Former TPUSA insider Matthew Tucciarone goes nuclear in this must-watch podcast, ripping the lid off ballot harvesting fraud, massive data heists, and the deadly Zionist betrayal that led to Charlie Kirk's murder.
About 13.4% of U.S. women of reproductive age struggle with infertility, leading many to pursue assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs) like in vitro fertilization ARTs help initiate pregnancy but raise concerns such as multiple births, high financial costs, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, elevated stress, and emerging evidence linking them to long-term heart disease risk A long-term study that followed women for 12 years found each additional ART cycle was associated with higher cardiovascular disease risk The increased cardiovascular risk centered on pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis, showing that ART-related heart risk involves dangerous clot formation rather than gradual blood pressure or artery disease Programmed frozen embryo transfer cycles showed stronger heart disease associations, highlighting that hormone protocol choices during fertility treatment can influence long-term cardiovascular outcomes years after pregnancy
WWE Unreal Season 2 Review
Americans are at a breaking point. But that breaking point looks wildly different depending on who you ask.For many of us who have been protesting and organizing against the Trump Administration since 2016, we're at an emotional breaking point. How much suffering, how many innocent lives have to be lost, before this country turns back toward democracy? For some who supported Trump (or at least didn't care one way or the other), it's a moral breaking point. Confronted with clear video evidence in Alex Pretti and Renee Good's murders, seeds of doubt are growing in former MAGA faithfuls. Women in particular, regardless of political party, do not support ICE's brutality. And some lifelong activists, especially Black women, are at a breaking point too. After years of not being listened to, it's hard to graciously welcome the “Johnny-come-lately”s whose minds were only changed when a white man was murdered. That frustration is so understandable. But we can't afford to turn people away — no matter how early or late they've joined the fight. That's not to say that there shouldn't be accountability! But as our pod guest Malynda Hale said to a woman who had posted on Threads that she was leaving MAGA, “Welcome, good for you, let's get to work cause you have a lot to help fix.”This week's conversation between Malynda and LaFonda explores that tension between accountability and welcoming people to the cause. Malynda is also the Executive Director of The New Evangelicals, an organization that's redefining what it means to be an evangelical Christian in America. Her chat with LaFonda goes deep on so many of these topics and more — we hope it helps you not lose your shit! For a transcript of this episode, please email comms@redwine.blue. The postpartum period is one of the most dramatic hormonal transitions in a woman's life, yet it is rarely explained in a clear or compassionate way. In this episode, Teresa and Jamie walk through what is actually happening inside the body and brain after birth, why so many women say they don't “feel like themselves,” and how much of this experience is rooted in biology , not personal weakness or failure. They begin by unpacking the role of prolactin, the hormone responsible for breast milk production. While prolactin supports bonding and nurturing behaviors, it also suppresses ovulation and lowers dopamine, the brain's motivation and reward chemical. This helps explain why many postpartum women feel more emotionally flat, less driven, or disconnected from activities they once enjoyed, even while deeply loving their baby. Next, they discuss the massive drop in estrogen and progesterone that occurs within the first 24–48 hours after delivery. During pregnancy, these hormones are higher than at any other time in a woman's life. Their sudden withdrawal can contribute to mood swings, anxiety, tearfulness, sleep disruption, and the baby blues, and in some women may play a role in postpartum depression or anxiety. Progesterone's calming effect on the nervous system and estrogen's support of serotonin help explain why this shift can feel so emotionally intense. The conversation then turns to dopamine and how its suppression during breastfeeding affects motivation, pleasure, focus, and emotional resilience. Teresa and Jamie emphasize that it is possible to feel grateful, bonded, and deeply loving toward your baby while also struggling internally , and that these experiences can exist at the same time. They also explore why postpartum is uniquely demanding when you combine hormonal changes with sleep deprivation, physical healing, and identity shifts. Together, these factors create one of the most neurologically and hormonally vulnerable seasons of a woman's life. The episode then transitions into the topic of fertility after birth. Many women are told that breastfeeding prevents pregnancy, but ovulation always occurs before the first postpartum period, meaning pregnancy is possible before cycles return. Prolactin levels vary widely depending on nursing frequency, nighttime feeds, pumping, stress, and individual biology, making fertility unpredictable during this time. Finally, Teresa and Jamie discuss how natural family planning and fertility awareness methods can be used postpartum, but require special education and realistic expectations. Cervical mucus patterns can be irregular, estrogen may rise multiple times before true ovulation, and the body may have several “practice runs” before releasing an egg. With proper instruction and postpartum‑specific guidance, natural methods can be used effectively to avoid pregnancy while respecting the body's recovery process. Sponsors
