Cross TrainingStand Firmly With the LordRead or WatchHave you ever read the story of Don Quixote, the landowner who imagined he was a knight? In Cervantes' classic novel, Quixote's trusty servant, Sancho Panza, pretends to be a squire and goes with Don Quixote on all his misguided and confused adventures. He's not perfect, but he's loyal. Sancho says he "cannot help loving" his master with all his heart and soul, "and cannot leave him in spite of all his follies." Unlike Quixote, our master leads with genuine wisdom and power. Have you ever thought about what it means to be loyal to Jesus through thick and thin? This year we're Cross Training to develop twelve marks of the Master, beginning with faith, which encompasses our belief, trust, loyalty, and willingness to share our faith. This week, let's talk about our loyalty to Christ. What You Need to KnowWhat if there was an English word that could mean belief, trust, or faithfulness … or all three at the same time? That's what's happening with the Bible words for faith. The Bible word translated faith in some places is translated faithfulness in others. The two are linked and if we don't get that, we'll have an incomplete view of faith. God is always faithful. So we, too, must offer our loyalty to him. Habakkuk 2:4 says, "the righteous will live by faith." But the Hebrew word for "faith" mainly means firmness, fidelity, and faithfulness. In Galatians, the same Greek word is translated faith (Gal. 5:6) and faithfulness (Gal. 5:22) in the same chapter. What these three ideas have in common is the firm foundation they create for any relationship. Marriages don't survive without both trust in each other and faithfulness to each other. Friendships are built on belief, trust, and faithfulness (Prov. 18:24), like Ruth's devotion to Naomi (Ruth 1:16-17) and Jonathan's loyalty to David (1 Sam. 24:6-10). But it's much more true for our relationship with our Lord. He is worthy of our wholehearted trust and devotion.John's gospel emphasizes believing in Jesus, but to believe in him is to receive him as Christ the Lord (John 1:11; 11:27; 20:28-31). It's not just believing an idea, it's choosing to stand with him as your King. What You Need to DoLike Samuel’s statement, “speak, for your servant hears” (1 Sam. 3:10), we stand available to God, always ready for our orders. When you see an opportunity to serve others in the name of Christ or to expand his kingdom, jump at the chance. Keep the approval of your master in mind. Can you dare to imagine — as a hymn says — "the smile of the blessed Giver" as he looks in joy upon the faithful deeds of his redeemed servant? Remember the words Jesus used to describe a master's approval: "Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master" (Matt. 25:23). Overcome evil in your life by looking to him in faith and faithfulness. Every temptation tests our loyalty to God. When Joseph was a slave in Potiphar's house, Potiphar's wife tried to seduce him. He was not only loyal to her husband, but more importantly, he saw any sin as an affront against God. He told her of the confidence her husband had placed in him, then asked, "How then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?" (Gen. 39:9). Resolve not to break trust with God and damage that relationship. Remember who you serve and why you're able to serve him. Paul thanked Jesus for judging him faithful and appointing him — a former persecutor — to his service (1 Tim. 1:12-14). He said, "For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died; and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised" (2 Cor. 5:14-15). So live for him who is forever worthy of your utmost devotion.Through the WeekRead (Mon) — John 19:16-31; Luke 9:57-62; Josh. 24:14-15; 1 Kings 8:57-61; 2 Tim. 4:10-18Reflect (Tue) — What gives Jesus joy?Request (Wed) — "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer" (Psalm 19:14).Respond (Thu) — Repeat the phrase, "I stand with Jesus" when temptations come throughout the week.Reach Out (Fri) — What situations have tested your loyalty to Christ?Support the Show

If you’ve been trying to get something done for a while and every time you think about it your eyes roll to the back of your head… If you can’t seem to sit your butt down long enough to make progress on that project you’ve been meaning to get done… It’s likely that there is something about the tasks is triggering you emotionally The magnitude of the project has you feeling overwhelmed and bringing up all your issues about not having enough time. It’s something you hate doing (but maybe there’s nobody else to do it, or at least that’s the way it feels). You lack and experience and competence. (Maybe it’s the first time you’re doing this.) Your lack the knowledge and feel a bit stupid because you don’t really know HOW to do a lot of aspects of the project. You don’t know where to start and the right order or things. Or, what to focus on. Often we have our butt on the chair doing, doing, doing, but we are not specifically focused on the tasks and projects