On this episode of Vitality Radio, we continue Formula Face Off with a deep dive into two popular microbiome gummies from Lemme—one designed for bloating and digestion, and the other positioned for daily immune support. Rather than judging hype or branding, we go straight to what matters most: the Supplement Facts panel. You'll learn why probiotic strains, CFU transparency, dosing formats, and ingredient compatibility matter far more than marketing claims. We break down probiotics vs. postbiotics, explain when spore-based strains make sense in gummies, and expose common examples of “window dressing” ingredients that look impressive but fall short of clinical relevance. We also discuss essential cofactors like vitamin K2, magnesium, and copper—and why their absence can undermine otherwise solid formulas. The goal here, as always, is to help you become a smarter, more confident supplement consumer.Products:Back on TractPrecision Probiotic Vital SporesNordic Naturals Probiotic GummiesVitality Radio POW! Wednesday Hour 2: A plethora of trades, ESPN's Top 50 players & Faceoff
On this episode of Vitality Radio, Jared introduces another new series and walks listeners through a real-world supplement label breakdown using popular gummy products found in big-box stores. Instead of focusing on hype, Jared teaches how to read ingredient panels, understand dosing, and recognize the difference between marketing and meaningful formulation. He compares sleep, metabolism, and libido gummies and explains why milligrams, extract ratios, and standardization matter when choosing supplements. This episode is less about criticizing brands and more about empowering you to become a smarter, more informed consumer. You'll learn what makes a formula physiologically relevant, what “window dressing” looks like on a label, and how to think critically about supplements marketed for sleep, weight management, and sexual wellness.Products:Vital SleepLifeSeasons Metabolism Weight ManagementOmneDiem Thermogenic Weight LossTerry Naturally Red Ginseng Female Sexual EnhancementMan-Up Male Performance Nitric Oxide FormulaVisit the podcast website here: VitalityRadio.comYou can follow @vitalitynutritionbountiful and @vitalityradio on Instagram, or Vitality Radio and Vitality Nutrition on Facebook. The field to replace longtime Illinois Senator Dick Durbin is a crowded one: 16 people are vying for the nomination. Leading in the polls are Congresswoman Robin Kelly, representing Illinois' 2nd district, Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, who represents Illinois' 8th district and Illinois Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton. For a sense on where they stand on key issues, WBEZ, the Chicago Sun-Times, the University of Chicago's Institute of Politics and International House hosted a U.S. Senate Democratic Primary debate ahead of the March 17th primary. The rules of the debate: Candidates had two minutes to answer a question, and 30 seconds for a rebuttal at the moderators' discretion. They also had a chance to make opening and closing remarks – two minutes for opening and one minute for closing. For a full archive of In the Loop interviews, head over to wbez.org/intheloop.
