Calming the Mind with Michel Pascal

On this episode, I am joined by Michel Pascal, meditation teacher and singer. Michel resided at the Kopan Monastery in the Himalayas, where he studied under the late Buddhist master Chepa Dorje Rinpoche before moving to the US. He has written 20 books and, along with the Amity Foundation, created the first meditation program designed to reintegrate “lifers” (people who have spent 15+ years incarcerated) back into society after prison. He has also performed at Carnegie Hall since 2016. We discuss overthinking, which can lead to burnout, anxiety, depression, and other mental conditions. By calming our mind, we can feel immediately better and reverse the ill effects of overthinking. Michel details why learning how to quiet and calm our minds helps us to increase our focus and achieve inner peace. He describes the importance of integrating meditation into our daily lives. We often think that meditation is something that should only be done in a peaceful surrounding, but Michel emphasizes why learning how to meditate within stressful situations is essential. Christina Hill - Athella - The Journey Of Transconfiguration From Channeler To Becoming A Sirian

Tell Me Your Story

Plug: World Renowned Channeler Site: https://www.athella.org/ Christina Hill is a manifesting coach and a world renowned channeler who climbed the ladder of her own spiritual ascension through deep human egoic suffering and trauma- or as she calls it- moving from darkness into Light. From childhood Christina was able to communicate with non-physical beings and had many other psychic gifts (including telepathy and telekinesis), and it took over 15 years for her to shift out of darkness and into a fully conscious "awakened" human angel. From a past riddled with addictions to homelessness, disease, to sexual abuse, Christina's commitment to dropping the egoic mind and living a liberated life in the present moment stands, in of itself, as a tour de force. After serving many years in a children's hospital in the US, and witnessing several violent crimes, a near death encounter allowed her to receive divine messages that Athella would be aligning with her over the course of a lifetime. After her first encounter with Athella, she began training with some of the most enlightened minds in this worldly plane to fine tune her instrument of first person channeling and coaching. Now she partners with Athella to bring healing and divine guidance to clients around the globe. Screen Shot 2019-11-14 at 9.01.41 AM.png Christina has a unique lifestyle, she is a dedicated spiritual leader, athlete, and present moment advocate. She follows a strict vegan and organic diet, removed from electronics, outside of the matrix web, fasting every day, committed sustained meditation, and exercise in nature in order to keep a close relationship with Athella. She works with all kinds of professionals such as doctors, scientists, psychiatrists, engineers, business executives/leaders, and “seekers”. The energy field that Christina embodies is potent and can be felt both in person and through the mediums of modern communication, which allows her to synergize with a wide range of cultures and personalities. When Christina met Athella she told her that she would be assembling a team and developing a philanthropy program so that they could grow to a global level and travel the world sharing Athella's teachings. That prophesy has now been realized, as the Athella team continues to thrive and provide leadership in the development of human consciousness. Christina's coaching and teachings through Athella have led many thousands of people to spiritual enlightenment and the realization that "enlightenment" is here and now, stemming from one's own inner resources! The Journey of Transconfiguration: From Channeler to Becoming a Sirian Since meeting Athella in 2015, Christina has been channeling for private clients and celebrities from around the globe, she has been featured in 2 films (Angels and Aliens-Tuning In: Angels & Aliens | Gaia and the documentary Everyone Can Change-Everyone Can Change - The Movie - YouTube), and she has collaborated with prominent spiritual visionaries in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall with Michael Beckwith, Michel Pascal, and Deepak Chopra, to name a few. Then in 2020, Athella asked Christina to volunteer to become a Sirian in order to receive healing Sirian Light Codes from the Sirian based satellite, and to undergo a transconfiguration which would require a radical spiritual commitment. Christina agreed, and what followed was a series of events that have now been documented in her new movie: From Channeler to Sirian: Ascension to Sirian Light Codes To become a Sirian Christina first had to shed her 3D self in the 3rd Dimension. Her personality and body had to be taken to the ultimate test. In July 2020, she was hospitalized for over a month, with no medical explanation as to why her body was approaching the point of mortal death.

In this episode, you'll hear the story of a man who left positions with high influence and pay to start a retreat center for transformation in Peru. Daniel Gutierrez was a former advisor to the White House and the author of the book Radical Mindfulness. When he published his book, he transformed his own life by listening to his own lessons. He is still on an amazing journey today by hosting guests at his center named Catalina to honor his mother. Daniel is a good friend and fellow member of a wonderful organization, the Evolutionary Business Council. We talk about mindfulness, managing transitions, plant medicine, and much more in this fun interview. The interview yields eight “fun nuggets” about transformation: #1: Writing a book can create transformation in your life. (In Daniel's case, he goes so far as to say that writing a book saved his life). #2: You may need to read and re-read your own book to incorporate the lessons for yourself. #3: You are not your “bio”. #4: Ask permission. Daniel tells the story of his “dispacho” ceremony to connect to nature, honor Her, and ask for permission to use the land for his Retreat Center. #5: Plant medicines remove the veil between ourselves and a greater consciousness. #6: Listen. #7: There is a difference between an experience and a healing. We discuss Michael Pollan's book, How to Change Your Mind. https://www.amazon.com/How-to-Change-Your-Mind-audiobook/dp/B07B1V3RF5/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=how+to+change+your+mind&qid=1625246520&sr=8-1 #8: There is a journey before the journey and even a journey after the journey About Daniel Gutierrez Once a high-powered executive and in-demand consultant who graced the covers of Latin Business, Cypen, and Color Magazines, Daniel Gutierrez realized that there was more to success than a 7-figure earning potential. As President of PRIMER, a prestigious national leadership organization and an advisor to the Department of White House Personnel for the Obama Administration, Daniel was a highly regarded and deeply revered leader. Though Daniel was listed as one of the “Top 100 Hispanics in America” along with Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, actor Edward James Olmos, and CNN's Soledad O'Brien, something was still missing. To find fulfillment, Daniel decided to dedicate the next chapter of his life to becoming a Master of Mindfulness. During the past 10 years, he has led quests to the heights of the Machu Picchu, the depths of the Amazon, and the top of the Himalayas. After the boardroom, now Daniel has been guiding entrepreneurs and corporate executives in deep-dive mindfulness immersions. Though mindfulness is a lifelong practice, Daniel has become known for giving life-altering strategies in as little as 60 seconds. When facing extreme pressure, executives go from high-strung to highly productive. Daniel has even turned Wall Street cubicles from a place of stress to pads of serenity. A beloved mentor and sought-after motivational speaker, Daniel was featured in the documentary Luminous World Views as one of eighteen world-renowned transformational thought-leaders. In November 2018 Daniel appeared as a special guest for renowned teacher, Michel Pascal on one of the biggest stages in the world, Carnegie Hall in New York City. He addressed a sold-out crowd with musical support from Earth Wind and Fire, Madonna and Michael Jackson's best musicians. On several previous shows we have referred listeners to meditation as one of the most effective of ways to get in touch with the authentic Self. Today, we are going to be examining some meditation tools created by Michel Pascal, and used by Google, Harvard University and other major organizations to reduce stress. We will explore this from the angle of spirituality as well as physicality, mind and body. Many people say that meditation is too hard, and takes too much time. But our guest today proves neither of those to objections valid. His book, Meditations for Daily Stress, offers ten easy practices for immediate well-being. If you are stressed, or have trouble meditating, this show is for you. Don't miss it.
