ONE CALL AWAYWe all have sinned, we all have made mistakes, but in spite of our imperfections, a perfect God sent His Perfect Son to die for those very imperfect sins, so we can have eternal life. THAT'S REAL LOVE. THAT'S JESUS' LOVE. In order to receive this forgiveness you must confess and repent of your sins and accept Jesus Christ into your heart which you can do by saying this prayer wholeheartedly:Dear God,I confess and admit that I am a sinner, and I ask that You please forgive me and save me. I renounce and repent of all my sins, iniquities, and wrongdoings. I confess that Jesus, You are LORD, and I believe with all my heart that You died and rose again. I put my complete faith in Your finished works on the cross and I believe because of Your Blood that was shed, my sins can be forgiven. I ask that You be the Head of my life and the LORD of my life from this day forward, and I ask that You please help me to live for You all the days of my life.In Jesus Name I Pray,Amen.Romans 10:9:That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.I'm Saved, What's Next:- Be Baptized In Jesus Name- Be Filled With The Holy Ghost- Live A Holy LifeJesus Is Soon To Return— BE READY!!https://www.joshuahopkinsstudios.com/ministryminute
Mel Gibson's “The Passion of The Christ” makes its debut this time 20 years ago and the overwhelming response was that people were overwhelmed! And that is just one story in what was a massive week! The United Nations came clean saying they could not find any evidence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. UN weapon inspector David Kay simply said “We were almost all wrong”, which sent the media into a frenzy. We also had Russians on ice with the dramatic rescue of 12 scientists trapped in the arctic circle doing what they claimed was, errr, research, yes research on climate change.Martha Stewart was charged for insider trading while Britney Spears launched her Onyx Hotel tour. We had new albums from The Living End, singles from Guy Sebastian and we got to put Chingy to the test with “will it nursery rhyme” as “One Call Away” entered the US Billboard charts. And just when you thought that was all we had the 76th Annual Academy Awards with all the Oscars going to The Lord of The Rings! Pimp my Ride made its debut on MTV. John Grisham's “The Last Juror” became the latest book we didn't read to top the NY Times bestseller list. And somewhere, somehow Peter Andre's “Mysterious Girl” found its way back to the top of the UK singles chart…We're exhausted just thinking about it!Hang with us on socials to chat more noughties nostalgia - Facebook (@tminus20) or Instagram (tminus20podcast). Puth told Newstalk ZB's Mike Hosking that when he released his second single ‘One Call Away', the first place it went number one was New Zealand. Today's guest is a bona fide hit-maker whose worked across all corners of the industry. Hailing from Memphis, Tennessee this songwriter got their start playing saxophone in church and with bands on Beale Street before being discovered by a talent manager. He soon signed a publishing deal and began his career as a successful songwriter and producer. With credits that span Kane Brown's "Heaven" to Charlie Puth's "One Call Away," this writer is one of the most formidable up-and-coming talents in Nashville and beyond. He is among the writers behind Billy Currington's "It Don't Hurt Like it Used To," Sugarland's smash hit "Stuck Like Glue" and Rob Thomas' single "Someday." In addition to his feature on Tim McGraw's "Way Down," he has collaborated with Keith Urban on both "Never Comin' Down" and "My Wave." Named to Variety's 2018 Hitmakers list, he has also worked with Jason Derulo, Meghan Trainor, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Lopez, Nelly and more. His roots in gospel, jazz, R&B and soul developed into an early career in hip-hop, but his gift for storytelling and love of organic instrumentation led to a natural transition into country music. Now, with a transcendent style perfectly suited to the times, he's ready to stand on his own as a country artist. His debut radio single "Good Love" and subsequent EP The Rest Of US are fitting introductions to the man behind the music. And The Writer Is…Shy Carter! Hosted on Acast. Alles gute Vorzeichen also für »adhs«. Ob uns das Album überzeugt hat, welche Stärken Veri aus der Anfangszeit mitnehmen konnte, aber auch welche Überraschungen das Album so bereit hält, hört ihr in der Folge. Viel Spaß mit unserer Review zu »adhs«!