Power, polarity, and being ravished… and what feminine leadership actually requires. In this powerful conversation, Monica is joined by author, speaker, and intimacy expert Allana Pratt for an honest and deeply healing exploration of motherhood, sexuality, and what it really takes to be safe in your body as a self-led woman. They talk power, polarity, orgasm, trauma healing, feminine rage, and how to stop looking outside yourself for answers. Together, they help you dismantle the layers of conditioning that keep women out of their pleasure, their leadership, and their ability to surrender. Inside the episode:
Why does modern motherhood feel so hard — even when you're doing everything “right”?In this episode of Healthy As A Mother, we explore a powerful lens for understanding hormones, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and burnout: humans are animals — and modern life is not designed for our biology. From nervous system dysregulation and chronic stress to fertility struggles, postpartum depletion, and emotional overwhelm, this conversation reframes modern motherhood as a biological mismatch, not a personal failure. We cover:The “human animal in captivity” conceptWhy community is essential for mothersSunlight, sleep, movement, and hormonal healthNervous system overload, modern stress, and burnoutWhy self-care isn't indulgent — it's biological necessityThis episode is for women and mothers who feel like something about modern life, health, and motherhood just isn't working — and want a deeper, root-cause understanding.00:00 Introduction: The Human Animal02:05 Humans as Animals05:10 Animals in Captivity09:15 The Continuum Concept14:05 Biohacking vs Nature18:20 Hormones, Detox & Toxic Load22:45 Genetics & Sensitivity27:10 Evolution or De-Evolution31:30 The Loss of the Village36:20 Reciprocity & Support40:55 Parenting, School & Disconnection44:35 Sunlight, Sleep & Circadian Rhythm48:40 Men, Women & Biological Roles53:10 Food, Nutrient Depletion & Seasonality57:45 Sensory Overload & The News1:03:10 Warriors, Nurturers & Purpose1:08:40 Living Like an Animal Again1:12:30 Final Thoughts

Women have long shaped Wall Street—even when history tried to write them out. NYSE curator Anna Melo goes Inside the ICE House with archivist Dave D'Onofrio and author Michelle Young to spotlight the trailblazing women who broke barriers in finance, from the 1800s through the 20th century. They explore unforgettable figures like Victoria Woodhull, Hetty Green, Isabel Benham, and Muriel Siebert, whose grit and innovation redefined what was possible on Wall Street. Together, they reveal how these female-firsts helped transform the culture, practices, and leadership of global finance.
Why do we rubberneck accidents and binge true crime? Behavioral scientist Coltan Scrivner explains the surprising psychology behind our morbid curiosity.Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1276What We Discuss with Coltan Scrivner:Morbid curiosity isn't a character flaw — it's an evolutionary feature. The same instinct that makes us rubberneck at accidents helped our ancestors learn about threats without becoming victims themselves. It's your brain's built-in threat-assessment system, gathering intel from a safe distance.Horror movies work because of a specific formula: an overwhelmingly powerful villain versus a vulnerable protagonist. That imbalance — think Pennywise hunting kids or Jason stalking camp counselors — triggers our threat-detection systems in ways action films simply can't replicate.True crime's massive female audience isn't random. Women face threats primarily from people they know, so their curiosity focuses on spotting danger signals and understanding how predators operate. Men, who historically face violence from strangers, gravitate toward watching combat simulations like UFC.Decades of research and millions of dollars confirm: violent video games don't create violent people. The Mortal Kombat moral panic of the nineties produced the ESRB rating system — but the generation raised on those pixelated fatalities turned out just fine.Engaging with scary play — whether horror films, spooky games, or even childhood tag — actually builds emotional resilience. Kids who experience controlled fear learn to regulate anxiety, giving them psychological tools to handle real-world stress as adults. So don't skip the haunted house. And much more...And if you're still game to support us, please leave a review here — even one sentence helps! Your butt is not about aesthetics. It is a longevity organ that directly impacts metabolism, brain optimization, resilience, and how long you stay strong as you age. In this episode, you'll learn why strength training and protein intake matter more than body fat percentage, how mitochondria drive human performance and recovery, and why building muscle protects your brain, stabilizes mood, and supports long-term longevity. This conversation reframes biohacking, anti-aging, and health from weight loss to muscle span, the length of time you live with strong, functional skeletal muscle. Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR Host Dave Asprey sits down with Gabrielle Lyon, an accomplished physician and New York Times bestselling author of Forever Strong: A New, Science-Based Strategy for Aging Well, and author of the upcoming The Forever Strong Playbook, releasing January 27, 2026. Dr. Lyon pioneered the Muscle-Centric Medicine® approach, which places muscle at the center of disease prevention, metabolic health, and true vitality. She has trained elite athletes, military operatives, and public figures, while also living this philosophy at home as a mother of two with her husband, a retired Navy SEAL. Together, they break down why intermuscular fat may matter more than body fat percentage, how skeletal muscle drives insulin sensitivity and lowers inflammation, and why becoming physically stronger improves brain function and neuroplasticity. They explore protein needs across the lifespan, fasting, ketosis, carnivore-style nutrition, supplements, sleep optimization, and the real tradeoffs of GLP-1 drugs, including the risk of accelerated muscle loss if strength and protein are neglected. The conversation also covers mindset, hormesis, and why physical resilience creates emotional regulation and clearer decision-making in a world increasingly shaped by AI and convenience. This episode is essential listening for anyone serious about biohacking, hacking human performance, longevity, mitochondria, neuroplasticity, nootropics, metabolism, functional medicine, anti-aging strategies, supplements, and living Smarter Not Harder, ideally with a cup of Danger Coffee in hand. I sat down with Dr. Kelly Casperson, urologist, women's health advocate, and a leading voice fighting for equality in healthcare, to explore what's really happening to women's bodies and brains during perimenopause and menopause. We discuss why UTIs spike after menopause, how vaginal estrogen actually works (and why the FDA finally removed the black box warning), the truth about HRT and dementia prevention, and why estrogen receptors in your brain matter more than you think. We also unpack why blood work interpretation matters more than ever, how compounding pharmacies work, the shingles vaccine and dementia connection, and why women need to stop waiting for permission to take control of their health. The Dean's List with Host Dean Bowen – The Justices asked potent questions, while the defense responded with making “we just know” statements without providing any real evidence to their claims. During oral arguments, Hurst said his state's law treats all males and females equally. The law “classifies on the basis of sex because sex is what matters in sports ... [and] gender identity does not.”
What if psychedelics could transform the way we treat trauma, chronic pain, and insomnia? This week, neuroscientist and psychedelic researcher Grace Blest-Hopley joins the show to break down the research on psychedelics and female biology. She discusses how psychedelics work in the brain, and the ways that psychedelic-assisted therapies might be beneficial for women in midlife. When someone at work shares an opinion you don't agree with, what's your response? Do you move on with an agreeable nod, or do you push back? All too often, we take the former route. So many of us are taught not to rock the boat by expressing disagreement. But here's my hot take: you can share your honest and dissenting opinion in a way that wins you major leadership points. In fact, I firmly believe that disagreeing shouldn't be as rare as it is, especially from those in leadership positions. Disagreeing without being disagreeable changes how people perceive you and can open some promising doors for both your career and your team's future. So let's embrace these three steps to highlight your critical thinking skills and earn respect:Ask this key follow-up question that directs your dissent;Embrace an accessible hack for the hard part: sharing your hot takeAnd finally, the thoughtful structure that showcases your thought leadership.Related Links:SPEAK UP: A Live Assertive Communication Course for Women in the Workplace - https://www.bossedup.org/speakupBuy Bossed Up, the book - https://www.bossedup.org/bookBossed Up Courage Community - https://www.facebook.com/groups/927776673968737/Bossed Up LinkedIn Group - https://www.linkedin.com/groups/7071888/ Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Your questions have been flooding in on three of the most talked-about cases right now, and we're dedicating this episode to answering them. First: Nick Reiner, charged with murdering his parents Rob and Michele Reiner after years of addiction, schizophrenia, and a family that never gave up — until allegedly, it cost them their lives. Why did Alan Jackson walk away? How do you reconcile "Being Charlie" with this? Then: the WSU Kohberger lawsuit. The families of the four Idaho murder victims allege Washington State University received thirteen complaints about Bryan Kohberger and did essentially nothing. A professor warned he'd become a predator. Women needed escorts to their cars. And the institution allegedly protected itself instead of its students. Finally: Michael McKee and the Tepe murders. A surgeon who allegedly drove 300 miles to kill the ex-wife who'd moved on and the husband who loved her. Monique did everything right — she left, divorced, rebuilt — and she's still dead. We tackle enabling, institutional failure, coercive control, and the common thread running through all three: systems that should have protected people and didn't.#NickReiner #BryanKohberger #MichaelMcKee #MoniqueTepe #RobReiner #WSULawsuit #IdahoMurders #CoerciveControl #HiddenKillers #ListenerQuestionsJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Wellness, faith, and "just asking questions" have become gateways to extremism. In this episode, The Conspiracists author Noelle Cook breaks down why some women are being radicalized in plain sight—and why shame, facts, and debunking keep failing.

