With his first material in four years, Turtle's delicate, sparse, wondrous 'Heathland Haze' was specially recorded for the upcoming compilation 'Home - Volume One curated by Ali Tillett'. Residing in deepest Scotland, Jon Cooper aka Turtle is an enigma. Some years ago both Ali and Jon were in contact but over the years had lost touch. One of the first artist names that sprung to mind at the start of working on the HOME compilation was Jon's. The music he makes paints a picture of a soundscape like no other. Once back in touch it was only a matter of time til' Jon had produced something that he thought would be the sound of the Heathland/Moorland habitat. 'Home - Volume One curated by Ali Tillett' is set for release on 3rd December; with Turtle joined by contributions from Âme, Bobby Lee & Mia Doi Todd, Coyote, Crack'd Man, Kirk Degiorgio presents As One, Fug, and Ewan Pearson's World of Apples project. The compilation's tracks align with specific habitats in the local Dorset area where Ali is situated, such as Harbour/Estuary, Heathland/Moorland, Woodland/Forest, and Beach/Cliffs. To immerse the listener even further into the soundscape, critically acclaimed sound and field recording artist Gary Moore, of Springwatch/Autumnwatch fame, has been involved to help bring nature even further to the ears. Turtle "Heathland Haze" is out on November 17th digitally. Fug 'From Little Seeds We Grow' Release Date: 20th October 2021 Label: RE:WARM Format: Digital With their first material for over ten years, Fug's delicate and dark 'From Little Seeds We Grow' was specially recorded for the upcoming compilation 'Home - Volume One curated by Ali Tillett'. ' Twenty years on from their debut album release 'Ready For Us' and more than a decade since the follow up 'Procrastinate', Fug are back. After original band member and co-producer Bob Sadler left to pursue a legal career, full production duties have fallen to Tom Bailey. He's spent the last 25 years writing numerous scores for film, TV and animation, happily staying out of the spotlight. An avid collector of records and vintage synths and keyboards, he's fast to justify this as the necessity to have a massive reference library and fine tools of the trade. Holding down the rhythm section on drums from the get go, Matt Klose is also a long serving member of Crazy P. Matt has also managed to forge a separate career in food, something the whole band shares a passion for. He has become a much loved chef, caterer, restaurateur and all round gourmand. In his own words: “All I do is drum, cook and cycle.” Jess Williams is the final, original band member and vocalist. As a successful screenwriter, she still finds time to renovate ancient Welsh property alongside being the main lyricist of the group. Joining as the newest appointed member on bass is John ‘Mingus' Thomson, frequent collaborator, prolific session player and performer with too many renowned outfits to mention. ‘From Little Seeds We Grow' is the first release from a new batch of songs the band have recorded, with a new album planned for completion in early 2022. 'Home - Volume One curated by Ali Tillett' is set for release on 3rd December; with Fug joined by contributions from Âme, Bobby Lee & Mia Doi Todd, Coyote, Crack'd Man, Kirk Degiorgio presents As One, Turtle, and Ewan Pearson's World of Apples project. I recently had the huge honor of DJing my first ever wedding for two friends of mine; Jim & Matt! I traveled to Berkeley, California for a super fun weekend, and attended a beautiful ceremony held at a gorgeous countryside ranch in Point Reyes Station. Surrounded by the picaresque landscape, psychedelic art, and wonderful wedding attendees, I was asked to prepare a set of happy and fun disco house. As a DJ, I love picking music to fit the mood and vibe of the setting, and I wanted to create an unforgettable night of joyous music for the grooms for this momentous occasion. The vibe of the tracks I picked all feel joyous, and celebratory, with the theme of celebrating love, desire, and the spirit of disco. Given that it was a wedding, I assumed most people in attendance would want to hear recognizable tracks; and I got a lot of (very ON POINT) requests (Hence 