Piše Miša Gams, bereta Eva Longyka Marušič in Igor Velše. Aleš Mustar, pesnik in prevajalec makedonske in romunske književnosti, v zbirki z naslovom Nad rušo tematizira zgodovinski, družbeni, politični in kulturni kontekst pokopališč, ki jih skupaj s hčerko obiskuje od Slovenije prek vzhodne in deloma zahodne Evrope vse do Azije. Zbirka je glede na geografsko oddaljenost razdeljena na pet sklopov z naslovi Na rodni ruši, Pri sosedih, Malo dlje, Še malo dlje in Daleč stran. Začne se s sklopom Žale, kjer se pesnik ustavi ob skromnem grobu Jožeta Plečnika, igralcev Duše Počkaj in Lojzeta Rozmana, ob grobnici žrtev korziške letalske nesreče ter ob skupnem nagrobnem znamenju predstavnikov slovenske moderne, kjer ob ločenem Župančičevem grobu provokativno zapiše: “Je Cankarjeva / nesojena nevesta, / ko je dala urediti / skupni grob, / na četrtega, / še živega / mušketirja moderne / pozabila / ali pa takrat še ni bilo v modi, / da nekomu nagrobnik postaviš / že za časa življenja, / in je večno počivališče / našel pri nogah kolegov?” Pot na ljubljanskih Žalah, ki predstavlja uverturo v raziskovanje večjih pokopališč po svetu, se začne ob prihodu na bodoči družinski grob, kjer se ob maminem obrezovanju grmičevja zave smrtnosti staršev in nekega Janeza, ki je umrl na isti dan, kot se je on rodil. Sprašuje se, ali gre pri tem za naključje ali morebiti za reinkarnacijo. Obišče tudi grob starih staršev na pokopališču Videm-Dobrepolje ter se v pesmi Čebelje poslednje počivališče pomudi pri otroških spominih, ko je iz lista ustvaril improvizirana nosila, s katerimi se je trudil rešiti utapljajočo se čebelo: “… Obideta me otožnost / in strah pred smrtjo, / ki sem ju občutil / na mrliškem vozu, / ko me je dedek, / vaški furman, / vzel s sabo, / da sem v roki držal lanterno. / Na bregu po spominu iz lista / naredim mrtvaški oder, / položim jo nanj in odidem, / pustim prehranjevalni verigi, / da opravi svoje.” Pesmi v zbirki Nad rušo niso temačne, so preplet prvinske otroške radovednosti in antropološko-filozofskega pristopa pesnika, ki se čedalje bolj zaveda svoje minljivosti, obenem pa ga fascinira pokopališko ozračje na različnih koncih sveta, kjer se živi in mrtvi stikajo na obrobju velemest, državnih mej in različnih kulturoloških kontekstov. Tako se v prvem sklopu knjige odpravi v Rožno dolino na staro judovsko pokopališče pa tudi na pokopališče v Miren, kjer se sprašuje, “kaj so pili podpisniki Pariškega mirovnega sporazuma, da so kar sredi pokopališča zarisali državno mejo”. V drugem sklopu z naslovom Pri sosedih se po obisku zagrebškega Mirogoja odpravi na novo in staro judovsko pokopališče, kjer ga pot zanese h grobu prvega knjigarnarja v Splitu, Vida Morpurga, čigar knjigarna je preživela dve svetovni vojni in tri režime, vendar v njej ne najde antologije sodobne hrvaške poezije: “Če si je med knjižnimi uspešnicami / prostor priborila / antologija sodobne hrvaške proze, / poezija nima te sreče. / Bi kaj zaleglo, če bi na / grob položil dva kamna?” V osrednjem delu zbirke Nad rušo pot vodi Aleša Mustarja v Beograd v Hišo cvetja, kjer s hčerko obišče Titov in Jovankin grob, nato pa nadaljujeta pot v Skopje na britansko in francosko vojaško pokopališče ter na turško pokopališče, kjer se nahajajo krste na izposojo – tam se pesnik zgrozi nad diskrepanco, ki jo zazna med pokopališči: pri nas morajo svojci še za upepelitev kupiti krsto iz masivnega lesa, medtem ko je v Skopju izposoja krste brezplačna. Pokopališče Stadion v Sarajevu ga spomni na tragična devetdeseta leta, ko je umrlo ogromno mladih ljudi, ki bi na nekdanjem nogometnem igrišču zagotovo raje igrali nogomet kot bili tako zgodaj pahnjeni v vojno in smrt. V pesmi