Joined by co-host Sherrie Dunlevy, we discuss the emotional journey of letting go, the importance of rituals, and creating meaningful transitions. These photos are from homes that seemed to be priced ok but are sitting on the market, tell us why..This first one is in Briargate, it seems to be priced right. Yet…there it sits…90 days on the market…How about this photo? I see a ‘designer’ rug that shows on the camera like its covered in dirt instead of a design…West Side…92 Days on the Market:Here is a North County Home that seems to be over priced for Size and the seller appears to be slowly walking the price down, they are now 81 days on the market with no sale, which by the way, according to NAR statistics will net home sellers less money. So that is one issue but Cindy, I’m looking here at a bright pink huge couch and matching pink rug under the round coffee table..
