We've made it to episode 100 and the long promised telling of the Maura Murray's disappearance, the case that has been obsessed over in New England and online for over 2 decades. There is an incredible amount of information available about this case, a lot of it contradictory, but we tried to keep it just to the major points. We also talk about the new person of interest in the case that came to public attention after some horrific convictions in other states. The information about Marua's case came from crimetimelines.comThe information about Steffan Baldwin came from an article published by The Vindicator written by Dan PompiliFollow us on Instagram @MAFPodcastShowEmail us at MAFPodcastShow@gmail.com

Chris MaherTake a walk with me down Fascination Street, as I get to know Chris Maher. Chris is an actor who currently has 8 projects in either pre or post production. In this episode, we chat about his growing up in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and the long and winding path he took to find acting. After spending some post graduate time in China to study finance, and a stint in law school, Chris gets a call to become a runway model. This led to some work in commercials, and eventually roles in short & feature films. We cover his entire journey from traveling the world with his school choir, to his time in China, Chicago, and Miami. Coincidently, we each share a story about Power Rangers and Iowa. Finally, we discuss each of his 8 forthcoming projects. I ask him about all of them, which takes us on several detours. Some of his friends and co stars are previous guests of the show. This episode was recorded about a week before the premier of his new film Boardwalk Winter. Keep your eyes peeled for this fella! Many of these projects are coming out soon, and some are out now. Find him in film & TV, just about everywhere! I hope I didn't make it too weird for him in his FIRST podcast interview!Look for Chris in:Rescue: Hawaii Surf (TV)Canyon of the Dead (film)Desert Dawn (film)FTX: Descent into MadnessDivision (a short film)Boardwalk Winter (film)No Dogs DieVindicatorThe Lost KeysLover, Stalker, KillerBleeding HeartNova
In part 2 of this RPGBOT.Podcast: Pathfinder 2's War of Immortals—where mythic feats, tech glitches, and epic laughs collide! Join us as we break down Bloodragers, Avengers, and the glorious chaos that is the Warrior of Legend (warning: may break your party and your friendships). Mythic Points? Mythic destinies? We're covering it all and comparing the new rules to old-school chaos, with a side of troubleshooting. Come for the insights, stay for the hilarity of three podcasters battling not only Pathfinder but also their own audio setup. Summary Buckle up for an epic romp through the second part of the intricacies of Pathfinder 2's War of Immortals in this hilariously insightful episode, where the RPGBOT team dives headfirst into everything from character archetypes to game-breaking mythic feats—and tackles some epic tech issues along the way! With lively banter, the hosts dissect the archetypes of Avenger, Bloodrager, Cineshal, Vindicator, and the dangerously unpredictable Warrior of Legend. As they unpack each archetype, expect serious laughs as they navigate the high-stakes, high-reward gameplay styles, especially around the Warrior of Legend—the archetype that's equally likely to save or doom the party with its over-the-top abilities. The show takes a mythic turn as the team delves into Mythic Rules, exploring how these rules transform characters into veritable legends with god-like abilities and even deadlier mythic monsters. Their discussion on the Mythic Points system will have you debating your own campaigns, as they compare it to older systems and debate if it balances or completely shatters gameplay. Along the way, they share side-splitting insights on mythic destinies and mythic feats, pondering which epic paths might be too powerful for their own good. Expect a deep-dive into variant rules for mythic characters, as the hosts brainstorm extra options for GMs and players to keep campaigns fresh, all while troubleshooting technical difficulties that threaten to become mythic themselves! Whether you're a Pathfinder expert or just here for laughs, this episode promises a wild journey through lore, mechanics, and the bizarre art of keeping an episode together when your setup's in open rebellion. Ready to take your Pathfinder 2 campaign from epic to IMMORTAL? Join us on the RPGBOT.Podcast as we dive into War of the Immortals and break down mythic feats, legendary archetypes, and the all-new Mythic Rules—tech issues and hilarious mishaps included! From high-risk Bloodragers to Warrior of Legend madness, we're giving you insights, laughs, and some seriously powerful gameplay ideas. Don't miss this epic journey through Pathfinder's biggest expansion yet! Summary In this unmissable episode, our fearless hosts dive into Pathfinder 2's epic War of the Immortals expansion with the energy of an over-caffeinated Bloodrager and just as many technical hiccups. From unexpected mic drops to internet glitches, the journey to becoming a mythical hero has never been so... relatable. Our brave podcasters dissect Pathfinder's most intense archetypes, each bringing its own flavor of chaos to the table. First, they take on the Bloodrager, whose berserk rage will make you wonder if they're recording from a live battlefield. Then there's the Avenger, for when you're morally obligated to protect the party but really just want to smash things. The Cineshal and Vindicator make their debut too, adding layers of strategic flair (and some eyebrow-raising plot twists) to any party composition. Finally, the Warrior of Legend emerges, and they aren't kidding about “high-risk, high-reward”—this class takes bold gameplay to mythic extremes, ensuring that death is just another Tuesday. Next, our heroes turn their attention to Mythic Rules, a toolkit designed to push the boundaries of both gameplay and sanity. They break down Mythic Points, which fuel incredible powers and a few not-so-incredible debates about balance. The hosts dive into the shifting mechanics between old and new systems, discussing how these rules allow players to bend reality, rewrite history, and save—or totally wreck—the world. In the grand finale, they tackle mythic feats, destinies, and monsters, each with its own lore-heavy implications and godlike powers. It's a goldmine for fans looking to add dramatic stakes and mind-blowing moments to their sessions, but not without a side of absolute hilarity. With variant rules and endless