z naslovom Ado (1981-1994) se v Mostarju prikloni mlademu borcu v majhnem parku sredi mesta. Zaključni del tretjega sklopa je namenjen romunskim pokopališčem, kjer se sprehodi po Aleji pisateljev in ves radosten zapiše: “Končno je pravici zadoščeno. / Na bukareškem pokopališču / so grobovi pesnikov bolje obiskani / od grobov pisateljev. / Krasijo jih / sveže cvetje, lončnice in sveče, / da se ti milo stori. / Pri prozaistih najdeš umetne rože in vence, / prav nič drugačni niso / od zadnjih počivališč navadnih smrtnikov. / Redosled ne upošteva literarne vrednosti. / Kdo ve, ali se zaradi tega veliki kritik, / avtor zgodovine romunske književnosti, / ki je tudi našel večni pokoj med njimi, / ne obrača v grobu.” Čeprav se zdi, da gre Mustarju predvsem za primerjavo med grobovi pesnikov in prozaistov, je pozoren tudi na druge podrobnosti: na grobu Sylvie Plath najprej zazna počečkan priimek njenega moža, med sprehodom po gozdnatem pokopališču v Rigi, kjer išče grob latvijske pesnice, pa zapiše, da se “počuti kot Janko brez Metke”: “Občutek imam, / da bom vsak trenutek / pred seboj zagledal / hišico iz medenjakov, / zato začnem pri priči / brskati po nahrbtniku, / da bi našel piškot, / ki sem ga dobil / ob jutranji kavi, / in si označil pot nazaj. / Večina spomenikov nima / letnic rojstva / niti letnic smrti. / Popade me strah, / da sem ostal ujet v brezčasju.” V ospredju je vendarle bivanjska tematika, saj se iz pesnikovega nezavednega sproti vzpostavljajo potlačene vsebine, vezane na najbolj intimne strahove ... kot bi pogled na pokopališče odpravil blokado oz. cenzuro med zavednim in nezavednim delom duševnosti. Ko se v zadnjem pesniškem sklopu z naslovom Daleč stran sprehodi po pokopališčih na Baliju, v Šrilanki, Egiptu in na Japonskem, je v zadnji pesmi z naslovom Hirošima mogoče začutiti najbolj prvinsko žalost in bolečino: “Po obisku / spominskega muzeja miru / nimam moči, / da bi poiskal / pokopališče.” V zbirki Nad rušo nas Aleš Mustar seznanja z zanimivimi podrobnostmi s pokopališč doma in v tujini, iz katerih lahko izluščimo tudi običaje posameznih kultur; ob tem pa se pokloni pokojnim prijateljem in pesnicam po vsem svetu. Gre za zbirko, ki si jo bomo večkrat zaželeli prijeti v roke …

Entscheidend ist, was dieser Glaube in unserem Leben bewirkt. Welche Früchte er trägt. Ob er uns freier macht, mutiger, dankbarer. Ostern lädt ein, Vertrauen zu wagen: nicht nur in Erinnerungen oder in alte Geschichten, sondern in eine Lebenskraft, die auch heute wirkt. Eine Kraft, die stärker ist als der Tod und Neues entstehen lässt – mitten im Leben. Die beliebte Blaskapelle aus Küssnacht am Rigi gibt ihre letzten drei Jahreskonzerte am 11., 12. und 14. April 2026. «Ich werde diese Konzerte noch richtig geniessen», sagt Very Rickenbacher im Gespräch mit der SRF Musikwelle. Als Tenorhornist, Dirigent und Komponist hat er die Geschichte der Rigispatzen über viele Jahre geprägt. Inzwischen ist er Ehrendirigent des Vereins und wird die letzten drei Konzerte musikalisch leiten. Die Rigispatzen kündigten ihren Abschied bereits 2024 an. «In den letzten Jahren wurde die Suche nach Musikantinnen und Musikanten immer schwieriger», schrieben sie damals in einer Medienmitteilung. Damit geht eine 70-jährige Geschichte zu Ende. «Nebst der Musik werde ich die Kameradschaft am meisten vermissen», betont Very Rickenbacher. Für die letzten drei Jahreskonzerte stossen mehrere ehemalige Musikantinnen und Musikanten noch einmal zur Blaskapelle Rigispatzen dazu. «Wir wollen unserem Publikum viel Musik bieten und möglichst wenig Gerede», schmunzelt Rickenbacher. Es sind die letzten Gelegenheiten, die Rigispatzen noch einmal live zu erleben.

