Love bombing and real love are two completely different things. The scariest part of being love bombed is that most of us don't know we're being love bombed. On this episode of the podcast, I'll address what is love bombing, the phases of love bombing, the signs and symptoms of being a victim of love bombing, the relationship patterns of a love bomber, and why we fall into the trap of believing this is true love and a perfect relationship. In the beginning, of a relationship that begins with love bombing, we believe we have found the ultimate relationship. We get caught up in the whirlwind of the “romance,” believing we have found the love that is only seen in romantic films. I want to help you to identify love bombing before you get extremely hurt mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Listen through to the end of this podcast episode to properly educate and self-guard yourself from emotional pain and suffering.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/live-your-true-life-perspectives-with-ashley-berges--1272964/support.

Dr. Praveena is a Certified Mental Health & Awareness practitioner and works with parental narcissistic abuse victims. She uses various techniques and coping mechanisms, including her personal life experience, to help victims recognize abusive behaviors, heal and live an empowered life. She has also created a framework known as the Narcissistic Victim Empowerment Technique (NVET) to help victims find freedom from manipulating and controlling thoughts of toxic parenting. She understands that many may find it difficult to speak about parental narcissistic abuse due to the trauma bondage and societal perception associated with it, hence Dr. Praveena takes it as a personal mission to empower as many individuals out there to take the reins of their own life. This episode addresses the impact of narcissism on relationships, and also offers some psychoeducation on narcissism.
A word commonly used in the discussion of modern relationships is ‘narcissism' and is frequently brought up in John's sessions with clients. As the awareness of narcissism among us grows, John is going to offer insight and clarity on its various aspects and dangers and how it can affect our search for a meaningful relationship. In this episode, John will explain the different types of narcissism that present themselves within society and their associated dysfunctions. KEY TAKEAWAYS Narcissism is based on fragility and insecurity. It results in a grandiose sense of self-importance, a lack of empathy for others, superficiality and a tendency to manipulate and exploit other people. Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is rare, affecting an estimated one per cent of the population. It is suspected when narcissistic traits affect a person's daily functioning. Grandiose Narcissism involves overestimating one's abilities, exerting one's dominance over others and having a generally inflated sense of self-esteem. Overt Narcissists can be charming but lack empathy. In conversation, they don't relate to people but aim to ‘one-up' them. This may be because they crave attention or enjoy seeing others hurt or confused. Covert Narcissists tend to be shy and self-effacing despite being highly self-focused. They can appear highly sensitive, crave recognition and are envious. They cannot take criticism and believe their suffering is beyond anyone else's. Malignant Narcissists are manipulative and malicious. They are sadistic and aggressive and are often mistaken for sociopaths or psychopaths. Seductive Narcissists use praise, gifts and outright flattery to gain attention and affection in return, but will drop someone and move to the next as soon as that attention diminishes. Communal Narcissists see themselves as highly altruistic but behave in the opposite way. They are outraged by injustice but do not apply it to their own actions and behaviours. BEST MOMENTS ‘'Narcissism is the second-hand smoke of our time. If you stand too close to it you are going to get sick' – Dr Ramani Durvasula' ‘There is a hunger for appreciation or admiration, a desire to be the centre of attention, an expectation of special treatment, a perceived higher status.' ‘A pathological narcissist naturally views everyone else as inferior and may be intolerant of your opinions if you disagree or ask questions.' ‘They are predatory in their seeking of vulnerability in other people, highly competitive and show aggressive tendencies.' ‘Competitiveness is a personality trait that is associated with many narcissistic types but is especially noticeable with the Antagonistic Narcissist. A low level of trust in others creates a tendency to see the people around them as rivals, arguing frequently with others and regarding most social interactions as a competition.' ‘A sexual narcissist feels entitled to have their needs met. They have a self-centred view of sex and tend not to be skilled at emotional intimacy and are therefore not very interested in their partner's needs.' ‘In small amounts, it (narcissism) may even give you a healthy edge in getting ahead in the world and this is termed as Healthy Narcissism.' Narcissism is growing worldwide. We have seen it in families for decades in our clinics. But now we see it growing in families more and more the last few years, If you understand what narcissism looks like in the family, you can clearly see it rampant in the world--in our politicians and in our media. Gaslighting is one of the main traits of a narcissist--accusing you of doing something you did not do and working hard to convince you it's true. Gaslighting to convince you what they are doing, no matter how terrible it is, their behavior is fine, small and that you are crazy, unstable or just stupid. Dehumanizing you, devaluing you so that you have to live by different rules than they do because they are special and you are not. There is so much more. Listen in to hear how the family dynamics play out with a narcissist and you will easily see why is it growing in families and in the world around you.