100% Pure Love shows up twice lol). But I was surprised at how many people were more than willing to get on board with tracks that are not immediately recognizable radio hits. One of my favorite moments of a night that was filled with magic, was when the officiator of the wedding, a fierce and funny woman in her 90s, set down her wine glass so should could properly get down to Tensnake's Coma Cat on the dance floor. The set includes two drag numbers by the beautiful Zohara Platinum, as well as two funny and heartfelt wedding toasts by Richard and Carlisle. I had an absolute blast playing this wedding for Jim & Matt, and was so honored to be included in their special day! I hope you enjoy listening
Welcome to Showcasing House Music DJ Mixes by dattrax!! This week, thinking about getting a new car stereo deck was dancing in my mind. The one I bought a few years back doesn't play CDs anymore, but fortunately has an auxiliary plug to put my ipod or iphone into. I've been looking in the weekly electronic store flyers for months now, just eyeballing all the car decks- salivating. Dreaming of a cd player that works, the USB port to stick a USB stick full of house music into. The urge to drive to the electronics store and scoop one up was so strong, but know that it would be at least $220 when you include taxes and installation. Then the thought about how many mp3, 320bit house tracks I could buy for that money POPPED into my head, so I decided to live with my crappy car stereo (for now). This internal tug of war brought back a flood of memories to a time when my DJ Partner Jim and I were vinyl junkies to the extreme. We called it being addicted to "The Black Crack" (after the black colour of vinyl for those of you to never have seen vinyl before : ) There was a point where we were so addicted to buying house records, that when I saw something for let's say $35, I'd think to myself: 'but if I don't buy this, then I can buy TWO RECORDS!!'This sounds silly, but seems to be a man's version of frugality- choosing to not spend in one area in favour of another, but not saving any money. There are people who probably think, 'Hey, why do you guys still love house music so much?' You know, some guys dig sports or collecting something... that's just another money and time sucking hobby. We've chosen HOUSE as a hobby and are cool with that. The big difference is that this love can be shared with so many people and transfer those positive feelings. There is so much pleasure in the process for us, almost a monthly ritual... of hunting for tracks. Listening to them for a week or two, mixing them, listening, mixing them again, listening, then again, then sharing them and hoping that someone else likes the mix also.GOING BACK to the topic of being addicted to house back then. We went to endless number of parties, have over 400 mixed tapes & cds made by other house djs. We bought over 6000 vinyl records over the years and we stopped buying vinyl and switched to buying MP3's over 10yrs ago. And now have over 2000 house MP3 tracks. Burned through tape decks, needles (for turntables for the youth out there : ), mixers, 100s of cases of blank cassette tapes and over 8000 blank cds, whatever it was we needed- you name it. Compare to sports (if we were into sports), we would be the guys- shirtless and with full body paint jumping up and down like drunken idiots in the stand holding up crazy signs & stuff, buying sports related stuff, going to sports events, hanging out with other sports addicts, watching sports all the time and playing in men's leaugues 2-3x's per wk. We are the ultimate FANS!I tried to quit 'The Black Crack' three times and once for about 3years till I heard a DJ mix of new house that blew my mind. Now I know that we are here to stay. Just spent over 5hrs this week cruising over 1500traxs and hunting down 41 new tracks in www.Traxsource.com - excited about sharing the next mix with you!!