Here's the thing: if you're approaching every piece of content thinking it needs to directly convert to a sale, you're setting yourself up for frustration and overwhelm. That's not how social media works, and it's definitely not how you build a sustainable content strategy that actually grows your business. I recently went back through my own content and realized I was making some of these mistakes too. I looked at every post I've stopped to engage with, save, or share, and they all had these 4 elements. When I audited my own feed with this lens, I found only two posts that would have made me stop scrolling, and that explained everything about my reach and engagement.
