This week on The KOKO Show the lads are back after a much needed hiatus, filled with meditation retreats, prostate exams and day trips to their local VIP gaming facilities. All in all it is fair to say that they are back with a renewed energy for life and the sole mindset of delivering to you our beautiful fans a just above average entertainment experience. With this being our first episode back on the horse after a break we thought let's not burden our beautiful minds with the pressures of a special guest, but rather let's see this wild beast of a ‘no guest nonsense' show organically grow to thoroughly encompass both the joys of rugby union and the unrivalled shenanigans deep within us all. Thanks to MYER this show is able to remain on the air and this week they kept the lights on so we can give you a full preview of the upcoming spring/autumn tours where us the salty Southerners will once again pull the pants down of some Northern nobodys in dramatic Test Match fashion. In this episode we give you a full run sheet of how each team plans to ‘Schmidt it in' north of the invisible line whilst also preparing the residence of the UK and Ireland for their impending arrival to the ‘Motherland' for our highly anticipated KOKO Spring Tour brought to you by MIXR and the WRU. Plus, our sun kissed studs show off their exquisite summer ready loot from MYER in another masterful mixed bag Match Fit. We also sing our praises for the gorgeous humans at Easy Times Brewing Co for their delightfully delicious and drinkable drops and of course you can't have beer without a BBQ, so we give a massive thanks to BeefEater and AppliancesOnline for their continual support. So please raise your hands if you have missed us! Well we are back whether you like it or not and we are after only one thing and that is to be ‘Kings of the Noth'. As the Wallabies make tracks beyond the great divide to set the record straight, KOKO will be there every step of the way. As we have always said “When they Schmidt, we Schmidt, let's all Schmidt it in together”. Big thanks to MYER for their support and remember you can buy everything you saw on the show from you local MYER or online - https://www.myer.com.auCheers also to BeefEater for coming back on board with KOKO, please check out their websites to see their great selection of BBQ's, rangehoods and fridges.TIMECODES:00:00 - Start of the show and thanking MYER02:53 - Introductions05:12 - What have the boys did in the break and Easy Times Brewing Co plug12:10 - Northern Hemisphere KOKO Tour16:20 - Dubai Sevens Show plug18:17 - WALLABIES preview and Joseph Sua'ali'i31:32 - ALL BLACKS preview and review of the Japan match38:37 - SPRINGBOKS preview44:48 - ARGENTINA preview 47:43 - Match Fit brought to you by MYER54:37 - The Wallaroos recap after winning WXV257:38 - Rocky Elsom01:00:10 - Northern Hemisphere Legends 01:05:00 - Super Sizzlers brought to you by BeefEater 01:07:42 - KOKO final show in Orange 01:11:57 - Dear Drew 01:25:22 - Close of the show AUSTRALIA - https://www.appliancesonline.com.au/brand/beefeaterEUROPE - https://beefeaterbbqeurope.co.uk/pages/contact-usFinally a massive thanks to our new beer sponsor, Easy Times Beer Co. Quellentranskript Im J. 1852 als Bürgermeister nach Heddersdorf versetzt, wandte sich Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen auch hier mit Uneigennützigkeit und voller Hingebung den Berufspflichten zu, drang mit Consequenz auf Abstellung volkswirthschaftlicher Mißstände und führte mit großer Energie durch, was er für unerläßlich zur Hebung des Wohlstandes erkannt hatte. 222 trailer Y: Quellen no Deutschland,Neuere und neueste Geschichte,Raiffeisen,Finanzwesen,Quelle,Rheinland,19. CC-BY 4.0: You are free to share and adapt this work even for commercial use as long as you attribute the original creator and indicate changes to the original. 174 trailer Y: Quellen no Deutschland,Europa,Frühgeschichte,Steinzeit,Jungsteinzeit,Geschichtsbild,Quelle,19. Juliane Noth's Transmedial Landscapes and Modern Chinese Paintings, coming very soon from the Harvard University Asia Center (2022), tracks a relatively short but transformative period in ink painting that coincides with the Nanjing Decade, 1927-1937. In the book, Noth considers how artists negotiated the continuing relevance and development of a form that came to be defined as guohua, or “national painting,” vis a vis the introduction of photography and new (print) technologies. She argues that their theoretical writings and painting practice, far from statically embracing “tradition,” brimmed with the tension between cosmopolitanism and cultural defense. The artists considered in the book reinterpreted Chinese art history in relation to Western developmental models and technologies while maintaining an active formal conversation with literati painting traditions. The emergence of what Noth theorizes as “transmedial” landscapes was also strongly intertwined with state rail and road infrastructure projects and the development of a modern travel industry. Join us in our discussion to hear more of the nuance and complexity with which Prof. Noth analyzes this transformative period in Chinese visual culture. And the Lord spoke to Abraham I find it interesting that all monotheistic religions come from the same area. Polytheism underpins little, Genesis shows stories. Fact or fiction, real or not, who wrote what and when? And the Lord spoke to Moses; today there are 5 books of Moses. On close examination, it was certainly very crowded on the ark, the Flood hypothetically lasted for centuries. The father of all tribes drew attention to God with letters on a stone, the words I understand, but their meaning just not. Scholars agree (the earth is a disc), Canaan would certainly have a highway exit today. The story of the Exodus is still effective as a message today. The work of Buddha provided other, new ideas with a content, deeper meaning. Cult figures gave content, then the people raised a great war cry. The wall of Joshua slowly fell down. Rubble and ashes, nothing else remained of many ancient cultures, the piles of stones were magnificent temples, houses, whole states came and withered away again. NOTHING remains in the end, the NOTHING destroys itself, from the NOTH we came, to the NOTH we will return. Is that so? What was there before us, what was it like, what values have we adopted? Cultures before us have passed away, decayed values, nations in decline, every system will fall one day. All things and people will turn to dust one day. Nature will find its way. Every old shard of clay shows antiquity, bones collapse into new egalitarianism. How did the religion that rules here come over my ancestors? Through a revolution. When the old system collapsed a minority goes new ways, established new structures. The cause thereby exposes the purpose of thought. Outsiders in thought bring new identity. Never may be expressed what should not be conceivable. All mentions never led to the goal, the karma is the superior institution, the higher instance, it stands determining as fixed point already. The belief in the one, only God, which excludes the existence of other Gods, is a belief, not a well-founded knowledge. Buddhists are open-minded, tolerant and understanding towards other value systems. So if people have a belief, Buddhists respect that, will not turn away at all. The basic difference of religions is whether they are optimism or pessimism; not at all whether monotheism, polytheism, trimurti, trinity, pantheism, or atheism (like Buddhism) - Arthur Schopenhauer - German Philosopher - 1788 to 1860 Copyright: https://shaolin-rainer.de (Please also download my app "Buddha-Blog English" from the Apple and Android stores)

What if food holds the power to dissolve the barriers that divide us?    Meet Vin Noth, the Executive Director of Milwaukee's Riverwest Food Pantry. Like all cities, Milwaukee has its cracks such as segregation, isolation, and systemic poverty. The Riverwest Food Pantry is finding gold in these cracks - bringing people of all backgrounds together into radical kinship, friendship, and mentoring, all through the power of food.  When you visit this place, you can't tell who's a shopper or who's a volunteer. You'll be surprised by the gift you have to give and the gift you're meant to receive. And it'll wreck you in the most beautiful way.   We talk to Vin about finding gold in the cracks of the city and his life, particularly in his background in the arts and acting. It turns out that the greatest gifts we have to give often rhyme with our deepest pain. When you find gold in the cracks, it takes the same shape as the crack. Hosted by Dave Kang and T.J. Berden. Author and activist, Heather Kristin has been interviewed by Oprah and has worked many jobs over the years, including Park Avenue nanny, subway busker, and cocktail waitress, but one that stands out is her role as stand-in for Kristin Davis' character on the set of Sex and the City (SATC). In February 2021, Heather exposed the toxic atmosphere on set by penning a detailed essay for the Independent. In the candid memoir that quickly went viral, she recalled an incident of an ‘alpha male actor' demanding that another stand-in be “tied up, gagged, and brought to his trailer.” These horrific words have now been confirmed by Heather to be those of Chris Noth, who played Mr. Big on the show. In today's episode, Heather shares her story with us and recalls some of the experiences (both negative and positive) that she had on set at SATC. We discuss the nuance of experience that leads survivors to remain in traumatic spaces or choose not to speak up, why it is that we keep hearing stories like these, and Heather shares how she seeks to empower young women and girls through her work with Girls Write Now. This is a conversation about the power of sharing our stories and learning from the stories of others, so make sure to tune in today to hear from storyteller and truth seeker, Heather Kristin!Key Points From This Episode:Heather recalls some of the positive experiences she had working with the SATC cast.Learn what a stand-in does and why they play an integral role on set.The incredible opportunity Heather had to be in front of the camera with her violin.Heather shares her candid account of the ‘dark' moments she experienced on set.The nuance of Heather's experience that led her to return to SATC after quitting. How her now-viral article detailing Noth's behavior was originally received by editors. Why she decided to name Noth after the sexual harassment allegations that came out.Heather's reaction to the statement that the women of SATC made following the allegations against Noth that surfaced. Why she believes that we keep hearing these stories; the power dynamics at play. How we can appropriately respond to allegations like these: acknowledge, investigate, stop the retaliation against survivors.Heather's work with Girls Write Now and how she seeks to empower young women. The power of sharing our stories and learning from the stories of others.Heather's favorite and least favorite words (yes and no), her love for DuMont Burger in Brooklyn, the sound of the violin, and more!Parting words of wisdom: choose kindness rather than words that tear people down.Links Mentioned in Today's Episode:Heather Kristin on TwitterHeather Kristin on Instagram‘I was Charlotte's stand-in on Sex and the City.
