When's the last time you touched grass… before your phone? No really. Imagine waking up, resisting the urge to scroll, walking outside barefoot, and just… grounding. That's what today's episode is all about — unplugging from the madness and plugging into what's real. And man, this convo hit different. In this episode of The Happy Hustle Podcast, I sat down with Ryan Levesque, a 7-time Inc. 5000 CEO, 2-time #1 National Bestselling Author, and legit one of the smartest (and realest) entrepreneurs I know. He's the guy behind the wildly successful Ask Method — but lately, he's been asking deeper questions.Like…What if success isn't just scaling tech, but scaling truth? What if the best things in life can't be optimized or outsourced? What if real wealth is measured in moments, not metrics?Ryan's on a mission to live a radically real life. He left the digital rat race for a self-sustaining lifestyle — think chickens, crops, faith, and family. And in this convo, we explore his framework called “The Return to Real” — a philosophy (and lifestyle) that'll get you rethinking your entire hustle. We jammed on everything from purpose-driven business to farming wisdom to why technology is no longer a moat. Spoiler alert: In a world where anyone can clone your product, the unscalable stuff is your secret weapon. Love. Integrity. Presence. A handwritten note. A meaningful convo. A hug from your little one. THAT'S the new currency. Here are a few gems from this episode you won't wanna miss:Ryan's daily practice to instantly ground your energy and clear your mind — no apps requiredWhy the real flex in business is doing things that don't scale (and why your competition won't do it)The communication skill that'll set you apart in a noisy, AI-run worldHow to recalibrate when you feel out of sync — personally or professionallyWhy following your heart isn't fluffy — it's your most strategic moveThis convo is raw, soulful, and super practical. It's not about quitting business and buying a farm (unless that's your vibe) — it's about remembering who you are underneath the noise. Slowing down enough to ask better questions. And choosing depth over distraction, every dang time.So if you're craving more meaning, more alignment, and a business that feels good to run, hit play on this one. It might just change how you show up tomorrowIn this episode, we cover:Sustainable Living and Farming JourneyThe Return to Real: A Movement Towards AuthenticityPractical Applications of the Return to RealOptimizing for Oxytocin in BusinessThe Importance of Unscalable ExperiencesThe Importance of Communication Skills in the Digital AgeEmbracing Unconventional Wisdom for Business SuccessFollowing Your Heart's Contrarian VoiceNavigating Life's Windows of OpportunityThe Journey to Authentic LivingRapid Fire Insights and Personal ReflectionsWhat does happy Hustlin mean to you? Have you ever heard a piece of advice that just hit you straight in the soul? Like, something so profound and simple that it instantly shifts the way you see the world? Yeah, that happened to me recently, and I couldn't keep it to myself. In a world driven by screens, deadlines, and digital overload, meaningful advice can often get lost in the noise. But one piece of wisdom from 2025 stood out for its simplicity and truth: “Spend more time with God-made things and less time with man-made things.”This advice comes from my friend Ryan Levesque, a highly respected entrepreneur, bestselling author, and CEO who has built a $100M+ business while maintaining a deeply rooted lifestyle with his family on a self-sustaining farm. His words speak to a core principle many of us forget in our busy lives: real fulfillment is often found not in what we create but in what already exists around us.God-made things refer to nature, the human body, love, spirit, animals, and organic food—elements that were here long before modern conveniences. Man-made things include screens, buildings, processed food, social media, and digital noise. While technology has its place, overexposure can create imbalance, disconnection, and burnout. Here are three practical ways to apply this advice to your daily life:Start a Nature-First RoutineIntegrate natural elements into your morning and evening habits. Instead of checking your phone first thing in the morning, step outside, walk barefoot on the grass, or enjoy a quiet moment in the sun. Pair a nature-based habit with an existing routine, like drinking your morning coffee under a tree or journaling on your porch. These small shifts can increase your sense of calm and connection.Practice a Digital SabbathTake one day a week off from screens entirely. No emails, no social media, no notifications. Use that day to read, spend time with loved ones, cook, hike, or reflect in silence. Disconnecting from digital noise, even briefly, allows the mind and body to reset. To make this sustainable, plan ahead by scheduling your content or communication so you're free to unplug without stress.Prioritize Soul-Centered ConnectionMake intentional time for relationships that nourish your spirit. This could be having an uninterrupted dinner with family, going for a walk with a friend, or simply sitting in prayer or reflection. Real connection is increasingly rare in our fast-paced lives, but it's also where fulfillment lies. Deepening these bonds enhances both personal and professional well-being.The best advice often isn't revolutionary—it's a return to what matters. By choosing nature, connection, and stillness more often, you create space for clarity and joy. The balance between ambition and well-being doesn't come from doing more but from choosing better. Send us a textWhat does it really take to scale a business from six figures to seven figures and beyond? Ron Reich, business growth and marketing strategist with nearly two decades of experience, breaks down the journey that took him from stuffing flyers in law school cubbies to becoming the strategic mind behind multiple seven-figure brands.Ron's story begins with an entrepreneurial spark during his third year of law school when he discovered what was then called "information marketing." While waiting for bar exam results, he created his first digital product—a $397 course on law school success—marketing it through guerrilla tactics and early Google AdWords. This initial venture allowed him to leave his legal career behind and develop expertise across multiple niches, eventually leading to the creation of his Genius Profit System. The conversation dives deep into the psychology behind business growth, with Ron revealing that the path to major success often isn't flashy or exciting. As his mentor Richard Cousins says, "Making money is boring. Making a lot of money is really boring." This