Za nekaj breztežnih, skorajda hipnotičnih trenutkov se zazdi, da se bo zgodila pripovedna čarovnija; da se bo prvi roman Maja Haderlap Angel pozabe na nevidni razpoki kot živo srebro prelil v novega, Ženske v temi, in se bosta knjigi strnili v nedeljivo celoto. Ta vzgib je morda posledica neubranljive sile pričakovanja; v Angelu pozabe avtorica hkrati z apokalipso koroških Slovencev med drugo svetovno vojno in po njej izriše nepozabna družinska in družbena portreta babice Mici in očeta Zdravka, medtem ko lik matere ostane oklevajoče ambivalenten – in zato toliko bolj vznemirljiv. Zato ne preseneča, da ob podatku na začetku romana Ženske v temi, da se bo protagonistka z Dunaja odpeljala k ostareli mami na Koroško, samodejno potegnemo sklep, da bo avtorica družinsko galerijo podaljšala z monumentalnim portretom matere. In vendar ne: roman Ženske v temi po nekaj uvodnih zamahih krene v povsem drugo smer, na drugačna tematska križišča in v drugačno atmosfero kot Angel pozabe; še najbolj pa preseneti drugačen, poenostavljeno rečeno, veliko bolj negotov notranji tempo romana. V Angelu pozabe, čeprav zvečine pisanim iz otroške perspektive (Drago Jančar ga je po Lojzetu Kovačiču parafraziral Deklica in smrt), so vsebinska in vrednostna razmerja in stališča jasna; in temu sledi tudi pisava. Nasprotno Ženske v temi – kot v retrovizorju nemara sugerira že naslov – že v uvodnih akordih zazvenijo tipajoče, krhko in že tudi nekoliko nepovezano, pri čemer je osrednji katalizator tovrstnega vzdušja ranljiva in razpršena protagonistka Mira, za katero se zdi, da jo je avtorica zavestno umestila daleč proč od brezimne, a notranje veliko bolj navzoče prvoosebne pripovedovalke v Angelu pozabe. Deklica, kasneje mladostnica, v Angelu pozabe sama pri sebi ves čas dobro vé in ubeseduje, kdo je in kaj se ji dogaja, medtem ko Mira v Ženskah v temi samo sebe zaznava nekako haptično, tako da se poraja vtis, kot da zmore zgolj občasno slediti valovanju svoje zavesti. Mirino stanje občasno spomni na junake Marka Sosiča: »To je kača, ki leže jajca v meni, je tuhtala Mira, ta žival je večna, razmnožuje se po železni, zame nedoumljivi zakonitosti. Začutila je plamtenje hladnega ognja, ki se je sprijel v visok, vse višji vrtinec plamenov, se najprej zatikajoče se, naposled pa odločno in neomajno razmahnil in požgal vse, kar ga je skušalo ustaviti.« Razlogov za Mirino bolj ali manj stalno tesnobo je veliko; eden od najbolj pomenljivih je jezik, saj Mira, Koroška Slovenka, ne v slovenščini ne v nemščini nima besed za svoja občutja: »V Mirini družini so zaupali robatim tonom, za vse so bili nekaj najbolj običajnega. ( … ) S tem jezikom je Mira zrasla, bil je njen dejanski materni jezik, robat in skrčen na najnujnejše, jezik, ki jo je izoblikoval in ki se mu ni mogla drugače postaviti po robu, kakor da se mu je izmaknila, se ogradila od njega.« Povod za tokratni Mirin odhod z Dunaja je obisk ostarele matere v domači podjunski vasi. Stik z domačim okoljem opiše z besedami: »Bil je zadah umiranja, sladkoben in žarek, četudi opojen zadah umiranja življenja.« Še prej v besedilu svojo vas imenuje »past«, ob čemer se spomnimo na dekličin citat iz Angela pozabe, ko prihaja na počitnice: »Domači griči se preobrazijo v past, ki vsako poletje seže po meni in me zgrabi.