De publieke tribune barstte los in een leuzen: "Niet in mijn naam!" Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I'm Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I've trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it's the antidote to fear. Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started. Lesley Logan 0:46  Hey, Be It babe, Happy Fuck Yeah Friday. We've got some wins of yours to share. We've got a win of mine. We are coming closer and closer with every single one of these Fridays at the end of the year. And so, my goodness, I hope you are taking some time to celebrate some wins by now. Because, if not now, when? And why wait till the end of the year to like, oh, I'm gonna make all these changes next year. Celebrate wins now, and these little wins can help you start to make changes this year. So let's get to yours first. Actually, that is the order. I almost went out of order. So let's get to yours first. Lesley Logan 1:15  We have a couple from Djamila, so she will be our wins for today from you guys. Djamila is an agency member, and has lived all over this world, all, all over this world, and now is in Switzerland, I believe. Here we go. Her wins, surviving a painful double ear infection with flu. Oh, my God. Published my second meta ad, and it's helped me understand the unique selling points of my product and generate a new trial session in two days, create a new promotional flyer and got it printed, training my coaches on what's important and non negotiable to me when working with the clients, it's working because the feedback from clients who have tested other studios has also been super positive, and this has boosted my confidence, because I am seeing the value of my experience. They are seeing the value of my experience. Had a coaching call with Kirsten, who really helps making social media accessible. Almost done reading Dr. Gabrielle Lyon's book Forever Strong. She is protein-obsessed, and I know that you'd eat more of it. What I like is how she flips a narrative from people are over fat to people are under muscled being thinking of other areas of my life and biz where a similar flip could help me. Code of the week that I got from a friend on LinkedIn, why seek a job that you are fully qualified for and can do? There'll be no room to grow and learn in. Ah, these wins are from earlier this year, and there's so many in there, and I do love the narrative change of people are under-muscled. I love that you are reading that Djamila and calling it a win in your life, because I think this is a really cool thing for us all to explore. I just, I really do. Lesley Logan 2:39  So your next set of wins came later this summer. Two little wins for me. Last week, I convinced a client who has back issues that instead of canceling his hit strength training membership with my studio, he should come try Pilates as it might suit his needs better, and if he liked it, we could discuss transferring his membership to Pilates classes. He accepted instead of haggling to get out of his contract, I'm totally being it till I see it, because I know I'm not even teaching Pilates at my studio yet. I just, she's a Pilates, side note, you guys, she's a Pilates instructor for many, many years, so just doesn't have it in her studio yet. Okay, back to her. I just sent out my first studio newsletter using MailChimp. Yay. Looks so much more professional than a regular Gmail. Met with a lawyer friend who has agreed to help sort me out with some legal docs I need in Switzerland. Sometimes daring to ask for help really pays off. Djamila, I think like asking for help somehow always, does pay off. And I just want to say thank you. Your wins, when you post them, they're so reflective. And I even learned something about how I, other things I can see as a win. And so I'm so excited to share your wins with our, with everyone listening to the Be It Pod today, because you know, you can survive a double ear infection with the flu, and that's a win. You can, you can, you can get that on the other side. So just absolutely thank you for being you, and thank you for being vulnerable, and thank you for sharing all of these wins. You guys, if you sent out a MailChimp for the first time, it's a win, right? It's really a win. Instead, we focus on how long it took and why I've been pushing up for so long, and what, like, someone unsubscribed instead of going, I actually did something really hard today. That's a win. That's an FYF. Lesley Logan 4:09  All right, so today, as you're listening to this, is the day before I am going to do my photoshoot for the Accessories Deck. And in my last, really, like, since 2007 I had a lot of stomach issues, and so a lot of the shoots that I've done, I've done in like stomach pain or just not having eaten that day because I don't want to start the stomach pain off while I'm on the photoshoot, which does affect my ability to do the actual exercise and have the energy and stamina to do it. But because I'm working with FemGevity, because I've been advocating my health. My