---------------Reach out to us and comment. Welcome to Showcasing House Music DJ Mixes by dattrax!! Afflicted with the house bug? Don't worry, we know how you feel. Been addicted to house music since were were 16yrs old. This is the best time for house music we've ever seen. It's wonderful to be excited every week about new house tracks you've never heard at your favourite mp3 stores. House DJ/ Producer friends on facebook and twitter sharing their mixes, their youtube video picks of cool house related stuff- it's endless!! Parties with different types of house music all over the city, tons of up & comers and tons of great international House DJs visiting Toronto.Yes, there's too much house now, too many mixes, too many sub-genres and too many related electronic music- COMPLETE SYSTEM OVERLOAD!!But, hey... gone are the days where you are begging for a mixed house cassette tape by a popular dj and having the pickings be slim. Gone are the days of going to your favourite record stores each week, buying the same records as 30-50 other djs and everyone playing the same records. The selection was scarce compared to now. Gone are the days of paying $16.99 for a 4 track EP- where you only bought it for the one goosebump track. Now there's so much music out there that you can actually not sound like everyone else. You can listen to thousands of house tunes and the chances (at the sheer volume of what's coming out) of you sounding like someone else are small. And the best part? It's dirt cheap, after getting a 15-20% online discount coupon you end up paying $50-60 bucks for 30 traxs- what a thrill!!It's so good to be constantly re-excited (if there is such a word ; ) or re-energized about house. It's a ritual with Jim and I. Putting a few tracks every few days into our virtual bins or spending a weekend going crazy hunting for tracks that make us want to dance. Then listening to them together in a long car ride- finishing with some late night food in Chinatown or Greektown in downtown Toronto. Then it goes into iphone or ipod and listened to in pockets of time, more car rides, getting on the treadmill, then making a mix. Then another car ride together seeing if it makes us both happy- we've always DJ for ourselves and if some people like it along the way, then that's the cherry on top.Back to the house ritual... then going through the frustration of redoing the mix over and over again because it just wasn't fun enough, wasn't good enough or wasn't timeless enough. You just don't want to throw something together. If it's not special to you, it won't be to someone else.We want to make mixes where people would hopefully enjoy it enough to actually want to listen to it a 2nd time and if they listen anymore, then it's Christmas! In this day and age of having too much available and nothing getting any real attention- attention is a precious commodity. We don't value what is easily attained.Rather have a few hundred people that really love our brand of house music, then to have thousands of people who don't care and can't tell the difference. Worst to be background filler house.Usually make anywhere between 4-8 mixes from a selection of 60-90 tracks within a month or two (between the cracks of time sandwiched by work and family)- then the mix that moves us the most gets posted. That's the whole process in a nutshell.Thank you so much for taking your time to visit us here and for listening to our mixes. We are so excited to share with you the tracks that move us each month. All the best to you and all your endeavours- be the best you can be and stay passionate!! Cheers, dattraxPlease comment on each mix you enjoy or email us- we would love to hear from you.---------------Reach out to us and comment.

There is a wealth of new music to be discovered online, The Sonic Emporium is the latest in our never ending quest to explore the beyond. As a producer and disc jockey his music has been supported by the likes of Richard Norris, Ewan Pearson, Slam, Jori Hulkkonen and Daniel Avery. He has also invested a significant amount of time in sound exploration curating a carefully run website which showcases new music and champions up and coming talent. In the coming months he will release his debut album as part of a project called "The World In Winter" - a far removed piece of work from his excursions into dance music. In celebration of this it seemed apt and wise to ask him to contribute to our ever growing Monday mix series and he does so in fine style.