options, the episode is packed with all the details, laughs, and chaotic banter you need to take your campaign from epic to “immortal.” Links War of Immortals (affiliate link) Mythic Variant Rules Pathfinder Wiki Gorum Death of Gorum Other Stuff Kaos on Netflix for some reason Takeaways Deep dive into the lore of Gorham and War of the Immortals. Humorous references to pop culture, with nods to shows like Firefly. In-depth look at mechanics for Avenger and Bloodrager archetypes. Cineshal archetype's unique mechanic, enabling power access through a familiar. Vindicator archetype's role in hunting supernatural creatures, though less impactful than other options. Each archetype has distinct flavor and mechanics, catering to various playstyles. Hosts' enthusiasm for storytelling potential within the Mythic framework. Mythic feats introduce unique gameplay and narrative mechanics. Rerolling saves adds strategic depth to encounters. Choosing a mythic destiny becomes pivotal for characters beyond level 10. Character archetypes like Lich and Godling offer diverse role-playing options. Mythic monsters bring intense challenges, requiring players to strategize. Kaiju inclusion adds an epic new layer to campaign possibilities. Variant rules for mythic characters offer flexible gameplay customization. In our modern world, where we do have resources and means to address many of our problems, it is important to remind ourselves about our God who is supernatural. There are many things we cannot do, and we need God to intervene. We reflect on the three simple statements and remind ourselves of God's works in the Bible: The God of the Bible is the God of today. Our God is a supernatural God. Faith in God opens the door for God to do supernatural things in our lives. We share Bible examples that show that: The God of the Bible is a supernatural Provider. The God of the Bible is a supernatural Healer. The God of the Bible is a supernatural Problem Solver. he God of the Bible is a supernatural Protector. The God of the Bible is a supernatural Vindicator. Watch our online Sunday Church service live stream every Sunday at 10:30am (Indian Time, GMT+5:30). The Buckeyes' 2023 season is underway. Although it began in underwhelming fashion, it's the first outing, on the road, with a new quarterback and a mostly new offensive line. It was never going to look crisp right out of the box. Far be it from us to tell you not to panic — you may do so if you wish; that's your prerogative — but we simply have more things we'll be keeping an eye on as the season moves forward. We broke down Ohio State's 20-point win at Bloomington, including the key plays, players, and mistakes, and checked back on our score predictions and picks to click to see how we did. It was the first game for everyone, so we haven't quite zeroed in on this team yet. Joel Whetzel from The Vindicator and Tribune Chronicle was our guest this week. He popped on with us to give us the scoop on Ohio State's opponent this Saturday, the Penguins of Youngstown State University. What are the Penguins good and bad at? Who are the players to watch? What style can we expect? These questions get answered expertly by Joel and we appreciate his time. Finally, we looked ahead to Saturday and came up with our score predictions and our picks to click for this Saturday's matchup. Will the Penguins get as many stops on defense as the Hoosiers did? That's not what we're expecting. We have similar ideas to how this game will unfold to what our guest described. We'll be back next week to dissect Ohio State's home opener against Youngstown State and look ahead to a matchup with Western Kentucky. In fact, we'll be here with you every week from now until the end of the 2023 Ohio State football season. We'd love to hear from you, so please reach out with your feedback and questions below in the comments section or send us an email. It was the first game for everyone, so we haven't quite zeroed in on this team yet.Joel Whetzel from The Vindicator and Tribune Chronicle was our guest this week. James, Clint, Charles, and the Mayor sit down to dissect this "masterpiece" of '80s sci-fi cinema, The Vindicator (1986) The captivating tale of Carl Lehman, a scientist who becomes the unfortunate victim of a tragic lab accident (cue dramatic music). But fear not, for the wonders of monkey-based corporate science come to the rescue! In a stroke of genius, they transform Carl into a bionic man (because movie scientists will never learn not to play God). Now, armed with superhuman strength and endurance, our bionic protagonist embarks on a mission fueled by the most profound of motivations: revenge! Watch as Carl, with all the emotional depth of a rusty tin can, battles the villains responsible for his predicament. Also, his ex-best friend tries to get with his smoking-hot wife.Starring a bunch of Canadians, Pam Grier, and Stan Winston made the suit, so that's good.Bad Movies Rule is a movie podcast about the movies you love even if no one else does. You can support Bad Movies Rule on Patreon here. You can join our community on Facebook and TikTok.You can email the show any movie related questions for our mailbag episodes here.

On August 8, 2023, voters in Ohio will have a choice: Accept an amendment that destroys majority rule in Ohio and shreds the sacred principle of "one person, one vote" in our state or vote no on that measure to protect our freedom to make decisions that affect our lives and our futures by preserving the constitutional amendment ballot initiative rules that have worked well in our state for over a century. The choice is clear, but it's going to take every Ohioan working together to defeat this issue in the upcoming special election. One Person One Vote campaign communication director Dennis Willard joins this episode to explain why voting no in August is so important to the future of public education in our state. When it's Freaky Friday for Vice Admiral Janeway and Dal, the communication between ships finally goes beyond Morse code. But when The Vindicator takes over as top baddie on the Dauntless, Commander Tysess can't get it together to stop their mission. How do you explain a warp bubble to kids? Did Ben break The Living Construct? What's actually being tested in the Kobayashi Maru? It's the episode that thinks a lot about Tom Mervyn's' dick!Support the production of Greatest TrekMusic by Adam RaguseaFollow Greatest Trek on Twitter, and discuss the show using the hashtag #GreatestTrek!Greatest Trek on Twitch | Facebook group | Subreddit | Discord | WikiSign up for our mailing list!
