Nézted mindenhol?"En: Eszter sighed: "Are you sure? Did you look everywhere?"Hu: Bence meggyőződve bólogatott: "Eszter, itt a baj. Menjünk a rendőrségre."En: Bence nodded confidently: "Eszter, there's trouble. Let's go to the police."Hu: Pár perccel később a két barát a közeli rendőrállomáson találta magát.En: A few minutes later, the two friends found themselves at the nearby police station.Hu: A helyiség ridegen tiszta volt, a falak fakó színűek, és az irodában serény rendőrök járkáltak.En: The room was starkly clean, the walls a faded color, and diligent officers were bustling about the office.Hu: A pult mögött ülő őrmester egy pillanat alatt meglátta a kínosan ideges Bencét és a visszatartott mosollyal küzdő Esztert.En: The sergeant sitting behind the counter immediately noticed the awkwardly nervous Bence and the Eszter struggling not to laugh.Hu: "Miben segíthetek?" – kérdezte hideg hangon.En: "How can I help you?" he asked in a cold tone.Hu: Bence odalépett, és belefogott: "Jó napot kívánok, eltűnt egy tortánk."En: Bence stepped forward and began: "Good day, our cake has disappeared."Hu: Eszter, aki az eltűnt tortát keresve még néhány polcot nézett meg magában, hirtelen elvörösödött és szinte sírva nevette el magát.En: Eszter, who was internally checking a few more shelves while looking for the missing cake, suddenly blushed and burst into laughter.Hu: "Bence, eszembe jutott!" - kiáltotta.En: "Bence, I remembered!" she shouted.Hu: "Én tettem át a tortát a másik polcra. Jaaj, buta vagyok!"En: "I moved the cake to another shelf. Oh, I'm so silly!"Hu: Bence zavartan köhintett, majd elvigyorodott: "Ó, akkor úgy tűnik, nincs szükség jelentésre."En: Bence coughed awkwardly, then grinned: "Oh, then it seems we don't need to file a report."Hu: Az őrmester egy félmosollyal biccentett, és visszatért a papírjaihoz.En: The sergeant nodded with a half-smile and returned to his papers.Hu: Útban vissza a pékség felé, a két barát hangosan nevetett magán.En: On their way back to the bakery, the two friends laughed at themselves loudly.Hu: "Jó tanulság volt," mondta Bence könnyedén.En: "It was a good lesson," Bence said lightly.Hu: "Legközelebb jobban figyelek. Vagyis... mi ketten összehangoltabbak leszünk."En: "Next time I'll be more careful. Or rather... we will be more synchronized."Hu: Eszter vidáman bólintott: "Tetszik ez az ötlet."En: Eszter nodded cheerfully: "I like that idea."Hu: Ahogy visszaértek a pékségbe, a nap még erősebben ragyogott be az ablakokon, és mintha a friss kenyeret áthatott volna a felszabadult nevetés illata.En: As they returned to the bakery, the sun shone even more brightly through the windows, and it seemed as though the fresh bread was imbued with the scent of unrestrained laughter.Hu: Azóta Bence sokkal nyugodtabban fogadta a váratlan eseményeket, és még inkább élvezte a pékség életvidám légkörét Eszter mellett.En: Since then, Bence has much more calmly accepted unexpected events and enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the bakery even more alongside Eszter. The new pod is all about Whimsy, a storied and chronically-online term that we think best describes our approach to menswear. To us, Whimsy is about Free Will, our agency to make things fun and amusing just for ourselves, a sentiment that we wished people would lean into more. We talk about how Whimsy permeates through our love of details and particular garments as well as to our juxtaposition-heavy and sometimes off-kilter styling. But ultimately, we believe the Whimsical thing you can do is PLAY in your clothes: go to trivia dressed as a cowboy, wear a tux to listen to the Phil, wear a straw hat on a picnic, or wear a suit to sit at home and relax. Whimsy is about dressing with agency! This is a month of movement, experimentation, and meeting life directly rather than trying to think your way through it.This isn't a month to prepare for your life. It's a month to participate in it. To stop waiting for more clarity, more confidence, or more permission—and begin moving like the woman you're becoming instead.Stevie Calista and Meg Thompson weave the Akashic Forecast with the Astrology of the month to create a map for the energy ahead.Main Topics:From Insight to Action – As Jupiter completes its final weeks in Gemini, you're invited to stop endlessly collecting information and begin trusting what you've already learned through lived experience.Building Through Embodiment – With Venus, Mercury, and Jupiter activating Cancer, this month asks you to create from a place of nourishment, emotional honesty, and connection rather than pressure, performance, or survival.Questioning the Rules – As Saturn and Neptune travel through Aries, old identities, assumptions, and inherited expectations are being challenged so that something more authentic can emerge.Leadership Through Participation – With Pluto continuing its retrograde journey through Aquarius and the Summer Solstice illuminating a new season of growth, you're asked to stop observing your life from the sidelines and fully enter the arena of your becoming.Connect with Stevie:CLICK HEREJoin DECIDED - https://meaghanthompson.podia.com/decidedSend us a message and let us know what you love about this episodeImportant Links:Sign Up For the Weekly Forecast - CLICK HEREwww.Megthompson.comAttuned - CLICK HERELet's Connect on Instagram -  CLICK HERE

Welcome back, WIFs.This week, the sisters are talking about something wildly underrated:whimsy. Not optimizing your life. Not fixing yourself. Not becoming better.Just…enjoying it.We get into why adults are so serious, how tiny moments (like drinking water from a wine glass) can shift your whole mood, and why you might need a solo playdate more than another self-improvement routine.Lauren and Michelle also share what they're currently reading, watching, and listening to—including a conversation around therapy, self-understanding, and learning to work with the different “parts” of ourselves instead of against them. This episode is your reminder that not everything needs to be serious. Some things can simply be joyful. John 20: 1-18 Trey Ferguson preached on Holy Humor Sunday at RMC via Zoom. Editor's note- at the beginning of the sermon Trey played a CLIP - please click on the link to the left to watch- from a David Blaine street magic performance where he gets a person to pick a card and reinsert it into the deck. David throws all of the cards against a window and the person's card appears stuck to the BACK of the glass while the other cards fall to the ground. The audio of this illusion was deleted from the recording for copyright concerns and due to the visual nature of the trick not translating well to an audio format. Trey ponders in his sermon on the connection between the joy David Blaine took in instilling a sense of wonder in strangers and the real wonders that Jesus performed during his time on earth and how those around him struggled to interpreted their meaning and veracity. We know that some of the disciples were full of doubt, and others didn't believe Mary when she reported an empty tomb and a living Jesus. The biggest question for the disciples and followers wasn't can Jesus be raised from the dead, for they had seen Jesus do this, but who had the power to raise Jesus while he was dead. Of course Jesus knew this was going to be the Holy Spirit. But Jesus cared enough about Thomas's doubt to appear inside the locked room a second time, and took pleasure in turning doubters into believers, inviting them to experience shock, wonder, and awe. In turn we musk ask ourselves how we plan to share the whimsy of our faith with others who doubt. Jesus has sent us out into the world like God sent him to share this wonder.

