Non Disclosure Apparel's bralettes are designed for concealment and comfort, featuring no underwire or extra (or any) padding. While many women find bralettes more comfortable and less structured than traditional bras, they often offer less coverage. Non Disclosure Apparel's bralettes address this issue with a multi-layer fabric petal, preventing excessive exposure while maintaining comfort—all without added padding or bulk. An NDA, or Non-Disclosure Agreement, is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to or by third parties.NDAs are used for various reasons:Protecting Intellectual Property: Businesses often use NDAs to safeguard their trade secrets, proprietary information, or other sensitive data from being disclosed to competitors or the public.Maintaining Confidentiality: In certain business dealings, such as partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions, sensitive information may be shared between parties. NDAs ensure that this information remains confidential and is not used for purposes other than what is agreed upon.Facilitating Collaboration: When multiple parties collaborate on a project, they may need to share sensitive information to achieve their goals. NDAs help establish trust among collaborators by legally binding them to maintain confidentiality.Preventing Information Leakage: Employees, contractors, or consultants often have access to sensitive information about a company's operations, products, or plans. NDAs help prevent them from disclosing this information to unauthorized individuals or entities. In this episode, we get a look at what a standard NPA in the world of Diddy consists of.(commercial at 16:59)source:gov.uscourts.nysd.616406.16.2.pdf (courtlistener.com)NDAs, or non-disclosure agreements, will not protect Sean "Diddy" Combs in his criminal trial because NDAs are primarily civil agreements designed to prevent parties from disclosing certain information publicly. However, they do not shield individuals from testifying in criminal cases. Criminal law supersedes any private agreements, as the government has a vested interest in prosecuting crimes and ensuring justice. Therefore, if someone has relevant knowledge about criminal activities, they can still be compelled to testify, even if they have signed an NDA.In the case of Cassie Ventura, although she signed an NDA as part of her settlement with Diddy, this does not prevent her from being called to testify in a criminal trial. NDAs cannot override a subpoena or prevent someone from providing testimony if it pertains to criminal conduct. The court can compel Ventura to testify about any relevant events, even if they were covered by the terms of the NDA, as the pursuit of justice in criminal cases takes precedence over any civil agreement. Thus, despite the NDA, Cassie can be legally obligated to provide testimony in the ongoing criminal proceedings against Diddy.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Cassie may be called to testify at Diddy trial despite signing NDA, lawyer says | Daily Mail Online

Some tenants in Southwest Washington and other parts of the state could face a predicament the next time they sign or renew a lease: either sign a nondisclosure agreement or risk eviction and having to look elsewhere in a tight housing market. The NDAs are being used to prevent tenants from disclosing to others, with the exception of immediate family members, how much they pay in rent, security deposits or other associated fees. According to reporting by The Columbian, the use of NDAs by landlords is raising concerns among tenant advocates that they could be used to discriminate against prospective renters, such as people who use Section 8 federal housing vouchers. Landlords could, for example, advertise properties with high monthly rents and security deposits while reducing those fees through NDAs in contracts they offer higher-income tenants.  Alexis Weisend, the affordable housing and homelessness reporter at The Columbian, joins us to share more details.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal contract used to protect sensitive and confidential information shared between parties. It creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. In the context of relationships, particularly those involving rich and famous individuals, NDAs are often used to maintain privacy and confidentiality. When celebrities or wealthy individuals engage in personal relationships, they may use NDAs to prevent their partners from disclosing any details of the relationship, including intimate details, personal conversations, financial information, or other sensitive matters. The NDA typically outlines what information is considered confidential, the obligations of both parties to maintain confidentiality, the duration of the agreement, and the consequences of breaching the agreement, which may include legal action and financial penalties.Rich and famous individuals may utilize NDAs in their personal relationships for several reasons:Privacy Protection: Celebrities and wealthy individuals often value their privacy and may want to prevent any details of their personal lives from becoming public knowledge.Protecting Reputation: NDAs can help protect the reputation of both parties involved by preventing potentially damaging information from being disclosed.Preserving Business Interests: In some cases, personal relationships may involve discussions about business ventures or proprietary information. NDAs can ensure that such information remains confidential. However, it's important to note that NDAs have limitations, especially when it comes to legal investigations by law enforcement:Limited Scope: NDAs cannot be used to prevent someone from reporting illegal activity to law enforcement. If the information covered by the NDA is related to criminal activity, the NDA may not hold up in court.Public Interest Exception: In cases where public safety or the public interest is at stake, courts may invalidate NDAs or allow individuals to disclose information protected by the agreement.Evidence in Legal Proceedings: NDAs may not prevent someone from disclosing information if subpoenaed by a court or required to testify in a legal proceeding. In this episode, we learn why NDA's are worth less than the paper they are printed on when it comes to law enforcement, and how previously signed NDA's might come back to haunt Diddy.(commercial at 10:00)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Diddy accusers can't be silenced by NDAs in trafficking probe: experts | Fox News