Mit 25 legte er die Meisterprüfung ab und wagte später nach Jahren in leitenden Positionen bei der Firma Baer den Schritt in die Selbständigkeit: Er übernahm die Dorfkäserei Küssnacht und baute sie zur eigenständigen Käserei mit rund 15 Halbhartkäse-Spezialitäten aus. Als ehemaliger Präsident des Zentralschweizer Käsermeisterverbandes und der Korporation Seebodenalp ist er tief in der Innerschweizer Landwirtschaft verwurzelt. John Miniotis, President and CEO of AbraSilver Resource Corp (TSX: ABRA) (OTCQX: ABBRF), joins me to review the March 2nd news that announced its flagship Diablillos silver-gold project has been formally approved for inclusion under Argentina's Large Investment Incentive Regime ("RIGI").   We also discussed the upcoming catalysts of the updated Mineral Resource estimate (“MRE”), Definitive Feasibility Study (“DFS”), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) permit, and ongoing Phase 6 Exploration Program for the balance of 2026.   The RIGI approval was confirmed by Argentina's Minister of Economy, Luis Caputo, through his official X account on Friday February 27th. The official government resolution announcing RIGI approval for the Diablillos project is expected later in March.   RIGI is a federal investment framework designed to accelerate large-scale development projects in Argentina by providing long-term fiscal stability along with competitive tax, customs, and foreign-exchange benefits. Both Salta and Catamarca Provinces, where Diablillos is located, have opted into the regime. This RIGI approval substantially increases the project's economics, with around $1Billion in savings at current spot prices, and this provides increased certainty as Diablillos moves into its next phase of development and eventual construction.   John takes us through the busy year of catalysts the company has on tap, starting with all the drilling data from Phase V being compiled into an updated Resource Estimate that will come out in parallel with their Definitive Feasibility Study, which is due out in the 2nd quarter of 2026.  Additionally, the Company is awaiting their EIA permit, which will be the trigger for a construction decision later in the year.   John highlighted that ongoing detailed engineering work, procurement planning, and upgrades to existing infrastructure are also advancing in parallel to ensure construction readiness. El Senado argentino examina este miércoles un proyecto de modificación de la ley de protección de glaciares. El presidente Milei, que niega el cambio climático, busca flexibilizar la norma en beneficio de la industria minera, prometiendo proyectos millonarios de explotación de oro y cobre. Pero organizaciones ecologistas y habitantes temen el sacrificio de reservas hídricas vitales "por un par de monedas". Reportaje de nuestro corresponsal en Argentina, Théo Conscience.   Estamos en la provincia de San Juan, en la quebrada de San Lorenzo, a más de 4.000 metros de altitud. "Es un lugar encantador de los Andes áridos entre Argentina y Chile", dice Silvio Pastore, coordinador del Gabinete de Estudios de Glaciología, Nivología y Cambio Climático de la Universidad de San Juan. El viento sopla fuerte, pero el oxígeno se hace más escaso. Respirar y hablar ya cuesta un poco más. Alrededor hay montañas de color ocre, rojizo, marrón. Y arriba, un manchón blanco: el glaciar de San Lorenzo. "El paisaje es espectacular porque estamos arriba de un glaciar de escombro. Lo que vemos hacia el fondo es el límite internacional con Chile, el famoso límite divisorio de aguas, con un glaciarete que drena sus aguas hacia el territorio argentino", agrega Silvio Pastore. El glaciarete al que se refiere está cubierto de penitentes, formaciones de hielo características de los Andes, que toman la forma de cuchillas afiladas orientadas hacia el cielo. "Está tipificado como un glaciar, pero hoy la situación es que se ha llenado de penitentes, como lo podemos observar. Eso significa que ya está en un proceso continuo de degradación. Y, en tiempo humano, vamos a ver que esto va a desaparecer casi totalmente". El gobierno planea modificar la ley de los glaciares  En los últimos 30 años, Argentina perdió el 42 % de la superficie de sus glaciares por culpa del calentamiento global. Desde 2010, los 17.000 cuerpos de hielo inventariados y los suelos congelados del ambiente periglacial