In Episode 6 of People, Alpha Warrior sits down with retired NYPD Lieutenant John D. Macari Jr. for a powerful conversation about integrity, accountability, and the cost of speaking truth within corrupt systems. Macari shares his journey from trusted department insider to whistleblower after being suspended for publicly opposing COVID mandates, an act that sparked a broader movement for transparency and constitutional rights in law enforcement. They unpack the cultural rot infecting America's police forces, including the rise of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives, political pressure on command staff, and the silencing of officers who question the narrative. Macari reflects on the spiritual and personal toll of going against the grain, and how his decision to stand up ultimately led to greater freedom and purpose outside the force. From internal corruption to weaponized bureaucracy, this episode exposes the ideological battles playing out in America's institutions and the patriots fighting back from within. Macari's story is a call to courage for anyone trapped in fear, reminding listeners that reclaiming truth starts with one voice refusing to be silenced.

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In this episode, we dive into the importance of resilience in women and learning to bounce back after a fall. Marcie Macari is a published author, Speaker, Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, and Resiliency Coach. Her resilience resume includes: surviving every kind of abuse, nearly every natural disaster, a health condition that left her bedridden overnight and stole more than 10 years of her life, and being abandoned by a Christian ministry in Africa when she came out as a Lesbian. With the ministry refusing to fly her home or renew her work visa, Marcie started making, selling, or trading handmade greeting cards for food to feed her and her 14 month old daughter. When she was 24 and woke up suddenly very ill, she went to every type of doctor and specialist she could find. No one seemed to be able to help, so she studied to be Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, (ROHP) graduated the 3-year program in a year with First Class Honors and worked to heal herself using food and nutrition as medicine. She has been helping people heal themselves ever since, and coaching people to harness their resilience to overcome the challenges they face…to bounce, not break! Marcie is the author of “She Births: A Modern Woman's Guidebook for an Ancient Rite of Passage” and has been published in several magazines including: “VIVA”, “Compleat Mother”, and “Island Child”. Her stories and writings have appeared in: “Bearing Witness” by Dr. Lisa Doran and Lisa Caron, as well as in several blogs. She is currently a "re-emerging" speaker with over 10,000 stage performances to her name and hundreds of workshops, presentations, and speeches under her pre-digital era belt. Marcie speaks on topics of importance to women, entrepreneurs, the LGBTQ community, welcoming religious groups and marginalized youth-all with a focus on RESILIENCE. When she isn't speaking, working on her second book, or teaching, you can probably find her cuddled up with her Cornish Rex Cosmo and a cup of herbal tea. As I listened to Marcy Macari's voice, her strength and conviction moved me. Her journey, steeped in the challenges of overcoming abuse and religious trauma, unfolds in our latest episode, offering not just her story, but a beacon of hope for anyone facing their darkest moments. Marcy, a transformational life coach and inspirational speaker, courageously opens up about her tumultuous childhood filled with violence, the shackles of addiction within her family, and the crippling silence imposed on her by a church community. Her past, rife with exploitation and psychological scars, paves the way for a powerful discourse on resilience and the unyielding human spirit. The tale takes a dramatic turn as Marcy describes the intersection of faith and identity, where the internal battle of a missionary's sexual identity meets the harsh judgments of religious dogma. The haunting account of a forced exorcism and the struggle to maintain authenticity in an unforgiving environment is both disheartening and enlightening. Marcy's experience of finding solace in the words of a gay pastor and the desperate measures taken to protect her baby highlight the profound struggles that led to an unshakable quest for authenticity and inner peace. Through her narrative, we grapple with the complexities of belief and the necessity to forge our own paths in the pursuit of truth. In the final chapter of Marcy's odyssey, we touch upon the critical importance of community support and the role of creativity in healing from trauma. Marcy sheds light on the gravity of domestic violence and the essential conversations surrounding support for the LGBTQ+ community. Her story is a testament to the enduring fight for individuality and personal attraction, challenging us to honor the inherent worth of every person. As we wrap up our discussion, Marcy leaves us inspired, with her eloquence painting a vivid picture of a world where respect and acceptance are not just ideals, but a reality for all if we allow it to be. To be simple, guileless, and meek are described by St. John as a habit of soul. Habits form deeply over the course of time and those that we form through negligence in our relationship with God are often very difficult to change. In fact, it would be better to say that they are changed only by the grace of God. What would our life look like if our speech was unpremeditated? What would our relationships look like if we were free from ulterior motives? To look upon others only with love and to live in the truth through humility is to reshape our experience and vision of reality. Suddenly we begin to see things (and more importantly others) as God sees them. We can look upon the other and be blind to their natural faults or defects as well as their sins. We return to a kind of holy innocence and purity of heart were we never lose sight of the beauty of God's creation and most especially the beauty of the human person. To give oneself to God is to find within the capacity to give oneself to others, to love without measure, to serve without calculation. "I think Qigong is the ultimate somatic therapy." Soul family, we're back with another episode! This week, I bring you Steve Macari. Steve spent his twenties and early thirties working within the finance industry as a hedge fund manager and saw his life turn upside down after a surfing accident. Being open, curious, and receptive to spirituality, shamanism, Qigong, and other forms of healing, Steve embarked on a journey of holistic health. He studied the mechanics of health, nutrition, and fitness with Paul Chek and worked as a health coach for numerous years. He later discovered Qigong for himself and began practicing while developing his very own healing technique called O.U.T. - Organize, Understand, Transmute. I recently stumbled across Steve's Qigong videos on Instagram and was instantly captivated. I always somewhat knew that I wanted to extend my spiritual practice and daily routine with more physical exercises, and I feel like I've finally found what I was looking for - thanks to Steve. I admire his calm, wise way of sharing his wisdom around those topics and the very approachable way of his practice with Qigong. Also, Steve's story beautifully displays how life can play out - if we let it, if we surrender. Enjoy!