that make the most difference to our business. We’re tinkering with things that are in our Zone of Incompetence. Thinkings ‘if it is to be, it’s up to me’. Or, we’re tinkering with things that SURE, we can do… but they’re not the most effective use of our time and someone else could possibly do them FASTER, and with less HASSLE and ultimately, LESS COST. And, we tinker with things that we SHOULDN’T be doing at all. Things that are not really moving the needle towards our ultimate goals. Maybe we’re doing things that NOBODY should be doing, tasks that are not aligned to your goals and objectives and your vision. So, how do you finally get your butt on the seat and get unstuck and make progress? Listen to hear how to finally sit your butt down, get past this stuck point and make progress on your most important projects. Every day I see women in the HerBusiness Network making big leaps in their business. They’re changing their revenue model. Launching a new product or service. Going from being an offline business to an online business. Or, they’re transitioning from being a solopreneur to growing a team. Others are bringing on more senior staff and moving out of the day-to-day running of their business. Some are reaching for a much higher income or revenue than they’ve EVER done before. Many are growing a big audience on social media or getting their message out there in a big way. AND, I LOVE SEEING THEIR BIG DREAMS. I love thinking big and seeing others think big. When it comes to these big undertakings though - these big leaps, it can feel like we have to take such big steps to get there. But here’s what I’ve noticed in my own business. The big leaps come from consistently taking small steps. Running a half-marathon is a series of small strides, less than a metre each, over and over, to get to the finish line. And it’s the SAME when it comes to business. Big leaps come from taking a series of small steps, over and over again. From stringing a series of small steps together over a period of time. Not from making big leaps in a single action. I saw this quote from James Clear (author of Atomic Habits) the other day. He wrote: "Just have one good day. Then repeat."James Clear, author of Atomic Habits This is so good. You've likely heard the phrase: Proceed with caution. If you've been in business for any time at all, you've likely made mistakes that have you be more cautious as you think about your next steps. Maybe you tried to reach a revenue figure in 2020 and missed it by a mile. Or, you hired that person that you were counting on to get you out of the day to day and then they left. Or, you created a new online course and put it to market and then… crickets. Now, you're not as bold about jumping into another big investment (in time and money) Imagine moving into this year with a different attitude. Imagine moving into your 2021 with abandon. How might that change your results this year? We don't know how the year will pan out and what adventures might come our way. But, we see members of the HerBusiness Network putting in place their 2021 plans - working on their marketing, creating lead magnets, and launching memberships this year. They are going from being solopreneurs to micropreneurs. That is, they are actively growing a team. They can move forward with their plans with fear and trepidation. Or, they can move into the new year with abandon - without concern. 2020 toughened us up a little, and we know to expect the unexpected. We know who has our back and which communities and groups to rely on to be there for us. We also know that we may need to be flexible and agile - to take a new direction at a moment's notice to grow or revitalise our business. Moving ahead with abandon means saying NO to fear even when we don't know what will happen when you move into the unknown. So, if you've ever told yourself: Don't go too fast. Don't make mistakes. Don't make that investment in yourself unless you're 100% sure. Don't make that investment in your business unless you're 100% sure. Then this episode is for you. What if working longer hours does not mean working more productively? What if doing more marketing, more promotions doesn’t lead to more dollars in your bank account at the end of the month? What if you could do a whole lot LESS and get MORE results? Morten Hanson is a management professor at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley, and an author of several books.  