There are always reasons to hold back and not set the boundary yet. Maybe the situation will improve all on its own, right? In codependency, that is not likely the case. You do need to take action, but might not be ready to set the boundaries yet. Here are some reasons I've seen time and time again in my clients for not moving forward:Fear of Resistance--There is great fear of getting a 'no' response, retaliation, backlash or a feeling that if the boundary doesn't work out, it's proof that there is something wrong with you, or that all this work wasn't worth it.Feelings of Guilt--For asking for more, for not being in service but instead of the position of taking. In families where adults done take ownership of their emotions, children can end up taking on feelings of guilt a parent should feel for their own behavior. This creates this sense of just being used to feeling guilty.Worthiness Issues--What if I don't deserve this good thing I want to ask for? What if someone doesn't do what I'm asking and I feel bad, which confirms my worst fear that I am, in fact, not worthy? Not realizing you Deserve to be treated Better, so you don't ask--If you haven't been treated well in life, you may not realize. But if you feel victimized, powerless, used or like you deserve for bad things to happen to you--then you probably are being treated badly and deserve more. Seek help from an agency, counselor or other helping institution to help you change your situation. You deserve so much better honey. The good thing is, there is lots you can do to get yourself ready to set boundaries if you're not there yet!Practice setting boundaries with your pet, yourself or someone safe and non-threateningStrengthen your love for yourself and your feelings of worthinessIncrease your understanding of what you need and WHY you need itWhat is your motivation for the boundary you'd like to set? What do you get after the boundary is set, respected and there is no push back? I know many authors who've thought about it, but few who have done it... written a children's book.As the parent of three children, it's certainly something that I have considered. One man who has leapt into children's fiction is John Mashni. He's recently written and published CinderToot, which is a take on the tale of Cinderella.Having read the book, I surprised myself by laughing out loud as it's hilarious, and the illustrations that accompany it are superb. In this episode, John, who runs his own legal practice, explains why he chose to write a children's book in the first place and how writing it taught him some valuable parenting lessons. Last year, we saw the media regularly call Black Lives Matter protesters “rioters,” “violent,” or “thugs.” Yet on January 6, those who attacked the U.S. Capitol were often described as “passionate protestors” and “Trump supporters.” Linguistic anthropologist Suzanne Wertheim explains why these language disparities matter—and how biases like these show up in our workplaces, too. Dr. Suzanne Wertheim is an anti-bias consultant, researcher, and educator. She is also the founder of Worthwhile Research & Consulting, a firm that optimizes workplace culture through anti-bias and communication training. She is an expert in how cultural biases are expressed and perpetuated through language, and trains tech companies to spot and dismantle these biases in their workplaces. It's not your fault that you were born with a human brain. It's not your fault that your entire lifetime you've been fed garbage distorted data. And it's not your fault you were born into the body you were born into… But it is your responsibility, once you learn things, to make sure that you are looking for problems and then using your power to address them. —Dr. Suzanne Wertheim, founder, Worthwhile Research & Consulting We talk about:The role of a linguistic anthropologistThe dangers of softening language and other linguistic distortionsHow bias impacts workers in the tech industryWhich populations are most at risk for workplace bias and how to effectively fight against itWhat we can learn from research on trans workers who transitioned gender presentation in the workplacePlus: in this week’s You’ve Got This, Sara talks self-care, self-confidence, and how to better understand our inner critic. https://youtu.be/7QO6FLFEEjA Matthew 8:28-33 As always- interesting story- (Explain story)It's no different today- whole cities of people reject Jesus every day. Seattle police chief recently rescinded an invite from a National Christian organization because they were ‘filled with hate' Leave- we don't want you here Jesus-. It's happening more often. Schools, TV, Movies, workplaces, they don't want Christians there. We're labeled. We're ostracized. Not invited. We look at them and we say “how could they beg Jesus to depart”? And we may not say it without mouths- but many of us beg Jesus to depart from us every single day. Why did they beg him to depart? They begged him because demons had become the norm READ v 28-29Demon possession is real - Job 2:2the Lord said to Satan, “From where do you come?” Satan answered the Lord and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.”in this town- its clear that the people had gotten used to the demons and just avoided themIt says “exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way.”To me- that says- you know, we know that there is a place in the city that is overcome with demons- but we're not going to go there and do some spiritual warfare and fix it- we're just going to go around it. Eph 4:27 nor give place to the devil.