Ernestine is a Musical Alchemist and a gifted Soulful Intuitive Guitarist. Ernestine & her Guitar have been together for 27+ years. They have shared life's joys and sorrows, and everything in between!   This has created a symbiotic relationship between them, an almost soulmate relationship. When Ernestine plays their energies merge and something new, powerful and beautiful emerges. Ernestine's ability to synchronize the flow of energy from her soul, and her heart, and engage fully with the universal flow of energies around her, and then translate what comes forward into music is her greatest gift and it creates magic!   When Ernestine opens herself up to this divine flow, she and her guitar create musical landscapes that alchemically assist others to raise their vibration and sense of self. When Ernestine goes live, she has no idea where the music will take her or who it is for, but time and time again she has found her listeners feel better, calmer and more in tune with themselves.   In June 2021 she began playing with a Looper and quickly recognized how this added another dimension to her music, allowing her to go even deeper in receiving new levels of energetic flow. Ernestine has recordings of songs and longer form albums available for Healing, Relaxation and Beauty for all to enjoy. When she is inspired to do a live session, what emerges it is a uniquely channeled composition that calls to be expressed into the world, created in the moment for whoever is listening (or hears a recording later). Her deep love of spirit and connecting to people through music fills her life with joy and peace. Ernestine welcomes all to relax and allow the “Soulful” music to take you on a beautiful journey! My name is Bonnie Jagpal, owner and founder of Inner Shanti Healing. I was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia. My journey into the world of energy healing was unexpected to say the least. I had battled chronic gastrointestinal issues for the most of my life and in 2015 I was diagnosed with Crohn's and Celiac disease. I was given steroid medications to manage my symptoms, but the side effects were very hard on my body. I was sick almost every day and was experiencing a decline in my mental and physical health. This inspired me to explore different options. I have always had an affinity to holistic healing and spiritual remedies and so after lengthy research, I began seeing an energy healer. Leaning into meditation and energy healing, it helped decrease my symptoms and I started to notice positive changes in my overall health. Fast forward a few years, I received the amazing news from my doctor that she barely saw anymore signs of Crohn's. Feeling and seeing these positive results compelled me to share my experience with others. With the help of my personal energy healer, whom I call my angel, Selena Jones I took the plunge back into school to study anatomy and further honed my skills by studying a couple different modalities of energy healing and became a therapeutic touch healing and an emotion code practitioner. Using my intuitive gifts, and knowledge I focus on the energy healing of the body, mind and spirit to achieve Inner Shanti (peace). I was driven and fearless at 18 and I was running a Subway but unfortunately, I was a bit of a workaholic and had a nervous breakdown by 21 so I began to learn to heal.Activating my gifts, just a little, and once healed the next chapter was business. I decided to get a business degree and managed be top of my class at Pittman Business School in Vancouver. After business school I ran a trucking company then a security company while I was blessed with two amazing boys. These boys were 5 years apart and came with their own set of challenges. My oldest son was so empathic and gifted that modern society did not understand him and he ended up getting very sick. After 6 years applying modern medicine, in and out of Children's Hospital, no matter what we tried modern medicine just didn't work. Luckily Divine stepped in and introduced me to the most amazing healer. I am an Austrian-Californian Multimedia Artist.I became a creativity-awareness educator through my experience-based outside-the-box upbringing that I was forced into, through my neurodiversity.I am totally self-taught, author of 5 books, podcaster, speaker, guide, former Newport Beach CA Arts-Commissioner and co-produced with Robert Evans. Fluent in German and English. My ability is that I can see hidden contexts which allows me to resolve paradoxes and together we arrive at awareness solutions in leadership, hospitality, customer service, communication, success vs. fulfillment and obviously any form of creativity and culture.I separate each problem/solution in human and system relevancy, which allows all participants/host/listeners to become aware and align needs. Without creativity there are no man-made systems, there would be no world as we know it. I discover patterns within art/creativity that foster creative communication and identify art-values outside of any art product. This perspective of looking at creativity this way brings humanity together, shows its limitlessness and raises our human potential. I discovered that there are three inherent human-superpowers that we all should be aware of:1. Creativity, 2. Healthy Dialogue and 3. Adaptability. All systems need to be adapted to this strategy because without humans there is no need for systems. Humans and living beings and nature must be THE PRIORITY to keep raising OUR human potential instead of wasting our lifeforce with man-made systems (therein lies heaven on earth.)Listen to my 30 second podcast THE SMART OF ART - The Power of Art and Creativity, where I induce conversations about this limitless superpower. https://anchor.fm/michaellartBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/show/community-partners-and-experts/support.

She Was told she was on to small a dose to get addicted. Eventually she went to the DV shelter and was turned away, they said her injury was to severe and it put the other women in danger. She survived because drug dealers helped her - or took advantage depending how you look at it. She eventually went to federal prison for a non violent drug charge. She endured and witnessed so much institutional abuse, corruption, systemic racism and cruelty; sometimes she still wakes up screaming. But! She's turned it all around , launched an environmentlly friendly feminine brand thats being sold in stores and also comes in plus sizes. She has gotten bills put on the table and passed for the good of the people- not corporations and institutions. She is letting the world to know what America "land of the free" is doing to it's incarcerated population which is the highest rate in the world. I'm passionate about inspiring people to find deeper meaning in ordinary life events by learning the language of the unconscious. If you're stuck or anxious, it's not your mind that holds the solution, rather the key is decoding messages communicated through your unconscious by an inner authority, what you could call Soul, Self, God, or creative intelligence. Once the messages are decoded, the new insight, attitude, or behavior is the doorway that leads to unleashing a new version of You. With a MA/PhD in depth psychology, I'm an expert in understanding and decoding the mysterious language of the unconscious. Clients come to me for all sorts of reasons, but what they have in common is a desire to access a new kind of knowing. As a Depth Psychology Coach, I hold space for the vulnerable work of coming into deeper relationship with that deeper part of them that knows more about them than they do.
