In What I've Been Watching, I chat about the 2018 Jon Hamm, Catherine Keener release "Nostalgia," which I found available for viewing at the Uintah County Library in Vernal, UT. Great space, and very cool show! Hi! My name is Terry J. Aman, marking my 101st episode of VideoFuzzy, reporting the progress I've made in cataloging thousands of VHS transfers and digital recordings. First, heading toward my eighth anniversary doing this podcast, I'm trying to build some engagement. I posted an 11th installment of "VideoFuzzy: The Video - Celebrating 100 Episodes!" at https://youtu.be/eWfcCDiOZ2I. Please share as you're able to with anyone you feel might enjoy this production. Also, most of my recent episodes have posted with promos, so those are also available to share freely. And you have to scroll all the way down, but there are more general promos posted at https://videofuzzy.libsyn.com. Enjoy! This set covers discs 1801 to 1825 in my Classic Collection. For my Fuzzy Feature, from Disc 1818 I pulled up the "Parks and Recreation" second season episode "94 Meetings," and traced Cross Connections for Dan Butler, Jane McGregor, Robert Englund, Timothy Olyphant, Zeljko Ivanek, Robert Picardo, Tony Hale, John Barrowman, Diane Farr, Stephen Weber, Larry Widmore, Ted Bagley, Julie Benz, Krinstin Chenowith, Martha Plimpton, Yeardley Smith and Alex Kingston, plus from "Eli Stone" and elsewhere, I celebrate Golden Thread Loretta Devine. In my Classic Collection, I call up my 2010 "TV is the New Reading" podcast commentary on "Happy Town." David Tennant and Patrick Stewart shared the stage in a PBS "Great Performances" production of "Hamlet." Plus comments on "Doctor Who," "Fringe," "The Crying Game" from 1992, and I highlighted insights by fellow podcaster Terry Geo's "Refracted World" at Refracted World "Love is Love Legally" at https://bit.ly/3RoEg0L. Also, "Damages," "Mercy," "South Park," "The Office," "Community," "The Simpsons," OKGO on "The Colbert Report," "Minnesota Original" and on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," Jon hilariously simulated capping the BP oil spill. In What I've Been Watching, comments on the pilot episode of "Continuum," plus "Captain America: Brave New World," Trey Parker's "Orgazmo," the 2003 Edie Falco pilot of "Fargo," you can find a copy of that posted here: https://bit.ly/4jdNPMb. Also, Jon Hamm and Catherine Keener in the 2018 production of "Nostalgia," and the six-episode 2023 Netflix production of "Queen Charlotte." Happy viewing! TOP FIFTEEN: Here's a "Top Fifteen" episode guide for people looking for a quick read-in on this blog and podcast effort: https://videofuzzy.libsyn.com/about. Enjoy!
Hiya! I'm Terry J. Aman, host of VideoFuzzy, your source for media, commentary and nostalgia, and in ep. 101, titled "Happy Town," I talk about that short-run 2010 mystery series which, along with the unaired 2003 pilot episode of "Fargo," made two Minnesota-based mysteries I encountered featuring bodies discovered in ice houses. Comments on "South Park," "Parks and Rec," "The Crying Game," David Tennant as "Hamlet," Matt Smith as "Doctor Who," plus "Continuum," "Captain America," "Orgazmo" and "Queen Charlotte," and The Daily Show's Jon Stewart demonstrates a practical reconstruction of capping the BP oil spill. For all this and more, add, follow and subscribe to VideoFuzzy, wherever you get your podcasts. Happy viewing! Hi there. I was wondering if you had some time to talk about our lord and savior, Orgazmo. You see, just 90 minutes of time basking in his words and deeds will have you feeling joy and happiness. He'll always be there for you, never let you down, and never lose faith in you, even when the critics have lost faith in him. That's because Orgazmo is not that bad. www.notthatbadcast.com Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/notthatbadcast Social Media - @notthatbadcast (X, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, Spoutible) Learn more about your ad choices. I'm joined with my buddy, Dave Candito and we are going back to 1993 and talking all about the pre South Park movie from Trey Parker and Matt Stone, Cannibal! The Musical. A fantastic, fun-filled party that should make anyone want to go out into the woods and make a movie with friends. Distributed by good ole Troma in all their Tromaville B Film glory! This is one of those flicks that should be a must see for any South Park fan. Especially if you love Trey and Matt's other movies and plays like Team America, The Book of Mormon, Basketball, and Orgazmo. You'll see the pre incarnation of all their humor here and topped off with some ultra sweet Trey Parker tunes. So, come on by and join us on another adventure of OMO Podcast. En Shpadoinkle day helt enkelt! Mycket nöje! The Musical (originally known as Alferd Packer: The Musical) is a 1993 American black comedy Western musical film directed, written, produced, co-scored by and starring Trey Parker in his directorial debut while studying at the University of Colorado at Boulder, before reaching fame with South Park alongside his friend Matt Stone who also stars in and produced the film. It is loosely based on the true story of Alfred Packer and the sordid details of the trip from Utah to Colorado that left his five fellow travelers dead and partially eaten. Trey Parker (credited as Juan Schwartz) stars as Alferd Packer, with frequent collaborators Stone, Dian Bachar, and others playing the supporting roles.

From the creators of South Park, shortly before the arrival of South Park, they made a movie called Orgazmo. This might go down as our most "cult" movie podcast. If you love South Park and the brand of humor that comes from those Trey Parker and Matt Stone, you just might like this 1997 low-budget comedy, which is ripe with the early foundations of their style of humor. Subscribe to the podcast free on your preferred app and please tell a friend who loves movies about the show, just tell em to look up "Just Like the Movies" on any podcast app! Thank you for listening and as always remember to be kind, rewind, relax, and enjoy the show.
Jason McHugh partnered with Matt Stone & Trey Parker for Cannibal: The Musical, South Park, and Orgazmo, but he also produced Les Claypool's Electric Apricot film and has assisted the band on tour. The Classic Film: Don't Panic (1987) "On his seventeenth birthday, Michael unwittingly unlocks the evil forces of a Ouija board” (IMDb.com). Orgazmo has the Salty Nerds smacking their butts and calling for Stunt C**ks as they take on Trey Parker's tale of a Mormon who becomes a superhero within the porn industry. From the creators of South Park, Orgazmo is an early offering from Trey Parker and Matt Stone that lampoons religion, comic books, AND the entertainment industry. When Joe Young needs money to marry his sweetheart, he agrees to star in a raunchy adult film about a superhero named Orgazmo for film producer Maxxx Orbison. Aided by his sidekick Choda Boy, Joe actually becomes the X-Rated superhero to fight crime the only way he knows how - by giving people orgasms!Though this movie isn't great, it does age well and is highly quotable. It's funny in all the right ways, and even though it sports an NC-17 rating, there's very little nudity or sex in the film. (With the exception of some man-butt and a very obvious Mariachi ballsack.) It's also a Troma movie! What an excellent day for an exorcism. Demons take hold as the podcast team review one of the worlds most iconic Horror Movies, 1973s classic, The Exorcist. From tales of curses, brutal directors, Oscar Winning Sounds, and at least half a dozen "That Bit" moments, The Exorcist makes no excuses for its flaws, or it's genre defining moments. Join Bishop Bryce, Cardinal Crossan and Posessed Paul as we projectile vomit our opinions on this infamous and polarising piece of Cinema history. Does anyone remember the heartfelt moments? One of us certainly does! And with that we explore so much more than just spinning heads and howls of "Let Jesus fuck you!" Is it as good as Orgazmo? Well, no! Of course it isn't! But very few films even come close really, do they?