stomach has been doing so, so much better. And so my body is ready for this photo shoot. And I, in caution say that because, out of context, I don't want everyone to think I'm talking about body appearance. That's not what I'm talking about at all. But like the strength of my body. I've been able to actually absorb the nutrition that I've been putting in my body, and all because I advocated myself earlier this year, and not that I ever stopped. I finally found someone who was listening, and in that collaboration together, I've gotten so much out of it, and so I share this with you, because if you have projects that you're just procrastinating on, if it is because of your health, because your hormones are not where you want them to be, or maybe you're feeling a little bit down, or maybe you're not feeling as strong as you used to, or as energized as you used to. Getting help for yourself is a win, and then you'll get to do those things you desire to do, because I would really, really hate to be sitting here and procrastinating on my deck because my stomach was bothering me and my body wasn't strong enough. This deck required more strength than any of the decks because there's so many little tools that I had to practice and so many little accessories, and I needed to practice all of them. And they're accessories for a reason. You don't practice all of them all the time, and I had to do that, plus the guillotine, which I don't always have access to. And so my win is I ready in my body for this, and it is ready for this, and I am ready for this shoot to bring you the most amazing deck possible. And it's because several months ago, I said yes to getting help. And so that's my win. So if you are needing that, please check out our FemGevity team because they are fabulous and wonderful and changed my life and truly have saved it and give me the strength that I need to do all the things I want to do. So there's this deck, but there's more to come, right? There's winter tour and things like that. Lesley Logan 6:28  So all right, let's get you a mantra for your weekend. There is peace in changing your mind when it is done in love. There is peace in changing your mind when it is done in love. There is peace in changing your mind when it is done in love. All right, loves, feel free to always change your mind. Send those wins in. We want to celebrate your wins here on the Be It Pod. And until next time, Be It Till You See It. Lesley Logan 6:54  That's all I got for this episode of the Be It Till You See It Podcast. Rico Brouwer and Djamila le Pair discuss the past week's eventful court hearings, that all appear to be of a political nature: 1) Dutch Financial expert Aachboun aiming to postpone the start date of former Dutch Prime Minister Rutte's new position, Secretary General of NATO, until the judgment on two court proceedings in The Netherlands have been published, thus preventing Rutte from claiming immunity from prosecution. 2) Foundation Voorwaarheid demanding the Dutch CBG (agency deciding on trade licences for medical healing treatments) to suspend the trade licence for the Covid-19 vaccines, in light of mounting vaccine injuries and the new inoculation campaign. 3) A brief overview of what happened during the last two court hearings in the criminal proceedings against the German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich. And 4) Dutch human rights activist Max van den Berg wins his second court case against the city of Amsterdam. The authorities of the Dutch capital unsuccessfully tried to impose a city centre ban on Van den Berg, so as to prevent him partaking in protests against the genocide in Gaza.direct links to the sections:3:33 Max van den Berg5:50 Mark Rutte and NATO 0:27:30 Reiner Fuellmich0:39:35 College ter Beoordeling van Geneesmiddelen links:- This report on Potkaars: https://potkaars.nl/blog/2024/9/13/updates-on-four-legal-battles-in-european-courts-ruttenato-fuellmich-cbg-and-freedom-of-speech- previous report on Max van den Berg: https://potkaars.nl/blog/2024/8/30/kort-geding-tegen-gebiedsverbod-amsterdam-voor-palestina-en-vredesdemonstrant-max-van-den-berg- previous report on Reiner Fuellmich: https://potkaars.nl/blog/2024/8/26/visiting-reiner-fuellmich-amp-witness-removes-sting-from-charges-during-26th-hearing-english-spoken-interview- previous report on the CBG: https://potkaars.nl/blog/2024/9/9/college-ter-beoordeling-van-geneesmiddelen-opnieuw-voor-de-rechter?rq=cbgSupport the show