- and these people had given place to the devil. Forwhatever reason- they thought it better to just avoid the problem instead of facing the problemTo them- just let the demons demon- let them have their way- we'll just learn to live with themvisit this old lady when I was kid- house had cockroaches- she'd name them- better to clean? So in part- when these people come to Jesus at the edge of the city and beg him to leave- its because Jesus had upset their norm. what they were used to- how they did businessIts like when an addict gets clean and goes back to the house- they house knew how to deal with addiction- don't know how to deal with healthy- it can create problems. So they beg him- Just leave Jesus- we didn't want you to deal with this possession- we didn't ask you to fix our issues- just leave- we liked our pet demons- Maybe it created a distraction so they wouldn't have to deal with their own issues- liked having issues to blame their problems on? Who knowsWhat does it mean to youAre you begging Jesus to leave because you like your demons? Have you let them take up residence and now they are so much a part of the family you're naming them like cockroaches?Matthew 12:43-45 READ when the unclean spirit has gone out of personDemons are real- possession and oppression - if you don't deal with it- it just comes backBut people think they can play with this withcraft and it wont bother them- that everything okYou can't camp in Sodom and expect that you wont come out smelling like smoke- 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.ever had a kid go spend the night with a bad kid and come back with their spirit on them? You got to cast that thing out- you cant let that spirit take up with your kid- thinking its okthey accustomed to the demon possession and had adjusted their lives to avoid itWhat you should do when it comes to demons? Put on the whole armor of God. Get prayed upEphesians 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [a]wiles of the devil.Demon possession is real folks. Everything isn't a demon, but there are principalities involved in this world that you have to be aware of. If you don't you can find yourself in a bad placeYou must James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.Submit to God- put up a fight- pray over yourself, your family, your house, where you go- Watch what you watch, who you associate with, and what you take part in- 2 Cor 2:11 lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.

I appreciate your help.Courtney King {story of finding true health}In 2016, Courtney King was named Ms. Bikini Olympia. But in 2017, her world crashed down when an "unexplained illness" hit hard. Now, you might have just read these first few sentences and thought,Next. How could I possibly relate to a bikini model? But let me tell you - you might relate to her in far more ways than other gut health episodes I do.You see, Courtney pushed her body to all physical limits via generalized, dieting, and fitness stress. Her pinnacle control via physique was followed by the depths of illness with a journey to recover that she could have never imagined. The truth is that my own story is so similar to hers. The same stressors she put on her body, I put on my own. And here's the thing, you don't have to be training for an extreme bikini competition in order to face the repercussions of those stressors. Clearly I was never training for a bikini competition and yet I, too, was diagnosed with many things Courtney was.Anyways, here are some things from the show.Episode 6: Courtney King Show NotesClick HERE to save this post for later.Resources MentionedCourtney King on Instagram HERECourtney's YouTube channel HEREWhat is SIBO?SIBO and Weight GainJournaling for Gut HealingWorkouts and Gut HealingAlternatives to Myfitnesspal {31 best alternatives in 2021}Dieting HarderDon’t Miss These Thoughts"It all starts within." - CourtneyToxic stress and relationships"is having a shredded stomach and the tightest legs and a nice booty - is that health?"Viewing health from the inside-outWhat Courtney did to dig herself out of illness h#$$Getting to a SIBO diagnosis, then healing from itWhat kind of SIBO healing approach did not work for Courtney"Where the mind goes, the body follows."Addressing past issues and insecurities."This didn't happen to you, it happened for you."More from A Gutsy GirlWelcome to A Gutsy Girl PodcastHang out on InstagramBFF’s on YouTubeFree resource: The Master Gutsy SpreadsheetRated-G Email ClubBtw – don’t forget to grab a copy of your 90-day healing journey journal (there is also a PDF e-version you can download today HERE). The notes I read from for this episode:It's not fair!Back from picking up litterForecast, a few inches of snowJust want coffee, not to dispose. Ancestors couldJust want to travel, not pollute.Don't