Two-year-old Locklynn McGuire was killed last month when Oklahoma City Police said the family's pit bull, Ella, attacked her in her bedroom and mauled her to death. Police say Locklynn's father, Jordan McGuire, put her in her bedroom with Ella and locked her in the room with the dog despite the dog attacking her earlier that month.
