The vision and goal of COFA are to use God's great outdoors through hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and other activities, to promote the gospel and a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Currently, COFA is developing programs to gather men, women, families (which include single parents) together through the great outdoors experience. We want to encourage those involved with COFA to have a personal relationship with the Lord and become involved in a local church. Can you imagine the impact we could make if each one of us made Jesus real to every hunter, fisherman, hiker or camper that we met out in the woods, waters, and fields? Friend, I will tell you, the only Jesus that most people will ever see is Jesus in you. Think about that! Do you make a difference in today's world? Remember that as a believer, others are watching your every move, and God wants you to use your gifts, talents and outdoor interests for Him. The doors are open for sharing the gospel and the tools are right at your fingertips: mountains, meadows, lakes, streams, trees, and prairies. God's handiwork and the beauty of His creation are just waiting to be shared with those around you. Let COFA help you make it happen. Invite your family and friends to a COFA event today, and let's enjoy the great outdoors as God intended. www.cofausa.org www.taurususa.com www.cva.com www.himtnjerky.com www.citrusafe.com www.nukemhunting.com www.birddogcoffeebeans.com www.christianoutdoors.org Learn more about your ad choices.
For our final episode of the year, we split up to investigate the SCA and NAS grad shows which opened on the very same night. We cover the vibes of art, the artists (and their parents), the teachers and grounds of these two Sydney institutions. Sorry, COFA. Matt launches into a rant about the inner west social vibe (with examples) and then goes on to tell an unrelated disaster story. We then discuss photography again, including some insight into how fashion photography sets work. Finally, Hung up issue formal apologies for the year we've had with you. Thanks for listening this year. See you in 2024.
Tak w audycji skomentował umorzenie śledztwa ws. przesiedlenia w 1947 r., w ramach akcji „Wisła” mieszkańców południowo-wschodniej Polski, prof. dr hab. Grzegorz Motyka. Paweł Bobołowicz, Dmytro Antoniuk i Artur Żak rozmawiają z prof. On wprost przeciwnie. On cofa polską wiedzę historyczną o kilkadziesiąt lat, do czasów, kiedy naszym krajem rządził Wojciech Jaruzelski.

The Republic of Palau, in the central pacific, is a core strategic partner of the United States. The deep and close relationship, born in the blood of World War II battles, is formalized in the Compact of Free Association (COFA). The agreement means Palauans can serve in the U.S. military and live and work in the United States. The COFA also grants the U.S. extensive and unique defense oversight in Palauan territory, including the right of strategic denial: access that is an imperative part of the U.S. defense architecture in the Pacific. Additionally, Palau recognizes Taiwan. All this combines to make Palau a major target of Beijing's influence operations as they aim to force a derecognition of Taiwan and pressure them to move away from the United States. With the sensitive COFA renegotiation underway, Palauan President Surangel S. Whipps, Jr. is in Washington and has agreed to sit down with FDD Non-Resident Senior Fellow Cleo Paskal and FDD Senior Vice President Jonathan Schanzer to discuss the U.S.-Palau relationship and details on the great power battle taking place in the Pacific Islands.

In the first four years of painting full time, she was hand picked up by Amber Creswell Bell to join the showing roster with Michael Reid. And although it might seem like it's all happened overnight, it hasn't. Julz studied fine art at COFA straight out of high school. And even though she worked in a different field for two decades, she was always painting in the background. In today's episode of Interview With An Artist we talk about many things including: the importance of the land and nature to Julz and her practice how she loves to challenge herself how heading into Central Australia helped her come home to the Hawkesbury and see it anew the advice one of her mentors gave her that keeps her pushing forward I spoke with Julz a couple of weeks ago just as her solo with Michael Reid Southern Highlands was about to open. An interview with Dr. Wilfred Alik from the One Stop Center for Micronesians on Hawai‘i Island. The One Stop Center was originally formed after the restoration of Medicaid access to citizens of the Compact of Free Association (COFA) nations to help Micronesians in Hawai‘i sign up for Medicaid coverage. The organization's goal is to empower the diverse Micronesian communities on Hawai‘i island to become their own advocates. In this interview, Dr. Alik shares not only how One Stop Center supports Micronesians in Hawai'i but also the history behind why people from the Marshall Islands, Palau, and the Federated States of Micronesia are coming to Hawai'i and the rights they have through the COFA. Gość specjalny ze specjalnej jednostki i gość do zadań specjalnych. A prywatnie po prostu fajny gość. „Naval”, czyli Paweł Mateńczuk, to były żołnierz Jednostki Wojskowej GROM. Cały odcinek do wysłuchania w aplikacji Onet Audio.

An interview with Setiro Paul, former member of the Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia and founder of the Chuuk Language and Cultural School on Oʻahu. The Chuuk Language and Cultural Association of Hawaiʻi, Inc.(Chuukmenessor) was founded in January 2016 by parents in the Oʻahu Chuukese community. The group sought to establish a school where their children can learn Chuukese indigenous culture and skills at the Waipahu Safe Haven Immigrant Resource Center, and built an “utteirek,” a meeting place for the community at the Hawaiʻi's Plantation Village. Project partners help to repair the utteirek's thatched roof, made of woven coconut leaves. Through this process, students learn how to build an utteirek and are immersed in the Chuukese language, values, and skills. Website: chuukmenessor.com Tags: Hawaiʻi, Hawai'i, Hawaii

After a 25-year struggle, citizens of the Compact of Free Association nations living in the United States had their Medicaid eligibility restored by Congress at the end of 2020. COFA islanders, who are from the Marshall Islands, Palau and Micronesia, have a unique relationship with the United States that began in 1986, but they lost access to Medicaid in 1996 and advocates have been working to restore eligibility ever since. We talk with David Anitok and Kara Miller of COFA Alliance National Network about what this change means for COFA islanders living in Oregon.
A great episode for aspiring trainee solicitors, some really good advice, especially on how to secure a training contract. In this episode we are joined by John Seigal from Clintons Solicitors. Clintons were the early pioneers of media and entertainment law. John shares his story with us about the firms history, evolution and his career journey.John qualified as a solicitor in 1984.He joined Clintons in 1987 and remains with them 34 years on. John became a Partner in 1988 and having completed an advance course in management became the Managing Partner in 1997. A year ago John voluntarily stepped down as Managing Partner but still plays a key role in the management of Clintons and remains the firms COFA. John takes a particular interest in the Trainee recruitment and interview process which involves reviewing all of the many hundreds of applications received. A number of the current Partners at the firm were originally recruited by John as trainees and he regards this as a particular career highlight together with the fact that on his watch no equity partner left the firm to join a competitor.During his tenure as MP and through several recessions, Clintons saw year on year sustained and increased growth and profits.- https://jmc-partners.co.uk/career-success-podcast/