« 'Past' je torej eden od skupnih in hkrati najbolj simptomatičnih in izzivalnih toposov obeh romanov. To, da obe protagonistki koroške vasi in njihov okoliš, imenujeta 'past', nazorno govori, kako trpko je, zlasti za mladega človeka, biti koroški Slovenec, vsak trenutek izpostavljen in zaznamovan. Mira ni dovolj pogumna, da bi se borila za slovenstvo, kar pa ne pomeni, da se ji ob prihodu vsakič znova ne vzbudijo mešani občutki odpadništva in pripadnosti slovenski manjšini. Ob snidenju z materjo po dolgem času spregovori v slovenščini, naslednji dan pa med opravki v Železnem Dolu, majhnem sosednjem mestu, nepričakovano naleti na Jurija, svojo mladostno ljubezen, in se dogovori za zmenek. Z Jurijem se je razšla, ker je podtaknil razstrelivo pod električno napeljavo, da bi mednarodno javnost opozoril na koroški problem. Jurij je torej drugačen od nje, ki je pred »nevšečnostjo biti koroški Slovenec« pobegnila na Dunaj, se poročila z Avstrijcem Martinom in se zaposlila v knjižnici. Ko Mira med obiskom preiskuje vzroke za svoje partnerske, identitetne in duševne težave, se med drugim spominja, kako ji je okolica kot otroku nič krivi naprtila krivdo za očetovo smrt (ta motiv se ujema z utopitvijo v Angelu pozabe) in kako je ob tem čutila, da jo mati zaradi tega sovraži (mati ji to zdaj tudi potrdi), ter kako so jo kot deklico otipavali in nadlegovali vaški pijanci. Za to, da bi odkrila poglavitni vzrok svojih težav, pa sluti, da bi morala »pobrskati pod pepel druge svetovne vojne« – kar pa se ji zdi tako neznosno, da se temu takoj odpove: »Bala se je, da se kot potomka žrtev nasilja ne bi več rešila iz klobčiča vezi in ne bi mogla nikomur razložiti, zakaj se ne vidi kot Slovenko.« Poleg tega Mira med pospravljanjem najde anketo, s katero je pred diplomo raziskovala položaj koroških Slovenk, pa tudi svoj najstniški dnevnik iz časa, ko je zanosila, splavila in pristala na psihiatriji. Mira si med vračanjem h koreninam torej prizadeva, da bi poiskala vzroke za svoje osebno počutje in nelagodje v (slovenski) kulturi – in jih najdeva vsenaokrog, vendar zaenkrat nima moči, da bi jih presegla; tako tudi ni čudno, da konec njene zgodbe ostane povsem odprt. V drugem delu, v trenutku Mirinega odhoda na Dunaj, roman preklopi na pripoved Mirine mame Ani, pri čemer nemudoma izstopi neskladnost predstav, ki jih imata mati in hči druga o drugi. Jasno je, da je Ani kljub telesni betežnosti duhovno in miselno prožna, tudi sama pa se, ob selitvi iz domače hiše v varovano okolje, znajde na križpotju. Tudi Ani ne razpolaga z jezikom za svoje spomine in občutja, zato ji pride na misel, da bi si življenje najlaže približala z risanjem: »Če bi hotela narisati svojo mater, bi jo kot temno gorsko kraljico, ki živi v ledu in premore lastnost, da ob nekaterih dnevih stopi na dan kot velikanka, ob drugih dneh pa je prozorno bitje.« V primerjavi s hčerjo Ani deluje veliko bolj uravnoteženo; zdi se, da predvsem zahvaljujoč svoji sposobnosti, da se pravočasno ustavi pred usodnimi vprašanji, nekako v skladu z Nietzschejevim spoznanjem, da če predolgo gledamo v brezno, nas lahko brezno pogleda nazaj. Ani je – morda tudi zaradi globoke osebne vere – podarjeno, da je brezno ne privlači predolgo ... Ta lastnost je dobro vidna ob njenem premišljevanju o materi Neži, za katero Ani ni nikoli dokončno dognala, ali je bila žrtvujoča se svetnica ali gostilniška lahkoživka. Ko se v Ani poleže trenutno vznemirjenje, lahko mirno in razsodno živi naprej življenje slehernice. Njena nedoslednost v spoznavanju je eden od vidikov njene osebnosti, zaradi katerega ostaja ženska v temi, in hkrati učinkovit preživetveni mehanizem. Maja Haderlap v knjigi Ženske v temi odpira večna vprašanja človeške bližine, ženske in narodnostne identitete, odnosov med materami in hčerami, strategij soočanja s travmami, minevanja in drugih, vendar se ob koncu zdi, da ji ni uspelo poiskati tako učinkovitih notranje- in zunanjeformalnih kanalov za posredovanje svojih tematik kot v romanu Angel pozabe. Lika Mire in Ani nista dovolj karizmatična in večplastna, da bi iz njiju lahko zrasel prepričljiv skelet romana (medtem ko njuni potencialno veliko bolj zagonetni sorodnici, Neža in Dragica, ostaneta v ozadju). Kot kontrapunkt