want to think about others all the timeJust want to relaxTons of trash from last snowAsked cafe to ask people not to litter around trashNot our responsibility, city, customersSomeone else, some other time, never me, never nowYet improves lifeSo no, it's not fair. Others got to do without thinking what if we do, we hurt others, people far awayBut any parent knows responsibility improves, stewardshipIf we live by their values, tragicIf we live by values of cultures that have endured, joy, community, connectionSo no, it's not fair, but what will you do about itWhat will you do about your contribution? Not zero.Lament? Have you ever caught yourself wondering if you’re the right person for the job? I’m talking about that feeling that eventually - everyone is going to figure out that you’re making it up as you go along. That questioning how you even found yourself in the position you are, doing the things that you’re doing? Wondering when (not if) anyones eventually going to ‘find you out’?And secondly - here’s the biggie - have these thoughts ever stopped you from shooting for something - or asking for something - that really mattered?Today’s topic is a deeply personal one for me...I know for me there has been countless times in my life, not just my career, where I’ve thought to myself “”? And now that you’re here, how on earth are you going to pull this off?” As a mum, a founder, a speaker, my inner voice can sometimes be deafening than the sound of the busy-ness, even louder than the sound of the triumph, can I probably don’t have enough fingers and toes to count how many times my inner voice has been loud enough to stop me at the last minute from taking a dive into something beautiful. That’s what makes today’s podcast guest and conversation, such a deeply personal one for me, because I know the grips that Imposter Syndrome has had on me in the past, and I’m sure for you as well, and So - as one of the first in the year - I went on a mission to find the No 1. Voice on the planet on imposter syndrome.Find we did - and her name is Valerie Young, Valerie has spoken at some of the world’s largest and most diverse organizations as Apple, Chrysler, Boeing, Microsoft, IBM, Facebook, BP, Google, TED - and the list just keeps going - as well as at over 85 colleges and universities including Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, MIT, and Oxford.I...:Just exactly how far-reaching the effects of imposter syndrome are - here’s a clue it doesn’t belong to an age group or a gender - in fact - the further up the tree you go - the more likely you are to deal with itWhat it can do, to even the most capable of people - and why it’s vital that we learn to deal with it or miss out on vast amounts of potentialThe tools to re-frame that voice in our heads when it appears - to literally take the ‘freeze effect’ and use it as fuelDeveloping new responses to failure and mistake making - this one has been huge for me this past year. Starting with my conversation with Mark Schulman - drummer for Pink and the phrase ‘Am I free to fail?’Why the belief that we are imposters relies on one fundamentally untrue assumptionAnd what to do when we feel that cycle of self-doubt kick inThis was one of those conversations, that started out for me - and hopefully will continue to gain traction as we start discussing - in more and more places - and certainly on this podcast - the stories that keep us small - in business, in society and in life - and ways to flip that narrative to make the largest contribution we’re capable of making. And that involves first believing that we deserve to be there. So grab your favorite biscuits, I’m all in on Tim Tams at the moment - make sure you’ve got your pen and paper handy - and let 2020 be the year you finally let that imposter go. Enjoy my conversation with - Valerie Young. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

During the DeFi Summer of 2020, YAM Finance launched with a bang, and had its share of ups and downs within its first couple of days. It started out as an experiment to bring together some of the more innovative ideas in the space. It sparked a movement which brought massive attention to yield farming, and started the food token craze. After a bug was discovered in the v1 contract, many thought the project was dead. But no, the team and community have been working diligently to bring the protocol back to life and it's now a community-run DAO innovating at the intersection of decentralized governance and programmable finance.Trent Elmore is one of the creators of YAM. He joins us to talk about the incredibly swift birth of the project, the rebase mechanism, the treasury, the infamous bug and how they saved the project. He also shares some of the new upcoming products on the YAM Roadmap, and how a truly decentralized community is rebuilding its brand.Topics covered in this episode:Trent's background and how he got into crypto and DeFiHow YAM and food tokens were bornThe team behind YAMWhat was the vision of the project at the beginning? The proposed utility of the protocolHow the treasury funding works in the context of the rebasing mechanismThe Game Theory for YAM holdersHow they built their