Your Homework/PLEASE LEAVE US 5*’S - 51:39 What’s Next From MMO/Words of Wisdom - 52:26 We love these “Top 5 Episodes” because they often allow us to tell a bunch of stories from our moviegoing lives. We’ve already covered our Most Anticipated Movie Events & our Top 5 Horror Movie Experiences, the Bad Education review review was followed by our HBO Original Movie Top 5’s, and hell, we even started the quarantine with a Top 5’s show regarding our Coronavirus Watchlist. So we were happy to get back to the simple countdown format, tell all the stories, and relive all our experiences with our Top 5 Film World Letdowns. We both wanted to include some Oscars stuff in this episode, and therefore, it wasn’t just a movie letdown pod. So we broadened the title to the entire “fiilm world” and open with our biggest disappointments from the history of the Academy Awards. Our 4’s and 3’s have to do countdown some horrible trips out to the theaters and the stories behind them. Then one of us gets creative with his Top 2, and of course, this leads to all kinds of bickering from the old married couple that I guess, we are now. Don’t worry. We’re not Debbie Downers for this whole episode, there is some fun debate, and if we can guarantee anything from this exercise, you will get to know us much better after listening to this episode. So if you’re enjoying our walks down memory lane, please take a few moments to leave us a 5 star rating on Apple Podcasts. Finally, we hope you will share your film world experiences with us. So do send us Top 5’s or even your Top 1’s, and we’ll happily read your responses on the next MMOW. We’re @MMandOscar on Twitter, and we are on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and Gmail. You can subscribe / rate / review / like / share / & listen to us on Apple Podcasts, Soundcloud, Stitcher, Google Play, Tune In, Spotify, and just about wherever you might listen. We’re Mike, Mike, & Oscar, and we’re making awards season year round, without the stuffiness. Thanks for listening.