Guistina Macari was known as Christina by family and friends. On May 17th 1941 the three year old disappeared from outside her family's fish and chip shop in Swansea, South Wales. Her little body was found 5km away in a wood the following day. Many witnesses came forward to say they had seen the little girl in the company of a man with long hair who walked with a stoop. It wasn't long before a prime suspect emerged who police at the time believed had murdered before. A suspect who could be connected to another unsolved murder previously covered by this podcast. It's a different day, but it is still the Out of Site Podcast on the Liberty Ballers Podcast Network. Over the past few weeks, your hosts Adio Royster and David Early have been spanning multiverses in Philadelphia 76ers history and lore with the special "What if ..." summer engagement series. This week, there is no travelling. They are staying in the current reality that can be just as torturous, sometimes. It's not a reality that torments just Sixers fans. New York Knicks fans have had a week full of hope and eventually heartbreak and turmoil. After being on the rumor mill to acquire Donovan Mitchell from the Utah Jazz, the Knicks lost out on Mitchell to the Cleveland Cavaliers. With that, Adio and Dave have welcomed Johnathan Macri of Knicks Film School to join them on the podcast this week. Adio and Dave talk with Johnathan about what happened with the trade. It's possible there was a slight lack of back-and-forth as far as staying at the negotiation table. Maybe the Knicks didn't offer enough according to the reporting that Johnathan brings up throughout the podcast featuring the likes of ESPN's Zach Lowe, Ian Begley and others. As it stands, the Knicks have fully committed to RJ Barrett after offering him a new four-year contract. What does that mean for the Knicks as they try to build a relevant team in an increasingly loaded Eastern Conference? Do the Knicks have enough talent to get into the play-in tournament or will there be another year of playoff-less basketball at "The Mecca" of Madison Square Garden? Adio, Dave and Johnathan discuss all of that and more on today's podcast. Learn more about your ad choices.

¿Gesto republicano o error no forzado? Un tema chico, muy chico, para reflexiones de mayor tamaño. El podcast de los lunes en la previa de “La Cosa Nostra en Vivo” el stand up de Mayol, Macari y Quiroga.