In his book, Great at Work, he argues that you can get more out of doing less, something you will be glad to hear if you have ever felt a twinge of guilt or anxiety about not working seven days a week to grow your business. Or, doing ALL the things. Being on all the social platforms. Trying all the latest marketing tactics. Professor Hansen coined the mantra ‘do less, then obsess’, which suggests that by focusing more on fewer tasks, we achieve better results. What this can translate to for us as business owners are that focusing on fewer things - products and services, times a year that we do promotions, social media platforms that we are a part of... we can actually get better results. It can seem kind of counter-intuitive. But it’s an idea that I’ve been teaching inside of our HerBusiness Network our members are loving it. This week, we want all our garmonbozia. Gobbledyween 2020 emerges from the Black Lodge as Brett Easton Hell Yes host Katie L. Wright joins Paul and Arlo to discuss David Lynch’s divisive Twin Peaks prequel/sequel, 1992’s Fire Walk With Me. The gang discusses the film’s polarizing reception at Cannes (Tarantino hated it!), the surprising empathy Lynch and co-writer Robert Engels show toward both victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse, how Fire Walk With Me is the lynchpin (get it?) of the Twin Peaks universe, and of course, Sheryl Lee’s incredible performance as Laura Palmer.   NEXT: Gobbledyween comes to a close as original Gobbler Joseph Lewis hams it up with the Cryptkeeper for Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight. Does your client constantly try to nickel and dime you or get work for free? Trish Tagle is an established efficiency and client relationship expert who uses frameworks developed from her time in the fashion and digital industries to create thriving environments while humanizing the corporate setting. In this episode, Trish shares how to deal with client-facing situations, how to prevent having anxiety calling them out, and "real life, done this before" intuitive style strategies to shape client relationships that are more effortless, more collaborative, and more likely to help you upsell. Now I'm switching more to speaking to individuals and teaching them about developing better client relationships. Stop Trying To Prove Naysayers Wrong, Instead Focus On Proving God Right(Motivational Speech)Recommended Book reading: (affiliate link)https://amzn.to/3gVaGLF10 Clear Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Care What Others ThinkIt is human nature to want to be liked and accepted. However, this often leads to people worrying too much about what others are thinking about them. This kind of excessive worrying can have a negative effect on your life. It can be so debilitating that it interferes with your ability to feel at ease with yourself and around others. Do not let it prevent you from living your life to the fullest potential. Here are ten reasons why you should not care about what others think:1. It’s Not Their Life, So It’s None Of Their BusinessPeople are entitled to think whatever they want, just as you are entitled to think what you want. What people think of you cannot change who you are or what you are worth, unless you allow them to.This is your life to live. At the end of the day you are the only person who needs to approve of your own choices.2. They Don’t Know What’s Best For YouNobody will ever be as invested in your life as you. Only you know what is best for you, and that entails learning from your own choices. The only way you will ever truly learn is through making your own decisions, taking full responsibility for them, and that way if you do fail, at least you can learn from it wholeheartedly, as opposed to blaming somebody else.3. What’s Right For Someone Else May Be Completely Wrong For YouIt’s important to recognize that someone’s opinion is often based on what they would do. This alone is the problem. What is best for somebody else, can be the worst thing for you. What one person considers garbage can be another person’s treasure. We are all so unique. Only you know what is right for you.4. It Will Keep You From Your DreamsIf you are constantly worried about what other people think, you will never get to where you need to go in life. You are going to have to do things that don’t always meet people’s standards. You will come into situations where you have to put your pride, and your reputation on the line to get what you want. If you are constantly worried about what people are thinking, you will never have the will to do what’s right.5. You’re The One Stuck With The End ResultIn life, you are the one stuck with the consequences of your decisions. For example, if someone suggests you buy some stocks, but you just don’t feel like it’s the right choice, you are the only one who will live the consequences. If the stock falls and you lose a lot of money, you are the one that will have to live with the fact that you didn’t follow your inner call. When people give you their suggestions or even orders, there is no risk for them. They don’t have to live with your choices—but you do.6. People’s Thoughts Change On A Regular BasisWe are constantly changing. Some philosophers and theorists suggest that we are in a constant state of flux, so much that we cannot even say we have one, specific ‘self’ (or a fixed personality). People’s thoughts, ideas and views change on a regular basis. That means even if somebody does think badly of you at the moment, there is a good chance they will think differently in the near future. So basically, people’s thoughts don’t really matter.7. Life Is Simply Too