premalo magnetičnima junakinjama bi avtorica verjetno lahko učinkovito zgradila dinamično zunanje dogajanje, vendar je tega malo, zgolj za nujni okvir. Notranji tonus pripovedi rahljajo tudi dolgi, ponekod preveč površinski oziroma pozunanjeni opisi, ki večkrat nimajo dovolj razvidnega vpliva na dogajanje in razvoj romana. Delež bežnih impresij, spominov, opisov in drugih zastranitev je tolikšen, da se izgubljata rdeča nit in linearnost romana, fokus pripovedi pa dodatno zamegljuje tematska neosredotočenost, saj ni povsem jasno, kaj avtorica izpostavlja kot ključen Mirin oziroma Anin problem, in, v povezavi s tem, kaj je središčna tema romana – duševna neravnovesja, identiteta ali odnos med materami in hčerami? Roman tako ves čas nekako niha in od bralca pogosto terja, da si ga sam osmišlja in razlaga. Ženske v temi ponujajo zanimive nastavke, ki pa so izpeljani preveč nejasno, da bi jih forma romana lahko ustrezno podčrtala in povzdignila. Kot da roman že po svoji naravi terja odločnejšo strukturo, zato bi bilo nemara zanimivo preizkusiti, kako bi avtoričine tokratne literarne odločitve učinkovale v krajših formah.

Singuri sau prin asocieri, întreprinzătorii români mici și mijlocii au reușit să dezvolte afaceri cu distribuție directă către consumatori. Unele afaceri au o deschidere europeană. Invitați la Rural: Andreea Koronios, antreprenor, Adrian Despi, antreprenor agribusiness. Adrian Despi: "Noi am început afacerea ca și o pasiune. Am ajuns în Franța, unde am degustat cidrul și ne-a plăcut foarte mult. Eu și fratele meu am început după aceea să facem experimente la nivel hobby în bucătărie. După aceea un pic mai mare în curte și până la urmă am hotărât să facem o afacere din asta. Am vrut să facem și noi cidru, așa cum am băut în Franța, pentru că mărul este cel mai comun fruct la noi în țară. Și materie primă practic este foarte multă, iar aici am observat o lipsă pe piață a procesatorilor. Din acest motiv am hotărât să facem o afacere în procesarea fructelor și a legumelor. Și acesta este modelul. Ne bazăm pe materii prime locale.Cu ajutorul unor proiecte de finanțare accesate prin AFIR, am reușit să facem și noi o livadă de meri și piersic, dar în continuare ea fiind tânără, nu ne dă suficient fruct ca să ne asigure materia primă. Și majoritatea fructelor sunt cumpărate de la fermieri locali."Andreea Koronios: "Fiind o familie mixtă – eu româncă, iar soțul meu grec –, am avut acces direct la producători de ulei de măsline. Afacerea noastră a început dintr-o întâmplare și s-a consolidat în timp, înflorind cu aproximativ un an înainte de lansarea Roua. Recent, am aniversat cinci ani de activitate. Totul a pornit când, la nuntă, am primit o cantitate generoasă de ulei de măsline de la nașii și socrii noștri. Am început să-l oferim prietenilor, iar recomandările au venit de la sine, transformând o simplă întâmplare într-un business de succes.După cum spuneam, cunoștințele mele despre uleiul de măsline erau inexistente. Țin minte că, înainte de căsătorie, soțul meu mi-a spus că are o livadă de măslini, vreo 1.500 sau 2.000 de copaci, și că produce ulei de măsline. Am luat-o ca pe un detaliu obișnuit și am răspuns firesc: „Ok, și la noi este ulei de măsline, îl găsești în toate supermarketurile, în diverse sortimente”. Abia când a venit în România și mi-a adus ulei proaspăt presat, mi-am dat seama că nu vorbim despre același produs.Ulterior, am aflat că uleiul de măsline este unul dintre cele mai falsificate produse alimentare, probabil la egalitate cu mierea. Am înțeles diferența pe propria piele, iar apoi și alți oameni au descoperit-o. Uleiul de măsline autentic nu este amar, nu lasă un gust rânced și nu schimbă aroma mâncării – dimpotrivă, o îmbogățește. Este o bucurie în sine."