Witness Prof. Dr. Martin Schwab confirmed on Friday, August 23 in court, that German lawyer and Corona Ausschuss co-founder Reiner Fuellmich had secured the money he had borrowed from the organization to prevent the German government from confiscating it, in accordance with the agreements. The witness was asked to answer three key questions during the twenty-sixth hearing in the criminal case against the defendant. The questions related to the status of the loan Fuellmich had agreed with Corona Ausschuss, the nature of the loan agreements and Fuellmich's willingness to repay the money.Although the witness, who had close ties with both the prosecutors and Fuellmich and acted as a mediator during the height of the internal conflicts, said he knew or could remember little, he confirmed Fuellmich's claim that the money invested in his house was considered by all parties at the time as a liquidity reserve and therefore should not, contrary to what his former colleague Viviane Fischer previously claimed, have been available at all times.Djamila le Pair and Rico Brouwer discuss the above (English spoken), the visit to Reiner Fuellmich in prison and more in more detail during their online conversation, which took place on the morning of 24 August, the day after the controversial and unexpectedly long trial. On Potkaars: https://potkaars.nl/blog/2024/8/26/visiting-reiner-fuellmich-amp-witness-removes-sting-from-charges-during-26th-hearing-english-spoken-interview Previous update (in Dutch): https://potkaars.nl/blog/2024/6/21/hoe-gaat-het-met-reiner-fuellmich-vervolg-deel-2-rechtszaak-verslag-door-djamila-le-pairSupport the show

Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. Hey, Be It babe. Happy Friday. Happy FYF. Happy fuck yeah, we made it. We are here we did it. And you know what's so funny is like, I write a bunch wins down and then I do these things. And sometimes I have an (inaudible). So one of the things I want to celebrate real quick at the top of this is we already hit our three year anniversary and our 400th episode, so we should just like whoo, whoo. And that's because of you. That's just because of you. We have so many reviews because of you. It's just like so freaking incredible and we have an amazing guest because of you guys. So just keep the listening coming because you need to know that every time you download the episode it really does make a difference. Every time. So please, please, please keep doing it. If you're like ah, I'm not good at anything. I'm not doing anything in this world trust me if you listen to this episode, you listen to all three episodes in a week, you are doing amazing things because what you're doing is allowing us to get bigger amazing guests for you and other listeners. Because those downloads matter. So, thank you. So if you're new here, hi, welcome. We do some of your wins that you send in, we do some of mine, and then we do a mantra. And shout out to Helen who sent in her be it song that she uses in her morning she (inaudible) which one she wants to use. I'm gonna let her keep that for herself. But if you listened to the Kel Cal interview and you have a be it song that you were listening to so a song you play in the morning that like makes you like, it's like your be it till you see it song, I want to hear, send it to me I want to hear it. Really, really is amazing. Lately, I've been playing Lovely Day. Mike Copeland. It's like lovely day, lovely day, lovely. I'm not gonna sing it for you, because I'm not as good as them. But it's great. That's mine, so you can borrow mine. Helen, I'm not sharing yours.Alright, so let's get into it. Let's get into your wins. This is from Kimberly Craig. It was an early FYF. Today, I was disappointed with how much I didn't do then I realized I was telling myself whys. I talked, caught up on some emails, wrote, edited, and scheduled two newsletters and two blog posts. That's a huge for me and something to celebrate. I'm a week ahead. Then I took apart my car for a supposedly short replacement of my carbon filter, I thought maybe 15 minutes, which turned into two hours of blood, sweat, and almost tears. Turns out there's no cabin filter, carbon filter, clearly I don't drive car. (Inaudible) model. The only model that doesn't have one. But I did discover a mouse house in my AC condenser and might have fixed my air conditioning instead. So now I'm going to make dinner and take my kid to volleyball where I will be talking up my summer session to some of the other moms. I'm doing more than I gave myself credit for it. Just because my to do list is still long doesn't mean that the stuff I take off doesn't count. Boom, Kim Craig, thank you for sharing this as a Be It win that we could share with all the listeners today because holy freaking moly, can we just like take a minute for like how much you got done. First of all, that's a lot. That's like, that's something, that sounds like more than I did today. So I am just so freaking proud of you for noticing that. And oftentimes, you guys, we make a to do list that is too freaking long. It's impossible to get it all done. It just isn't. Like I look at my schedule with my assistant and we review things and then I wake up and go yeah, this can't happen today. Today. Today, I'm gonna honor my cycle. And we're not doing that today. And that is a win, right? So like, it's okay, if you didn't get stuff done, because beating yourself up to get it done is also not going to be, you're not gonna be fine and be present. Can I also just shout out that like, you're a week ahead. And you also took apart your own car. Like, I am so impressed by that. If any