He also provided this exclusive live mix (only available here) for Deep House Proposal fans! Enjoy! sasse http://www.residentadvisor.net/dj/sasse/biography https://www.facebook.com/moodmusicrecords Klas Sasse Lindblad have been living, breathing and creating house music for the past 20 years. Coming from Northern Europe, born and raised in Finland, later relocated to Berlin he´s seen, heard and created many styles of electronic music in clubs and on live stages. A dj from day one, Sasse has as well always been writing and producing music under various pseudonyms and with different artist as collaborator. Be it then the fresh collab as Hot Lunch with studio partner Ewan Pearson, the electro-tinged Mr Negative project with Holmar Filipsson from Thugfucker fame, him collaborating with Henrik Schwarz on Sunday Music or Moodmusic - or any of the numerous productions and remixes as either Sasse or his alter ego Freestyle Man for labels such as Pokerflat, Bedrock, Dirt Crew or Dieb Audio - the success has brought him all over the world to represent his driving, yet deep dj-style and the sounds of his Moodmusic label. And rightly so, the label going from strength to strength, riding high in the dj-charts as well as being supported by the majority of the a-class disc jockeys around, Moodmusic is pushing new talent as well as keeping floors bysy with well known names like Martin Dawson, Dave DK and Penner+Muder. Parties with different types of house music all over the city, tons of up & comers and tons of great international House DJs visiting Toronto. Yes, there's too much house now, too many mixes, too many sub-genres and too many related electronic music- COMPLETE SYSTEM OVERLOAD!! But, hey... gone are the days where you are begging for a mixed house cassette tape by a popular dj and having the pickings be slim. It's dirt cheap, after getting a 15-20% online discount coupon you end up paying $50-60 bucks for 30 traxs- what a thrill!! It's so good to be constantly re-excited (if there is such a word ; ) or re-energized about house. Then another car ride together seeing if it makes us both happy- we've always DJ for ourselves and if some people like it along the way, then that's the cherry on top. Back to the house ritual... then going through the frustration of redoing the mix over and over again because it just wasn't fun enough, wasn't good enough or wasn't timeless enough. You just don't want to throw something together. If it's not special to you, it won't be to someone else. We want to make mixes where people would hopefully enjoy it enough to actually want to listen to it a 2nd time and if they listen anymore, then it's Christmas! In this day and age of having too much available and nothing getting any real attention- attention is a precious commodity. We don't value what is easily attained. Rather have a few hundred people that really love our brand of house music, then to have thousands of people who don't care and can't tell the difference. Worst to be background filler house. Usually make anywhere between 4-8 mixes from a selection of 60-90 tracks within a month or two (between the cracks of time sandwiched by work and family)- then the mix that moves us the most gets posted. That's the whole process in a nutshell. Thank you so much for taking your time to visit us here and for listening to our mixes. We are so excited to share with you the tracks that move us each month. All the best to you and all your endeavours- be the best you can be and stay passionate!! Cheers, dattrax Please comment on each mix you enjoy or email us- we would love to hear from you. In this mix, featuring tracks by these INCREDIBLE HOUSE PRODUCERS & VOCALISTS!!! Marek Hemmann, Marian, Fabian Reichelt, Kellerkind, Klangkarussell, Nu, Jo Ke, Jamie Jones, Kevin Knapp, Kate Simko, Noir, Haze, Terranova, Reptile Youth, Trikohmat, Ewan Pearson, Metronomy, Javi, Saarid, Einmusik, Nicone, Sascha Braemer, Narra, Fabian Reichelt, Raycoux Jr., Stefan Barth, Niko Schwind, Oliver Koletzki, Fran, Julia Govor, Qbeck, Lil Magdalene, DJ Ra Soul, Hrdvsion, Amirali, Him_Self_Her, Mic Newman, Djamila, Toky, Ernesto, Soul Clap, Mario & Vidis, Angela Sheik, Fabo, Solomun, Pascal Bideau, Delhia de France, Marek Hemmann, Douglas Greed, Liz Cass, John Monkman, Joris Delacroix, William Besson, LOPAZZ Vs. Forever Jung, Tomas Barfod, Nina Kinert All tracks in this mix bought from www.Traxsource.com and www.Beatport.com. If there is any track you particularly like and want to go buy for yourself, then let us know in the comment section, and we'll respond there. BTW... if you enjoy this mix, then there's a PayPal DONATE button on the top right side of this website... Psycatron live from Distillery Leipzig (GER) 2011 is set to be a big year for Irish techno duo Psycatron aka Paul Hamill & Dave Lievense as they take their project to the next level. 