În 1994 câștiga Trofeul Festivalului 'Om Bun', o performanță fără îndoială pentur un om simplu venit din rândul pompierilor. Au urmat alte cinci albume de muzică folk lansate, producător pentru multe alte discuri ale colegilor de scenă, iar acum Dan Manciulea ne invită pe 24 octombrie la Muzeul Național al Literaturii Române, unde va lansa albumul "Cântec fără sfârșit", împreună cu o carte de schițe și povestiri numită, "Mici apocalipse de adormit omenirea". Cantautorul și producătorul muzical Dan Manciulea își lansează albumul "Cântec fără sfârșit", împreună cu cartea sa de schițe și povestiri - "Mici apocalipsei de adormit omenirea", cu ocazia împlinirii a 30 de ani de la câștigarea Trofeului Festivalului de Muzică Folk “Om Bun”. În cei 30 de ani de activitate artistică, Dan Manciulea a realizat cinci albume de muzică folk, dintre care două cu grupul Forțele de Muncă și a produs albumele mai multor artiști folk cunoscuți, Maria Gheorghiu, Florin Camen și Mirela Potopea. Cantautorul a participat la numeroase concursuri de creație, Eurovision, selecția națională, Festivalul de Muzică Ușoară de la Mamaia sau talentshow-ul Românii au Talent, unde s-a remarcat cântând compoziții inedite în stil folk/country/blues/pop, pe texte proprii sau scrise de textieri ca Florin Dumitrescu sau Dinu Olărașu, piese ce transmit mesaje fie sociale, fie de suflet, adresate publicului de specialitate și nu numai.Difuzat la radio, artistul s-a remarcat în anul 2021, atunci când a lansat cel de-al treilea album al său, "Am înfrânt". Un album de folk social, cu texte proprii sau scrise de Florin Dumitrescu, în același timp serioase, dar pline de umor amar, care atrag atenția asupra unor teme grele, cum ar fi Revoluția din 1989, tăierile ilegale de păduri, copiii lăsați în țară de emigranții social-economici, pandemia de COVID-19 și multe altele. 

