Like most other militaries of the time, the Nazi army conducted extensive classified research into all aspects of warfare, from rocketry to drugs, tank improvements and so on. They also delved into more exotic realms, and their endeavors remain a subject of enduring fascination in the modern age. Perhaps the most famous of these legendary experiments is something known as Die Glocke, or the Nazi Bell. But what is it supposed to be, exactly? What does it do? Background The mystery of “The Nazi Bell” or “Die Glocke” is only surpassed by its reported potential. The Germans had the knowledge to build an atomic weapon in Otto Hahn, the chemist who first split the uranium nucleus in 1938. The next year the Nazis had control of Europe’s only source of uranium ore when they acquired the mine at Joachimsthal while invading the rest of Czechoslovakia. But was The Bell a device to aid them in enriching uranium-238? Many researchers of The Bell believe it was it’s own research project and given an even higher Top Secret classification than their atomic weapons program. When Germany surrendered in 1945, it was evident they were not able to bring their atomic weapon development to a successful conclusion, but was this because they were much more focused on creating a machine that would be a far greater solution to their goal of world domination, and did they fully know what they were dealing with? In August of 1997, Polish journalist, military historian, researcher and author, Igor Witkowski claims to have been shown classified prisoner interrogation transcripts of German SS General Jakob Sporrenberg by a Polish Intelligence agent. What Witkowski discovered seemed to be official evacuation protocols for a secret Nazi research project concerning a device named “Die Glocke” which he referred to as, “The Nazi Bell.” Given the highest top secret classification by the German WWII military of “Krieg Entscheidend” or “War Decisive” the Nazi Bell appears to have been a machine designed to produce nuclear energy or weaponry or become an engine for anti-gravity Field Propulsion, but with some startling, uncontrollable and lethal side-effects such as the disruption of the space-time continuum. Witkowski’s findings led him to write a seminal book on the subject, Prawda o Wunderwaffe or “The Truth About the Wonder Weapon” published in 2000. This, in turn, has led authors like Nick Cook and Dr. Joseph P. Farrell to expand on the subject in their own respective books. This week Eric and Marie are joined by PA Mufon State Director and Author John Ventre and Kecksburg Researcher Owen Eichler to discuss Owen's controversial claim that he has solved the Kecksburg Crash that occurred in December 1965. They'll be on to discuss Owen's claim that the vehicle that crashed and was recovered by the military was the MK2 sattelite created by General Electric developed for the U.S. Military to photograph and possibly destroy, enemy satellites in space. John Ventre and Owen Eichler will explore several well-known theories about the 1965 crash including the theories which suggest the object could have been technology recovered under Operation Paperclip (e.g., the Nazi Bell), or possibly the Soviet spacecraft Kosmos 96, or even an actual extraterrestrial vehicle. On December 9, 1965 at 4:47 pm, something navigated through our airspace and made a semi controlled landing in Kecksburg Pennsylvania. The legend has grown to include one witness who saw a scaly, three fingered hand come out of the top of the UFO, similar to the ending of the 1953 movie “War of the Worlds”, to seeing an alien body on a gurney at Hangar 18 at Wright Patterson Air Force base alongside a cone shaped craft. John was contacted in February 2015 by Owen Eichler in regards to his theory that the December 9, 1965 Kecksburg UFO incident was potentially a crash and retrieval of a GE Mark 2 reentry vehicle (RV) launched on December 7, 1965. Owen said he has spent ten years researching his theory and believes he is correct. The GE Mark 2 RV has never been mentioned as a possible candidate for Kecksburg. Harry Cooper is the founder and President of Sharkhunters International, an organization dedicated to U-boats and World War II history. The group was started in 1983 and today the organization has around 7,800 members in 76 countries. The organization professes to include some high profile political and military members. Cooper is a military veteran, former race car driver and expert in WWII and National Socialist (Nazi) history. We’ll discuss the formation of Sharkhunters and the compelling evidence regarding Hitler's escape to South America, that came from a Spanish spy named Don Angel Alcazar de Velasco. Angel’s testimony included a 114-page, single-spaced letter that told of his experiences in the “Führerbunker” with Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun. Alcazar claims to have witnessed the couple forcibly drugged under orders of Party Chancellery Martin Bormann, then removed from the bunker and taken to South America. We proceed to discuss the escape route and how they ended up on the Brazilian island Trindade and how they set up consequent villages and small towns in South America. Cooper tells us of the many witnesses he encountered in his travels to South America, and those who have claimed to have seen Hitler alive and well after the war. Harry also visited the house in Patagonia, Argentina where it’s said that Hitler lived for many years. Cooper asserts that the intelligence community knew that Hitler did not die in Germany. The FBI and CIA allegedly knew Hitler was living in Argentina from 1945 onward.