communities and choose tokensYAM's connection between their governance and SnapshotThe infamous bug in V1 and how they recovered from itWhat plans do they have for the treasury and products going forward, including the recent UMA collaborationEpisode links:YAM on TwitterYAM FinanceDiscordYAM on MediumTrent on TwitterSponsors:1inch: Discover the best rates and most efficient swapping routes across leading DEXes. I am an author, speaker, transformation coach, and 11-year, 100 lb. weight loss success story. I am also the CEO of a mission-oriented gym and wellness center in the Charlotte, NC area called 265 Point Total Fitness.Interestingly enough, much of the success that God has allowed me to enjoy is founded upon a book that I wrote in 2013, 265 Point. In the book, I share how I transformed from being a 265 lb. junk food addict to a 155 lb. fitness fanatic appearing on the demonstration floor of the Dr. Oz Television show. It's part biography, part self-help. I wanted to do my part to end the trend of obesity in America and help others lose weight and keep it off.I would love to say that I answered the call to write immediately. I didn't. It took me YEARS to put pen to paper and publish my book. Now, as an aspiring author coach my mission is to ensure that others don't repeat my mistake. Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk. I’m your host, Diane Wyzga.Today we have a special bonus episode because the boys are back in town. My guest is Steve Schuch joining us from Hancock, New Hampshire. Steve is a former Peace Corps volunteer, Audubon naturalist, award-winning recording artist and author, composer, musician, and the recipient of the Parent’s Choice Gold Award for his CD Trees of Life. You’ve heard his music on NPR and PBS. But mostly I’ve known Steve as my brother-in-law. I’ve invited him here to share with us a most wonderful story about how musing on Martin Luther King, Jr. and America the Beautiful traveled all its musical way to becoming a new America the Dream. What makes this such a neat story? Let’s hear how all this came to be. Welcome to the podcast, Steve!Minutes: 37:010:00 to 2:22 IntroStart From Where You Are.Minute 2:22 to 6:34 Steve as Musician Back Story On your website you have a darling quote by a 3rd grader who wrote: "I really likt your songs and storeys. What do you do for a liveing?" -Barry, 3rd grade. My listeners have heard 2 of your compositions: Mer’s Waltz that underscores my daily 60 Seconds podcast, and Entering Erdenheim which introduces and closes my guest interviews. How did music catch your attention?Grew up surrounded by music as a childMom and dad played piano; crawled under it to listenCarried his dad’s tiny reel-to-reel tape recorder to concertsStarted violin at age 7 because it was the instrument was available in 3rd gradeMusic has always been thereLoved it when folks were singingIn Oberlin College Junior year went to Pete Seeger concert: the whole crowd was in 4-part harmony!Bought folk guitar and then taught at Seeger’s Summer Camp in VermontMusic just keeps expanding - whether classical, folk, Broadway, NashvillePlayed with Pete Seeger and worked on the Clearwater; Seeger was huge influence on Steve’s workThe power of people singing together and what they can doMusic is a primitive language - predates spoken language -Alzheimer’s patients will still sing songs from childhoodMusic enters very deep place in usWhen we combine music with messages it deepensMinute 6:34 to 11:46 Symphony of WhalesWhat informed Steve's work: Dominican Republic, classic & folk, music of Ireland, whale calls - all music being the uniting element in the worldMusic and roots - listen closelyThe New York Times wrote, "There is great dignity in the simple words, which communicate the author's respect for what he can't explain." After listening to your music for a bit what was the NYTimes trying to express about the book, Symphony of WhalesSymphony of Whales (national award-winning) true story: 3,000 whales trapped in Straits in Siberia - released by ice breaker playing classical musicAt some point words failThe story is about risking the ship and crew to rescue 3,000 whales (1/10th of the world's population)Music helps us to express what words cannotMassive ice breaker ship cut ice but how to get the whales to move along - to follow this massive ice breaker to open water?Whale songs didn’t work, nor did Russian Rock & Roll, nor folk musicClassical music was enough to get the whales to follow the ship to seaMusic as a universal language - for all kingdomsComplexity of songs in the songbird kingdom that we can’t hear with the naked earHow It All BeganMinute 11:46 to 15:55 From Small Town Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration to Music Mission I understand that you and (your wife, my sister) Marilyn were at a local New Hampshire town gathering in January of 2019 celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr’s birthday and you had this idea......tell us more about that:As a member of the Event Planning Committee Steve suggested: What if we had an anthem everyone could sing together? What if we could weave together “America the Beautiful” with Dr. King’s dream for all America? What if we were to take opening lines of America the Beautiful, create a chorus, create new verses that reflected Martin Luther King Jr.'s Dream and invite everyone to sing?Closing out the New Hampshire town event all the people were singingThe sound that day of children’s voices, together with parents and grandparents, was incredibly uplifting. And so this project was born.Led to quite a project in the Year of COVIDWhat was intriguing about the Martin Luther King , Jr. language?