In this episode of Big Crystal Energy, Ashleigh sits down with Aryn Scanlon—also known as Aryn the Alchemist—for a deeply inspiring and expansive conversation on creativity, whimsy, and the magic of following your “side quests.”Aryn is a creative coach, interdisciplinary artist, and writer whose work blends astrology, tarot, shadow work, glamour magic, and storytelling into a multidimensional approach to living and creating. Together, Ashleigh and Aryn explore what it means to embrace your full, authentic self—even when it doesn't fit into a neat box. They dive into the beauty of nonlinear paths, the importance of nurturing creativity (even in small, everyday ways), and how the seemingly random “side quests” we follow often become the very threads that weave our lives together.Ashleigh also reflects on her own journey—balancing motherhood, a medical career, and her spiritual path—and how reclaiming creativity has completely transformed her life and the way she shows up for others. This conversation is a reminder that creativity isn't reserved for artists—it's a birthright. And sometimes, the most magical thing you can do is follow your curiosity. If you've been feeling stuck, uninspired, or disconnected from your creative side—this episode is your invitation to follow the nudge, take the detour, and trust that nothing is ever truly random.Your side quests are leading you somewhere ✨Connect with Aryn Instagram: https://instagram.com/aryn.the.alchemist Website: https://www.arynscanlon.comSend me any questions or comments you may have and I will answer them on upcoming podcast episodes!! This episode looks a little different. Whimsy isn't about having a perfect life. It's about how you move through it. In today's episode of Hot and Unbothered, your host Brianna Gomez breaks down how to bring more whimsy, softness, and magic into your everyday life— without forcing it or trying to make it look a certain way. Because the truth is, life becomes most whimsical when you stop trying to control everything and start leaning into what genuinely lights you up. Your whimsy is your language. It's the little rituals, details, and moments that feel warm and personal to you— not someone else's aesthetic, routine, or idea of what a “romanticized life” should look like. We talk about how to break out of robotic routines, stop saving things for “special occasions,” and start being more present in the small moments that actually make life feel alive. Because a whimsical life isn't a mold you fit into, it's something you create. And sometimes the most magical moments happen when you least expect them. You know what rhymes with 2026? ISWIS! We're back with a bang for season 8! In the first episode of the year, we discuss whether New Year's resolutions are in or out, and somehow we end up complaining about the Nigerian experience (as usual). We talk about our super fun holidays and the need to add more whimsy and enjoyment in life — maybe that's our actual New Year's resolution. We also discuss the need to reduce pleasantries or niceties and actually chat with people to find out how they're really doing. And of course, the 2026 dilemmas are really juicy! When will you guys actually change? We get into dating siblings, using someone to secure a visa, feeling jealous towards someone else's success and the possibility of your parent cheating on their spouse! We're really looking forward to doing 2026 with you, and we have so much planned, so enjoy! Don't forget to use #ISWIS or #ISWISPodcast to share your thoughts while listening to the podcast! We open today's ad-free episode with a whimsical look at the global sensation over the Number One Netflix show, "K-Pop Demon Hunters," and despite his Korean heritage, John Yoo can't explain it either. But near as we can tell, this anime cartoon show is somewhat classic melodrama, where the demons deserve defeat. And though it may seem a frivolous leap, we wonder about the demonic aspects of the larger story about Charlie Kirk's murder, with Steve recalling Max Weber's line—meant especially for young people—that "he who lets himself in for politics, that is, for power and force as means, contracts with diabolical powers..." After reviewing the week's controversies over free speech and the mercy-killing of Jimmy Kimmel's pathetic late night show, we get down to one root of the larger problem—the inability of so-called progressives to brook any dissent from their party line, the lack of any introspection about any possible defects of their worldview, which was the primary object of Charlie Kirk's campus interrogatories. We'll come back to this subject in the coming weeks, because we sense a full-scale, China-syndrome level progressive meltdown is under way. You'll want to listen all the way to the end of this episode, for our extended exit bumper music, from Harrison Tinsley: "Charlie Kirk (Remember Your Name)."