2009 Started off with a string of high profile productions being released on some of the world's most respected labels, they received props from some of the biggest names in the business and record sales flying high in the Beatport charts. 2009 began with the Location Unknown EP on Fergie's Rekluse imprint. The lead track 'Takefive' was a huge smash at the Miami Winter Music Conference with everyone from DJ Hell to Sasha (who was closing his sets it with) making it one of the biggest records of the conference. From Belfast to Detroit followed, with the master Carl Craig signing 'Deeper Shades Of Black' for Planet E Communications making them the first Irish artist to appear on the Detroit imprint. 'Deeper Shades' spent 6 weeks in the Beatport Top 20 peaking at Number 5 with only Cirez D, Adam Beyer, Joris Voorn and Sebastian Leger standing in the way of pole position. Then from Detroit to Sao Paolo in Brazil, where Christian Smith's Tronic Music delivered the devastating 'Directions' and 'Tipping Point' with charts and plays coming in from everyone from Dubfire to Digweed. 'Directions' remixes followed soon after from Matt Nordstrom and Fergie well as featuring on Christian Smith's Platforms compilation for Renaissance. A bit closer to home and an appearance on London based Simple Records demonstrated a deeper, subtle edge at the opposite end of the spectrum from their previous big-room releases but still retaining the signature melodic touches with the 'Orchestral Manouvres In The Park' EP showing up on Will Saul's highly respected imprint. As if to prove that getting signed to Planet E was no flash in the pan, they then went on to sign a deal with legendary Belgian imprint R&S Records home to the likes of Aphex Twin, Joey Beltram and Derrick May who released 'Is What it Is' in November, before rounding the year off with a specially commissioned Transitions mix for John Digweed's radio show. “I think Planet E are one of the most revered labels in the world and it never ceases to amaze us when we meet other well established producers who tell us how much they'd love to release a record on the label and how jealous they are of us! We went from a position where nobody knew about us to releasing on Planet E and all of a sudden lots of doors begin to open and people start taking notice.”PH As the list of Psycatron supporters continues to grow, it starts to read like a who's who of quality underground electronica with everyone from Ewan Pearson to Joris Voorn, DJ Hell, Dave Clarke, Paul Woolford and even Martin L Gore from Depeche Mode all getting behind Psycatron. “I've been into electronic music since i was a kid, from hearing eighties electro-pop on the radio i became a huge Depeche Mode fan (and still am) and their influence creeps into a lot of our music. I played piano for a few years as a kid, but never followed through on it as what I really wanted to play was synths and DJ.”PH With the theme set to continue well into 2010 with Psycatron tracks appearing on the world-famous Radio 1 Essential Mix two weeks running with Simian Mobile Disco and Christian Smith favouring them in their sets, while remix offers have since come flooding in with labels including Cocoon, Bedrock, International Deejay Gigolo, and Secret Cinema's Gemm Recordings all notched on the bedpost for the year. Having spent the past seven years hosting their residency at the world-famous Shine and the Stiff Kitten in Belfast where they've supported some of the biggest DJ's on the planet, 2011 will be the year where Psycatron's winning combination of killer DJ sets and live shows will see them emerge as one of the most exciting acts of the year as their profile continues to grow on a global scale. “When we play live, it's all our own music which we perform live using a couple of laptops and controllers and some keyboards. We also throw in some loops and samples from people who have influenced us over the years and little surprises along the way.” PH Big festivals and events like Hitting Movement 2010 in Detroit in May with Carl Craig and millions more are becoming the norm now for Psycatron, they have played all the big Irish festivals and recently being asked by Dave Clarke to play his party at Amsterdam