Plus, Will Forte shares the latest on his partnership with Honestly HD and how he is raising awareness for Huntington's disease. Also, Women's Health Executive Health & Fitness Director Jaqueline Andriakos taps into the latest trends in workout gear to help you look and feel good in the new year. And Broadway superstar Caissie Levy talks about starring in the Lincoln Center Theater revival of the hit musical "Ragtime" and recording the official cast album. Women menopause and perimenopause take center stage as Matchmaker Maria sits down with therapist and women's health advocate Lauren Teitelbaum, author of Millennial Menopause, to talk about what's really happening in the body and why most of us were never taught this. They break down the truth that menopause is technically one day, while perimenopause can last years and affect mood, sleep, libido, brain fog, and vaginal health. Lauren explains why medical education around menopause is still limited, what treatment options actually exist, and why pain, rage, or exhaustion should never be brushed off. The episode also gives clear advice for partners on how to support women going through perimenopause without minimizing or mocking their experience. A must-listen conversation about women's health, intimacy, mental health, and preparing for a major life transition before it catches you off guard. Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski | True Crime News & Commentary
Bryan Kohberger generated 13 formal complaints at Washington State University in a single semester. Nick Reiner had been through 18 rehab programs and a court-ordered conservatorship. In both cases, people saw something. In both cases, according to the evidence, nothing stopped what came next. Former FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke joins Hidden Killers for an extended analysis of institutional failure and family blind spots—two different mechanisms that allegedly allowed two tragedies to unfold despite abundant warning signs. Robin spent 21 years with the FBI, including as Chief of the Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program, and he breaks down what these cases reveal about how threat assessment works—and doesn't. On Kohberger: The WSU lawsuit alleges faculty predicted he would sexually abuse students. Staff created their own "911" email alerts. Women needed security escorts. Robin explains what 13 complaints should operationally trigger and why universities choose perceived legal protection over safety. On Reiner: Nick was under LPS conservatorship oversight by a professional fiduciary—someone trained to not be fooled. It ended after one year. Robin analyzes what strategic compliance looks like, how someone becomes "institutionally fluent" enough to perform recovery, and how a family's ability to perceive danger erodes over two decades until they're sleeping in the same house with someone in crisis. Two cases, two failures, one conversation about what it takes to see the danger in front of you—and act on it.#HiddenKillers #BryanKohberger #NickReiner #RobReiner #MicheleReiner #RobinDreeke #FBI #KayleeGoncalves #ThreatAssessment #InstitutionalFailureJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? It's not officially a Slam until Jelena Djokovic accuses Naomi Osaka of being so nasty and so rude while Jelena's husband narrowly avoids a default for something completely of his own making (again). Anyway, how was your first week??? The Australian Open has given us some exciting breakouts (Jovic, Bartunkova, Tien again) and a marquee quarterfinal lineup, with the top 6 men and women through for the first time in the Open Era. Osaka reminded us who she is – and what tennis is missing – with her audacious walk-out jellyfish look. But to be serious for a minute, American players are being asked to speak during this unprecedented and dangerous period in our history, and most are failing miserably. Many women hit midlife and feel something they cannot name. They are still doing the right things, eating well, exercising consistently, showing up for everyone, yet life suddenly feels harder and less familiar. Age Like a Girl gives language to this experience and explains why it is not a failure, but a shift happening beneath the surface. This is not a motivation problem. This is not a discipline issue. And it is not “all in your head."In this hol+ conversation, Dr. Taz sits down with New York Times bestselling author and leading voice in women's health Dr. Mindy Pelz, host of the hit podcast The Resetter Podcast, to explore the core message behind Age Like a Girl: menopause is not a decline, it is a biologically wired reinvention.Instead of treating perimenopause and menopause as a crisis to manage, Dr. Mindy reframes the transition as a neurochemical and cognitive remodel designed to make women more focused, emotionally resilient, and aligned with who they truly are. She breaks down why modern life often clashes with this primal design, and why brain fog, mood shifts, and emotional intensity are not random symptoms, but signals that the brain is asking for a new way of living. This episode explores why women can feel anxious, disconnected, or unlike themselves even when they are “doing everything right,” and how metabolism, stress chemistry, and neurotransmitters shape mood, clarity, and identity. Dr. Taz and Dr. Mindy discuss why many women initiate big life and relationship changes after 40, why community and connection