De ce are nevoie un copil în primii săi ani de viață? O asociație a dezvoltat un program care și-a propus să pună printre prioritățile noilor părinți, prezența cărților în preajma copiilor. Asociația 7 ARTE așteaptă familiile cu bebeluși (0-2 ani) și copii mici (0-4 ani) la o serie de ateliere de lectură, parte din proiectul „Lecturi de la început” - o inițiativă de promovare a lecturii de la vârste mici, iar despre acest demers am vorbit cu coordonatoarea acestui program, Livia Lucan-Arjoca.  Alte zece ateliere, pentru familii, susținute de trainerii 7 ARTE, vor consta în sesiuni scurte de lectură și joacă, adaptate vârstei participanților, prezentări de carte pentru diverse etape de creștere a copiilor și informații utile părinților, pentru a instala rutina lecturii în viața copilului. Participarea la ateliere se face pe bază de înscriere. Toate atelierele vor avea loc în spațiul unui loc de joacă (Șos. Mihai Bravu, nr. 255, București, Sector 3).„Ideea noastră a pornit de la constatarea că noile generații sunt formate din nativi digitali, de aceea este foarte importantă prezența cărților în preajma copiilor în primii ani de viață, când se formează obiceiuri și deprinderi pentru mai târziu. Proiectul este mai amplu și pe lângă această serie de 15 ateliere gratuite vom avea o serie de întâlniri de lectură cu copiii din grădinițe din București și din provincie, vom înregistra podcasturi cu autorii care participă la proiect și vom publica o carte ilustrată, care va vorbi despre lectură și cărți așa cum au fost percepute de participanții la proiect. Cartea rezultată, ilustrată de talentata artistă vizuală Adriana Petrescu va fi distribuită copiilor, în grădinițele care găzduiesc atelierele de lectură”, spune coordonatoarea proiectului inițiat și implementat de Asociația 7 ARTE, Livia Lucan-Arjoca.Calendarul atelierelor și informații utile despre lectură sunt disponibile pe canalele de social media ale 7 ARTE, programul smARTkid. „Lecturi de la început” este o inițiativă a asociației 7 ARTE, care promovează lectura și cărțile pentru copiii de vârstă mică, categoriile de vârstă cuprinse între 0-6 ani, în București, dar și în provincie, realizată cu sprijinul AFCN.

Invitatul acestui episod este Andreea Minuță, un profesionist cu experiență în coordonarea echipelor și dezvoltarea strategiilor de business. Parte din echipa Regina Maria încă din 2012, Andreea a jucat un rol central în extinderea diviziei de abonamente medicale, contribuind la creșterea portofoliului de clienți corporate la cifra de 850.000 de abonamente și 12.000 de companii partenere.Cu o licență în Finanțe și Bănci de la Academia de Studii Economice din București și un background academic la University of Reading, UK, Andreea aduce o combinație expertiză teoretică și experiență practică. În calitatea sa de Director Executiv pentru Divizia Abonamente, Andreea s-a concentrat pe dezvoltarea unor soluții care să răspundă atât nevoilor angajatorilor, cât și angajaților, în special în contextul IMM-urilor.În acest podcast, discutăm despre provocările pe care le întâmpină companiile mici în atragerea și reținerea talentelor, o problemă în condițiile în care resursele acestor companii sunt, adesea, limitate. Beneficiile extrasalariale, cum ar fi abonamentele medicale, pot juca un rol important în retenția angajaților și în construirea unei culturi organizaționale bazate pe sănătatea și bunăstarea echipei.Un alt subiect discutat este prevenția medicală, un aspect important pentru productivitatea companiilor mici. Abonamentele medicale sprijină sănătatea angajaților, dar oferă și o soluție preventivă, evitând disfuncționalități care pot apărea în echipele restrânse.Andreea ne oferă și o privire asupra tendințelor în rândul IMM-urilor, unde se observă un interes crescând pentru pachete medicale complexe. Acestea nu doar că atrag talente, dar creează și un mediu de lucru mai stabil și mai eficient.În final, explorăm alte strategii complementare pe care o companie mică le poate adopta pentru a deveni mai atractivă pentru angajați. Cultura organizațională, flexibilitatea și oportunitățile de dezvoltare profesională sunt elemente cheie care pot face diferența între o companie care stagnează și una care își păstrează cei mai buni oameni.