“I Have a Dream!” speech is still relevant, beautiful language, older language, reminiscent of Abraham Lincoln, King JamesThe language is accessibleBeautiful ideals of brotherhood/sisterhood, children growing up together that might not have been possible in 1960sMartin Luther King, Jr. speech is a dream of what America CAN be. America the Beautiful is also a dream; not just what we’ve achieved but the dream of democracy we’re still working onPeople risk their lives to come here, have a better lifeWe’ve not yet achieved all we're capable of yet but our dream is still thereIt was almost a natural to pair MLK's dream with America the BeautifulMinute 15:55 to 19:36 Katherine Lee Bates and America the BeautifulFor those who may not know, 130 years ago Katherine Lee Bates wrote a poem which came to be known as America the Beautiful. Would you tell us more about that and how it came to be our unofficial anthemBates was professor at Wellesley College - one of the first female professors in the country at a time when such achievement was unusual for a womanTeaching in ColoradoWonderful poetWagon train to top of Pike’s Peak; Bates began jotting lines in her scribbler: called the poem “America”Had no idea what would become of it; as it turned out: good happenstance“Good happenstance happens to those who write frequently than for those who write rarely.”Steve’s hope is to encourage the singing of this song, and others like it, all across this land to unite us.At a time when our country feels increasingly fractured, songs like this can help bring us together. They remind us of all we share in common: the promise of an America that is more than any of us aloneWhat kept you moving forward with this work as it morphed from project to mission?People hearing the early version asked how comes it’s not being sung everywhere?Considered: set up new website with free sheet music? Music videos? More history?Actually, what would make more sense is a series of arrangements for different singing groups: children’s choir, church choir, college choir, country western singerResult: much of the COVID year was spent composing the many arrangements which are free and downloadable on the America the Dream websiteMinute 19:36 to 21:00 America the Dream - The EvolutionThe evolution of the poem which had been set to music and in time becoming our unofficial national anthem - America the Beautiful - partnered with Martin Luther King, Jr.’s "I Have a Dream!" speechLet’s hear and talk about some of the arrangements our listener will discover on the America the Dream website: Minute 21:00 to 26:05 America the Dream Arrangement IIITell us about what we just heard and why this is not another rehash America the BeautifulIn this version you are hearing entirely new sections that Steve composed, sung by wonderful women’s voices with piano accompanimentArrangement III is not too difficultThe entire choir could be on melody if desired; or the choice for 2-part harmony if choir wishesThe piano is interesting in that it has an intro “Every mountainside let freedom ring for the hope unseen, the long awaited dream.” From the outset the song references the dream, hope, aspiration of Martin Luther King, Jr. and probably Katherine Lee BatesThe listener will get a surprise about the melody and take it different placesArrangement III is not complicated but musically satisfyingThe hope is that any choir conductor, and music director could listen to all 6 arrangements on the website and find the version that’s suitable for their group, venue, etc.Another website resource: downloadable MP3 with piano accompaniment if your group doesn’t have a piano for rehearsal or performanceAnother website resource: download rehearsal exampleWebsite designed to be user-friendly for everyoneMinute 26:05 to 28:00 How these voice were brought togetherRemarkable and miraculous project! As project getting underway, creating website, making sheet music available and at a time when COVID prevents the gathering of live choirs.Steve heard a virtual choir music video by Boston Conservatory at Berklee student Shelbie Rassler who was then a senior with some 70 of her student colleagues What the World Needs NowSome 2 million people saw and listened and Steve decided "I need this person!"People want to see faces and hear actual voicesSteve asked Shelbie about working together with some of her peersThey began the work on music videos summer 2020 and finished up fall 2020Everything is available for free on the websiteNOTE: These scores are free for non-commercial use. For public performances the lyrics may be included in printed programs or projected on to screens as long as the credits are included. Please consider sending us a YouTube of