On this week's episode, Scotty wears his Top Gun, douchebag sunglasses, and we give you the updates on the live show in Wichita on October 22nd 2022. @Bellerosecosplay has some history with Jeremy, and Robinson Cano looks like SpongeBob SquarePants. What "irks" do girls give guys, and do you play a mean "air-guitar?" Is stretching before sex overrated or underrated, and what is the dumbest way to die? What are your favorite appetizers, and would you let your spouse post a 1-10 rating of your sexual performance on social media every time you perform? Enjoy another episode, and keep on laughing, assholes!
The Minnesota Twins take 2 of 3 from the Tampa Bay Rays, finishing out a nine-game gauntlet against the AL East. David expresses his frustration at his difficulty in sorting out how to watch the Twins on TV, as well as at fans who use outlying stats to justify a player's worth. Meanwhile, Dan finds a way to work in both Eddie Rosario and Joe Mauer to the podcast. The boys discuss the singles hitting machine Luis Arraez, and try and sort out what the pitching rotation will look like when starters begin to come back from the IL. Dan wants to know why the Twins aren't stealing more bases, and David faces an ethical dilemma with his all-start ballot. The guys discuss the latest round of managers fired around the MLB, and they both hope Robinson Cano is playing at the AAA because of his love of the game. Who would've thought, with so many ups and downs for the Padres the last week, Robinson Cano was added and now he's already gone. Nomar Mazara has now since been added, Voit and Profar have gotten hot, and Rogers has been shaky in his last couple outs, that Pitching has been the back bone! And the boys discuss it all!Thank you for watching!! please leave a comment and Subscribe!! https://hypel.ink/averagetakes
It may be a slightly belated episode of the podcast, but we are here. Join Adam, Brian, and Noah, for a breakdown of all the breakdowns. The Angels are on a 12 game losing skid, Mike Trout had an 0-26 stretch at the plate, Robinson Cano did so bad he got cut from the Padres, Joe Girardi got told he is no longer the Phillies manager, the Dodgers got swept by the Pirates, and Brian got covid. It was truly a week of tragedy, but don't fret there were still some bright spots that we covered as well. So settle in and have a little listen to a rare Tuesday episode of the podcast, and we'll be back next week, on time, probably.

Gio gives a full show health update and everyone here is feeling good on a Friday despite the weather. The Yankees had an 8th inning offensive explosion and the Mets won another series. The guys discuss the Yankees' offensive firepower and what makes this team better than the last few years. He begins with highlights from the Yankees big 8th inning and also has some from the Mets win, including a very unconventional double play. Next, CLo gets to the Sixers elimination and James Harden's pathetic performance in another big spot. Gio is not a big James Harden fan. The Mavericks forced a game 7 against the Suns. CLo has sound from Brian Cashman firing back at Astros owner Jim Crane. The Yankees won again, the Mets did too and the Sixers and James Harden have been eliminated. In the final segment of the hour, Gio brings up the current lack of interesting sports celebrity news. Hour 4: The 9am hour starts with Gio saying how obnoxious he would be acting right now if he was a Yankees fan since the team is off to a great start. Then he wonders how he would act if one of his teams was ever, you know, good. A local kid will pitch against the Mets this weekend, Robinson Cano might be headed to the Padres and is it too soon to judge the Diaz/Cano/Kelenic trade? C-Lo returns for another update.
