John Miniotis, President and CEO and David O'Connor, Chief Geologist of AbraSilver Resource Corp (TSX: ABRA) (OTCQX: ABBRF), join us to review the final batch of drill assays their Phase IV exploration program, returning higher grades over long mineralized intercepts from step-out drilling at the JAC Extension, at their wholly-owned Diablillos property in Salta Province, Argentina. They are now moving towards an updated Resource Estimate in a few months, and going straight into the Phase V drill program. These 15 holes that had assays released on April 29th and are part of the recently completed Phase IV exploration program comprised a total of 21,172 meters drilled across 106 holes. These latest drill results from the JAC Extension zone continue to demonstrate multiple high-grade, near-surface silver intercepts beyond the current conceptual open pit limits. These assays represent the final results from the successful Phase IV exploration campaign. All Phase IV drill results will be incorporated into an updated Mineral Resource estimate, which remains on schedule for release in mid-2025. Key highlights from the Latest Phase IV JAC Extension Drilling: Hole DDH 25-001: 56.0 metres (“m”) at 107 g/t Ag, starting at 66 m down-hole depth, including 6.0 m at 181 g/t Ag. Hole DDH 25-002: 65.0 m at 162 g/t Ag, from 82 m depth, including 12.0 m at 405 g/t Ag. Hole DDH 25-005: 63.0 m at 139 g/t Ag, from 74 m depth, including 26.0 m at 244 g/t Ag. John Miniotis, President and CEO and David O'Connor, Chief Geologist of AbraSilver Resource Corp (TSX: ABRA) (OTCQX: ABBRF), join me to review the next batch of drill assays returned from step-out drilling at the JAC Extension and Oculto Northeast zones, at their wholly-owned Diablillos property in Salta Province, Argentina. These 11 holes that had assays released on April 2nd are part of the recently completed Phase IV exploration program comprised a total of 21,172 meters drilled across 106 holes, and they returned multiple high-grade silver intercepts beyond the current conceptual open pit margins. two of the holes highlighted were Hole DDH 24-084 which intersected 63.5 meters (m) at 190 g/t Ag, from 80 m depth, including 9.0 m at 341 g/t Ag , and then Hole DDH 24-088 which intersected 70.0 m at 147 g/t Ag, from 61 m depth, including 9.0 m at 331 g/t Ag. The Company is currently awaiting assay results from the final holes from this program, which are expected to be received over the next several weeks. John points out that these results are expected to contribute to a meaningful increase in the upcoming Mineral Resource estimate, scheduled for release in mid-2025, which will form the basis for the Definitive Feasibility Study that is currently underway. Dave outlines these holes demonstrate the continuity and consistency of the near-surface silver mineralization at the south and southwest border of the JAC open pit, and even stepping outside of the known area, which is continuing to expand the mineralization and will be incorporated into the updated mineral resource. He also highlights some of the addition growth areas at the Oculto Northeast extension and new Oculto East target, (previously referred to as Cerro Bayo), and how the intercepts are starting to encounter more gold along with the silver in this area. We also get an update on the financial health of the company with the recent $58.5 million capital raise which will fund future work programs including the Phase 5 drill program, a resource update, permitting initiatives, and an upcoming Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) next year taking things to a construction decision in 2026. MONSTER PARTY GETS TIME STONED! JAMES GONIS, SHAWN SHERIDAN, LARRY STROTHE, and MATT WEINHOLD use THE EYE OF AGAMOTTO to predict the fate of the current trend of meta-human films. It's a cacophony of caped crusading conjecture, presenting the question, "What is ... THE FUTURE OF SUPERHEROES!!!" In this episode, we chronicle the fantastic evolution of screen superheroes from past to present, and what might lie ahead. Expect some mutant level banter about the racist Batman serials of the 1940's, TV offerings including THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, WONDER WOMAN, and THE INCREDIBLE HULK, the lightning in a bottle that was SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE, the unrivaled success of the MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE, the hit-but-mostly-miss offerings of the D.C. EXTENDED UNIVERSE, and so much more! But is the world's obsession with superheroes dwindling? Have recent big-budget failures contributed to this "cape fatigue." Will D.C. ever get its superpowered act together? And is the MCU's Phase IV a gamble that will pay off? We're talkin' to you FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS! Graciously helping us tackle these questions is a first-time guest of MONSTER PARTY! He's a critically acclaimed comedian, talk show host, political satirist, actor, podcaster, author, and superhero aficionado, who happens to be great at just about everything. Please welcome... John Miniotis, President and CEO and David O'Connor, Chief Geologist of AbraSilver Resource Corp (TSX.V:ABRA – OTCQX:ABBRF), join me to review the next batch