of you are people who like do household tasks that are like fixing things, that's a win. So in case you're certainly like I haven't I don't have any wins today. If you, like my husband will go up and fix the air conditioning system and I'm just like, fuck yeah, what a win. Fuck yeah it's Friday. Like way to go babe. Because these are just things I'm like, not my strength. Not my bag, may call someone. And so I just want to say like if you're someone who does have talent and these things and you're doing them you take it for granted that it's a win you actually see this like this is just part of life. This is what I got to do. But you did that. You did it. So thank you for celebrating that. Thank you for reminding people that you don't have to finish the whole To Do List to have done everything. So, way to go. We had Djamila's win a couple weeks ago which is like a Ta Da List, so I'm in. Way to go Kim. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And I just want to repeat what you said at the end, I'm doing more than I give myself credit for, just because my to do list is still long doesn't mean the stuff I take off doesn't count. Boom, boom, that's freaking amazing. Amazing. Okay, so keep this I'll go into my win. So we are almost done with the tour. And I was actually able to bring a lot of my morning routine stuff with me, which is, uh, not always, like, usually it's like, I got to a morning movement, I got to shower. You know, I get to having a latte. But like, I don't really have a better way to do a routine, or at least I didn't prior to this tour, but I had spent so many weeks at home really trying to hone in like what is my new morning routines, less actually able to take some of them with me. So hello, dry brush, my HigherDOSE dry brush, I was dry brushing myself in my bed before I got out. I'm like what a great way to start the day. I was also able to still take with me some of the things that FemGevity provides me, so that I could take care of myself and have my hormones be the balance that I want them to be. There was, also I was able to take my Red Light from HigherDOSE with me, if that just like makes me feel like I'm like doing some self care. It's a win to me that in the chaos of a tour. And even as organized as our team is and as planned out as a tour is, there's just always like, a little bit of obstacles, everything takes a little bit longer. You forgot a timezone change whatever, that I could still start every day with some things that make me feel like I'm at home. And that is my win. Your mantra for the weekend is I uplift, my joy and the joy of others. Yeah, you do you listen to this podcast, we're both doing it. I uplift my joy and the joy of others. Say one more time with me. I uplift my joy and the joy of others. All right. I'm just so grateful for having you as a listener, I'm also really, I want you to know that even I'm not someone who like needs accountability all the time. But I definitely go through bursts and spouts of like, you know, woe with me. And so having you having to have a win to share with you guys really helped me look ahead and plan ahead, because I am like, oh, I can tell them about this. Or I can tell him about this. Oh, I can help them with this. So I just I'm really grateful for you. Thank you so much for listening to the Be It Pod. How are you going to use these wins as inspiration in your life to see a win that you have? I want to know, I want you to send your win in. You can put it in the reviews. You can send them in on Instagram. You can send them to me somehow get them here because the Be It Pod wants to shout those out. Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started.  Lesley Logan 0:46  Hey, Be It babe. Happy Friday, Happy FYF, happy day to celebrate some wins. Thank you for being here. Thank you for letting us give you some inspiration of what some wins are. And I'm hoping that these are helpful for you to see all the different things that can become a win in your day. Right? So if you're new to the Be It Pod, welcome. We do interviews on Tuesday, recaps on Thursday, answer your question on Thursday and also on Friday we celebrate your wins you send them in we read yours we read one of mine and then we have a little mantra at the end. Lesley Logan 1:13  So this one is from Djamila. She's an Agency member and she says, "I haven't posted in a while so here are a few things I've accomplished and ticked off my endless tada not to-do list." Ready for this guys? Here we go. Set prices for our Pilates classes high because I'm worth it. Set up Acuity and have first client booked with stripe payment working, too. Ordered mirror for the studio. Taught my first two (inaudible) teenagers, they are 15. Email the women's health clinic to present my services and offered a partnership. Becoming known donated 30 coupons for winners at upcoming local (inaudible) event. Got five people to sign up for the menopause and nutrition workshop I'm hosting. I'm totally into researching this topic of personal interest at the moment. Let