your performance to be added to our website. For commercial use contact us for permission and licensing. Minute 28:00 to 37:01 America the Dream Arrangement IVThe reason for 6 different versions is to offer choices: complicated or simple arrangementsWhat’s unusual about Arrangement IV is the level of complexity: the piano part reinforces the melody but almost never plays itWhat makes Arrangement IV gorgeous is the undercurrent - quite unusual and specialListen to the piano hinting of melody, like a river or extra current around the melody but not playing the melodyNot super-difficult but singers would have to be confident of their abilitiesThis brings tears to my eyes! This is a bring it together kind of songWe don’t have many songs that celebrate the hope and promise of our countryFor many years America the Beautiful is unofficial national anthem because the lyrics speak to love of country but not a militaristic oneIt is sung to a melody written in 1882 by Samuel Augustus Ward, a Newark, New Jersey, church organist and choirmasterVery singable! In a time of our awareness to bring country together prompted the writing of lyrics about coming together, to sing togetherThere has been a need for it all alongSteve wrote verses with the idea that people would sing - togetherMinute 35:00 to 39:00 You use the analogy of a baseball game when you were talking about this work. What does that mean for people who haven’t been the website yet? Here we are, at the end of the road but not the journey. Thank you for listening to Part 1 of this episode of Stories From Women Who Walk with your host Diane Wyzga and my guest recording artist, musician, composer, and brother-in-law Steve Schuch. He began playing professionally while still in high school. Later at Oberlin College he continued studying both music and biology. There he started listening to different kinds of music beyond just classical, picked up his first used $25 guitar, and began writing his first songs. After college Steve spent two and a half years as a Peace Corps volunteer, planting trees with farmers in the mountains of the Dominican Republic. There he listened to the different melodies and rhythms and began writing more of his own music. Many evenings, a guitar would be passed around a room full of people. By lantern light, young and old alike shared music and stories over cups of ginger root tea and home grown coffee.Since returning to the United States in 1984, Steve and his music have embraced both the classical and folk realms. Haunting violin and whale calls... music and tales of Ireland... a pizzicato interpretation of a Picasso painting... these are just part of Steve's wide-ranging repertoire. Many of his pieces have been featured on National Public Radio and PBS.For four years Steve taught a graduate course on integrating music and storytelling into classroom curriculum. A former Audubon naturalist, Steve lives on a farm with his wife and various creatures. Personal interests include white water canoeing, Mexican food, and relating to large reptiles.Honors include composer awards, Artist Fellowship Awards, and five fiddling championships. Steve's recordings with The Night Heron Consort are national bestsellers on the North Star label. His latest book, A Symphony of Whales, has received five national book awards. His latest CD, Trees of Life, has received a Parent's Choice Gold Award."Schuch conveys awe with an economy of language that approaches poetry." ~ The Boston Sunday Globe"Riveting Indeed." ~ The Smithsonian"There is great dignity in the simple words, which communicate the author's respect for what he can't explain." ~ -The New York Times"Warmth and storytelling magic." ~ Los Angeles TimesAbout Steve's Composing and Playing"Exceptionally fine... Schuch brings as much intelligence and skill to folk music as he does to classical." ~ The Boston Globe"Downright exhilarating. Here's a player who doesn't recite music, he paints it." ~ he Lowell Sun"I really likt your songs and storeys. Let’s talk about letting go, which is one of the most crucial steps in how to stop wanting Mr. or Ms. Wrong back, and to find someone better, and is an excellent topic to cover and wrap up an insane year. On the last episode of The Anacrusic Podcast, I talked all about the importance of seeing yourself as a teacher musician instead of just a music teacher. This is such an important distinction, because it puts the emphasis of the label we use for ourselves on our intention. It's my musicianship that makes me an amazing teacher for my students. It's my musicianship that brought me to my teaching practice, and it's my musicianship identity that I put before everything (you know, other than wife and mother) about how I define myself in my professional life.So today, on another Anacrusic in Action episode, I'm sharing some actionable ideas for how to truly unleash your own teacher musicianship. Here's what I'm sharing on today's podcast:How to sink into truly caring, even when you just aren't feeling itWhat we GET to do each and every dayWhy it's so important to keep creating as a teacher musicianToday's episode of The Anacrusic Podcast is sponsored by my FREE guide, The Planning Playbook.
