"There's incentive to keep people sick because Big Pharmaceutical will profit off of it, and then they'll prescribe the medications and the medications to combat the side effects of their own medications. It's a vicious cycle that's very hard to escape." - Nathan Graville Peptides + MSCs "Peptides and MSCs are the future of longevity. These are two therapeutics that will get us to living into our hundreds. When you do a MSC IV, it's going to find out where in your body you need healing and it's going to go to those areas on its own. This is potentially the most powerful therapeutic that we know about in existence as it relates to longevity." - Nathan Graville Feeling Healthy Doesn't Equal Being Healthy "There's no way to know if you're healthy based on just how you feel. You can have elevated markers that are directly correlated to all-cause mortality. Which is why looking underneath the hood is so crucially important. The only way to know is by doing a routine blood work." - Nathan Graville Links From Today's Show  Nathan Graville Geviti Conscious Capitalism by John Mackey + Raj Sisodia 734 Kirk Parsley MD | Sleep As Medicine: How To Sleep Like Royalty + Stop Being Sick 694 Shawn Wells | Your Ultimate Guide To Healing Mental + Physical Health NOOTOPIA (10% off with code JOSH10) Joy Kong MD   Josh's Trusted Products | Up To 40% Off Shop All Products Biohacking MANNA Vitality - Save 20% with code JOSH20 HigherDOSE - 15% off with the code WELLNESSANDWISDOM PLUNGE - $150 off with discount code WELLNESSFORCE Pulsetto - Save 20% with code "JOSH" SaunaSpace - 10% off with discount code JOSH10 Ultrahuman Ring Air - 10% off with code JOSH NutriSense - 30% off with WELLNESSFORCE Wellness Test Kits Choose Joi - Save 50% on all Lab Tests with JOSH Blokes - Save 50% on all Lab Tests with JOSH FertilityWize Test by Clockwize - Save 10% with code JOSH Tiny Health Gut Tests - $20 off with discount code JOSH20 VIVOO Health Tests - Save 30% off with code JOSH SiPhox Health Blood Test - Save 15% off with code JOSH Nutrition + Gut Health Organifi - 20% off with discount code WELLNESSFORCE SEED Synbiotic - 25% off with the code 25JOSHTRENT Paleovalley -  Save 15% off here! What happens when the dream job turns into a corporate casualty?Benedikt Oehmen spent nearly two decades at Blizzard—first as a support staffer, then a beloved team leader—only to watch the company's gamer-first culture erode after its merger with Activision. When layoffs came, it wasn't just a paycheck he lost. It was identity, community, and certainty. But Benedikt didn't stay stuck. He pivoted from game development to career redevelopment—first coaching his own team through grief and transition, then launching a business to guide others through the same. In this episode, he shares his powerful “Big Three” framework—Be Kind, Be Present, Be Open—along with practical tools for anyone facing layoffs, career upheaval, or a post-corporate identity crisis. It's not just theory—it's lived wisdom from someone who's been there.Key Highlights of Our Interview:Blizzard Beginnings: From Physics to Warcraft“I took a semester off physics to try working at Blizzard… 17 years later, I was still there.”When Work Feels Like Family—Until It Doesn't“It wasn't just a job. Sara talks with Seth Eliot Santoro, author, speaker, coach, HR Advisor, Intuitive, about losing your smile and finding it again. They talk about resilience and finding joy. By the time he was thirty-two years old, Seth has already cheated death three times, narrowly escaped two kidnappings, and lost five good friends within a very brief period of time. Being ill-prepared for these events, he searched to find a resource that would help him, to no avail. So, instead, he developed the S.M.I.L.E. method for healing and wrote the first book in a series, “Smile From The Inside!” a book on healing and overcoming trauma in this crazy modern world. Seth then wrote the second book in that series, “From Grief to GRACE,” and developed the G.R.A.C.E. method for healing your past traumas/challenges once and for all. He thought if these concepts could work for him, then they might just work for someone else. He and Sara go over the S.M.I.L.E approach and also his G.R.A.C.E steps. These help people struggling from grief, whether from divorce, loss of a loved one, loss of a job, whatever it may be. They talk about re-framing your mind, re-engaging in the present, finding happiness again, AND creating a better legacy, future, and fulfilling life. Get your notebooks ready!