of drill assays returned from the ongoing 20,000 meter Phase 4 diamond drill campaign on their wholly-owned Diablillos property in Salta Province, Argentina. These assay results we review are from four initial reconnaissance drill holes at the porphyry complex, located approximately 3.5 km northeast of the Oculto deposit. Results indicate that drilling has tested the upper part of a major porphyry system that is estimated to span up to approximately 3 km in length and 2 km in width, hosting zones of gold, silver and copper, including some high-grade intervals. The porphyry mineralization appears to have a high-grade gold epithermal overprint. Dave takes us through the key takeaways from the initial reconnaissance drilling at the Cerro Viejo target in the Diablillos porphyry complex. This included three holes confirming widespread gold mineralization; most notably drill hole DDH 24-056, which intersected 36.0 m at 1.91 g/t Au, starting at a downhole depth of only 87 m, with a higher-grade interval of 5.0 m at 7.22 g/t Au. This intercept highlights a shallow, high-grade gold zone easily accessible for future exploration. Dill holes DDH 24-059 and DDH 24-071, both intersected broad zones of gold, silver, and copper porphyry-style mineralization. The drilling at the Cerro Blanco target was limited to one hole, DDH 24-081, which was not ideally positioned and intercepted only short intervals of gold and copper mineralization. However, historical and recent surface sampling revealed high-grade zones with copper-rich intervals, offering promising targets for future exploration. Next John outlined the ongoing Phase IV drill program at both JAC and Occulto, which is focused on expanding the existing Diablillos Mineral Resource estimate across the broader Diablillos land package. The Company has two drill rigs operating and, to date, has completed approximately 19,000 m of drilling in 96 holes, and with drill likely turning for another month into February, it will likely end up being more than the 20,000 meters initially planned. Several assay results are awaited from the lab and will be released on an ongoing basis pending review. This data from the Phase 4 drilling will feed into an updated Resource Estimate later this year as the next key milestone. Additionally, the upcoming resource estimate in 2025 will feed into the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), which will be managed by a team of experienced engineers and consultants, supported by the Company's technical team. The Company will undergo a competitive tendering process to select qualified Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management firms, with the award anticipated by no later than April 2025. Regular progress updates will be provided by the Company as the DFS advances forward for release in 2026, with results expected to further showcase the Company's potential to become a key low-cost silver-gold producer. John Miniotis, President and CEO, and Jeremy Weyland, Senior VP of Projects and Development of AbraSilver Resource Corp (TSX.V:ABRA – OTCQX:ABBRF), both join me to review the results of their updated Pre-Feasibility Study (“PFS”) for the Diablillos silver-gold project, located in Salta Province, Argentina. PFS Study Highlights: All dollar ($) figures are presented in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Base case metal prices used in the PFS are $2,050 per gold (“Au”) ounce (“oz”) and $25.50 per silver (“Ag”) oz. Attractive project economics: 747 million after-tax Net Present Value discounted at 5% per annum (“NPV”); 27.6% Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”) and 2.0-year payback period. At current spot prices1 an after-tax NPV5% of $1,291 million with an IRR of 39.3% and payback of 1.5 years. Substantial silver and gold production – 13.4 Moz silver-equivalent “AgEq”) average annual production over a 14-year life-of-mine (“LOM”), comprised of 7.6 Moz Ag and 72 koz Au, with average annual production of 16.4 Moz AgEq over the first five years of full mine production, comprised of 11.7 Moz Ag and 59 koz Au. Low All-in Sustaining Cash Costs (“AISC”)– Average AISC of $12.67/oz AgEq over LOM, and $11.23/oz AgEq over the first five years of full mine production. Initial capital expenditures - Initial pre-production capital expenditure of $544 million (including contingency)with a further $77 million in sustaining capital over the LOM. Significant potential for additional economic improvements: Replacement of on-site self-generation from a combined solar-diesel power plant with a connection to the national grid under a long-term power purchase agreement from a third party. Capturing this opportunity would provide a meaningful reduction to initial capital, lower operating costs and, potentially, improve the carbon footprint of the Project. A revised mine plan based on a new Mineral Resource and Reserve estimate that incorporates the additional Phase IV exploration drilling results at JAC and the northeast zone of Oculto as well as higher metal price assumptions. A new mine plan may present the opportunity to reduce strip ratio, and improve operating cashflow. Expansion of available water resources to the Project to remove constraints on plant throughput resulting in