Triggerwarnung: In dieser Folge sprechen wir über emotionalen Missbrauch in der Kindheit, Essverhalten, Kontrolle und Körperbild. Franzi hat viele Jahre geglaubt, ihr Essverhalten sei einfach ein „Disziplinproblem“. Sie zählte Kalorien bis ins letzte Detail, stellte sich strenge Regeln auf und dachte, sie müsse sich nur mehr anstrengen – dann würde alles „funktionieren“. Doch im Coaching hat sie entdeckt, dass die wahre Ursache viel tiefer lag: In ihrer Kindheit. In dem Wunsch, geliebt zu werden. In der Angst, nicht zu genügen. In der emotionalen Kälte und Kontrolle durch ihre Mutter. In dieser Folge erzählt Franzi, wie sie gelernt hat, ihr Verhalten nicht mehr gegen sich zu richten, sondern es zu verstehen. Vor diesem Interview war ich besonders aufgeregt, weil es ein spannender, ungewöhnlicher und auch tabuisierter Beruf geht. Ich spreche mit Franzi, und sie ist professionelle Domina. Es ist also im weitesten Sinne Sexarbeit. Aber irgendwie auch nicht, denn sie ist für ihre Kunden unberührbar. Ich fand es richtig spannend, Franzi zu fragen, wie ihre Sessions ablaufen und was vorher und nachher besprochen wird. Sie erzählt uns, von ihrem Weg in die Domina-Rolle und wie sie damit ihren Lebensunterhalt verdient. Außerdem ist sie nicht nur Domina, sondern erstellt auch spannenden Content für Instagram, um ihren Beruf etwas mehr aus der verruchten Ecke herauszuholen. Viel Spaß beim Zuhören oder Zuschauen. Euer Feedback zu den Geschichten im AstroGeo Podcast: Franzi und Karl sprechen im AstroGeoPlänkel über eure Reaktionen zu den vergangenen beiden Episoden – und führen erstmals das Lob des Monats ein: Ralf freut sich an der Mischung aus Astro- und Geo-Themen, den hohen Informationsgehalt und die unterhaltsame Aufbereitung. In Folge 119 ging es um außergewöhnliche Fossilien, deren Lebensweise in der Zeit eingefroren ist. Dabei erwähnte Karl den Sauropoden – einen Langhals-Dinosaurier – im Berliner Naturkundemuseum und nennt diesen Brachiosaurus. Ein Hörer weist darauf hin, dass der eigentlich zur Gattung Giraffatitan gehört. Das stimmt – allerdings heißt diese Gattung noch gar nicht lange so, weshalb auch nicht jedes Schild stimmt. Litten Dinosaurier unter Gelenkkrankheiten? Karl erzählt von einer neuen Studie und noch mehr: Er ergänzt den Fund eines kranken Tyrannosaurs rex, dem eine Infektionskrankheit schwer zugesetzt hatte. Ein Hörer schickt Fotos einer Eidechse, die offenbar einen Bau benutzt. Karl taucht deshalb nochmal tiefer in die Welt grabender Echsen ein, die äußerst selten sind und heutzutage lediglich in Nordamerika vorkommen. Franzi geht auf Rückmeldungen zur Folge 120 ein, in der sie vom Physiker Karl Schwarzschild erzählt hatte. Der hatte erstmals Einsteins Feldgleichungen der Allgemeinen Relativitätstheorie gelöst – und war dabei auf Schwarze Löcher gestoßen. Sie erzählt auch, warum sich Schwarzschild mit der zugrunde liegenden Mathematik auskannte, bevor er im Zuge des Ersten Weltkriegs verstarb. Ein Hörer berichtet von einem ähnlichen Schicksal des Chemikers Henry Moseley. Mehrere Hörerinnen und Hörer stellen Fragen zu Ereignishorizont, Singularität und zur bekannten Gummituch-Analogie. Es geht darum, dass der Ereignishorizont keine physikalische Singularität darstellt – und warum diese im Gravitationsgesetz von Isaac Newton faktisch noch nicht vorkam.

In dieser Episode setze ich mal wieder ein Häkchen auf meine Bucketlist! Endlich habe ich HateAid am Mikro! Mit Franziska "Franzi" Benning, Leiterin der Rechtsabteilung von Hate Aid, spreche ich über die Arbeit der Organisation, die sich für Betroffene von digitaler Gewalt einsetzt und eine Fülle von Beratungsangeboten und Unterstützung anbietet. Eine Arbeit, die Franzi gleich zu Beginn vor eine große Herausforderung gestellt hat. Die vielleicht häufigsten Kund:innen von Ordnungsexpert:innen sind Familien. Liebes Team, heute habe ich eine ganz besondere Folge für euch. Für mich war sie das zumindest. Ihr kennt sie alle, wir sind sozusagen mit ihr aufgewachsen, heute sind wir “Kolleginnen” als Investorinnen beim FC Viktoria Berlin, den sie mal so wunderbar “einen Ort für Träume” genannt hat.
