The New Hampshire State House of Representatives passed legislation to eliminate annual vehicle safety inspections. The bill is now in the Senate awaiting a vote. NH and MA are part of only 14 states that require a safety inspection every year. Do you think a requirement is necessary? Could MA move to eliminate annual safety inspections as well? NH Deputy Speaker of the House, Rep. Steven Smith says there's no real evidence that inspections are making the roads safer. Rep. Smith joined us to discuss. *The NH Automobile Dealers Association (against this movement) has been invited to join in tonight's conversation but has not committed at this time*Listen to WBZ NewsRadio on the NEW iHeart Radio app and be sure to set WBZ NewsRadio as your #1 preset!

Why don’t Democrats like Steven Smith and Bill Maher just vote Republican? The dangerous types of political subversives. It isn’t that American communism is artificial but it’s funded by you. Alaska has spawned a long list of serial killers from the gold rush era in the early 1900s to the present day. Is Brian Steven Smith the latest member of this notorious fraternity? I did an episode on this case several months ago, but a great deal has happened with it since then. The Inventor's Journey: Three Strikes I'm in by Steven SmithThree Strikes, I'm In. I believe everyone has the opportunity to turn their passion or desires into a reality. The choice is yours, and the decision is entirely up to you. If you want something badly enough, your passion can become a burning desire, and you should make an effort to pursue it. If you never try, you'll be left wondering what it would have been like if you had seized that opportunity. I am blessed to say that I am a disabled veteran and a cancer survivor, but despite these adversities, I pushed through to complete this challenge, hoping to inspire others to find the will and desire to complete theirs. You have one life to live with countless opportunities before you. Sport all over the world this week. Cricket is Sri Lanka, UFC in Sydney, Super Bowl in the US, not to mention weird sport of the week and plenty more. Steven Smith might just be ready to go god mode again just in time for this year's ashes in Australia. We start to ponder what the Aussie team will do come Ashes time, there's a few headaches around the opening spot but there are good problems to have with our all-rounder position. We get into the Superbowl, nothing to do with the game we just give Americans a bath for calling themselves World Champions in domestic competitions. Tommy recaps UFC312 and wants everyone to know he may have predicted how it would go...and it did just that. Good to see Strickland lose, usually love his chat but he lost the plot over here. CTC captain of the week was a bit hard this week but we found one! Thanks to Country Trucker Caps for helping put on the show. See you on Friday for the Punt Show and you know it's going to be huge after last weekends massacre of the bookies! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Hey family, we are so pleased this Sunday to welcome Dr. Steven Smith as our guest speaker. He'll be speaking a message of deliverance for all of us. In the Book of Exodus, we learned that God used the struggles of the Israelites to bring them to himself. He freed them from slavery and guided them through the trackless desert on their way to the promised land. Just like the Israelites, we face struggles in our own lives. How does God use those struggles to deliver us? Come Sunday at 10 a.m. to be enlightened! We meet at 360 Schermerhorn St. Kids' Church also starts at 10 a.m., so please bring your family! --Edwin

We dive into what it's really like to have your love life—and heartbreak—put on blast for the world to dissect. Steven opens up about the brutal realities of reality TV, the emotional toll of internet trolls, and the raw truth that men, too, can be left feeling shattered after breakups. He discusses his shock at the reunion, the pain of re-watching himself fall in love on TV, and why he stayed silent while others created their own versions of the story. He shares how he uses daily tools to stay calm, grounded, and mostly anxiety-free—and how he's evolving, just like everyone else.