increased metal production. Treatment of marginal material currently classified as waste through secondary processing, such as heap leaching, resulting in increased metal production. Improvements to the design of the Tailings Storage Facility (“TSF”) to reduce capital and operating cost, and also decrease the environmental footprint. Jeremy unpacks the benefits to the economics and from the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (“RIGI”) legislation passed by the Argentinean congress in July, 2024. The key incentives include a reduction of the federal corporate income tax rate from 35% to 25%; the elimination of export duties levied on gold and silver sales respectively; and accelerated tax depreciation of plant and equipment. He walks us through the timeline for qualifying projects with expenditures above $200M applying for RIGI before the law expires in July, 2026. AbraSilver will apply after they receive their EIA, and then the Company must spend 40% of the investment amount within two years of approval (by no later than July 2028). Diablillos meets all of the required qualifications for RIGI. The PFS considers an execution plan to obtain RIGI approval by no later than Q2 2026, giving the Project until Q2 2028 to spend 40% of the investment, or approximately $200M. John wraps us up with all the exploration catalysts to come from the ongoing 20,000 meter Phase 4 diamond drill campaign on their wholly-owned Diablillos property, which has continued to extend mineralization at both the JAC Zone and Occulto NE, as well as a new discovery made outside of the known resources at the Sombra Target, the drilling at Cerro Bayo, and the copper-gold porphyry targets at Cerro Blanco and Cerro Viejo. If you have any follow up questions for John or Jeremy regarding at AbraSilver, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com. So, jetzt isses raus. _______________________________________ (05:14) Late Night With The Devil (48:07) Musikgeschichten mit Hoffi (54:58) Scream (01:27:47) Phase IV (01:48:35) In A Violent Nature (02:11:26) Ausblick auf die nächste Folge (02:16:41) SPOILERTALK zu Late Night With The Devil _______________________________________ Hier kannst du uns überall finden: iTunes/Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/2TgWvY3 Spotify: https://spoti.fi/34jfB68 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/JahierFilmePodcast RSS-Feed: https://jahierfilme.podcaster.de/ Instagram: @jahierfilme Linktree: https://linktr.ee/jahierfilme _______________________________________ Alle unsere Filme im Überblick: https://letterboxd.com/jahierfilme/lists/

Tim and Jen invite Alex Rancourt of the Saucer Cinema podcast to marvel at Saul Bass's disquieting sci-fi dreamscape, Phase IV!View the alternate ending that should have been the theatrical ending to Phase IV on YouTube.A couple of interesting side notes about the Oscar-winning faux documentary Alex mentioned, The Hellstrom Chronicle: it was conceived and executive produced by David L. Wolper, the TV stalwart who shepherded massively successful television miniseries like Roots and The Thorn Birds, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles. Additionally, Walon Green, the screenwriter perhaps best known for William Friedkin's sleeper masterpiece Sorcerer, co-directed and produced the film.A quick web search proved that the busty wasp mentioned by Alex isn't real, except perhaps in our hearts. We alluded briefly to this article at Dennis Cooper's blog discussing film treatments of LSD, with a fabulous collection of acid-related GIFs accompanying. Author Randy Fox returns to the show so that we can continue our series on 1970's Science Fiction films! This time we look at the fascinating directorial debut of graphic designer Saul Bass, PHASE IV (1974). The film was a financial failure at the time of release but its status as a cult film has grown slowly over the decades. We look at the many cinematic influences the film's story draws from including THE NAKED JUNGLE (1954), THE ANROMEDA STRAIN (1971) and 2001: A SPACE ODESSEY (1968). We marvel over the ant photography that allows the film to so clearly show us the world of these newly altered insects traveling into their hives and, at times, seemingly into their minds. We discuss the small cast even as I question why they bothered to give the characters proper names at all. Given Saul Bass' background as a visual artist it is no surprise that the film produces a dozen or more unforgettable images and we try to point out as many of them as possible. The choice to use a voiceover is put to the test with Randy's dreaded ‘professor with a pointer' serving as our classic example of going too far! We dig into the ways the human living spaces are presented in comparison to those of the ants and how a break in that alignment shows a specific communication change in the story. Of course, we occasionally veer off topic as things point us toward other subjects but I'm happy to say we always find our way back to the film under the magnifying glass. Do you have thoughts about PHASE IV or other films that stuck with you even though you weren't sure if you liked them? If so, thebloodypit@gmail.com is the address to send those comments. Thank you for listening!