myself cry and have a do-nothing-and-eat-carbs day because everything is so overwhelming. Everything is f* overwhelming. Stayed on top of my German class and homework. Planted some kale spinach in the garden. Got three weightlifting sessions in this week. Organized my daughter's birthday party. Wrote a script for videos I'll be filming in a week. Briefly marketed agency for an offer. Converted four clients who bought a discounted membership at via an online campaign to buy annual memberships. Listened to Mel Robbin's book, The Five Second Rule and I'm using it. I wrote to an old friend who's a lawyer and she's helping me convert my T and C and waiver, etcetera, into Swiss law. Djamila, thank you for like literally like putting all of these down on paper. I think so many of us wait to celebrate our wins until they're all at once. And then we're like, oh, should I still have all of them? It's like yeah, you should and I really do love you called it tada list. And it is an endless tada list. And so, same, I think we all need tada lists everywhere we go. So Djamila, thank you so much. You're doing incredible work. I know it's a lot. You're doing all on your own and you have recently moved and it's just a lot so you're kicking ass. I love it. Lesley Logan 3:02  I have one more from another Agency member, by the way, Agency is our coaching company we have an agency on demand so you can get office hours with us and on-demand stuff and so these are these wins coming from a lot of these members. Christine Eschen, oh my God it's not even FYF yet but I have to share. Had a newbie gone for two months. I just used a Phil Jones what-to-say format in a text. She responded a few minutes and bought a 10-pack and tipped me $160 and committed to two times a week. Abundance. Thank you Agency, LL, and Brad, this is for the Be It Pod. Yes, it is. Oh my God, Christine, way to go. I love, you guys, if you don't know what she meant by Phil Jones, there is a book about like selling from Phil Jones and a lot of our Agency members have been using it to help them with how to follow up with clients, how to check back in. And so way to go, Christine, for doing that. You are amazing. Lesley Logan 3:58  All right, a win of mine. We took another weekend off. You guys, we didn't need to, we could have, because we're trying to stay home, and we did. But like we really did take this long holiday weekend off because the holiday was in the middle of the week. And we spent some time with some friends. And then the two of us just like staycationed a bit, it was just really, really important that we did that. And I think, like, if you don't realize it, taking a weekend off and doing just stuff like life is a win, then you really have to reset and reframe what's going on in your life because being an adult is a lot of work. And it is easy to just do one more thing on the email or just check one more thing or get down on yourself or not do anything at all, you know, it is a win. It is a win to get bored. It is a win to take time for yourself. Also, another win is that I'm about three to four weeks in this like a pseudo elimination process. So I'm not doing a full elimination diet because that's not necessary. But as you know, I'm working with a company called FemGevity and I do hope that you use my free consult call if you if what I'm doing with them interests you. And they told me some of the stuff I'm sensitive to and I've been wondering why I'm so bloated all the time. And I start off the day not. And so I've obviously it's something that's going on my gut. And I have information about that coming up, I'll share with you later. But at any rate, I was having oat milk every day, should not be having that. There's different fruits that I'm very sensitive to. There is different (inaudible), it doesn't mean that I can't ever have them because these are not true, true allergies, but there's sensitivities and I need to go off of them for six to eight weeks and then try to introduce them. And it is just very interesting to find new ways to have your coffee. So I have been asking for help, which is another win. So several wins for this week. And I'm really proud of myself. And by the way, asking for help is a win. So pat yourself on the back because you're an overachiever if you're listening to this podcast, I know you. Hi. Hello, I see you. Anyways, you guys, thank you so much. Let me give you a mantra for your weekend or today because you don't have to remember all three days it's a lot to ask. So here it is. Letting go create space for opportunities to come. Letting go create space for opportunities to come. Letting go create space for opportunities to come. What can you let go have to create some space? Have an amazing day and until next time, Be It Till You See It. Lesley Logan 6:19  That's all I got for this episode of the Be It Till You See It Podcast. Vreemd verhaal? Luister zelf.Op Potkaars: https://potkaars.nl/blog/2024/6/21/hoe-gaat-het-met-reiner-fuellmich-vervolg-deel-2-rechtszaak-verslag-door-djamila-le-pairSupport the Show.

