Instagram link: https://www.instagram.com/nascent_carbon/ Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was assassinated at 9:29 a.m. on 31 October 1984 at her residence in Safdarjung Road, New Delhi. She was killed by her Sikh bodyguards Satwant Singh and Beant Singh in the aftermath of Operation Blue Star. Operation Bluestar was an Indian military massacre carried out between 1 and 8 June 1984, ordered by Indira Gandhi to remove the Sikh leader Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale and his armed followers from the buildings of the Harmandir Sahib complex in Amritsar, Punjab. The collateral damage included the death of many pilgrims, as well as damage to the Akal Takht. The military action on the sacred temple was criticized by the Sikhs around the world. The last day of Indira Gandhi. Indira Gandhi was administered 80 bottles of blood after she was shot by her bodyguards 34 years ago. Iron Lady of India, Indira Gandhi died on October 31 in 1984. She was shot dead by two of her bodyguards. Her words spoken just the previous day at a public rally in Bhubaneswar had turned prophetic. Indira Gandhi was reading out from a speech prepared by HY Sharada Prasad, her information adviser. Junking the written script for a few moments, Indira Gandhi spoke about the possibility of a violent end to her life. She said, I am here today, I may not be here tomorrow. Nobody knows how many attempts have been made to shoot me I do not care whether I live or die. I have lived a long life and I am proud that I spend the whole of my life in the service of my people. By night on October 30, Indira Gandhi was back in New Delhi. It had been a hectic day for her but somehow she could not sleep well that night. Sonia Gandhi has written in her book Rajiv -- that Indira Gandhi was awake till 4 the next morning when she got up looking for her medicine for asthma. Indira Gandhi asked her daughter-in-law to call her if she needed any help. Gandhi said that she was awake. This talk will go over correct structuring, identifying pesky default settings, and using lists & labels correctly. This is generally aimed towards turning inherited accounts around, but would also be suitable for more intermediate users who need help in cleaning up their accounts and understanding best practice.

De-Junking your Kitchen: Healthy Food Substitutes to 3 Common Junk Foods Don’t you think it’s paradoxical that we, one way or the other tend to love even crave unhealthy foods that we know very well aren’t good for us, yet we eat them anyway? Almost all junk foods either contain too much salt and sugar not forgetting pleasure-inducing artificial additives, which makes unhealthy foods taste so good. Such foods also trigger the release of neurotransmitters called dopamine and oxytocin that induce the feeling of relaxation, pleasure, and enjoyment, therefore, makes us go for second, third even fourth helpings of deep-fried chips or another slice of chocolate cake. It’s like we are somehow innately programmed to eat a lot more junk food than we necessarily need, but in essence we are not. But did you know there are healthy-for-you alternatives to most of your sugar-laden, fatty and unhealthy foods? While nothing can ever measure up to the real taste of things like French fries, pastries, candy bars, but the following foods will do a lot more for your health plus your waistline and weighing scale will thank you for it. Keep reading; Healthy alternatives to deep French-fried chips include: ü Baked butternut squash chips ü Cinnamon carrot chips with hummus or honey yogurt dip ü Roasted plantain chips with salsa Verde or baked taro chips ü Baked rosemary and garlic, sweet potato chips – these are particularly tasty ü Baked zucchini chips with Parmesan Great substitutes for “commercial butter” due to its high saturated fat content and ability to induce lactose and casein intolerance include the following oils: The monounsaturated fat in olive oil may have many health benefits like reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, improving blood sugar control and lowering cholesterol Coconut oil is a good butter substitute, especially for individuals looking to avoid dairy Greek yogurt is not only high in protein, but it also makes an excellent substitute for butter in many baking recipes and foods Avocado is a nutritious alternative to butter because it can increase the overall nutritional value of any meal including baked goods too Nut butter derived from almonds or peanuts add healthy fats and nutrients to foods You can replace regular bread that is commonly made from refined wheat, which has been stripped of more fiber and nutrients as a result causes a significant spike in blood sugar even lead to increased calorie intake.