Last month, as California prepared to roll out a new $20 minimum wage for fast food workers, attention on an exemption for restaurants that bake their own bread surprised many, including both the bill's author, Asm. Chris Holden, and Gov. Newsom. "Paneragate" (named for the restaurant chain that some claimed would benefit from the exemption - note that both the governor and the franchisee dispute that the exemption applies) spotlighted a little-known tool in the legislative toolbox: the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in crafting public policy. While NDAs are commonplace in the business world, their use in policy work was a surprise to many, even some elected officials. In March, Republican Assemblyman Vince Fong introduced AB 2654, which would ban lawmakers from entering into confidentiality agreements related to proposed legislation. The bill failed to advance out of the Assembly Elections Committee last week. But is the use of NDAs as sinister as critics make out? NDAs ensure that this information remains confidential and is not used for purposes other than what is agreed upon.Facilitating Collaboration: When multiple parties collaborate on a project, they may need to share sensitive information to achieve their goals. NDAs help establish trust among collaborators by legally binding them to maintain confidentiality.Preventing Information Leakage: Employees, contractors, or consultants often have access to sensitive information about a company's operations, products, or plans. NDAs help prevent them from disclosing this information to unauthorized individuals or entities. In this episode, we get a look at what a standard NPA in the world of Diddy consists of.(commercial at 10:00)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.616406.16.2.pdf (courtlistener.com)

What prompted a courageous former employee of Harvey Weinstein to break her Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)? On this episode I'm speaking to a campaigner who came to prominence as the individual who broke the silence surrounding the misconduct of Harvey Weinstein. Formerly an assistant to Weinstein, Zelda Perkins made headlines when she came forward with allegations of sexual harassment against him. In the late 1990s, she signed an NDA, as part of a settlement which for years prevented her from speaking out about her experiences. However, motivated by the emergence of other allegations against Weinstein and the rise of the MeToo campaign, Zelda chose to break her silence and speak publicly about her experiences and the culture of secrecy enabled by NDAs. Her story has been pivotal in the global discussion about sexual harassment in the workplace, the misuse of power, and the legal and ethical implications of non-disclosure agreements. Zelda is the co founder of Can't Buy My Silence, a campaign group that is committed to end the misuse of NDAs to buy victims silence. In our discussion, we discuss Zelda's experiences, what motivated her to break the NDA, what drives her campaigning, and what it's like to be at the heart of a new story. You'll hear about the stresses and strains and her experience of something that nothing can really prepare you for. It's one of the most revealing discussions I've ever had on this show, with insights that are relevant to whistleblowing, transparency, campaigning, and the way organizations and society treat those who dare to speak up about injustice or wrongdoing. LinksZelda on Twitter/XThe Can't Buy My Silence campaign, including resources for those being asked to sign NDAs or who are already subject to them. The FT article Zelda mentions in our discussion: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/dec/23/zelda-perkins-there-will-always-be-men-like-weinstein-all-i-can-do-is-try-to-change-the-system-that-enables-them The NYTimes article Zelda refers to: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/05/us/harvey-weinstein-harassment-allegations.html An interview Zelda gave to The Guardian newspaper: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/dec/23/zelda-perkins-there-will-always-be-men-like-weinstein-all-i-can-do-is-try-to-change-the-system-that-enables-them