For patients with venous manifestations, he pursues treatment with stents or embolization, taking a proactive approach to targeting any abnormal vasculature that he identifies. Additionally, the podcast delves into the physiological basis of POTS and related disorders, which mainly stems from blood pooling in the lower body, leading to sympathetic overactivation. On today's program, Arkansas pastor Steven Smith steps down after fallout from mishandling abuse allegations against a former children's minister. We'll have details. Also, controversial megachurch pastors Mark Driscoll and John Lindell seemed to reconcile on stage at the Stronger Men's Conference last week…but since then, tensions between the two leaders have only intensified. We'll take a look. And, how a small U-S evangelical seminary is defying the odds. While many theological schools are shrinking, this one's enrollment numbers keep growing. But we begin today with news of two resignations from leaders of Orange, a ministry known for hosting one of the world's most prominent family ministry conferences which is actually being held this week in Atlanta. Orange released an official statement stating that its founder and current chief creative officer Reggie Joiner has resigned along with CEO Kristen Ivy. I was in Lexington, Kentucky, last week, for the Evangelical Press Association annual meeting, and I'm pleased to report that my weekly column, “Editor's Notebook,” brought home a third place prize in their annual Awards of Excellence contest. I also had the privilege of presenting a Lifetime Achievement Award – posthumously – to Joel Belz, the founder of WORLD Magazine and a friend and mentor to me. I also want to remind everyone that this is the last week to get an important new book that we are offering to everyone who donates to MinistryWatch in April. It's called “How I Lost $1,500,000 in Missions” by John Addink. If you are a donor to foreign missions projects, a ministry leader of a missions organization, or perhaps a pastor who supports missionaries, you should read this book. We'll send it to you absolutely free, as our thank you, for a gift of any size to MinistryWatch this month. Just go to MinistryWatch.com and hit the donate button at the top of the page. The producer for today's program is Jeff McIntosh. We get database and other technical support from Stephen DuBarry, Rod Pitzer, and Casey Sudduth. Writers who contributed to today's program include Daniel Ritchie, Jessica Eturralde, Clayton Sidenbender, Shannon Cuthrell, Brittany Smith, and Christina Darnell. A special thank you to Religion UnPlugged for contributing material for this week's podcast. Until next time, may God bless you.
Season 1, Ep 4: Reloading lost episodes from the early Final Word. The 2015 Ashes came to a close, after a series of batting collapses and occasional bowling blowouts. Australia out for 60 in Nottingham, out for 136 in Birmingham, England out for 103 at Lord's - no Test was competitive, even if a 3-2 scoreline looked that way. After a final belting of England by an innings at the Oval, Geoff and Adam got together in London with the BBC's Alison Mitchell and Cricinfo's Vithushan Ehantharajah to run the rule over the series, talk through best and worst moments, assess the departing Australian captain Michael Clarke, and ponder what might be next for his unproven young replacement Steven Smith. This season was originally recorded for the ABC - this is the extended edition, restoring omitted material. Since the release of the Special Council report explaining that Joe Biden should not be prosecuted because of his failing mental faculties, liberals have made great pains to defend Biden and pretend that his obvious decline is not, well, obvious. MSNBC hosts Chris Hayes and Rachel Maddow did their part, with Maddow in particular explaining that Biden couldn't be losing his perspicacity because “he rides a bike.” Jimmy and Americans' Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss with Dr. Drew Pinsky these laughable attempts to persuade the American public not to believe their own eyes and ears. Plus segments on new revelations that red meat is NOT bad for you after all and ESPN host Steven Smith going off on New York City's plans to hand out $53 million in prepaid cards to migrants.
Surprise, surprise, another SBC pastor has been accused of covering up sexual abuse. But there is so much more to this story than the headlines may lead you to believe. You might have seen the recent news that staff members and deacons of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas are alleging that their pastor, Dr. Steven Smith, failed to disclose the sexual abuse of children to the congregation. But that's just the start of this crazy story. This one has some pretty wild twists and turns, including the involvement of none other than Josh Duggar's child porn trial defense attorney. Sometimes I think church sex abuse cover ups can't get any crazier. Spoiler alert: they can. BECOME A PATRON OF THE PODCAST! He attended both basic and advanced AO courses in Davos, Switzerland in 1976 and 1978. He also mentored with Hans Willenegger and presented how AO techniques were being applied to modern podiatric surgery in America. Dr. Ruch performed the first procedures utilizing AO technique for subtalar joint fusion in 1976 and triple arthrodesis in 1977. The AO method and techniques have now become the fundamental basis for many applications of internal fixation in current foot and ankle surgery. He has served various duties with the Podiatry Institute and residency training including the Emory Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency in Decatur, GA. Dr. Ruch was a co-founder and co-chairman of the AO Podiatric Courses from 1993-2013 along with Kieran Mahan, Charles Gudas and Jack Schuberth. He was co-director of the AAFAO podiatric internal fixation courses from 2014-2019. Dr. Ruch is currently an adjunct clinical professor of the Emory University School of Medicine, Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency. He is honored to rejoin the AO faculty for the current podiatric courses under the guidance of Michael Dujela, Johanna Richey and Graham Hamilton. “Please remember all of those who have come before us.” Enjoy this interview with a true pioneer in our great profession! https://explorepodmed.org/ Dean's Chat Website Dean's Chat Episodes Dean's Chat Blog Why Podiatric Medicine? Driving down Kingshighway in South St. Louis City, you can't miss the purple neon sign welcoming you to The Royale. The bar has been a St. Louis staple for almost two decades, but the building itself dates back to prohibition. It's always been a place for people to gather, and that's the vibe owner Steven Smith has fostered at his establishment. A place where all are welcome and feel comfortable. He's always been in the business of people, and he shares his journey into the world of corner taverns and city politics on this week's Meet St. Louis podcast.
This week on the podcast we are joined by our old friend and the host of Steven's Untitled Rock Show on Fuse, Steven Smith! We talk about why Steven hired Jonah to be the head writer on his show despite the fact that he had no television writing experience, recount Steven's iconic roles on '90s TV shows like "California Dreams" and "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" and hear about his experience being on the first season of "Queer Eye For The Straight Guy." We also get deep into Steven's admiration of "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" and what made it such a groundbreaking show. Finally, we play a round of CHANGE DOT DORK where we collectively debate if music should be allowed at study hall, is there room in the candy aisle for the return of ZOURS and is a reboot of "The Sauce" worth your digital signature? Whether you're a fan of Steven's hosting, acting or podcasting, you'll learn something new about him—and possibly something new about yourself in the process—just by listening to this podcast.
