Death is the greatest teacher. It leaves us with many things to learn from, appreciate more and truly realize, we are not going to be in this physical form forever. In this episode, I wanted to share a tribute to Kobe on what I learned most from studying his mindset but, how to live a more fulfilled life so when your calling happens in life, how can you truly know, you can be at peace, living an inspired and fulfilled LIFE that you gave your ALL to this world and shined bright like a diamond. We also talked a bonkers AAC race, and how this coming week's games will shine light on the rest of said race. Plus Cougar women's hoops continued it's "one step forward, one step back" pattern, and Cougar track was in Lubbock putting up all kinds of crazy performances. And swimming avenged a loss to an SEC opponent!

Kyle & Gary discuss the tragedy that unfolded in California on Sunday when Kobe Bryant, Gigi Bryant, the Altobelli family (John, Keri, Alyssa), Christina Mauser, Sarah Chester and her daughter Payton, and Ara Zobayan all perished in a helicopter crash on the way to the game. This episode was recorded before the sudden lost of Kobe Bean Bryant....but we want to pay our respects, admiration and love to someone who inspired us on the court and off the court. Today episode is about creating & telling your story...and Kobe's story was inspirational to say the least. Being drafted by a team who didn't have any need for him to end up playing 20 seasons for a franchise where he is their greatest player of all time! Kobe impact on life is and will always be greater than the sport of basketball...God Rest Your Soul Kobe Bean Bryant...In Loving Memories To His Daughter Gianna (Gigi) Bryant and the Altobelli family we're deeply sorry! University of Houston Baseball Coach Todd Whitting joins Matt to discuss the life of his friend John Altobelli, who tragically died in the same helicopter as Kobe Bryant
ALTOBELLI möchte man ausrufen.