In this episode, we learn why NDA's are worth less than the paper they are printed on when it comes to law enforcement, and how previously signed NDA's might come back to haunt Diddy.(commercial at 7:27)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Diddy accusers can't be silenced by NDAs in trafficking probe: experts | Fox News

DOJ DOCUMENTS CONFIRM DOMESTIC SPYING IN TRUMP CASE. -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-European Front: In Ireland, another terror attack struck Dublin as a man entered a post office with a knife shouting “Allahu Akbar” this morning. Citizens engaged the attacker, stopping the attack before police arrived. No word yet on any injuries. Civil unrest resulting from the first terror attack continues as Irish politicians intensify efforts to silence opposition to immigration policies.Scandinavian Front: Finland announces a closure of their entire border with Russia due to ongoing immigration disputes. Finnish authorities claim the border will close at midnight on Thursday and be closed for at least two weeks.Middle East Front: Prisoner swaps continue between Hamas and Israel, before the end of the ceasefire period. Developing reports indicate the ceasefire has possibly been broken and fighting has resumed as before. AC: It is unclear as to which side broke the ceasefire (if it indeed has been broken) as social media accounts used by both sides have blamed each other and the situation is still developing.-Homefront-USA: The DoJ has released a search warrant associated with their investigation of Donald Trump. The document in question relates to information sought regarding Trump's Twitter account. Though 8 of the 14 pages are redacted in their entirety, page 3 confirms that the DoJ sought “All information from the “connect” or “Notifications” tab for the account, including all lists of Twitter users who have favorited or retweeted tweets posted by the account, as well as all tweets that include the username associated with the account (i.e. “mentions” or “replies”). AC: This means that anyone who interacted with Trump's account on Twitter has had their private account information shared with the DoJ. A “like” on a single post was enough for Twitter to turn over any account's information to the DoJ.-Analyst Comments-The Constitutional and human rights concerns regarding Trump's search warrant are palpable, but not particularly unexpected. These recent revelations are the latest in the long train of abuses documented clearly and openly by law enforcement agencies. Twitter, failing to immediately comply with the order challenged the search warrant and the Non-Disclosure order (unsuccessfully), and was fined $350,000 before ultimately complying with the order. As a reminder, the judge who approved this search warrant was appointed to the bench by Barack Obama. In the Middle East, the recent prisoner exchange between Israel and Hamas has been a nearly total information victory for Hamas. Though reports are conflicting and almost impossible to verify, prisoners held by Hamas have frequently reported that they have been treated well, whereas prisoners held by the Israelis detail harsh conditions, abuse, and sometimes torture. However, care must be taken to realize that Hamas in particular has the overwhelming incentive to treat prisoners well, knowing that they would be released at some point and would share their experiences with the world. Hamas (being an insurgent force) has everything to gain, and little to lose by treating prisoners well. On the other hand, Israel does not care what the international community thinks, thus the bad press regarding their prisoners has little effect on Israeli policy and/or doctrine. As such, Hamas appearing to treat prisoners well, and Israel appearing to treat prisoners poorly is probably not as indicative of the real situation as we might want it to be.

Episode 283: In this episode, we venture into a controversial and tragic chapter of Canada's legal history. It intertwines public health, personal relationships, and the weight of the law. We're talking about the history of HIV non-disclosure cases in Canada. Part of our journey takes us to the early 2000s, zeroing in on Johnson Aziga, a Ugandan-born Canadian resident. His name would soon become synonymous with a landmark legal battle challenging the boundaries of consent, deception, and responsibility. Aziga was diagnosed with HIV in 1996, but his numerous subsequent relationships would cast him into the national spotlight. Two women, specifically, would become central to his story: both entered into relationships with Aziga, and HIV-related complications tragically took both. The women's names are protected under publication bans, so we cannot speak to their biographies. Regardless, their untimely deaths would raise a storm of questions about trust, disclosure, and the duty one owes to their intimate partners. Aziga was convicted of murder and deemed a dangerous offender, but argued that his race and status as an immigrant weighed against him. In 2023, the murder convictions were overturned and replaced with manslaughter charges substituted in their place.