Aproape 100.000 de persoane fizice au datorii mai mari decât toate companiile. Este o situație anormală pe care fiscul o tratează de ani de zile cu îngăduință. Iar politicienii mai adoptă o amnistie fiscală. Datele referitoare la datornici prezentate cu ocazia adoptării ordonanței privind amnistia fiscală ridică multe semne de întrebare. Cum ajung firmele și persoanele fizice să acumuleze datorii atât de mari către stat știindu-se că mulți contribuabili primesc foarte repede somație de plată și li se blochează conturile.Astfel, aproximativ 330.000 de companii, o treime din firme, au datorii către bugetele de stat, în timp ce 558.000 nu au debite. În ceea ce privește persoanele fizice, situația este la fel de surprinzătoare. Adică, 848.000 de oameni au datorii mai mari sau mai mici, mai noi sau mai vechi, la stat. În condițiile acestor cifre, cu atât de mulți datornici, companii sau persoane fizice, este greu de spus că fiscul este foarte atent la recuperarea datoriilor. Doar cei aproape 1,2 milioane de datornici și fiscul știu cum de au scăpat de poprirea conturilor și de executarea silită.Să adâncim, însă, unghiul din care privim situația persoanelor fizice cu datorii. Din cele 848.000, aproximativ 750.000 de persoane au datorii de sub 10.000 lei, adică, în total, aproximativ un miliard de lei. Desigur, cifrele nu sunt de neglijat, dar dacă privim totalul general de 39 miliarde de lei vom vedea că datoriile mici ale celor mulți nu sunt cea mai mare problemă a bugetului. Din miliardul de lei, aproximativ 400 milioane au o vechime mai mare de trei ani, ceea ce este important, pentru că datoriile care trec de trei-patru ani sunt tot mai greu de recuperat de stat.Dar, cei 750.000 de mici datornici cu un total de un miliard de lei sunt „peștii mici”. Este greu de înțeles motivul pentru care fiscul nu îi „culege” ușor, pentru că micii contribuabili sunt cel mai ușor de identificat și de executat fiscal.Ne putem întreba, însă, cine sunt cei care au datorii mai mici de 10.000 de lei și de unde provin ele? Este previzibil că în această categorie intră cei cu datorii la administrația locală (impozite locale), probabil cei cu încasări din chirii, din drepturi de autor sau din complicata și veșnic schimbătoarea legislație referitoare la globalizarea veniturilor și la obligațiile de plată privind contribuțiile de asigurări sociale sau contribuțiile de sănătate.Este surprinzător că fiscul nu îi poate găsi și convinge pe „peștii mici” să își plătească datoriile, dar probabil că aici este vorba despre funcționarea ineficientă a sistemului informatic al ANAF.Mult mai complicată este situația „rechinilor”. Sunt aproximativ 93.000 de persoane care ajung la datorii de 38 miliarde de lei, din care 26 miliarde de lei sunt mai vechi de trei ani. De remarcat că datoriile strânse în ultimul an sunt mari, aproape patru miliarde de lei, ceea ce arată că există un mecanism bine pus la punct prin care unii contribuabili nu plătesc și pe care fiscul fie îl tolerează, fie nu are mijloacele să îl oprească.Cine sunt marii „rechini”? Ceea ce știm din practică este că o bună parte din ei provin din sectorul imobiliar. Altfel nu se pot explica datoriile atât de mari și pe o perioadă atât de lungă de timp. Dacă „peștii mici” pot fi „pescuiți” ușor, pentru „ marii rechini” este nevoie ca funcționarii fiscului să aibă o strategie și facă eforturi. Nu vedem nici una, nici alta, ci doar amnistii fiscale.Surprinzător este că “rechinii-persoane fizice” au datorii mai mari decât toate cele ale companiilor. Ceea ce este nu doar anormal, ci și intolerabil.Între persoanele fizice și cele juridice există asemănări și diferențe. Astfel, sunt firme mari cu datorii mari, dar și multe companii mici cu un volum total al datoriilor foarte ridicat. În cazul societăților comerciale, diferența față de persoanele fizice este că datoriile vechi sunt mult mai mari decât cele noi. Dar, toate aceste analize nu răspund unei întrebări fundamentale: cum reușesc unele companii și unele persoane fizice să nu își plătească datoriile către stat fără să fie deranjate de cineva?

 Permisul  de conducere pentru categoria B este de acum valabil și pentru motocicletele ușoare. Potrivit unei noi legi, care a fost promulgată la începutul săptămanii de președintele Klaus Iohannis, permisul de conducere categoria B  poate fi folosit și pentru condusul motocicletelor de până în 125 cmc cu transmisie automata, dacă șoferul are 24 de ani împliniți și are permis pentru categoria B obținut cu cel putin 3 ani în urmă. Pentru a putea conduce aceste motociclete ușoare, șoferul trebuie să facă dovada efectuării a 10 ore de pregătire la o școală moto autorizată.
