Welcome to another episode of The Behind The Scenes Show with Eric Fell and Shaun Stewart. This week we are taking a look at the horror flick 'Drag me to Hell', the new Will Ferrell movie, 'Land of the Lost' and 'The Brothers Bloom' directed by Rian Johnson. 'Drag Me to Hell' tells the story of Christine Brown (Alison Lohman), an ambitious L.A. loan officer with a charming boyfriend, Professor Clay Dalton (Justin Long). Life is good until the mysterious Mrs. Ganush (Lorna Raver) enters their lives…and everything begins to unravel. When her loan is denied and she loses her house, the shamed Mrs. Ganush places the powerful curse of the Lamia on Christine, transforming her life into a living hell. Christine is tortured and desperate to have her old life back, so she sets on a quest to reverse the spell. But as evil forces close in and threaten to drag her deep into hell, Christine must face the unthinkable: how far will she go to break free of the curse? On his latest expedition, Dr. Rick Marshall (Ferrell) is sucked into a space-time vortex alongside his research assistant (Friel) and a redneck survivalist (McBride). In this alternate universe, the trio make friends with a primate named Chaka (Taccone), their only ally in a world full of dinosaurs and other fantastic creatures. Can they all make it back to our world alive, and if so: Will Dr. Marshall can go from zero to hero with his discoveries? The Brothers Bloom, a globe-trotting comedy about the last great adventure of the world's two best con men. Welcome to the world of The Brothers Bloom, where deception is an art and nothing is as it seems. The brothers have perfected their craft through years of fraternal teamwork. Now they've decided to take on one last spectacular job--luring a beautiful and eccentric heiress into an elaborate plot that takes them around the world. For as long as they can remember, the Brothers Bloom have had only each other to depend on. From their childhood in a long series of gloomy foster homes to their highflying lives as international con artists, Stephen (Mark Ruffalo) and Bloom (Adrien Brody) have shared everything. Stephen brilliantly concocts intricate stories that the brothers live out, but he's still searching for the perfect con, the one where "everyone gets what they want." Meanwhile, Bloom yearns for "an unwritten life"--a real adventure, one not dreamed up by his older brother.

Welcome to another episode of 'The Behind The Scenes Show' with Eric Fell and Shaun Stewart. This week we take at three movies that premiered at the Cannes International Film Festival. First its Jim Carrey's 'A Christmas Carol', followed by a look at 'Agora' and Quentin Tarantinos 'Inglourious Basterds'. Charles Dickens' timeless tale of an old miser who must face Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet-to-Come, as they help to bring kindness to his otherwise cold heart. The Ghosts remind him of the man he used to be, the hard truth of what the world is today, and what will happen if he does not strive to be a better man. Set around Christmas, the most joyous day of the year, Scrooge realizes the sharp contrast of his own personality. Jim Carrey plays four separate roles in this updated version of A Christmas Carol. Carrey portrays Scrooge, as well as the three ghosts (Past, Present, and Yet-to-Come). His dynamic character roles keep the four characters as diverse as being played by four actors. Robert Zemeckis (Back to the Future trilogy) has his chance to dabble in telling a story through the windows of time, as he directs the long-awaited remake. In theaters Nov. 6, 2009. A historical drama set in Roman Egypt, concerning a slave who turns to the rising tide of Christianity in the hopes of pursuing freedom while also falling in love with his master, the famous female philosophy professor and atheist Hypatia of Alexandria. Directed by Alejandro Amenábar and starringRachel Weisz and Max Minghella Inglourious Basterds begins in German-occupied France, where Shosanna Dreyfus (Mélanie Laurent) witnesses the execution of her family at the hand of Nazi Colonel Hans Landa (Christoph Waltz). Shosanna narrowly escapes and flees to Paris, where she forges a new identity as the owner and operator of a cinema. Elsewhere in Europe, Lieutenant Aldo Raine (Brad Pitt) organizes a group of Jewish soldiers to engage in targeted acts of retribution. Known to their enemy as "The Basterds," Raine's squad joins German actress and undercover agent Bridget Von Hammersmark (Diane Kruger) on a mission to take down the leaders of The Third Reich. This week we take a special long look at Cannes and check out the 'UP' premiere with ace correspondent Phillip Nakov! Cannes isn't only for movie premieres though, aspiring