están protegidos y reconocidos por ley como reservas estratégicas de agua. Pero el gobierno del presidente Javier Milei quiere modificar la ley para dejar que las provincias definan qué zonas deben protegerse, con el objetivo de abrir la puerta a la industria minera. Y, sin embargo, estamos rodeados de una gran riqueza, como una roca que le muestro a Pastore. "Esto que vemos aquí es una composición mineralógica extraordinaria. Esta variedad de colores, de textura… Esta está llena de cristales indicadores de minerales. No sé si los ves, algunos de ellos brillan. Tómale el peso. Es muy pesada. Tiene una densidad que lo que va a dar esta densidad son sulfuros o contenidos de metales, principalmente cobre, oro, plata, zinc". Para Silvio Pastore, la presencia de estos minerales plantea un dilema. Las zonas periglaciales de San Juan son ricas en cobre, un mineral clave para la transición energética y para la lucha contra el calentamiento global que agobia los glaciares. Para el científico, hay que aclarar y flexibilizar la ley de protección de glaciares. "Esta zona que te estoy mostrando es un ambiente periglacial. La ley actual prohíbe la actividad en este ambiente. Pero yo puedo observar, a simple vista, y demostrar con metodología científica, que gran parte de estos cerros que están aflorando no contienen ni agua ni hielo. Pero es un ambiente periglacial. Su significancia hídrica es mínima, comparada, en la misma área, con estos glaciares blancos o glaciares de escombro. Lógicamente, hay sectores en los cuales no se va a poder hacer ninguna actividad, de ningún tipo, pero hay sectores que pueden ser liberados". A pesar de pertenecer a una agrupación del lobby minero, el Grupo Sarmiento, Silvio Pastore dice que no quiere hacer política. Asegura que solo quiere aportar datos científicos al debate público. Pero sus posiciones han sido cuestionadas por otros glaciólogos, incluso en su propia universidad. Juan Pablo Milana, doctor en geofísica e investigador del Conicet, considera que la modificación de la ley propuesta por el gobierno es peligrosa. "Esa modificación deja a criterio de las provincias la posibilidad de desclasificar glaciares. Y el problema es que los criterios están a la venta. Entonces, si hay mucho interés del gobierno de que ocurra una explotación minera, dentro de la universidad siempre vas a encontrar a alguien que diga: 'este glaciar no sirve porque tiene poco hielo, contribuye poco, o lo que sea'". Sacrificar una reserva hídrica por unas monedas  Este científico denuncia que el gobierno quiere cambiar el espíritu de la ley de protección de glaciares, pasando de un criterio de tipo científico a uno político, a la hora de definir lo que es una reserva estratégica de agua. "Este es el problema de utilizar la palabra 'estratégico'. Porque a lo mejor para la provincia es mucho más estratégica esta explotación minera porque va a sacar muchos más impuestos, va a dar más trabajo. Pero, a la larga, es pan para hoy y hambre para mañana. Estás sacrificando una reserva hídrica por unas monedas”. El tema es que estos minerales representan mucho más que unas monedas. Con la incertidumbre del contexto geopolítico actual, el valor del oro y de la plata viene marcando récords históricos. Y el cobre también: el metal rojo es un muy buen conductor. Entre vehículos eléctricos, paneles solares y turbinas eólicas, la demanda explotó estos últimos años, y el precio también. En la cordillera sanjuanina, las multinacionales Lundin Mining (canadiense) y BHP (australiana) impulsan una de las iniciativas mineras más grandes del mundo: el proyecto Vicuña. Tiene reservas estimadas en 35 millones de onzas de oro y 12 millones de toneladas de cobre. Iván Grgic, responsable de relaciones institucionales de Vicuña y presidente de la Cámara de Minería de San Juan, evoca algunos de esos proyectos. "Hay proyectos mineros en distintas etapas. Tenemos dos proyectos… podríamos decir cuatro de cobre en etapa avanzada de exploración. Entonces, cuando el mundo dice '¡cobre, por favor!', San Juan está casi lista para empezar a vender cobre". Chile y el cobre, ¿fuente de inspiración para Argentina?  