"Hi Sandman, first of all thank you so much for all your videos. I have awoken from a beta blue pill slumber at 27 years old and I don't feel hate towards women but utter happiness because I have woken me up and freed my mind. I was a beta white knight my whole life. I would do everything I could to make the women in my life happy and it would never work. Mostly because they were narcissists. I did watch your video on generous men and female narcissism. I've learned so much from MGTOW but the best red pills have shown me my own faults, misunderstandings and how being raised by a single mother, contributed to how my life and troubles with women worked out, my current sexual needs are being met from one of my narcissistic ex girlfriends but purely as a business relationship. That way I can ignore women and focus on my new business but can still keep an outlet for my sex drive. My only worry with choosing to go MGTOW is that I will become narcissistic as well and that's the last thing I want to be. Also I would like to note that I am a veteran of the Marine Infantry, I've always lived an Alpha life style in the jobs I've done but with women I have always been a beta. Until now! Could you do a video on Narcissism as to where is the line drawn for meeting your own needs and not becoming a dick. This is coming from someone who's main source of happiness was doing things to make others to make himself happy. So I'm like a fish out of water. Thanks for saving my life bro!" Well thanks for your donation, whoever you are. As I'm sure everyone already knows altruism is the opposite of narcissism. And as far as I'm concerned we all have both qualities inside of us. Women just tend to be more narcissistic because their inflated ego comes from their looks and they are more attractive when they are younger so for them their narcissism is based on what nature has given them in many cases.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/mgtow/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
OK so this week isn't really much of an astrology chat – more an opportunity for me to share/vent/waffle about the concept of 'Twin Flames' and what that actually mean to me. It might irritate - it might resonate, but I'm just sharing how this concept feels to me based on the behaviours I've witnessed through personal, social and public connections. I'd love to know what you think about Twin Flames and whether you think I've got it all wrong...
In this episode we discuss self awareness, to be aware of ourselves. Do we know ourself? Do we know understand ourself? Do we look inside of ourself? When we don't understand ourself, it brings disconnection within our self but also in our relationship with God. With good self awareness, we are able to walk our road and run our race. If we look more in ourselves instead of outside at others, we will be better aware of our strength and weaknesses and better compliment ourself, the Lord, and others around us. May this episode encourage you to be look inside and know your strength so you may walk fully in it and be at one with God and thy self.

Will and Alan chat about some of the things they've been recognizing in their own lives in reference to Narcissim and Leadership
Today's Sesh was long overdue! I had an amazing opportunity to collaborate with Hario Ovadtop! Hario is impacting this world of ours and educating SEVERAL THOUSAND people across the world against the fight on a silent but DEADLY epidemic Narcissim. Narcissim is categorized as a Cluster B personality disorder along with Boaderline and Histrionic personality disorders. Let's cut right to it, this is as a antisocial personality disorder with symptoms of indifferent and routine manipulation, exploitation, and violation of the rights of OTHERS. Signs, often first become evident in childhood and start to show in teen years. A diagnosis cannot be made until adulthood where it tends to become increasily worst as the person gets older. A "Narc" is either covert or overt. As you listen to Hario and I, covert Narcs will hide and be freind you, study you and try to undermine. Hario and I collaborated on this piece because we know many people are suffering because of "Narcs". Of course we barely scratched the surface on our conversation, but there are SEVERAL resources online to assist you. First, know that you are not alone, you are NOT the one that is crazy, and that everyone moment of your life is precious and you MUST do whatever it takes to RUN AWAY from them! The word Narcissst has been UNDER and loosely used in our lexicon. Many do not realize the extent of the mind of a narcissist. They never get better, they attempt to play a better game to move onto their next "supply" on repeat. Please get educated on this subject and follow Hario on Youtube and be apart of this large community of people so that you can gain back your sense of humanity and know that you are NOT alone.- I love you more xoxoxo Reese Harios Deets: Youtube: Hario Ovadtop IG @hardwork_guarantz_6ess FB Hario Ovadtop --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/365dayswithreese/support