counterintuitive wisdom highlights why many entrepreneurs struggle—they abandon what works to chase shiny objects instead of doubling down on proven strategies.Through his work with major brands like Hay House and Ryan Levesque, Ron has refined a diagnostic approach that identifies the highest leverage points in each business. For some, it's creating premium offers to monetize their most loyal followers (the top 1-3% who will pay ten times more). For others, it's expanding reach to attract new leads. The key is customizing the approach based on existing strengths rather than following cookie-cutter formulas.Perhaps the most powerful insight Ron shares is disarmingly simple: entrepreneurs either win or they learn. This win-win proposition, coupled with his belief that "all growth happens outside the comfort zone," forms the philosophical foundation that has guided countless business owners through the challenging journey to seven figures and beyond.Connect with Ron at ronreich.com, where you can download his free 60-second profit checklist and transform the way you approach business growth. Thanks for tuning in to this episode of Follow The Brand! "I believe that there is a certain soul or heart that is missing in purely AI generated content. You can feel it. There's something off about it. So what that means is it's an opportunity. I was exploring this theme for a possible book or project. The way I was using AI was by inputing my language, through my phone, verbally. I talk through my ideas and I ask AI to better organize my thoughts. The content itself is still coming from my brain, they're ideas that I might have that are imperfect or flawed, they're human. They're not AI focused. There's a certain human-ness to it. And I use AI to enhance that." In this episode of the Veterinary Marketing Podcast, I, Brandon Breshears, had the pleasure of discussing quiz funnels with the brilliant Ryan Levesque, the mastermind behind the Ask Method and co-founder of Bucket.io. In our latest episode, we dove headfirst into the world of quiz funnels, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer for how we do marketing in the veterinary field. Ryan's a big deal in the marketing world, and he's got this killer strategy that's all about asking the right questions to really get what your clients need. It's not just about pushing products or services; it's about figuring out what's going on with your clients and how you can help them best. With quiz funnels, we're talking about sparking a conversation with potential clients, getting to know their specific needs, and crafting marketing messages that hit home for them. And then there's Bucket.io—this platform is like the Swiss Army knife for creating quiz funnels. Ryan walked us through how it uses AI to make the whole process a breeze and fits right in with the tech you're already using. It's perfect for us in the vet industry because it helps us make quizzes that are spot-on for what our clients are dealing with, like helping them prep for tough stuff like euthanasia appointments or figuring out the best wellness plans for their pets. So, a huge shout-out to Ryan for sharing his wisdom with us. If you're itching to get into the nitty-gritty of the Ask Method or want to start crafting your own quiz funnels with Bucket.io, definitely check out askmethod.com or bucket.io. And don't forget to follow Ryan for the latest tips and tricks. Remember, folks, integrating quiz funnels into your marketing mix can totally transform how you connect with clients. It's all about that personal touch and really understanding what your clients are after. With the right approach and tools, you're not just attracting clients—you're building a community of loyal fans for your practice. Thanks for tuning in, and I can't wait to share more marketing gems with you on the Veterinary Marketing Podcast. Catch you next time!

Welcome back to Making Bank. On today's episode, we have a compilation of previous episodes with Maxwell Finn, Ray Karpuska, Philip Mckernan, Ryan Levesque, Rome Za, Ramon Ray and Tai Lopez and in this episode you will hear tips and tricks from top entrepreneurs about the guide to success. (2:27) Maxwell Finn If you're selling something that's new to the market that has some type of new evolutionary technology, that's very expensive, you really need to treat it just like you would any other marketing funnel where you're taking a cold lead and you're nurturing that lead before you try to sell it. This way you're filtering it through different layers where that first layer is really about sharing ads where the content is purely based around the problem that the product solves. (7:12) Ray Karpuska The mindset is important. It doesn't matter how much you have, if you can contain that emptiness of mind, like you don't have anything, you're broke, there's nothing, you don't have to play by the rules, then you see the world differently because you just see what you want. And then your intuition kind of gives you signals and your brain doesn't block that. (12:35) Philip Mckernan Be interested in who you are, what you're on the search to do. What is your mission? What is your gift? What do you see? What do you know about the world that no one else knows?? Draw that wisdom out. Information is great to a point, but beware of information overload. Don't absorb copious amounts of information. (19:16) Ryan Levesque Go out to places where your market is already hanging out. You can go to forums. You can go to Facebook groups. You might go to your personal network of contacts that you have and really what you do is you ask questions. You can tell people you are working on a project and you're trying to better understand the biggest challenge and frustrations people are having when it comes to this. This will open up the door to have a series of one-on-one interactions where you can learn a lot. (23:52) Rome Za The hunter who chases two rabbits, catches none. Learn how to tap into that internal warrior where you can be hyper focused. Get rid of all the emotional past that you are holding to. (28:07) Ramon Ray The biggest challenge of being an entrepreneur is when you have to build your startup while having a day job. You'll have to work ten times harder than anyone else. Moreover, you may never know when you may get fired. So learn to build a solid clientele so that even if you do get laid off, you will be ready to move on to the next one. (32:28) Tai Lopez Try to seek out a mentor. One of the fastest ways to success is to do something that others have already done. You can later improve your skills along the way. But find someone who is already good at what you're trying to do and learn the things they did so that it will be easier for you to improve.