Iván Grgic destaca el potencial que representa la minería para la provincia y para el país en términos de empleo y de inversiones. Para él, Argentina tiene que inspirarse en Chile, primer exportador de cobre a nivel mundial. "Una frase que me decía mi papá cuando era chico: no te olvides que lo que está del otro lado de la cordillera está de este lado. Si Chile exporta entre 50 y 60 mil millones de dólares al año, Argentina también puede exportar esa cantidad. O sea que podemos generar al país rápidamente un desarrollo muy grande porque el mundo lo requiere y con la seguridad de que lo que estamos iniciando es un desarrollo inmenso para el país, y sin embargo todavía incipiente". Los proyectos mineros de la provincia de San Juan ya atrajeron más de 17 mil millones de dólares de inversión a través del RIGI, el régimen de incentivo a las grandes inversiones impulsado por Javier Milei. Pero para que estas inversiones puedan materializarse y multiplicarse, la ley de protección de glaciares tiene que flexibilizarse, sostiene Iván Grgic. "Todos estos proyectos están avanzando porque entienden que hay seguridad jurídica. Es decir, tú tomas una propiedad minera en donde vos te encontrás con crioformas inventariadas, en donde los estudios iniciales de los proyectos mineros determinan que no tienen aporte hídrico, que no son glaciares ni son crioformas a custodiar. Pero no pueden avanzar en ningún tipo de exploración hasta que la ley no les determine. Entonces, esas inversiones o intereses han quedado latentes". "Jáchal no se toca" Este es justamente el caso del proyecto Vicuña, cuyo futuro open pit, o tajo a cielo abierto, se encontraría en parte sobre un glaciar registrado en el inventario nacional, el GE 110. La empresa quiere desclasificarlo, pero la población local se resiste. "Nosotros desde la asamblea "Jáchal no se toca" generamos, con asesoramiento técnico apropiado, un reclamo en el año 2021”, dice Saúl Zeballos, integrante de la asamblea "Jáchal no se toca". "Ese reclamo fue atendido y fue incorporado al inventario nacional de glaciares. Cuatro años después, estamos peleando nuevamente para que no lo hagan desaparecer al glaciar GE 110". "Jáchal no se toca" es un grupo de vecinos autoconvocados que se reúne todas las semanas en una carpa instalada en la plaza del pueblo con la misión de preservar el río Jáchal. Carolina Caliva, integrante de la asamblea, dice: "Sabiamente, nuestros pueblos originarios se asentaron al lado de un río. Nosotros vivimos en una zona árida. Si no tuviésemos agua, no existiría este pueblo". Los glaciares funcionan como reguladores del recurso hídrico. En las zonas áridas como San Juan, compensan el déficit de precipitaciones. La provincia declaró la emergencia hídrica hace tres años, y los habitantes padecen cada vez más la escasez de agua. "Nosotros ya sufrimos los cortes de agua por días. Hasta perdemos la dignidad. A ver, no tenemos agua para el baño, no tenemos agua para las necesidades básicas. A veces uno abre la canilla y piensa que nunca se va a acabar. Pero cuando padecés esta escasez, hace que uno tome conciencia", denuncia Carolina Caliva. Carolina Caliva y los integrantes de la asamblea ya no creen en las promesas de la industria minera. Hace 20 años que conviven con la mina de oro a cielo abierto de Veladero, propiedad de la empresa canadiense Barrick Gold. "Dejaron contaminación, enfermedad y muerte"  "Venían con el discursito del pleno empleo, del desarrollo sustentable. Ahora está claro que nuestro pueblo sigue tan pobre o más pobre que antes. Y si nos dejan algo, nos dejan contaminación, enfermedad y muerte", subraya Carolina Caliva. Carolina Caliva se refiere a los escándalos de contaminación ambiental por parte de la mina Veladero. "En el 2015 se produce el derrame más grande de la historia de Argentina, por parte de la empresa Barrick Gold. Miles de litros de solución cianurada que afectan a cinco ríos; y ahí ya se ve totalmente modificada nuestra vida". Este derrame y los siguientes impactaron profundamente al pueblo, que depende exclusivamente del río Jáchal para su agricultura. "Acá tenemos alfalfa", dice Omar Aciar, productor, mostrando sus tierras agrietadas por la sequía. "Tenemos otro cuadro ahí de algodón. Y tenemos algo de cebolla también. Eso es básicamente para lo que nos alcanza el agua, nada más". Este productor denuncia el consumo y la contaminación del agua por parte de la industria minera. "Los yacimientos mineros sacan el agua dulce. Entonces acá, cada vez viene el agua más salinizada. Mucho más boro, mucho más arsénico. Entonces ya los crecimientos de las