Just SPEEDING by! Already Thursday and I'm ready for the weekend. We started things off this morning with the Thursday Song and we also asked each other Hypothetical questions. Brian's question for Jean was: "If there was a movie about your life, which actress would play you…and which actor would play me?" Jean's question for Brian was: "Who is your celebrity sex hall pass?" Office Cora also joined us this morning to let us know what she's up to this weekend in the 715. In the news this morning, a son stabbed his mother over 40 times in Eau Claire, a recall on a Blackstone seasoning sold at Walmart stores nationwide, a woman cited for driving with a phone in her right hand gets the charges dropped, and the CIA using genealogy websites to track down aliens!!! In sports, the Brewers beat the Cardinals yesterday to complete the 3-game series sweep, the Hurricanes beat the Canadiens last night to take a 3-1 series lead, an update on Josh Jacobs, and the President plans to attend an NBA Finals game in NYC. We talked about what's on TV today/tonight and also discussed a new Jon Hamm movie about celebrity hall passes. Plus, Robert Pattison stars in an upcoming film based on "To Catch A Predator" host, Chris Hansen. Check out this 108 year-old woman who just got her license renewed!! She's going to be driving forever!! And check out this rescue dog that saved it's new owners' lives during a house fire! Today is "National Burger Day", so we talked about some of the deals you can take advantage of if you're looking to save a few bucks on your lunch or dinner. Plus, a list of the best chain restaurant burgers. Elsewhere in sports, the "Protect College Sports" act, a new host for the Scripps Spelling Bee, and Kendrick Perkins gets into it with a ref at an AAU game. And in today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a guy in Connecticut who got popped for DUI and had a homemade cannon in his car, a #FloridaMan who used a chainsaw to rob a Pokémon store, another #FloridaMan who got busted for wearing thong underwear and exposing himself around his apartment complex, cosplay models at an anime festival in California are apparently selling "feet juice" to horny dorks, and a woman effed up her face by injecting herself with uncertified silicone.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

You're listening to I'm Mom with mea podcast. 00:17Speaker 2 Good Morning Angels, Happy almost Friday. You've nearly made it through the week and you deserve a cheeky treat. I'm I Sondon and. 00:23Speaker 1 I've got a cracky mix for you. 00:25Speaker 2 Today, We've got a surprisingly touching story about Tristan Thompson and his brother. Shannon Elizabeth from American Pie has joined OnlyFans and their numbers are staggering. Kevin Hart has been roasting a listers and his Timothy Shallow may take He's sending me and tell us. We have sat down with The New York Times for gorgeous, insightful chat about the art of songwriting. 00:46Speaker 1 Happy Thursday, baby, Let's crack it. 00:48Speaker 2 Tristan Thompson has filed for a limited conservatorship over his nineteen year old brother, Amari, who has an intellectual. 00:55Speaker 1 Disability and developmental delay. 00:57Speaker 2 Amar has been diagnosed with Lennox guest Dot syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy causing frequent seizures and requiring constant medical supervision. Tristan previously held guardianship of Amari after their mother, Andrea passed away in twenty twenty three. Now that a Mari's turned nineteen, the conservativeship is required to continue that legal oversight into adulthood. And here's the part that got me. Because of Tristan's NBA travel schedule, it's been Chloe Kardashian, his ex who has taken on day to day caregiving, keeping Amari in LA with full time cares. She said she made that commitment out of her love for Andrea, who was one of her closest friends, and that her care for Amri has nothing to do with Tristan and everything to do with his mum. I said it before, I'll say it again. Chloe's a queen who deserves only the very best of life and. 01:45Speaker 1 All the things. 01:46Speaker 2 Next up, shouted Elizabeth, who played Nadia, the exchange student in American Pie, has joined Onlyfan and she's made an absolutely jaw dropping. 01:53Speaker 1 Amount of money in a very short time. 01:56Speaker 2 She launched her page on April sixteen, and in her first week alone, she surpassed one point two million US dollars in earnings. But here's a clincher. She ain't getting naked. It's just photos of her being her unscripted self. Must be nice, she explained her reasoning perfectly. She said I've spent my entire career in Hollywood, where other people control the narrative in the outcome of my career. This new chapter is about changing that, creating on. 02:19Speaker 1 My own terms, and just being free. 02:21Speaker 2 She's now fifty two, listen in South Africa and works in conservation. 