directors will go there to present their projects and try and get them funded, as was the case with Iron Sky. Finally we take a look 'Wrong Side of Town' starring WWE superstars Rob Van Dam and Batista, check it out! First off we are in Cannes for the premiere of 'UP', correspondent Phillip Nakov was AT the premiere! Its the first time an animated movie has opened the festival and its gotten pretty good reviews. Its the movie about Carl Fredricksen. He spent his entire life dreaming of exploring the globe and experiencing life to its fullest. But at age 78, life seems to have passed him by, until a twist of fate (and a persistent 8-year old Junior Wilderness Explorer named Russell) gives him a new lease on life. Next we have 'Iron Sky'. This one is a bit of an enigma because its still in pre-production without funding! But it looks HILARIOUS so we'll give it a shot! Towards the end of World War II the staff of SS officer Hans Kammler made a significant breakthrough in anti-gravity. From a secret base built in the Antarctic, the first Nazi spaceships were launched in late ‘45 to found the military base Schwarze Sonne (Black Sun) on the dark side of the Moon. This base was to build a powerful invasion fleet and return to take over the Earth once the time was right. Finally we end the episode with 'Wrong Side of Town' which is a movie that MovieSet has Exclusive access to the set. Check out all our videos of behind the scenes footage and the teaser trailer. It's DVD tuesday and we are checking this weeks big releases, they include Tom Cruises 'Valkyrie', 'Mall Cop' and 'My Bloody Valentine'. Enjoy! At the height of WW2, a group of high-ranking German officers hatched a plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler, and seize power of the military command in order to end the war. The operation was codenamed "Valkyrie", for the emergency plan that was meant to be used in case of a revolt against the Nazi government. This plan had been modified by the conspirators to ensure their success, but for various reasons the plot failed when finally carried out on 20 July 1944. The conspirators of the inner circle were shot after a kangaroo trial or sentenced to death soon after. A single, suburban dad tries to make ends meet as a security officer at a New Jersey mall. It's a job he takes very seriously, though no one else does. When Santa's helpers at the mall stage a coup, shutting down the megaplex and taking hostages (Paul's daughter and sweetheart among them), Jersey's most formidable mall cop will have to become a real cop to save the day. Ten years ago, a tragedy changed the town of Harmony forever. Tom Hanniger, an inexperienced coal miner, caused an accident in the tunnels that trapped and killed five men and sent the only survivor, Harry Warden, into a permanent coma. But Harry Warden wanted revenge. Exactly one year later, on Valentine's Day, he woke up...and brutally murdered twenty-two people with a pickaxe before being killed. Ten years later, Tom Hanniger returns to Harmony on Valentine's Day, still haunted by the deaths he caused.

Hello MovieSetters and welcome to our all-Cannes edition of The Behind the Scenes Show with Eric Fell and Shaun Stewart. This webisode we are looking at some of the different movies that are being focused on in Cannes. Specifically we are going to talk about the new Pixar movie 'UP' followed by a look at Quentin Tarantino's 'Inglourious Basterds' and the new movie 'Taking Woodstock'.First off we look at 'UP' which is the opening film for the Cannes International Film Festival. Its the first time an animated motion picture has been the opening film for the prestigious festival so its quite an honor. By tying thousands of balloon to his home, 78-year-old Carl Fredricksen sets out to fulfill his lifelong dream to see the wilds of South America. Right after lifting off, however, he learns he isn't alone on his journey, since Russell, a wilderness explorer 70 years his junior, has inadvertently become a stowaway on the trip.'Inglourious Basterds' begins in German-occupied France, where Shosanna Dreyfus (Mélanie Laurent) witnesses the execution of her family at the hand of Nazi Colonel Hans Landa (Christoph Waltz). Fates converge under a cinema marquee, where Shosanna is poised to carry out a revenge plan of her own..."Taking Woodstock" is a 1969-set story, based on Elliot Tiber's memoir, about a man, Elliot Tiber (Demetri Martin), who inadvertently played a role in making the Woodstock Music and Arts Festival into the famed happening it was. Working as an interior designer in Greenwich Village during culturally and politically exciting times, Mr. Tiber felt empowered by the gay rights movement. But he was also still staked to the family business - a Catskills motel. Upon hearing that a planned concert had lost its permit from the neighboring town of Wallkill, NY, Mr. Tiber called producer Michael Lang (Jonathan Groff) at Woodstock Ventures to offer his family's motel, the El Monaco, to the promoters. Soon the Woodstock staff was moving into the El Monaco; half a million people were on their way to Mr. Tiber's neighbor's Max Yasgur's (Eugene Levy) farm in White Lake, NY; and Mr. Tiber found himself swept up in a generation-defining experience that would change his life, and American culture, forever.Be sure to check out more Behind the Scenes as well as Previous Episodes!Subscribe to behind the Scenes in iTunes or by Email

