For six years, he was the Defensive Coordinator for Yale Men's Lacrosse, winning the Division I NCAA National Championship in 2018. Coach Baxter played an integral role in Mark Glicini's development and transition from offense to short-stick defensive midfield (2013-2016). Prior to Fairfield and Yale, he led top-ranked defensive units at Ohio State, Drexel and Colgate University. He is a dedicated student and teacher of lacrosse and the mental game, as well as a devoted husband and father. Listeners can expect to hear how and why passion and vulnerability are invaluable.