Dance Event with himself and Green Velvet and friends. Rex Club in Paris has come calling giving psycatron their undeniable stamp of approval and with shows in Naples and Helsinki its easy to see that psycatron are really turning some heads. “It's only when we go abroad that it becomes apparent through meeting people at our shows how far our music has travelled. It's easy to forget when you are back in Belfast on a tiny little island the impact our releases have had around the world, i guess that's a lot to do with working with truly global labels like Planet E, but it's a lovely feeling having strangers come up to us at gig to talk about our music” PH Exiting collaborations are to continue with Detroit legend Blake Baxter on 'She Is Music' which came out on Planet E in October. Also and a new project with Paul Woolford on tracks Thunder/CLoud 9 for Cocoon which is the start of ongoing project with more tracks in the pipeline! An AV twist for the live show is being developed at the moment so expect to see this hitting the clubs 2011. "Psycatron perform an outstanding live set " Dave Clarke "Their tracks combine relentless energy and groove with bundles of emotionand tension, to make for an all-encompassing sound that is perfect for those big arenas and club rooms. Truly 21st century techno". Data Transmission "These guys are fantastic, definitely a name to look out for" John Digweed "Their hybrid, genre-bending live set sees them splice, filter and mess with anything - from their own productions to underground house and techno classics - with devastating effect" DJ Mag. "I LOVE Psycatron" Laurent Garnier "Psycatron is one of the acts of the year" Agoria "One of the most exciting outfits of their genre" Data Transmission Psycatron on Facebook
dattrax: Happy Easter Everyone and just wanted to share a little of the spring sunshine with you in a form of a new HOUSE MIX! May God Bless you all and your loved ones. And if you don't feel blessed right now, then know that without a doubt that He DOES LOVE YOU and hopefully you'll realise that someday. We called it being addicted to "The Black Crack" (after the black colour of vinyl for those of you to never have seen vinyl before : ) There was a point where we were so addicted to buying house records, that when I saw something for let's say $35, I'd think to myself: 'but if I don't buy this, then I can buy TWO RECORDS!!' This sounds silly, but seems to be a man's version of frugality- choosing to not spend in one area in favour of another, but not saving any money. Listening to them for a week or two, mixing them, listening, mixing them again, listening, then again, then sharing them and hoping that someone else likes the mix also. GOING BACK to the topic of being addicted to house back then. We are the ultimate FANS! I tried to quit 'The Black Crack' three times and once for about 3years till I heard a DJ mix of new house that blew my mind. Now I know that we are here to stay. Just spent over 5hrs this week cruising over 1500traxs and hunting down 41 new tracks in www.Traxsource.com - excited about sharing the next mix with you!! THIS MIX FEATURING HOUSE TRACKS BY: Thyladomid, Adriatique, Roy Davis Jr., Jeremy P Caulfield, Walker Barnard, Adana Twins, Hobo, Metronomy, Ewan Pearson, Baby Prince, Tanner Ross, Claude VonStroke, Jaw, Kraak & Smaak, Lex Empress, Neighbour & Elan B., Nico Stojan, Rosina, New Kanada, Startraxx, Skelpt, Hollis P. The late 70’s and early 80’s is a period that seems to hold a real fascination for me in movies and music. It was a period of new technology and computers influencing music and movies like Blade Runner, Alien, Star Wars, Escape from New York, Westworld stimulating my imagination of future visions. This combined with the electronic music of Kraftwerk, Giorgio Moroder, Human League soundtracks of John Carpenter moulded my love for an electronic sound which always inspires me. And I’m still discovering music from that era of disco early house, italo, electronica and pop from artists such as Tangerine Dream, Klause Schulze, Telex, Egyptian Lover, The The and more. I put together this 2 hr mix of new discoveries, old reedits, new trax, movie samples and some of my own, I guess it’s the sort of music I imagine that was getting played at the Technoir night club in the Terminator just before Arnie turned up and ruined the party! Welcome to Metroline Limited Podcast Episode 26 by French tech-house golden boy Clio. Clio released the huge For Sure Baby on Metroline Limited last summer, a track and an EP that went