ShortYou only have one life to live, so why would you spend it worrying about other people’s opinions? Do whatever you want, be whoever you want. You’re not going to see these people after you’re dead. You probably won’t even see them in a year from now. Live your life without worrying about other people’s thoughts and opinion, and you will live your life to the maximum.8. You Reap What You SowWorrying too much about what other people think of you can become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Frequently, people indulge their need to be liked so much so that it actually dictates to the way they behave. Some become people-pleasers or so submissive that many people are turned off. The behavior you use as an attempt to ensure you are liked may actually cause you to be disliked.9. Others Don’t Care As Much As You ThinkPeople generally don’t think outside themselves a great deal of time. It is a sad but simple truth that the average person filters their world through their ego, meaning that they think about most things in terms of “me” or “my”.This means that, unless who you are or what you have done directly affects another person or their life, they are unlikely to spend much time thinking about you at all.10. The Hard Truth: It’s Impossible To Please EverybodyYou can’t please all of the people all of the time. It is impossible to live up to everyone’s expectations so there is no point in burning yourself out trying to do so. Just make sure that one of the people you please is yourself!(Teddy Lim) : https://bit.ly/2F0y8Kv

For Carson Rowland, acting has been a serious passion for as long has he can remember. After years on stage pursuing musical theater, Carson made his way into the film and TV arena by landing the role of Riley Sturgis in the TV series, Tweet: The Series, in 2015 for 5 episodes. Not long after, he booked the series regular role of Cole Reyes, in the Nickelodeon TV series, I Am Frankie. Carson has a BS in Neuroscience from Florida Atlantic University. Growing up in Florida, Carson’s parents chose to homeschool their four children, which included an older brother, twin sister and younger sister. As a youngster, Carson went to a musical theatre class and was immediately hooked. “I knew right away I liked it. I was really focused on music from about age eight, starting piano lessons, then guitar. I wasn’t working toward any goal, I just really enjoyed it.” Although he claims neither of his parents have any artistic leanings, he and his siblings all excel in the arts. His brother Connor is a gifted piano player who often works with Carson on music, and both his twin sister Carolynn and youngest sister Catherine are accomplished ballerinas who left home in their teens to study their craft. When Carson was 16, he heard from a girl he had homeschooled with who was starring in a web series called TWEET. The show was looking to fill a role for the second season and she suggested he audition. He booked the role of “Riley Sturgis,” which resulted in several auditions with Nickelodeon, eventually landing him one of the leads in Nick’s first global series, I AM FRANKIE. After Carson finished filming the second season of I AM FRANKIE, he got a part in the Lifetime movie DREAM KILLER as “Bailey,” the love interest of lead character “Mia,” played by Taylor Castro, herself an actor-musician. The two hit it off immediately. “Taylor and I became close friends, we just really connected. She had written a song called “Don’t Know What to Say” and invited me to re-record it with her as a duet.” Fans fully embraced both song and video, and the chemistry between the two. The pair soon found themselves in Georgia – Carson filming the upcoming Netflix series SWEET MAGNOLIAS and Taylor at the Savannah College of Art and Design – and writing music together. “Writing songs with Taylor is the greatest thing ever. We have a synergy when we write together and I think our work together is pretty unique.” When he isn’t recording and writing new songs, or guest starring on the hit ABC TV series American Housewife as a football player with a secret, Carson can be found keeping his 4.0 grade point average intact as he finishes his degree in Neuroscience. “Since 2016, my career has taken off, so why not pursue what I love? But I need a plan B no matter what; if one day, I need a change, the option to go in to medicine will be there. I have a huge sense of pride in what I’ve accomplished so far, balancing my career with schooling, and I am just going to go wherever the road takes me.” Show Links twitter.com/carsonrowland instagram.com/carsonrowland https://www.imdb.com/name/nm7605654/

