Our OUinsider analysts Brandon Drumm, Collin Kennedy, and Parker Thune talk about the off-field issues hanging over the OU program right now with two players (now suspended players) going through an investigation. Parker Thune talks about what he witnessed that night being at the same place one of the Sooners players was detained, and he and Brandon Drumm talk about why OUinsider chose to hold off going saying what Thune saw go down that night. The trio talks about where OU goes from here and how things are progressing with the investigation. Then, talk about what Oklahoma can do to offset the POTENTIAL loss at WR with a few injuries, investigation, and removal of Obi Obialo from the Sooners roster. One player that looks to be transferring, and has since announced he will be a Sooner, is Arkansas transfer WR Mike Woods. Woods was the Hogs' second-leading receiver and a player that can stretch the field. OUinsider staff discusses how he could help OU and more. The staff also discusses who they are watching on both sides of the ball in the spring and why, along with talking about big-time visitors that are heading to Norman on self-guided visits this coming weekend. How will all that help the Sooners with each prospect? The staff dives deep into that. Before ending the podcast, the staff discusses how Sooners' new basketball coach Porter Moser is fast becoming known as "Portal Moser" with how well he is building a very solid roster in his first off-season as Sooners head coach. With Oklahoma getting the Groves brothers from Eastern Washington and Duke transfer guard Jordan Goldwire, Oklahoma is still in market to fill a few more roster spots, so we will see how this plays out. OUinsider's Collin Kennedy dives deep into the hoops news, as well. Lastly, the staff discusses the last few weeks of travel and recruiting news. In this week's episode of the Inside Football Podcast the guys dive deep into the Offensive Line, Defensive Line and Edge prospects in the 2021 draft. This may be more than any other position groups in the draft affected by a lack of confirmed data, so this is a unique opportunity to get Bill's breakdown of a very hard to evaluate group of players. We find out who Bill likes, we learn that there are definitely a few Polian guys in this group and also find out why some big name prospects are in line of a position move.
The prospect rankings continue as Chris Trapasso joins Will Brinson to break down his top offensive line and defensive line players in the 2021 NFL Draft. We start with the side that has much more enticing prospects and that's the OL (4:30). Alijah Vera-Tucker is a promising player out of USC climbing up draft boards, but Trapasso has him lower than most because he thinks he projects on the interior at the next level. Rashawn Slater could be considered the consensus #2 tackle prospect, but Chris has him lower. There's no hesitation in labeling Penei Sewell the best of the bunch, but that doesn't mean there is value on him to be the first OL selected. Christian Darrisaw might be worth thinking about as a value play though. Next, the guys switch sides and hit on the top DTs in this class (24:45). Expect only 1-2 to be chosen in the 1st round. Check out Trapasso's Big Board here: https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/nfl-draft-2021-big-board-top-200-notre-dames-jeremiah-owusu-koramoah-in-top-10-wideouts-and-corners-galore/ 'Pick Six' is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Google Podcasts, Castbox and wherever else you listen to podcasts. In a Bonus Pod, Jon goes solo and talks about some of his success with Prop Bets and Parlays in the NFL as well give some tips on Prop Bets. Last week Jon did really well betting on Parlays last week, and this week he wanted to bring his knowledge to you by letting you in on some of the things he looks for when looking for Player prop bets and parlays to get the most out of the money you are laying on the line.Because of how close the NFL is on a week to week basis, it is so difficult to predict games against the spread in the NFL accurately. But what is far more manageable is predicting player performances and matchups that are winnable. With Props and Parlays, Jon is taking all the research he does throughout the week (snap share, WR/CB Matchups, OL/DL matchups, and fantasy production) and uses it to find the most winnable prop bets. In this Pod, he takes you inside some of the chances he won last week as well as a live look at him, creating a parlay on player props. Take a listen and consider subscribing for more insight!

Also one of Eddie's takes on Tom Herman was so hot, we had to bleep most of it out. The excitement is building for the #ChampUBBQ at the end of the month and we break down the best case scenario for the Sooners to finish out their recruiting in the secondary. Where the secondary goes from here in 2019 recruiting 0:46:35 - Should we become a gossip site on the side and go full stupid with Kyler Murray? 0:48:25 - Big 12 Media Days almost on us. Will Kyler Murray just stay at home? 0:52:45 - We're just kind of being dicks now about Big 12 Media Days. We are down to the final five weeks of 2017 college football season and after that, we have conference championship games, bowl games, and of course, NFL scouting departments completing their initial reports on 2018 NFL Draft prospects. And to give us a glimpse at how the 2018 crop of OL/DL/EDGE looks at this point, it’s a pleasure to welcome back to the program our good friend Nick Kendell of MileHighHuddle.com. What’s up Nick? The Redskins are engaged in a game of high-stakes chicken with their franchise QB Kirk Cousins and LP and Joe are terrified to ask what the future holds for the franchise. The show was supposed to be about the OL/DL but quickly got sideways and into the Cousins contract status, why management is unlikely to get a deal done, and a discussion of the backup options Bruce Allen may be preparing to explore. Once upon a time LP was 99% sure the Skins would get a long term deal done with Kirk... he has updated his opinion while Joe has double-down on his. What is the magic number to get this deal done? What happens if it doesn't get done? Do Redskins fans support the team or the quarterback? ... is it really long term deal or bust?!