on to become the best selling Metroline's to date and found their way in the dj boxes of some of the biggest dj's out there! After spending the last few years in train yards across France and Europe,Clio now expresses his feelings with music. Gathering inspiration from "random minimal" sounds and tech-house, as well as influences such as Dance music, Dub,Hip Hop and Jazz . From early sessions with his friend "Romain", Clio was really introduced to music production by Kane Roth. He released his first remix for Lega and Julie Amadeo's "Sunken Sleep", on "Miniscule" netlabel (US 2008 ) Since then, he has worked on his own characteristic sound based on a groovy and funny approach of music ,aimed at the dance-floor, but "cool" enough to appreciate it at home or in the living room. After few remixes and collaborations,Clio is now focusing on his own project. With his first solo EP (Metroline Limited 37D) Clio gains some good exposure, as the track "For Sure Baby" is really well received and heavily supported during the whole summer 2010 in Ibiza by Loco Dice. Also,dj's and producers such as Matthias Tanzmann,Nic Fanciulli,Tiefschwarz,Sasha,Rodriguez JR,Ralf Kollmann,Mikael Stavostrand,Ewan Pearson,Okain,Sasch BBC,Slz,Noir,M.In (among others) selected Clio's music for their charts and/or dj sets. 2011 will feature some new EP's,remixes and appearances on various labels such as : "Saved", "Metroline" ... Tracklist: 01. Ricardo Villalobos and Argenis Brito - "Peculiar" - Sei Es Drum 02. Mathias Kaden - "Konomama (Reboot rmx)" - Raum Musik 03. Guti - "Patio de Juegos" - Desolat 04. Mathias Kaden - "Konomama (original)" - Raum Musik 05. Dakpa - "Dans la nuit" - Pong Musique 06. Nick Curly - "Cozumel" - Cecille 07. Nic Fanciulli -"999" - Biten 08. DeadEcho is the combined force of Rob Bradley and Adam Firman. Their mopst recent release, She's All over Me included MarcAshken on vocal duties and a huge remix package featuring Jay Tripwire, Ashken, Pedramovich, Clio and 102nd Century. It's a sleazy fingers up to the mundane with tongue in cheek vocals about a wasted girl bothering a DJ in a club. Ewan Pearson has been nailing it and listed it in his most recent ‘’bombs in the bag’’ and Circo Loco’s Clive Henry stated it was ‘’the best promo I have been sent in time…maximum support!’’ If you add this with support from Italoboyz, Jamie Jones and Slam, it is safe to say this release made a splash. Added to all this the boys are resident and co-promoters at the FVF Records / Save You Records monthly party, DIP, at the Russian in London. The party has been on the up since it's launch and has featured a host of down and dirty guests with future guests including Rebekah, Miss Sunshine, Jay Tripwire and more. With several E.Ps and a string of remixes soon to release, gigs booked in Brighton, London, Ireland and Germany for 2011, you will hear a lot more from DeadEcho in 2011. TIP: Watch out for their upcoming remix of Leigh Myles on FVF ;)

This mix was recorded at home, using my Ableton Live, back in the days I would say that it is complete nonsense to do a DJ-mix with Ableton, but now I feel different. First of all this is not a DJ-mix, this is mix, mosaic, pattern of feelings under the control of cutting audiofiles in modern sequenser. 2: Please let us know about the concept of DJ MIX for this time? The concept Is to go through my midsummer feelings and combine uncombinable in terms of one hour listening session. One track by another I was going thru my digital Audio collection — my Rekordbox says that my collection contains 56590 tracks, so here are 15 according to August, 2nd, 2023. 3: Please let us know about the future activities (gigs and works etc) I have just finished the album and it’s now one month old, still getting lots of love and attention I wasn’t even expecting, you can see Green Monster vinyl in Hideo Kojima instagram for instance. Closest plans regarding the album are to start releasing amazing remixes from great artists as Ewan Pearson, Max Essa, The Dawless, Cable Toy and many more. My «Let’s Hold Our Hands Together» vinyl which was delayed for around a year finally going to be out early fall, incl. Eden Burns and Lipelis Remixes. I already have 14 demos for the 5th album, I have lots of plans regarding my collaboration and building an art & music foundation with Alexandre Garese where I plan to use my versatile language of arts at it’s best. What else. To spend as much as possible time with my family at home. Always the best. Thanks for listening and keep an eye on me. Yours, Kito