02:25Speaker 1 She's saving the world and making a million bucks. Get a girl. 02:28Speaker 2 Stick around when we return. Kevin Hart has been roasting half of Hollywood. Taylor Sweat has opened up to The New York Times by the art of songwriting and something for all you. 02:37Speaker 1 They ever wears Pride of Fans. Welcome back to Morning Tea. 02:42Speaker 2 Kevin Hart has sat down with Alex Cooper on Call of Daddy, added his Netflix roast special airing May ten, and Alex handed in note cards with celebrity names for rapid fire roasts. On Timothy Shallomey, he said the body of a German woman on Nick Cannon, a sperm diffuser on Patrick Mahomes, a voice that doesn't go of his body on Elon Muski launched into a full physical impression, calling him the Glitcher. But my favorite moment was when Alex asked him about Robert Pattinson, who he called Robert Pattison and then announced here was Team Jacob Steell Kevin Hardest, Team. 03:13Speaker 1 Jacob I died. 03:14Speaker 2 The New York Times magazine pold more than two hundred and fifty music insiders to name the thirty greatest living American songwriters. Taylor Swift made the list, obviously, and sat down with the Time for a thirty minute interview about songwriting that I could have listened to for three hours. She talks about the intensity of love and young love between the ages of seventeen and twenty two and how that period produced some of the most deeply felt, honest lyrics of her career and when we think about it, fearless speak now read a girl feeling everything at full volume and having the genius. 03:43Speaker 1 To write it all down. Man, she is right. 03:45Speaker 2 She then addresses her fan basis, and what I love about this is that this is kind of Teller's web of saying, I know, I know exactly who my fans are. I know there are a lot, and this is how I've learned to exist alongside her. 03:56Speaker 3 I have to know that there's certain things that we have as a trader between me and my fans. 04:01Speaker 4 They love for an emotional song to be track five. 04:03Speaker 3 There's like special things like that, But at the same time, there's sort of so many of them now, which is great, But there's corners of my fan base who are going to take things to a really extreme place. 04:18Speaker 4 There's nothing I can do about that. 04:20Speaker 3 There's people who are going to try to like do detective work, figure out the details. 04:25Speaker 4 Who is that about? What is this? 04:26Speaker 3 When it gets a little bit weird for me is when people act like it's sort of like a paternity test, like this song's about that person, because I'm like, that dude didn't write the song I did. 04:37Speaker 2 She also talked about uli Well the ten minute vision, one of my favorite songs of all time, and how that extended vision only exists because her fans refused to let it go. 04:46Speaker 4 We were rehearsing for the Speak Now tour. 04:49Speaker 3 I was very sad in a way that you know, you're like, you're like twenty one years old, and you're just like excruciatingly just like you are. Sadness is you? You are sadness. I just in the break, I just started playing the same four chords over and over again. It's basically the same four chords over and over again for the whole song, and it just became this thing where I just started rambling, and this thing went on for a really, really long time. It was like more than ten minutes that this rambling rant went on, and it wasn't cohesive and it wasn't really that structured, but it felt afterward like I think my mom or somebody went up to the sound guy was like, did you write any chance record any of that? 05:31Speaker 4 And he was like, yeah, I did. And I would have walked away from it if he didn't have a recording of it. So I went. 05:36Speaker 3 Back and listened to it, and I was like, oh, here's this ten minute like basically catharsis of intense emotion, Like there are some really angry, scathing parts that I was like, kind of going to have to make this into a song that's a little bit more palatable. 05:53Speaker 2 So he releases the palatable version. The fans there's more. They hassle he over the full ten minute version for years. She seems the audio she's looking involved safe daries, and in the end she has to piece it all back together. The full interview is live on the New York Times website, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. 06:09Speaker 1 Love You Taytay Forever and hour. 06:12Speaker 2 And finally, Devil wes Prid of fans, Mamma may have created a brand new quiz to test your knowledge of the cult classic and we're talking first film only, so no need to have seen number two to get involved. I scored sixty six percent and I'm a fan, so give it a go and see if you can beat me. 06:27Speaker 1 There's a leak in the show notes, so take the quiz and let us know. 06:30Speaker 2 How you went. 06:30Speaker 4 And that is it for me. 06:31Speaker 2 My loves with the Gales of the Indie feeds from three pm with the Spill Deep Dive for all the entertainment news you need to get yourself through the week. As much as we like Osgood Perkins, even we were surprised to hear that Nicole Kidman will be starring in his next movie following Keeper. We also talk about the strange Orphan franchise and the pros and cons of the holiday season. Plus, a bigger budget rip off of Skinamarink? It is hard to pin down a good Southern gothic movie. There are plenty of films that have tried their hand at it, but few manage to succeed at getting the tone