What Is Maca? Growing at an elevation of 12-14,000 feet above sea level in the Andes mountains of Peru, maca grows in extreme weather conditions. Thriving in a habitat of intense sunlight, cold temperatures, and strong winds, this tuberous plant is a part of the brassica family. Just like cauliflower, broccoli, and cabbage, maca is a cruciferous vegetable. Nutrients Found in Maca Maca contains plenty of healthy fatty acids, the most abundant being linoleic, oleic, and palmitic acids. Maca contains vitamins A, C, B2, B6, and niacin, as well as minerals – zinc, iron, iodine, copper, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Nine amino acids are considered essential for optimal health, and maca contains seven of them [1]. Maca is also a rich source of plant sterols, which are part of what makes it so beneficial for hormonal health. Plant sterols are (chemically speaking) structurally similar to the body’s own hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. Maca Is an Adaptogen So how exactly does it work? Maca is an adaptogen, meaning that it works to strengthen, balance, and help the body respond to internal and external changes and stressors. It regulates the production of hormones to maintain healthy organ function. Maca feeds the hypothalamus, pituitary, and adrenal glands, known as the Master Glands (more on that later). Maca’s plant sterols appear to stimulate changes in the action of the hypothalamus, pituitary, and adrenal glands. Maca also seems to exert an influence on the ovaries, pineal gland, and thyroid. How Maca Can Aid Fluctuating Hormones Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is one of the most common complaints among women of reproductive age. When out of balance, estrogen – the hormone responsible for regulating the reproductive system – can cause a wide range of symptoms and annoyances for women (and their men!). Mood swings, water retention, fatigue, food cravings, irritability, headaches, irregular menstrual periods, painful cramping… all can be attributable to estrogen imbalance. Maca can help ease the rapid rise and fall of hormones in menstruating women due to its adaptogenic properties. Also, by improving the connection between the brain and the pituitary gland, maca’s ability to help balance levels of circulating hormones is further enhanced. Most PMS sufferers taking maca report a marked improvement in symptoms during their first menstrual period after commencement of maca. Other times when maca may be of benefit to women is after coming off birth control pills, and after having a baby and breastfeeding has ceased. At such times, endocrine system function can be depleted, and maca’s adaptogenic properties mean it can help the body right itself again. Maca can also ease many of the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. For those harried by hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and lack of energy, maca can provide some much-needed relief. Maca does not appear to mimic estrogen in the body but it can help to increase the body’s production of estrogen if levels are too low. That’s the beauty of an adaptogenic herb: it adapts to what the body needs. In a 2006 clinical trial, 34 early-postmenopausal women were given a supplement containing either maca or a placebo twice per day for four months. Those receiving the maca had increased levels of estrogen, suppressed levels of FSH, T3 thyroid hormone, adrenocorticotropic hormone, and cortisol (the hormone secreted in response to stress). Body mass index also decreased. Iron levels increased, however, as did bone density markers, and maca relieved many of the symptoms of menopausal discomfort such as hot flashes and night sweats [2]. Another small 2014 clinical study found that maca reduced blood pressure and depression in postmenopausal women [3]. Can Maca Can Also Benefit Men? Maca can also be helpful for male health. Recent studies have indicated that maca may assist male health by helping to increase sperm count and motility, increasing sexual desire, protecting the prostate and reducing the incidence of benign prostatic hyperplasia, reducing stress and depression, boosting energy levels, and easing mild erectile dysfunction [1, 4]. 8 Additional Health Benefits of Maca #1. Boosts Energy and Endurance A 2009 study of male cyclists found that maca supplementation did indeed improve cycling time performance, as well as sexual desire (a perk for many) [5]. #2. Hypothalamus/Pituitary/Adrenal (HPA) Gland Nourishment HPA glands are called the “Master Glands” because they regulate other glands (you may also hear it termed the “HPA Axis”). When HPA is well nourished, other glands of the body benefit as well. When under stress, the adrenal gland takes a big hit, especially if the stress moves from acute (short-lasting stress) to chronic (long-lasting stress). Maca feeds all three glands by supporting the body’s production of hormones, either increasing or decreasing levels according to the need. As a result, maca may help prevent or repair adrenal exhaustion and all of the unhealthy follow-on effects this has on the body and mind. #3. Libido Booster Maca has been used traditionally by Peruvians to boost virility and libido. Science has not yet determined how maca does this, but it has been called “Nature’s Viagra” for good reason. Some health experts believe maca’s effects on libido may be caused by its long-chain fatty acids known as macaenes and macamides, which are