Interview with Ben Pullinger, Senior VP Exploration of ATEX Resources Inc.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/atex-resources-tsxvatx-20m-for-continued-drilling-on-high-grade-gold-3337Recording date: 4th October 2023ATEX Resources Inc. (TSXV: ATX) is a Chilean focused exploration company advancing the Valeriano Copper-Gold Porphyry Project located 151 km southeast of the city of Vallenar. The Valeriano project is targeting copper and gold mineralization and sits within an emerging copper-gold porphyry belt referred to as the 'Link Belt'.ATEX recently announced a significant inferred resource at Valeriano containing 1.41 billion tonnes grading 0.67% CuEq (0.5% Cu, 0.2 g/t Au, 0.96 g/t Ag and 64 g/t Mo) based on a 0.4% Cu cut-off. The high grade core within the central trend contains approximately 200 million tonnes grading 0.84% CuEq.The Phase III drill program was successful in expanding the known extents of the Valeriano porphyry system and also led to the discovery of a second high-grade porphyry trend called the Western Trend. The mineralized corridor and high-grade trends remain open for further expansion.ATEX is advancing to a Phase IV drill program in Q4 2022 targeting between 20,000 to 25,000 metres to further grow the deposit. Key upcoming catalysts include final assay results from Phase III, metallurgical test work results, and the commencement of Phase IV drilling. The investment case for ATEX Resources is driven by the significant exploration upside at Valeriano to further expand the deposit. The project is emerging as a potential top 10 copper development project globally. ATEX is well funded having recently completed a $15 million credit facility to support ongoing exploration and development studies.View ATEX Resources Inc.'s Company Profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/atex-resources-inc

The different parts of the nervous system (or CNS for short), including the brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system, are important drug targets for many serious diseases affecting human health. As the body's processing center, the CNS is responsible for all functions of our bodies, including thoughts, emotions, memories, and behaviors. Unsurprisingly, drugs working on the CNS are subject to stringent regulatory requirements, and specialized safety assessments are often mandated. To confirm CNS activity without safety concerns, dedicated nonclinical and early phase clinical studies, with relevant endpoints and biomarkers, and supporting bioanalysis, are needed; and drug manufacturing must be carefully managed via rigorous handling and production processes. Engaging at the outset with a fully integrated and experienced drug development partner can ensure safety, with timely sharing of data at every step of the drug development plan, and facilitate agile, flexible decision-making and planning. We're back in Derry and Toms in the company of Joe Banks to take a look at Robert Fuest's 1973 film take on Moorcock's The Final Programme (AKA The Last Days of Man on Earth). As is traditional we roam around, but mostly we evaluate The Final Programme as both an adaptation and as a work that stands (or falls) on its own merits, and Joe has a startling take on that ending that I'd never considered. And we talk about some other stuff. JOIN US!
Hi Today we're scientists in an unground lab trying to stop borg ants from killing us all. Actually our friend Tim brought over the trippy sci fi cult film Phase 4, and only Tim has seen it. We watch it and discuss it and all it's weirdness. Sadly some insects were killed durning the filming of this, they'll be in their trailers, in the sky. I joke but it's a bit of a bummer. Also we don't I think say anything about why the movie poster, has an ant coming out of Christ's hand with the stigmata. No clue on that one. Film stars the cheating husband from an unmarried woman, annnnnnd the computer from Alien. Thanks Tim for joining us today. Sorry for bein vague on the plot, but alas, if you would like to know more, just press play.
