I had a really great episode for you today but technology sucks sometimes and the software I use for editing AND recording is down. So not only can I not edit the original episode, but I don't even have access to the recording.... Sad face. Being that I am typing this and releasing this episode last minute (and with the emotional afternoon/night I've had), I decided to simply, and quickly, share what's going on as the episode today rather than forcing an inspiring message or value filled episode, because I'll be honest, I could have done just that. But if I'm being real, mentally and emotionally, I just cannot, and I'm going be okay with that. There's definitely a silver lining through this situation and I will find it. Thessalonians 2:16 -May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word. 2 Thessalonians 3:16 -Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. We are of much value that a life of a God was sacrificed for us so that we could have a chance to be part of the family of God! Our calling to God's way of life, through the suffering and shed blood of Christ, was made in hopes of you and I answering that call. If we weren't of such great value and weren't designed to have such a great potential, God wouldn't have wasted His time dealing with us humans. Remind yourself continually that your life is worth something; it was worth the life of our King Jesus Chris. Believe that and cement that in your heart. Media Credits: @tidwavstudios

We all know that technology evolves rapidly in our everyday lives. The change has been just as great in business. So, how do we keep up with it all when we are so busy running our businesses? In this episode we welcome a special guest, Rutland Smith, who has been helping small business people navigate the tricky world of technology for years. We talk about the big tech issues facing those of us in business like cyber security, protecting and backing up our data and even how we communicate with our staff and customers.
As an energetically sensitive person, intuitive or otherwise psychically inclined, you are probably all too familiar with things like the “blue screen of death,” touch pads not responding to you, or any of a thousand different ways today's hi-tech devices refuse to work properly in your presence. It can be absolutely maddening, especially when you are on a deadline and need to get stuff done. But with a couple of mindset shifts in how you understand these issues, you might be surprised to find out that these “challenges” can lead to some pretty interesting insights about your true psychic gifts and intuitive skills. Ingredients in a Good Podcast When I look at other elements that make a good podcast they: Allow you to see the vulnerable side of the host or guest. Have a host with great listening skills. Include "Behind the Scenes" information that you can get anyplace else. Include great follow up questions that reflect what the listener would ask. Know your audience. Create a focus group of listeners who will provide honest feedback. The courage to say things that will draw them closer to their target while separating them from some.