mismas plantas no son iguales. Y ahora se complica porque cada vez tenemos menos agua para el regadío". Por falta de agua, Omar solo pudo sembrar 60 de las 100 hectáreas de su explotación este año. Está muy preocupado por el avance de la minería. El proyecto Vicuña necesitará un promedio anual de 1.200 litros de agua por segundo, 10 veces más que el consumo actual de toda la industria minera en la provincia. "Al paso que van las concesiones de agua para la minería, nosotros estimamos que en 10 años no vamos a poder hacer agricultura acá en Jáchal. Si eso ocurre, moriríamos como pueblo. ¿Qué le dejamos a nuestros hijos? Yo tengo nietos, unos nietos chicos. ¿Y dónde nos vamos nosotros? Ya no tenemos agua potable para el consumo humano, se están secando los pozos. No hay recargas. ¡¿Cómo vamos a sacrificar los glaciares?! Es una cosa muy evidente que el agua es la vida". Agricultores, organizaciones ecologistas y poblaciones locales están juntando fuerzas para resistir el avance de la industria minera en los Andes. A lo largo de la cordillera, ciudadanos se organizan en asambleas populares con una consigna: el agua vale más que el oro, la ley de glaciares no se toca.

John Miniotis, President and CEO, and Dave O'Connor, Chief Geologist of AbraSilver Resource Corp (TSX: ABRA) (OTCQX: ABBRF), join me to review the final silver and gold assay results from drill holes completed as part of the Phase V diamond drilling program at its wholly-owned Diablillos project in Salta Province, Argentina.   We discuss how these drill results will be incorporated into the upcoming Mineral Resource estimate (“MRE”), underpinning the Company's Definitive Feasibility Study (“DFS”), which continues to remain on track for completion in Q2/2026.     This Phase V drill program has been mostly focused on the Oculto East and JAC zones at their wholly-owned Diablillos property and the final holes demonstrated that JAC is not closed off and yielded more high-grade intercepts:   JAC: Strong near-surface silver mineralization continues to expand the Mineral Resource growth potential, including: DDH 25-096: 57.0 metres (“m”) of 51 g/t silver from 109 m downhole DDH 25-099: 13.0 m of 477 g/t silver from 151 m downhole DDH 25-104: 17.0 m of 432 g/t silver & 1.10 g/t gold from 131 m downhole, including 6.0 m at 1,093 g/t silver & 2.42 g/t gold     We review how these results continue to expand oxide-hosted silver and gold mineralization to the southwest, along the corridor between JAC and Oculto.  Dave points out that prior results in this program also expanded mineralization to the east of the Oculto deposit, extending the high-grade gold zone and highlighting the continued strong exploration upside potential across the Diablillos system.   The exploration team now believes these higher-grade gold intercepts are just the top of a porphyry deposit at depth, and pointed to the deeper hole targeting a different porphyry target at Cerro Viejo.   Additionally, we circle back to the Sombra target identified in the Phase IV drill program last year, and how it is possible that there is a parallel trend that could extend from Sombra up to Oculto East, and that more drilling will focus on that thesis in the Phase VI drill program to come.   John takes us through the busy year the company has in front of them due to a series of upcoming catalysts all the way though the end of 2026. The drilling data from Phase V will be compiled into an updated Resource Estimate that will come out in parallel with their Definitive Feasibility Study due out in the 2nd quarter of 2026.     Additionally, the Company is waiting on their EIA permits and RIGI approval, which will be the triggers for a decision to begin construction next year. John Miniotis, President and CEO of AbraSilver Resource Corp (TSX: ABRA) (OTCQX: ABBRF), joins us to review the latest batch of drill assays announced December 10th, returning the broadest gold mineralization intercepted to date, from the ongoing Phase V exploration program.  These holes were testing for the potential of porphyry mineralization at dept at the Oculto East area of their wholly-owned Diablillos property in Salta Province, Argentina.     