right. By accident, we came across The Devil All the Time. The names will grab all the attention - Tom Holland, Sebastian Stan, Bill Skarsgard, Robert Pattinson - but it is the story that is the real standout.Set in the Midwest during the late 1940s to the late 60s, the plot deals with a very specific part of America. It tackles difficult themes in a manner that is both frightening and funny. It skewers religion without being a total takedown while also talking about how important family is and how it can hold you back. Its dark tone is balanced by great pacing that will keep audiences engaged.Welcome to Derry is pretty much the opposite. It is over the top, lacks strong characters, and has nothing serious to say. To be fair, the last point should not be held too much against it. After all, Stephen King himself once asked why can't a story just be a story? The flip side is the HBO prequel really wants to say something meaningful. That being said, it has improved with each episode, with the latest being the best one yet. The problem is that it has the albatross of the first two episodes to overcome. Those were so bad, that unless the show is amazing, it will never break past the ceiling of “meh”. This is kind of a shame, since it makes it more difficult to appreciate its improvements. Still, the stuff that remains bad, is very bad. We are talking about some celebrities who have been accused of being liars. Robert Pattison fabricating stories for interviews. Paula Abdul's plane crash details not always being consistent. Robbie Turner being involved in a Uber crash that might have not happened.
We escape to another planet to eat Spam, sauces, and macaroons before discussing Mickey 17. Is this another Bong hit or pass? The premise of Mickey's lab rat-like existence is troubling yet thoughtful. Robert Pattison is incredible as all Mickey's one through eighteen. Although the film captures the insanity and stupidity of today's politics, it may be a little too preachy for some and could lead to a loss of interest. Let's face it. Most of us go to the movies to escape and not to be reminded why we want to escape.
Charlie and Max Carver who play the twin bouncers at the Iceberg Club cited Robert Pattison's high energy in their fight scenes together. They brought their unspoken twin bond to help establish the bond between their characters. MOVIE MIKE'S MOVIE PODCAST: Mike shares his favorite ‘mid’ movies that he thinks would fail today. He chooses movies that are nostalgic, cult classics but didn’t perform well at the box office and found success with physical media sales and rentals. In the Movie Review, Mike talks about Mickey 17 starring Robert Pattinson. It’s a sci-fi comedy about an "expendable" who goes on a dangerous journey to colonize an ice planet directed by Bong Joon-ho who also did Parasite. Mike talks about how underrated Robert Pattison is as a character actor, how the movie was no. 1 but still has a long way to go to make money and where it ranks on his Top 5 Bong Joon-ho movies. In the Trailer Park, Mike shares his thoughts on Death of a Unicorn starring Paul Rudd and Jenna Ortega. They play a father and daughter who accidentally hit and kill a unicorn with their car, and his boss tries to exploit the creature's miraculous curative properties. New Episodes Every Monday! We've got a movie review! Mickey17 is out and I highly recommend it! Plus its a great placeholder before Verdansk returns to Warzone in a few weeks! Also in the news Pokémon GO is now somehow owned by the Saudis, Jeff Bezos really said FAFO, and even Minecraft is getting a popcorn bucket. Plus and Xbox handheld may be closer than you think, Kevin Conroy has another posthumous role, and major casting news for Spider-Man 4.
We lead off this week's podcast with a detailed discussion of what works and what doesn't work in Bong Joon-ho's sci-fi satire 'Mickey 17.' On the one hand, it's a Bong Joon-ho movie, his first feature since winning the Oscar for 'Parasite.' This film, says Stephen Garrett, is well on the spectrum with his other over-the-top sci-fi satires, 'Snowpiercer' and 'Okja.' It's a big swing. Neal Pollack really disliked Mark Ruffalo's villain performance, and really didn't care for the excessive voiceover by Robert Pattison, though he agrees with Stephen that Pattinson carries the movie as Mickey, a poor schmuck in the future who allows himself to become a corporate clone slave. This movie is the definition of a "March release," somewhere between Oscar bait and summer blockbuster. They don't always hit.Daredevil is on Disney+ now, but this is no Disney-friendly show. 'Daredevil: Born Again' is the most violent and brutal content the Marvel Cinematic Universe has yet produced, which is actually completely necessary. Daredevil is a violent character, trying to protect a violent city. Scott Gold joins Neal to break down all that's good about 'Born Again,' which is a lot, but in particular they single out Charlie Cox, as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, and Vincent D'Onofrio, once again owning his role as Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin. If you're Marveled out, you're Marveled out, but this is still peak Daredevil.Enjoy the podcast!