This week our loyal hosts take a look at the newest American Pie movie "The Book of Love", followed by a look at Dolph Lundgrens new flick 'Icarus', and 'The Informers'. Enjoy! The all-new escapade of American Pie is packed with more sexy antics, smokin’ hot babes and good-natured uninhibited comedy than ever before. Rob, Nathan and Lube are three friends at Great Falls High determined to succeed in their mission of manhood and score with the ladies of their dreams. After some uproarious attempts with less than successful results, they accidentally discover a legendary guide to seduction hidden in the school library. It turns out to be a rarely-seen often-sought manual about the secrets to sexual success, penned by some of the school’s previous generations. But a few missing pages leads to hilarious surprises for everyone...including the alumni. There were those who called him Icarus. Everyone else knew him as a divorced father working for an investment company. But they didn’t know his other side—his dark side. Because Icarus (Dolph Lundgren) was at his best when he was killing people. For years, he’d worked as a sleeper agent in America—but when the Soviet Empire collapsed, he found himself in a foreign country with no one to trust. Determined to break from his dark past, he started over with a new identity. But you can only escape your past for so long. When a sudden mishap in Hong Kong blows Icarus’ identity, past and present collide—and the assassin realizes he is now the target. The people that want him dead will stop at nothing to get to him. And that means going after what he cares about most—his wife and daughter. The Informers is a multi-strand narrative set in early 1980's Los Angeles, centered on an array of characters who represent both the top of the heap (a Hollywood dream merchant, a dissolute rock star, an aging newscaster) and the bottom (a voyeuristic doorman, an amoral ex-con). Connecting the intertwining strands are a group of beautiful, blonde young men and women who sleep all day and party all night, doing drugs -- and one another --with abandon, never realizing that they are dancing on the edge of a volcano. Hey MovieSetters! Time for another web-i-sode of The Behind the Scenes Show with Eric Fell and Shaun Stewart. This week we look at three movies that are releasing on DVD this week, The Wrestler , Frost/Nixon and Notorious. Enjoy! The Wrestler is a drama centered on retired professional wrestler Randy "The Ram" Robinson as he makes his way through the independent circuit, trying to get back in the game for one final showdown with his former rival. Rourke won a Golden Globe for his performances and the movie went on to be one of the most critically acclaimed movies of the year. For three years after being forced from office, Nixon remained silent. But in summer 1977, the steely, cunning former commander-in-chief agreed to sit for one all-inclusive interview to confront the questions of his time in office and the Watergate scandal that ended his presidency. Nixon surprised everyone in selecting Frost as his televised confessor, intending to easily outfox the breezy British showman and secure a place in the hearts and minds of Americans. Likewise, Frost's team harbored doubts about their boss' ability to hold his own. But as cameras rolled, a charged battle of wits resulted. Would Nixon evade questions of his role in one of the nation's greatest disgraces? Or would Frost confound critics and bravely demand accountability from the man who'd built a career out of stonewalling? In just a few short years, Notorious B.I.G. rose from the streets of Brooklyn to become one of the most influential hip hop artists of all time. B.I.G. was a gifted storyteller; his narratives about violent life on the streets were told with a gritty, objective realism that won him enormous respect and credibility. His stories were universal and gave a voice to his generation.Be sure to check out more Behind the Scenes! We screen 3 episodes a week.Subscribe to behind the Scenes in iTunes or by Email
