Braden Moore was nominated as a Beck's Player with Heart for his commitment and passion on and off the court and course. One of the things that he likes most about high school sports is the constant competitive atmosphere. The thrill of victory pushes him to succeed. Knowing that his teammates are just as willing to support each other as much as he does proves to cultivate a culture of success. Time and time again, his love for high school sports continues to grow. Braden competes in golf, tennis, and basketball. He participates in the National Honors Society, Business Professionals of America, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. When Braden is not in school or playing sports he spends time volunteering with his community. Some projects he has helped with include the Free Laundry Project where he assisted local community members who do their laundry for free for two hours on two Thursdays a month, the food pantry where he has helped pass out canned goods to the community and participated in food drives, and a local service project where his tennis team volunteers every year to complete yard cleanup for various shut-ins in his community. Agriculture has shown Braden the multitude of pathways to be successful in life. From a young age, his grandfather had shown him how hard work and a relentless effort to achieve his goals can pay off. Looking up to the farmers of his family, he immediately began to recognize how there was so much more to the agriculture business than just planting and harvesting seeds. From farming fields to selling steel, his grandfather has inspired him to take one step closer to reaching his goal of becoming a successful businessman. In the fall of 2025, Braden will be playing for the golf team and attending classes at Purdue Fort Wayne where he will major in business. After graduating high school with over 40 hours of college credits, he hopes to graduate early and begin taking classes for his MBA. With this background, his hopes are to begin his own business as well as acquire his real-estate license so that he can follow in his grandfather's entrepreneurial footsteps.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Understanding the Big Idea · The "big idea" is crucial and must align with broader societal or market shifts. · Airbnb's example illustrates how understanding the big idea (people needing extra income and rising interest rates) was crucial for their success. 2. Startup Dos and Don'ts · Do's: Conduct thorough research, understand market demands, and focus on customer needs. · Don'ts: Don't create something without market demand, avoid micromanagement as a founder, and be financially prepared. 3. Transitioning from Entrepreneur to Leader · Entrepreneurs must transition to leaders by surrounding themselves with skilled individuals and letting go of micromanagement. · Leadership involves empowering others and fostering growth beyond personal control. 4. Raising Capital · Investors look for market validation, growth potential, and a clear, well-structured plan. · Entrepreneurs should think like investors, emphasizing market size, growth rates, and customer demand in their pitches. 5. Founder Fatigue and Strategic Growth · Founder fatigue can hinder growth; successful founders continually innovate and delegate to sustain growth. · Strategic planning and understanding investor expectations are crucial for sustained growth and funding success. Emma Halleb is a self-taught artist from Marietta, Georgia now living in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from The University of Oklahoma with her Doctorate in Audiology. After working several years within that field she decided to dust off her paint brushes and begin pursuing her passion again. Emma said, "she feels like an imposter some days because she gets to do something she loves so much as a career". When Emma began painting her main area of focus was abstracts and florals. This changed after a vacation that inspired her and now all of her collections have a huge Western influence that is stunning. You can follow along with her on social media and shot her art on her website https://emmakatherineart.com. I am so excited for you all to hear this episode. I asked Emma how in the world she does not keep every original that she paints because they are all so unique and amazing. It’s a chance to improve things between you as a chance to deepen connection is a chance to reconnect to resolve conflicts a chance to apologize every single interaction can be utilized to improve your relations. Dave: What does my partner need from me right now. Right now, in this moment, what can I do to relieve stress from their life? Liz: The whole idea about distractions affecting attractions. Even Jeff, as you were so kind to talk about, you know, after the passing of your wife and then trying to date again, and how that distraction was really kind of hurtful to your son. And I, I wish more parents would pause and understand that who are either divorce or were also widows widowers to understand that, well, maybe there is a time and a place and the most important thing right now is the well being of that child. Invites: Take notice of how you can help reduce some of your partner’s stress; like doing thedishes, helping to cook dinner, picking up dinner…. Be mindful of all the little distractions in your daily life that could be a cause of lessattraction; ie: your children seeing you on your phone may prevent them from comingup and talking about something they’d like to share with you. It’s the simple things that help build a stronger marriage, try to do one simple thingtoday to show them that you care. Like write a note, make the bed, start the dishwasher… Jeff Forte Links: https://90minutemarriagemiracle.com/https://www.facebook.com/peakresultscoaching Visit our site for FREE relationship resources and regular giveaways: StrongerMarriage.orgpodcast.strongermarriage.orgFacebook: StrongerMarriage.orgInstagram: @strongermarriagelife Dr. Dave Schramm: https://drdaveschramm.com https://drdavespeaks.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DrDaveUSU Facebook Marriage Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/770019130329579 Facebook Parenting Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/542067440314642 Dr. Liz Hale: http://www.drlizhale.com/
