stretches through thousands of years, across timelines where your soul already knew how powerful, wise, and whole you are.Now is the moment to return. To remember. To stop searching and start being.Words feel too small for what this is. At times, even I struggled to capture the vastness of what I felt. But I trust the energy will reach you, beyond the words.Very soon, I will share more about the book. It will be published in a way that reflects its essence—free, intuitive, different from anything I have done before.Until then… take your time. Come back to yourself. Trust what you feel. Believe in who you are.I am sending you all my love.Take care, Crina............More LinksFor Crina´s website For Crina's Instagram click here! For Dream Again Podcast's Instagram click here! For Youtube Don't Forget is time to DREAM AGAIN

Caroline is truly a multi-faceted healing artist - a Swiss-born, French-speaking powerhouse who has dedicated her life to wellness, natural beauty, and personal growth.I was captivated as Caroline shared her journey, from her early days as a journalist exploring the worlds of art, wellness, psychology, and the art of living, to her time as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and athletic trainer. But it was her entrepreneurial spirit that really caught my attention. Caroline founded an award-winning skincare brand in Paris, the first certified organic line in France, and has since lived and worked on three continents and in 15 different cities. What struck me most, though, was Caroline's deep commitment to self-care and inner exploration. As a Reiki master and the author of the book "Seasons," she believes that mind-body awareness is the spine within us, constantly needing reassessment and ultimate care. Her passion for guiding others on their own paths of transformation is palpable. But perhaps what resonated with me the most was Caroline's unwavering belief in the power of self-reflection and dream-nourishing. Today, I am absolutely thrilled to have Professor Tony Wyss-Coray with us, a renowned expert from Stanford University who is revolutionizing our understanding of aging. His groundbreaking research, which recently graced the cover of Nature magazine, reveals a fascinating concept: our organs each have their own "clocks" that offer insights into the aging process and help predict diseases like heart failure and Alzheimer's. This innovative approach stems from his study of blood proteins associated with different organs, highlighting that each organ ages at its own pace.In his lab, Professor Wyss-Coray and his team delve into the mysteries of brain aging, investigating why it leads to memory issues and conditions such as Alzheimer's. One of their most remarkable findings is the potential for young blood to rejuvenate older brains, suggesting a promising avenue for reversing some effects of aging. They employ a variety of scientific techniques to explore how our bodies communicate with our brains throughout our lives. But Professor Wyss-Coray's influence extends far beyond his lab. He has shared his pioneering discoveries on prestigious platforms such as TED talks and the World Economic Forum, earning recognition in Time Magazine's list of people transforming healthcare. His entrepreneurial spirit has also led him to found companies dedicated to tackling brain diseases, and his contributions to science have been honored with numerous awards. In our discussion today, we aim to unpack Professor Wyss-Coray's recent discoveries in an accessible manner, exploring their significance for the future of aging research and what they could mean for our understanding of how to maintain health as we age. We'll also discuss the impact of exercise on reversing aging and dive into more tips and interesting points about keeping our bodies and brains healthy.Takeaways:Changes in the composition of blood can impact the brain and contribute to age-related diseases like Alzheimer's.Rejuvenation can be achieved through blood transfusion, with young blood having a positive effect on the brain and overall health. While the aging process cannot be completely reversed, it is possible to slow down aspects of aging and maintain good health until old age.Lifestyle factors, such as exercise and social connections, play a significant role in maintaining good health and slowing down the aging process. The future of aging research holds promise for developing treatments and interventions to improve health and extend a healthy lifespan.............More LinksFor Crina's Instagram click here! For Dream Again Podcast's Instagram click here!Don't Forget to Live Your Best Life Now

Hey, everyone! It's me again, and today I'm recording a solo episode to explain why you should listen to my podcast, what topics I'll cover in the coming weeks, and to share my personal story. So, let's get started with a short intro. My name is Crina, and I've always been interested in pursuing my dreams and learning about how others have made their dreams a reality. In today's discussion, we touch on the following topics:My raw and vulnerable story Why I Gave Up on My Multimillion-Dollar BusinessWhy Dream Again My biggest learnings so farMy biggest learnings so far are:1 Cut out distractions, especially when you want to listen to yourself. Even if you're listening to a podcast, sometimes you still hide from yourself. Take a break from social media and phone calls, and be alone with your thoughts. You can start with just 10 minutes a day.2 Be mindful of who you are and who you surround yourself with. As the saying goes, "You're the average of the five people you spend the most time with." Don't expect a miracle if you want to be happy and cheerful, but sad and negative people surround you.3 Self-love and being connected with yourself are crucial. Before you love anyone else in your life, focus on yourself first. You can't love others if you don't know how to love yourself.4 Praying and meditation are essential; I'm still working on this. What has helped me is a WhatsApp group with some of my good friends where we meditate daily and share our progress. Praying is something that depends on your discipline and priority.5 Gratitude is associated with a host of mental and physical benefits. Studies have shown that feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood, and immunity and decrease depression, anxiety, chronic pain difficulties, and disease risk. If a pill could do all this, everyone would take it.6 Physical health can support your mental health. You can improve your mental health by eating healthy, including plenty of raw and fresh veggies and fruits, exercising or sports, sweating once daily, and sleeping 8 hours daily.7 Send out good vibes around you. If you're constantly jealous and comparing yourself to others, your dream will run away, and you will attract negativity.8 Organize a visual dream map, but be honest with yourself and write everything in detail. I promise you; this can be magical.9 Do it! Don't question whether it worked or not. You know how to do it differently next time if it doesn't.10 Enjoy the journey because you never know what tomorrow will bring.Thank you for listening to my first solo episode. I felt like I put my soul into this episode, and I want to promise you that this platform is sincere, and we can discover together how to dream again and become healthier, happier, and more beautiful.I'm looking forward to hearing your story and your dreams. Please don't be afraid; we are here together. If you know somebody who needs to hear this, please share it with your friends, family, and community. And don't forget; it's time to dream again!

Are you a curious person? Well, I think that this new Podcast episode will bring you even more curiosity in your life. The mind lives in the past and the future. But the body is always in the present; the body is always there. So, the first technic to release stress and heal anxiety is to be curious. You ask yourself with curiosity, what exactly am I feeling? Why am I feeling this way? What is happening? For example, when you sleep and think there is a monster under your bed, turn on the light and get curious. Check to see if there is a monster under the bed. Then, if there is no monster under your bed, why am I feeling like this? This is just one example I learned after my conversation with the fantastic Anil. Anil Chandwani is the founder of the reset code, a process focused on individual wellness, health, success, and fulfillment. For almost 20 years, Anil has helped men, women, leaders, and celebrities worldwide grow in mental clarity and decision-making, relational communication, emotional and creative expressions, and life purpose. Are you still curious about more? Then see below more important topics that I touched on during my conversation with Anil. - What is anxiety?- What is the difference between panic attacks and anxiety attacks? - How can I treat anxiety? - Do I need a doctor, or can I do it alone? (Pills topic). Three ways to reduce anxiety practical exercise takeaways.I am opening a conversation with you, and it will mean the world to me if you share with friends and family that you think this topic can help. Only together as a county can we make a change around us.If you want to reach AnilWebsite https://theresetcode.com/anil-chandwani/Instagram https://www.instagram.com/theresetcode/?hl=en