Lesley Logan 0:46  Hi, Be It babe. How are you? Oh, my goodness, it is that time of the week. It is Friday. So this is where we celebrate your wins, and we celebrate my wins. And we also hopefully inspire you to celebrate more wins and find them throughout your day. It's so, so important. It's so easy to like get caught up in all the stuff that's not going well. And so today, we're not going to end the week like, on how behind we are already in the week on all the things we did well, so let's hit your wins up first. Thank you for sending them in. You can send them into the Be It Pod and we'll share them with you. So Ainsley, Ainsley is an Agency member and she's also in eLevate round four this year, but she wrote, It's 7:30am on a cold January Sunday, and this week, I paid off my final installment of my second reformer. I nearly overlooked it as I press pay automatically, but it glitched and didn't go through so I had to press pay again and paused wow, I did this. So I'm celebrating. Egg sourdough and sparkling tea. Cheers. Thank you, to me for all of my hard work and paying it off and having the courage to commit to it and all of you whose energy and encouragement is essential and contagious. I have Sunday self-practice and cuppas with the new eLevate group. Thank you. So you are so welcome. Ainsley, you are just I thank you for taking a moment to celebrate this because I bet you there's someone listening to this right now who just paid off their final credit card bill or their final payment on their car, or they're getting closer or like I remember, I remember I paid off my student loans. I was like, oh my god, I just, that was the last payment. That's it. That's all. That's all it is. I'm done. And it was like, I just, I remember like, wanting to celebrate and then going oh my god, everyone to celebrate with is still paying off their student loans. So like, no one's gonna wanna celebrate. And you know what? I should have celebrated with them because they should have celebrated with me too. Like, we should be celebrating the things that we did well. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing that with us. Lesley Logan 2:36  All right. Jenna Dennis. Okay. She's an Agency member. And she's really cool. We got to see her on the summer tour. So here we go. My wins. I watched LL's talk about bringing in clients. And earlier in the day, I had hesitated reaching out to someone in my network. I was thinking she's going to be irritated. I'm reaching out to her about marketing. But during the class when LL talked about that very topic, I paused the class, texted her, and she was so excited I text her about it. Three new people sign up for my herb classes. I changed the marketing based off homework with Lesley and Lesley's talking about giving early bird prices for retreat. I took this weekend off and managed to say no to people who reached out and wanted sessions I finally launched my new client welcome email series to nurture new clients. It worked and the new client clicked to read my bio on my website. I had some problems come up with my website. So I'm transitioned over in inconvenient times that I remember LL saying one of the reasons you can't level up your business is you can't handle the next level problems and totally changed my attitude about it. And I went from overwhelmed and oh shit with a side of panicking to wait, stop. Whatever. This is not a big deal. And I totally fixed the whole issue myself after reading copious amounts of directions on the internet. I'm actually excited to have total control over my website. Heck yeah. Oh my gosh, Jenna, these are all just so fricking great. Thank you first of all for listening to the webinars that I do. And taking those notes and integrating them because look how it's helping you like you're doing it you know, just so awesome. Lesley Logan 4:04  Alright, we'll do one more. Djamila. She's been kicking butt you guys. If you ever had to move house before and like change your whole business and have kids while you're doing it like this, she is doing that and so this one is for all of you who are like moms who are trying to make magic happen and also having to like start a new study so Djamila is in our Agency members and she said so while I'm bleeding money at the moment these past weeks I've learned to advertise via meta easy upgraded and I'm using Canva pro have a superfan client who's bringing me more business I'm working that connection and excited and touched by the progress one of my new clients is making she is almost paralyzed from the waist down. My employees are amazingly supportive with her too and it's so nice to watch that in action, have drafted an introduction invitation letter to physiotherapist in my neighborhood have prepared at my house to receive 450 moving boxes from South Africa and Myra farmers finally got quality cert certified. This means my clients can get financial assistance from Swiss health insurance to come to my studio and I'm leveraging my moon cycle to really use my Peak Pro to productivity times and rest too and making progress and getting out of my own way. And I let go of all the things I cannot come to keep up with this week. Well, Jamila, I think you just helped all of us do that, too. You're so great. Like, I love these wins. I love that you're seeing these obstacles as like opportunities and wins. And you're also in observation mode of all the things around you that are going so well. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, you guys send your wins in, I want to read them here. I want to help you also it's so cool, as I'm probably sure you've heard, some of these wins are a couple months old by the content that come out. So that means when you hear your win again, you get to re-celebrate what you just did, which is so freaking fun. Lesley Logan 5:39  All right, my win. So I've two wins. Last week, the affirmation was like I leave room for spontaneity. I have this fun win. I had been overwhelmed with work load. And to be honest, because I went so long without having help that like I just got really, really behind. And then we had retreats in a row, several retreats in a row that eLevate like, there's just a lot of things going on. So just wasn't really able to, like take time to just relax and rest because I fell behind on things. And I was also working. And so Brad was like, hey, change your clothes, we're gonna go somewhere. And instead of going, Nope, I'm fighting with him to stay and like stay in my overwhelm. I was like, okay, how much more money can I get? And you guys, I left room for spontaneity. And it was so fun, ended up not being what he wanted, he was hoping to take me for a hike and we got all the way to the place and was covered in snow. There was zero way we were gonna hike anywhere. So we pulled the camping chairs out and we sat on a snowed in rode and had a beer while watching the mountain covered in snow. So, you should leave room for spontaneity, it's so fun. Second win, the team for months, has been planning some changes in the Profitable Pilates business. And it's a little scary to do something new in your business because you're like, well, this thing has worked is not, doesn't work the way it used to. But it still works. So like, let's just keep making it work. But the reality is, it's like it's working-ish, right? And so we are starting, we started something new, we did this, Brad led a workshop called Accel. And it's for Pilates teachers and studio owners. And it's our first time running it. And it was so cool to see the team put together new systems, new ways of doing things and test this out. And it was such a success. And I'm so excited because you know, doesn't mean it's gonna be the fifth thing that works. Although I hope it turns into that. We will know, the more we do it a few more times. So if you missed it, don't worry, there's another one. But the truth is, is like, too often, a lot of us will just keep doing what we've been doing because it sort of works. And we know it. And the truth is, is that sometimes you got to do something new to get new things, right? And so anyways, way to go team, I'm so proud of you, I'm so proud of what you and Brad put together. And I'm so excited for all the people who have joined Agency because of that thing that you did. And if you guys are interested in Accel, stay listening to the pod, we'll probably have another one next month. And you can actually DM the team and they'll give you the link so you can get signed up for that. But it's gonna change your business and your business is there to make massive impact. It's not always about making the money, although you will. But if you get to focus on the actual impact you want to make, it makes it really fun to do. So two awesome wins for this week. So grateful for spontaneity and an amazing team that's willing to take risks and try something new, and have fun with an experiment. Lesley Logan 5:39  All right, gotta give you an affirmation because we love those and also because it might help you do something with your weekend. So my body is worthy of being cared and adorned in beautiful garments. Well, go shopping, loves. That's what that one means. My body is worthy of being cared for and adorned in beautiful garments. So go get your movement on. Go have some fun, putting on some beautiful garments, my body is worthy of being adorned and put in beautiful garments. Have an amazing day. Today we conclude our fashion conversations by visiting, Changing Narratives  in Maputo, the capital city of Mozambique. Changing Narratives is the love child of Mozambican business and creative partners, Wacy Zacarias and Djamila DeSousa. These Mozambican textile and accessirues designers are on a mission to preserve traditional Mozambican and more broadly, African craft and knowledge through their brands, Karingana Textiles and Woogui.  Wacy and Djamila started working together in 2015, back when wax print was still the most visible representation of African textile. And as we've previously mentioned, these fabrics are, ironically, not even African-made or owned. In this context, these two women took inspiration from their local natural environment, existing production systems, local traditional designs and stories and decided to do things differently. In this conversation, we focus on their journey as pioneers in textile design, the sustainable fashion movement, we discuss one of their projects working with refugees in northern Mozambique, they also give their take on what “Made In Africa” means for fashion labels and designers.
