Elisa Lelli è nata e vive a Firenze.

For the third episode of Integration Through Pod, Franca Feisel sat down with Neil Walker (University of Edinburgh) to talk about whether the EU can be perceived in utopian terms. During a recent Leverhulme Trust Major Research Fellowship on "Law, Community and Utopia”, Neil Walker approached the EU's constitutional questions through the prism of utopia. Against this background, Franca and Neil discuss the utopian nature (or not) of European integration, the EU's foreign policy, the constitutional question, participatory democracy and the defence of European values. This episode was recorded at the Radio Cavolo Studio in Villa Salviati, Fiesole.
We welcome the most interesting and amazing man Mr. Jeremy Lock, a retired Seven Times Award Winning Military Photo Journalist and the host of Last Letters Podcast that recently reached global rank of 1.5% of 2,904.696 podcasts, and the devoted husband of D'Andra Simmons, star of the Bravo Dallas Housewives franchise. We start the show talking about how we met through Billy Greer and Sean Cribbin - our Canadian friends from the documentary "Was I Next?". Gabrielle talks about how honored she was to be invited to Jeremy's Last Letter Podcast as a guest. She says it was one of the hardest things she has ever had to do, especially when she realized that this letter was going to be out there while she is still alive. Jeremy has not written his own last letter yet even though he ponders it all the time, but he wants to travel more first. He tells us about travelling with D'Andra to India for 30 days - the purpose was to explore this incredible experience with your loved one and how amazing that can be. He says if you can handle 30 days in India with a girl that is that amazing you better marry her. They have been happily married for 8 years. Jeremy is very honored to be featured in the New York Times and Dallas Morning News about the secret Pentagon Photos Of Guantanamo Bay Prisoners that he took over 20 years ago to finally being released. WOW what an amazing honor this is and how amazing this has to feel after all these years. Mr. Jeremy Lock has so many incredible stories up his sleeves that we are in awe - At one point he was hunting for Osama Bin Laden and you must listen to his recount of walking through the mountains and coming up at the top and experiencing Eutopia - spellbinding experience - all lush and green with poppies everywhere. We ask Jeremy how you become a military photographer? We learn very quickly that Jeremy is a true artist and the passion he has for photography is God given without a doubt. He says that the true power of an image - the click of a camera can change the world. He is a true believer that you can make a humongous difference in a persons life by story telling. He has the amazing gift and is a true artist by seeing something through a lens that nobody else really can. His Mom thinks he has a third eye. Jeremy says that as a photo journalist he is a true neutral and he just shoots the picture. He is a very emotional man and a very passionate person. Jeremy has had the honor of photographing numerous Medal Of Honor Recipients and he donates a lot of his time to military charities. Then Jeremy tells us about some of his favorite Last Letters podcast guests - some of the recounts of the stories made all of our hair stand up.Jeremy just wants to make a difference in this world. He talks about being in Haiti after the devastating Earth Quake - he says he smelled death everywhere and that he was the most scared he has ever been in a civilian situation - the photo about this experience is featured on his website - you must hear the story He talks about the Japan Tsunami - he says it was the most destruction he has ever seen in his entire life! They were there to do search and recovery - but they found nobody - no people, no animals - everything got sucked out! Then we hear all about his experience walking up the Mt. Kilimanjaro with wounded veterans. There are no words that we could type that could do justice to how Jeremy speaks about this experience. Jeremy does not use flash in his photography because you cannot use flash in combat - he says photo journalism is showing the story as it happens ..stay tuned to Part 2 as we dive into a tear jerker about the most important photo he has ever taken, his 21 favorite photos of his 21 year career and his time on the Dallas Housewives Franchise and Jeremy takes part in our fun segments. John Bunzl joins Layman to take a deeper look into Simpol, following his Integral Stage presentation for the Eutopia series. What was the origin of the Simpol idea? How does it relate to evolutionary process? How can it serve worldcentric and healthy nationalist interests simultaneously? How does it manifest in all four quadrants? How can it serve global health and flourishing, without triggering concerns about the over-reach or oppressive dynamics of a 'one world government'? Bunzl is a global political activist and businessman. In 2000, he founded the Simultaneous Policy (Simpol) campaign, a way for citizens to use their votes to drive politicians towards global cooperation. It has supporters in over 100 countries and enjoys the support of a growing number of Members of Parliament around the world. He has authored or co-authored a number of books including The Simpol Solution, Monetary Reform – Making it Happen!, People-centred Global Governance – Making it Happen!, and Global Domestic Politics.