Brick-and-mortar crisis stabilization units, which have been launched in four areas of Arkansas, serve a critical role in law enforcement response to those in mental health crisis, but they comprise only one component of the response spectrum and are not available in some rural areas of the state. Put simply, law enforcement officers need additional options. In this episode, host Craig Wilson talks with Marian Green, a licensed counselor and founder and executive director of Aspiring for Community Transformations, a nonprofit working to deploy mental health resources to rural parts of Arkansas with a focus on the intersection of mental health and law enforcement.
On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a few thoughts on Juan Soto's Home Run Derby victory. Interestingly enough, winning the Derby was easily the second most impressive thing he's done in the last few days. Lest we forget he also turned down a whopping $440 million contract extension from the Washington Nationals. Geesh! The second biggest story to come out on Monday involved the Los Angeles Lakers as it was reported that LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis all got on a call together to reiterate their dedication to one another... should the Lakers decide to actually keep Russ. Only time will tell on that one. Later, FOX Sports MLB betting analyst and FanDuel sports analytics expert Edward Egros swings by to discuss why the total number of home runs is down this season, whether or not New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge should be viewed as the best player in baseball, the likelihood that we'll see another two-way star like Shohei Ohtani anytime soon, why he believes the Chicago White Sox have been the most surprising team through the first half of the MLB season – and not in a good way, Clayton Kershaw's future with the Los Angeles Dodgers, and much more! Jason Michael Weaver, also known as "J-Weav", is a passionate actor and singer who has been positively impacting his Chicago community since the early 90s. Falling in love with entertainment by the age of 6, Weaver is best known for his roles as Marcus Henderson on The WB sitcom "Smart Guy", the pre-teenaged Michael Jackson on the "The Jacksons: An American Dream", and the singing voice of the young Simba in "The Lion King". Jason's early acting role on Oprah Winfrey's "Brewster Place" molded him into a dynamic stage presence, thus perpetuating opportunities to gain supporting roles on "ATL", "Drumline" & more. J-Weav also started honing his vocals from a young age, releasing his debut album, 'Love Ambition' with Motown Records in 1995 then being featured on Chingy's 2004 hit single "One Call Away", which peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. He attributes his success to his mother, Marilyn “Kitty” Haywood, a key member of the Chicago-based female vocal group 'Kitty & the Haywoods'. From the beginning, she gave him the education, direction and guidance to become a self sustainable businessman. Currently, Weaver is cast as Rahsaad "Shaad" Marshall in the hit Showtime series "The Chi", reaching over 4 million viewers a week. He is also working on a project that normalizes children with disabilities, hoping to add light, love and perspective to underprivileged communities through his God given talent. https://www.instagram.com/itsjasonweaver/

Charlie Puth is a 29-year-old singer/songwriter/producer who hails from New Jersey.Charlie graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in 2013 but he really started creating waves on YouTube, so much so that he got invited to perform on the Ellen Degeneres show, which is what led him to signing his first record deal. From there, the ball was rolling, Charlie started writing for other artists and got featured on tracks with artists like Lil Wayne and Cody Simpson. In 2016 he released his debut album Nine Track Mind with chart topping singles like Marvin Gaye which featured Meghan Trainor also One Call Away and We Don't Talk Anymore with Selena Gomez. That's a pretty good start but it was just the beginning because he then co-wrote and sang on one of the biggest songs of the last decade called See You Again. The song featured rap star Wiz Khalifa and was written for the Fast and the Furious 7 soundtrack, a tribute to Paul Walker. The tune spent a phenomenal 12-weeks at number one and the video for the song was, for a long time, the most popular video on YouTube, it is now at number 4 with almost 5 billion views. The song also earned Charlie 3 Grammy nominations and many AMA's and MTV VMA's and Teen Choice Awards, we could go on but you get it, it's a generational song. From there, Charlie released his second album in 2018 called Voice Notes which you'll hear about in this interview. The album was nominated for a Grammy and spawned hits like How Long and Attention which peaked at number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.Charlie Puth is a mega star and you'll discover that he's not just a singer/songwriter but a producer and a musical phenomenon.

On this session I sit with an individual that has been part of pop culture for most of his life. Jason "J Weav" Weaver is an actor and singer that started off his career at the young age of 7. While most of us at that age were playing outside with our friends, Jason was building his career which he then found out ended up being his passion. Some of Jason's work include: protraying young Micheal Jackson in the ABC miniseries The Jacksons: An American Dream, the singing voice of young Simba in the original Disney's Lion King, his hook on Chingy's hit "One Call Away", the sitcom Smart Guy and of course the films ATL & Drumline. Jason recounts some of the lifelong memories and challenges along the way. Follow Jason's journey on Instagram; www.instagram.com/itsjasonweaver/ Don't forget to share and subscribe!

Fresh off his latest #1 single, "Attention," this artist, songwriter, and producer is gearing up for what should be another stellar year. He co-wrote and was featured on the 9x Multi-Platinum single "See You Again," by Wiz Khalifa, which was featured on the "Furious 7: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack". The song is one of the biggest pop songs of the last decade and is a strong contender to earn a Diamond Certification (which means it will likely sell over 10 million units). His platinum debut album "Nine Track Mind" featured the hit singles, "Marvin Gaye (feat. Meghan Trainor)," "One Call Away," and "We Don't Talk Anymore (feat. Selena Gomez)". And his forthcoming sophomore album "Voice Notes" features his new single "How Long". Oh - and maybe it comes as no surprise, but the man also has perfect pitch. And The Writer Is...Charlie Puth! I must admit: I'm a sucker for sappy love songs and "One Call Away" is no exception. However, had I recorded this song, it would have been dedicated to my Lord and Savior. God is the One who truly loves and protects me. He is my Savior and deserving of all my love and devotion. God is as close as a prayer. This show is brought to you by Talk 4 Radio (http://www.talk4radio.com/) on the Talk 4 Media Network (http://www.talk4media.com/).
