Roleplaying games are special since to be in a world of make-believe, you invest a part of yourself. Presiden Joko Widodo resmi meneken Undang-undang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual atau UU TPKS dengan nomor perundangan UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang TPKS. UU yang berisi 93 pasal ini resmi ditandatangani Presiden Jokowi pada 9 Mei 2022. UU TPKS memasukkan sembilan jenis kekerasan seksual yang bisa dijerat pidana, salah satunya yaitu kekerasan seksual berbasis elektronik (KSBE) yang diatur dalam pasal 14. UU TPKS juga memasukkan tiga poin usulan masyarakat yakni victim trust fund atau restitusi untuk korban, dan disabilitas. UU TPKS Disahkan, Waspadai Regenerasi Feminisme! Oleh. Setelah melewati perjalanan panjang yang memakan waktu 10 tahun, menjadi polemik nasional. Lalu, akankah pengesahan UU TPKS ini mampu melindungi perempuan? Atau justru membuka peluang bagi regenerasi feminisme yang menyesatkan? Ditolak Lembaga Berbasis Keluarga dan Perempuan Sejak tahun 2012 RUU TPKS telah melewati berbagai kontroversi. Berulang kali diskusi, dialog, penyelarasan fakta dan teori, namun RUU TPKS tersebut, yang dulunya bernama RUU PKS (Rancangan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual) masih saja ditolak karena dianggap tidak sejalan dengan norma hukum dan agama. Penolakan di antaranya datang dari Masyarakat Peduli Keluarga (MPK) dan Aliansi Cinta Keluarga (Aila), yang berusaha mendatangi anggota Komisi VIII DPR untuk menuangkan aspirasi tersebut, pada Februari tahun 2019 lalu. Dikutip Jawapos.com (6/2/2019), Nur Widiana selaku Koordinator MPK, menyampaikan, “RUU TPKS bertentangan dengan karakter religius bangsa, dan menganut teori feminis yang mendorong konflik antara laki-laki dan perempuan, bukan menghadirkan solusi,” ucapnya. Sedang menurut Ketua Umum Aila Rita Soebagio, RUU PKS itu bermasalah secara filosofis, tidak mewakili kepentingan perempuan. Ia mengatakan, “Kami tidak tahu (kepentingan) siapa RUU ini. Akhirnya, setelah penantian dan perjuangan panjang banyak pihak khususnya para puan, RUU TPKS disahkan jadi UU TPKS. DPR RI mengesahkah UU TPKS dalam sidang paripurna yang digelar Selasa, 12 April 2022. Sebuah kado yang berarti jelang Hari Kartini. Aksi demo mahasiswa 11.4 yang membawa sejumlah tuntuntan, di antaranya penolakan masa jabatan presiden 3 periode, penolakan penundaan pemilu, kelangkaan minyak goreng, dan kenaikan BBM berlangsung di hampir seluruh wilayah di Indonesia. Aksi demo juga sempat diwarnai kericuhan. Banyak yang bilang, kalau jodoh emang nggak ke mana. Nih, buktinya Bennifer, pasangan Ben Affleck dan JLo yang akhirnya balikan dan kembali bertunangan ❤

By nature of any role playing game where dice are involved, death is a real possibility.  There is a huge difference, however, between one of your PCs dying and all of them.  In this episode I talk about how TPKs happen and what GMs can do before, during, and after the TPK to keep the campaign going using lessons learned from my TPK experiences in the past.

RUU TPKS Bukan Solusi Kekerasan Seksual Oleh. Sri Retno Ningrum (Penulis Ideologis) Voice over talent: Giriyani NarasiPost.Com-Kasus pemerkosaan yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru di Bandung bernama Herry Wirawan terhadap belasan orang santrinya membuat wakil ketua komisi III DPR RI Ahmad Sahroni mengaku geram. Sahroni pun mendesak agar pelaku dihukum seberat-beratnya dan para korban diberikan konseling yang tentunya sangat dibutuhkan. Lebih jauh lagi, Sahroni sangat antusias dengan draf Rancangan Undang-Undang tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (RUU TPKS) yang dibawa ke paripurna DPR kemudian dibahas bersama DPR dan Pemerintah (Sindonews.10/12/2021). Di sisi lain, banyak organisasi Islam yang berada dalam naungan Majelis Ormas Islam (MOI) meminta agar DPR tidak terburu-buru mengesahkan RUU tersebut, sebab masih ada beberapa hal yang kontroversial. Selain itu, MOI masih mempersoalkan Permendikbudristek Nomor 30 Tahun 2021 karena masih menggunakan paradigma sexual consent dan relasi gender. Dalam paradigma itu, yang dipersoalkan dalam kasus seksual hanyalah yang dilakukan tanpa persetujuan para pelakunya. Sehingga jika dilakukan suka sama suka, maka tidak perlu dipersoalkan (Hidayatullah.com 9/12/2021). Apabila kita mengamati RUU TPKS ternyata ada pihak yang menginginkan RUU itu segera disahkan menjadi UU TPKS, Namun di sisi lain ada pihak yang meminta agar pemerintah tidak terburu-buru untuk mengesahkan RUU TPKS. Tentu tak bisa dimungkiri bahwa RUU TPKS masih ada diksi yang tetap dipertahankan, seperti: kekerasan seksual, secara paksa, keinginan seksual, pemaksaan hubungan seksual, dan pemaksaan menggunakan alat kontrasepsi. Sebagaimana pasal 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, dan 8. Apabila kita simpulkan bahwa jika aktivitas seksual dilakukan tanpa paksaan dan didasari oleh rasa suka sama suka, maka tidak masalah meskipun jika aktivitas seksual dilakukan kedua belah pihak belum menikah. Maka jelas dari konten yang terdapat dalam pasal tersebut telah melegalkan perbuatan zina. Padahal, bukankah Allah Swt. telah melarang perbuatan zina? Indonesia darurat kasus kekerasan seksual. Ungkapan ini sudah sering betul kita dengar. Bahkan pernyataan ini juga datang dari pemerintah. Sayangnya, hingga saat ini Rancangan Undang-undang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (RUU TPKS) belum juga disahkan sebab terkendala dukungan fraksi. Hingga kemarin, Sebanyak delapan fraksi yang ada di DPR akhirnya menyepakati draf Rancangan Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (RUU TPKS). Selanjutnya, keputusan tersebut akan dibawa ke rapat paripurna DPR untuk disahkan sebagai RUU usulan DPR. Adapun Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) menyatakan tak setuju RUU TPKS untuk disahkan menjadi RUU usul inisiatif DPR. Perang narasi mewarnai di sepanjang perjalanan menghadirkan aturan yang dicita-citakan bisa memberi jaminan perlindungan menyeluruh kepada korban kekerasan seksual. RUU ini dinilai menyimpang dari norma agama hingga, tidak memasukkan asas dasar Pancasila. Sejauh mana kebenaran narasi-narasi tadi?