While on hiatus, Enrique decided to take things into his ow hands to guarantee that DBB Inc, has never missed out on a week in their entire damn career! After declaring, Robert Pattison's The Batman is the best single Batman movie, he goes back and watches what people consider the definitive trilogy to decide once and for all, for himself of course. Movie Summary: The Dark Knight Rises is a 2012 superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan, who co-wrote the screenplay with his brother Jonathan Nolan, and the story with David S. Goyer. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, it is the final installment in Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy, and the sequel to The Dark Knight (2008). The film stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne / Batman, alongside Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Morgan Freeman. Eight years after the events of The Dark Knight, the terrorist Bane forces Bruce Wayne to resume his role as Batman and save Gotham City from nuclear destruction. Christopher Nolan was hesitant about returning to the series for a third film, but agreed after developing a story with his brother and Goyer that he felt would conclude the series on a satisfactory note. Nolan drew inspiration from Bane's comic book debut in the 1993 "Knightfall" storyline, the 1986 series The Dark Knight Returns, and the 1999 storyline "No Man's Land". Filming took place from May to November 2011 in locations including Jodhpur, London, Nottingham, Glasgow, Los Angeles, New York City, Newark, and Pittsburgh. Nolan used IMAX 70 mm film cameras for much of the filming, including the first six minutes of the film, to optimize the quality of the picture. A vehicle variation of the Batplane and Batcopter termed the "Bat", an underground prison set, and a new Batcave set were created specifically for the film. As with The Dark Knight, viral marketing campaigns began early during production. When filming concluded, Warner Bros. refocused its campaign, developing promotional websites, releasing the first six minutes of the film, screening theatrical trailers, and sending out information regarding the film's plot.

After declaring, Robert Pattison's The Batman is the best single Batman movie, he goes back and watches what people consider the definitive trilogy to decide once and for all, for himself of course. Movie Summary: The Dark Knight is a 2008 superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan from a screenplay co-written with his brother Jonathan. Based on the DC Comics superhero Batman, it is the sequel to Batman Begins (2005) and the second installment in The Dark Knight Trilogy. The plot follows the vigilante Batman, police lieutenant James Gordon, and district attorney Harvey Dent, who form an alliance to dismantle organized crime in Gotham City. Their efforts are derailed by the Joker, an anarchistic mastermind who seeks to test how far the Batman will go to save the city from chaos. The ensemble cast includes Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Heath Ledger, Gary Oldman, Aaron Eckhart, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Morgan Freeman. Warner Bros. Pictures prioritized a sequel following the successful reinvention of the Batman film series with Batman Begins. Christopher and Batman Begins co-writer David S. Goyer developed the story elements, making Dent the central protagonist caught up in the battle between the Batman and the Joker. In writing the screenplay, the Nolans were influenced by 1980s Batman comics and crime drama films, and sought to continue Batman Begins' heightened sense of realism. From April to November 2007, filming took place with a $185 million budget in Chicago and Hong Kong, and on sets in England. The Dark Knight was the first major motion picture to be filmed with high-resolution IMAX cameras. Christopher avoided using computer-generated imagery unless necessary, insisting on practical stunts such as flipping an 18-wheel truck and blowing up a factory.

Based on the DC Comics character Batman, it stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne / Batman, with Michael Caine, Liam Neeson, Katie Holmes, Gary Oldman, Cillian Murphy, Tom Wilkinson, Rutger Hauer, Ken Watanabe, and Morgan Freeman in supporting roles. The film reboots the Batman film series, telling the origin story of Bruce Wayne from the death of his parents to his journey to become Batman and his fight to stop Ra's al Ghul and the Scarecrow from plunging Gotham City into chaos.

This is a super special sneak peak of the Mummy Dearest Patreon! On this episode Zach and Sloane unwrap 2008's iconic high-school vampire masterpiece: Twilight. Zach hates Twilight but Sloane unapologetically loves it with every fibre of her being. There are of course some problematic things with the film like glittery men and 100-year-old vampires dating teenage girls. Oh, and of course the terrifying baseball scene (imagine your significant other taking you to their family baseball game...that's truly bone chilling!) There's a lot to unpack during this episode and there's even a dramatic performance of the classic spider monkey / skin of a killer reveal!