unique and have not been found in any other plant. A 2008 clinical study followed women suffering from sexual dysfunction caused by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) for depression. The study found that three grams of maca per day gave significant improvement in libido for the women taking it [6]. #4. Cardiovascular Health Maca’s phytosterols – campesteroland beta-sitosterol, act to interfere with the absorption of LDL cholesterol (the so-called “bad” cholesterol), making maca beneficial for the cardiovascular system [7]. Phytosterols have also been studied for their anti-inflammatory effects, which assist in balancing the immune system, and, as an added bonus, help to protect the body from abnormal cell growth. #5. Anti-Cancer A 2015 study found that phytosterols interfere with many different pathways in the carcinogenesis (cancer beginning) process [8]. In addition, an animal study found that beta-sitosterol decreased levels of circulating estrogen and inhibited the growth of estrogen-receptor positive breast cancer tumors [9]. #6. Boosts Immunity The phytosterols in maca stimulate the immune system and increased levels of interleukin-2 and natural killer cells [7] which the body needs to fight abnormal cell growth. #7. Liver Support Being a cruciferous vegetable, maca contains glucosinolates which, when chewed and digested, change into health-promoting chemicals that help protect against cancer. Sulfur-containing glucosinolates form bonds that help the body’s enzymes do their work better. Both sulfur and plant sterols are required in the production of a master antioxidant called glutathione which boosts liver function and helps the liver with detoxification [10]. #8. Healthy Bones Maca’s vitamins and minerals can help to build strong, healthy bones. A 2006 clinical trial found that maca increased bone density markers for the early-postmenopausal women taking it [2]. How to Take Maca Look for organic maca powder grown in Peru. Maca can be added to juices, oatmeal, inside sandwiches, sprinkled on salads, and added to raw food recipes. Just keep in mind that it is best not to heat maca powder to high temperatures which might diminish some of its nutrients. If you use it in recipes, add it after cooking, just before serving. A gentle approach is generally the best way to begin taking maca. Recommendations are to start with a small dose of 1 teaspoon per day. If that is well tolerated, gradually increase the dose to 1 tablespoon, or more. If you haven’t noticed any improvement, remember one trial had women taking 3 grams per day. It can take two or three weeks before you may notice the full benefits of maca. It is also recommended to only take maca daily for a few months and then take a break from it for a month or so before resuming consumption again. Some health experts recommend avoiding maca under the following conditions. Please consult with your own healthcare provider if: you are between the ages of 15 and 35, have a good, mainly plant-based diet, and don’t have mood swings, fluid retention, or any of the symptoms of PMS you have an allergy to iodine you have Hashimoto’s disease or hyperthyroid condition If hormonal fluctuations are creating havoc in your life, consult your natural health practitioner to see if maca might be right for you.     RESOURCES Organixx’s E-Plexx https://shop.organixx.com/collections/all-products/products/e-plexx?gl=5d88ed1102e26b6546380837   16 Signs & Symptoms of Menopause Every Woman Needs to Know (& What to Do About Them!) https://organixx.com/signs-symptoms-menopause/   Healthy Maca Cacao Pie https://organixx.com/maca-cacao-pie-recipe/ [1] Ethnobiology and Ethnopharmacology of Lepidium Meyenii (Maca), a Plant from the Peruvian Highlands [2] Hormone-Balancing Effect of Pre-Gelatinized Organic Maca (Lepidium peruvianum Chacon): (III) Clinical Responses of Early-postmenopausal Women to Maca in Double Blind, Randomized, Placebo-controlled, Crossover Configuration, Outpatient Study [3] Maca Reduces Blood Pressure and Depression, in a Pilot Study in Postmenopausal Women [4] Lepidium Meyenii (Maca) Improved Semen Parameters in Adult Men [5] A Pilot Investigation into the Effect of Maca Supplementation on Physical Activity and Sexual Desire in Sportsmen [6] A Double-blind, Randomized, Pilot Dose-finding Study of Maca Root (L. I have a new guest on this episode and OH BOY is he SOMETHIN’. Ramses Vanderslice and I have a brief history together in our youth, ironically dealing with this episode, and as soon as he came into my life… he vanished. Years later, I followed him on Youtube to realize his creative genius. Watching his material from the shadows, secretly wishing I was making content like him, I decided to take the next logical step. Get his ass on the show. And so I did. And so we have. This episode is an adventure of several proportions. We skip down memory lane, we address our greatest fears, we even get a little melodramatic, and much like reaching the end of our lives, we even see God for a little bit. Er - Maybe Satan. My bad.