John reviews the three latest drill holes from the ongoing Phase V exploration program and that hole # DDH 25-085 at Oculto East intersected a broad 274.0 metre ("m") interval grading 0.60 g/t gold, including a higher-grade 23.0m grading 2.83 g/t gold, together with copper and molybdenum mineralization at depth. This is the deepest drill hole completed to date at Oculto, and it successfully tested a major structural-intrusive corridor extending beneath Oculto East, intersecting pervasive silicification, brecciation, and advanced argillic-silicic alteration interpreted to be related to a larger intrusive at depth. The deeper copper-molybdenum-gold mineralization is characteristic of fertile porphyry environments, and the alteration encountered is consistent with the upper portions of a significant intrusive center of well-developed porphyry systems. These features reinforces the scale, strength, and multi-phase nature of the Diablillos mineralizing system, and clear geological evidence of a vertically extensive system. These results highlight substantial additional exploration potential across the property, which will be followed up on in a Phase 6 drill program.   Drilling continues to extend oxide-hosted gold mineralization well beyond the current conceptual open pit, and this deeper drilling provides further support for a significant porphyry system underlying Oculto. The Phase V drill program remains on track for completion before year-end. To date, 60 holes have been drilled as part of the program and the final six holes will be completed before year-end. John reminds listeners that a deep drill hole was recently completed at the Cerro Viejo porphyry target, located approximately 4 kilometres northeast of Oculto, and assay results are expected shortly.   The Company plans to commence a Phase VI drill program totaling approximately 15,000 metres in January 2026, focusing on Mineral Resource expansion, select deeper porphyry-related targets, and continued step-outs across the Oculto-JAC mineralized cluster. Further details will be provided early in the New Year.   An updated Mineral Resource estimate, incorporating all Phase V drilling, remains scheduled for H1/2026. This estimate will be used for an updated Mineral Reserve and mine plan that will underpin the ongoing Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) that will be completed in the same time frame. John Miniotis, President and CEO of AbraSilver Resource Corp (TSX: ABRA) (OTCQX: ABBRF), joins us to review the next batch of gold and silver drill assays announced October 28th, from the ongoing Phase V exploration program; which has been mostly focused on the Oculto East and JAC zones at their wholly-owned Diablillos property in Salta Province, Argentina.      We review how these results continue to expand oxide-hosted gold mineralization to the east of the Oculto deposit, extending the high-grade gold zone and highlighting the continued strong exploration upside potential across the Diablillos system.   At Oculto East, numerous broad zones of gold and silver mineralization were intercepted, including: DDH 25-073: 10.0 metres ("m") grading 59 g/t silver (from 117 m downhole) & 20.0 m grading 0.66 g/t gold (223 m downhole) DDH 25-074: 31.0 m grading 0.59 g/t gold (from 255 m) DDH 25-075A: 73.0 m grading 0.55 g/t gold (from 277 m), including 13.5 m at 0.83 g/t gold & 16.5 m grading 0.75 g/t gold DDH 25-076: 12 m grading 62 g/t silver (from 128 m downhole) & a very broad, well-mineralized intercept of 180.0 m grading 0.65 g/t gold (from 170 m), including 15.0 m at 1.36 g/t gold DDH 25-077: A high-grade interval of 13.81 g/t gold over 8.5 m from 317 m, and a separate interval of 44.0 m at 0.65 g/t gold from 368 m   The exploration team now believes these higher-grade gold intercepts are just the top of a porphyry deposit at depth, and John highlights that some deeper holes will be testing this in the future, as well as the deeper hole targeting a different porphyry target at Cerro Viejo.   Additionally, we circle back to the Sombra target identified in the Phase IV drill program last year, and how it is possible that there is a parallel trend that could extend from Sombra up to Oculto East, and that more drilling will focus on that thesis in the future.   John takes us through the busy year the company has in front of them due to a series of upcoming catalysts all the way though the end of 2026. There are still thousands of meters of ongoing drilling, testing new areas and stepping out from known mineralization.