become essential, and why reinvention is not a midlife crisis, but biology. From perimenopause into postmenopause, this conversation reframes aging as an awakening. Not the end of youth, but the return of clarity, boundaries, and self-trust. If you have ever felt dismissed, confused, or afraid that something is wrong with you, this episode offers a validating and hopeful roadmap forward.Dr. Taz and Dr. Mindy Pelz discuss: • The core message of Age Like a Girl and why it reframes menopause • Why the female brain is biologically wired for reinvention after 40 • Brain fog and mood shifts as signals of a cognitive remodel • How modern life clashes with primal biology • Why women often make major life decisions in midlife • The role of neurotransmitters in clarity, calm, and confidence • Why community and deep connection matter more than ever • How to reclaim vitality without another exhausting checklistAbout Dr. Mindy PelzDr. Mindy Pelz is a New York Times bestselling author, visionary educator, and trailblazer in the field of women's health and hormone science. The Fox’s Tale by Jay Sherfey https://www.amazon.com/Foxs-Tale-Jay-Sherfey/dp/1964462010 The Fox’s Tale is a fantasy story describing Jack Fox, a teenager, surviving in a dog-eat-dog world. He and his mother, Lilly, a physically disintegrating alcoholic, get by under the protection of Gracie Hargreaves: a success in the shipping business and lifelong friend of Lilly and others. Their town is Snakeport, often called the Snake, in a country known as the South. There is no central government and the law is whatever your strength allows you to command. Southern technology involves horses, wind, and gunpowder used in rifled muskets with firing caps. Consider this story a variation on the American Civil War in the 1860s mixed with the English Civil War in the 1600s with hints of Roman arrogance at their peak around 200 A.D. The North-fat, dumb, and happy-after coercing, bullying, and defeating the South in a war fought one hundred years earlier, steals southern children for the menial work needed to maintain an advanced culture with a centralized government. Northern technology is based on the projection of energy by its citizens: horseless vehicles, advanced medicine, advanced architecture, and other advantages. The war deprived the South of its projectors. The North takes what it wants in natural resources and slaves but pays well enough to find allies in the South. Not all Northerners are projectors In the North energy projection ability decides your vocation in life unless you are female. Women in the north are appreciated above southern men but not by much. Southerners in the minds of northerners were stupid, criminal, and incapable. Jack Fox changes everything.
A large UK study of nearly 125,000 women has found that the menopause can cause a loss of grey matter in women's brains affecting memory and emotions, similar to that seen in Alzheimer's. Published in the journal Psychological Medicine, the researchers say it may help explain why we see almost twice as many cases of dementia in women than in men. Professor of Clinical Neuropsychology Barbara Sahakian, from the University of Cambridge and the senior researcher on the study and Dr Paula Briggs, Consultant in Sexual and Reproductive Health at Liverpool Woman's NHS Foundation Trust, discuss the findings with Nuala McGovern. There's been much discussion about the benefits of singing, but with less singing happening in schools - over half of state secondary school teachers have said that their pupils never sang together in assembly - how do you encourage children and young people to sing and what are the benefits? As the BBC launches Get Singing, a Nationwide music education initiative, we talk to Julia Fraser, the head of Luton Music Service, and Baz Chapman from the Sing Up Foundation.Laura Dickerman's first novel Hot Desk is set against the backdrop of the publishing industry over two generations. A couple of editors share a desk in a new office – and eventually fall in love. Laura talks about bookish characters, the romance of women's friendships and getting published for the first time, aged 62.Global attention has been focused on Greenland since President Donald Trump repeatedly said the United States should take control of the self-governing region within the Kingdom of Denmark. Despite being around nine times the size of the UK, Greenland has a population of just 57,000 people, with the majority being indigenous Inuits. But beyond the heated geopolitical debates, we want to find out what is life like for women in Greenland today? Tillie Martinussen, a former MP in Greenland, tells us about women's position historically and the issues they face now.Presenter: Nuala McGovern Producer: Melanie Abbott
Ali and Dr. Hannah Brandt discussed the challenges women face with weight loss and physique changes, particularly during perimenopause. Dr. Brandt emphasized the importance of a personalized approach to weight loss, starting with a thorough self-assessment to identify individual needs rather than jumping into a one-size-fits-all diet or workout plan. She highlighted that most women fail to recognize their unique starting points, which often leads to unsuccessful weight loss attempts. The discussion also touched on the high rate of dieting failure and the need for a clinical approach to weight loss, focusing on understanding and addressing individual habits and lifestyle factors.
